We (or a lot of us) have them – pesky grey hairs.

Do we cave and colour our hair every few weeks or let the natural roots shine through?

This regular question we ask ourselves is one that Stacey Soloman does too – another reason she is so relatable.

The Loose Women panellist appeared on the show with fresh brunette locks and we noticed that her hair looked even more fab than usual.

The 29-year-old took to Instagram to reveal what she had done differently to it – as well as give us some much-needed advice on hiding grey hairs.

She posted a gorgeous snap of herself and captioned it, ''I can honestly say there’s no need to go to the shops and buy anything. All I’ve done is stopped bleaching. I’ve also left my hair alone for the last few weeks! No hot irons or curls and it’s worked wonders! I hate to admit it but bleach and lots of heat will kill your hair to beyond the point of saving!'

The mum-of-two continued, ''I’m going to try and touch up my grey hairs with eyeshadow and only wash and put heat on my hair once a week! The ultimate goal is to have long, thick, healthy mermaid hair.''

It seems that we've had the answer all along – eyeshadow.

Her followers were in awe of the nifty tip.

One said, ''Oooh eyeshadow on the greys I’ve been using waterproof mascara! I might try this.''

While another wrote, ''I use a product that looks like brown eyeshadow ( comes in many shades) but it's waterproof and only comes out after shampooing.''

A third added, ''Such a lovely look, and your hair looks fab. So refreshing to hear it’s a case of nature taking its course (as opposed to promoting products). Lovely!''

Excuse us while we head off to stock up on dark brown eyeshadow.

Beyoncé's father and former manager of Destiny's Child, Mathew Knowles, is claiming that he did everything possible to protect the girlband from R Kelly.

After hearing "some of those things" about the notorious sexual predator, he deliberately kept Destiny's Child away from him for their safety.

He also admits that hearing about Kelly's horrendous reputation for sexual, mental and physical abuse played a role in stopping the R&B band from collaborating with him.

A criminal investigation into dozens of allegations against R Kelly is now underway in Chicago and Atlanta following the Lifetime documentary Surviving R Kelly.

The Ignition singer, real name Robert Kelly, is accused of holding numerous women in a dangerous 'sex cult' in his homes, as well as having abusive, sexual relationships with underage girls as young as 12. He strongly denies this.

Rumours of his behaviour have been rampant since the early 1990s, after he forged singer Aaliyah's documents to allow her to marry him aged just 15, while he was 27.

Knowles claims that he originally turned down offers for Destiny's Child to collaborate with Kelly at first because he "didn't think it was a good song", according to Metro.

A post shared by Terrance Tyson (@ttyson333) on

The 67-year-old, who is the father of Beyoncé and Solange, commented that he never let the band members out of his sight;

"I was there, and my former wife Tina was there. The thing with R Kelly was, he liked to record late at night, around midnight. And what was different with his studio was that one room had a recording suite, and next door was a club, with 40 or 50 people dancing."

He continued; "R Kelly was managed by Sony, by someone I won’t name, and at that time, they would almost force you to record with their artists. R Kelly wasn’t cheap – it was $75,000, plus travel costs, so we’re talking $100,000 for a song."

He added that Kelly's negative reputation was in it's early stages, "I personally rejected the song, because I didn’t think it was a good song. Not just because of his reputation – this was around 1998, we had just begun to hear some of those things."

Mathew later said that the rumours surrounding Kelly's deplorable behaviour played a part in his choices for the girlband from then on, he said;

"Certainly, it was both of those things. The girls were 15, 16. When they went to the bathroom, Tina would go with them. They did not leave our eyes." They were allegedly under strict supervision, and were protected from him.

Another source for Metro claims that;

"Record labels would ask R Kelly to write songs for emerging artists as a way to help them break into the industry and he made several requests for Destiny’s Child," the source suggests.

"Mathew and Tina rejected all of them because they didn’t want him anywhere near the band which is why they are one of the few acts to debut in the 90s without an R Kelly song in its official discography," they added.

Only one Destiny's Child song is associated with R Kelly, Stimulate Me, which appeared on the soundtrack for Eddie Murphy's film Life in 1999.

Apparently Kelly did not work in the studio at the same time as the group, and the song never actually appeared as an official Destiny's Child release, so the gals are off the hook.

We're glad Mathew Knowles had the ability to keep the group protected from him, sadly other women weren't as fortunate.

Thank the Netflix Gods, AT LAST we have a UK release date for season five of the hit comedy cop show.

Set a countdown gals, because B99 officially hits streaming screens on MARCH EIGHTH. Cool cool cool, no doubt, no doubt.

In a rogue move, Netflix actually allowed a superfan named Darcy to announce the news via Twitter, having asked the streaming service basically every day for months for an update.

Netflix commented; “Darcy has been asking when b99 s5 is coming basically every day for the last few months, so we decided to let her give you the good news…” Utter gents.

Her excited tweet reads;

“Clear your schedule because Brooklyn Nine-Nine season 5 is coming to @NetflixUK on March 8th! very noice!” Very noice indeed. Some would say… toit *winks*

We absolutely CANNOT WAIT to see more Jake Peralta and co. on our screens, the hilarious show is airing season six tonight on NBC, so we're guaranteed more episodes.

The show is making a miraculous comeback after original broadcaster and now arch-nemesis Fox cancelled it earlier this year, citing a lack of schedule availability.

This was a pretty accurate depiction of our reaction to the news;

However, the network failed to account for how die-hard (geddit?) the fanbase are, with thousands of fans expressing online outrage and campaigning for its return.

Streaming services Netflix and Hulu were all considering renewing the show, but soon enough NBC took up the mantle and saved all of our lives.

Keira Knightley has been working in Hollywood for almost half of her life.

By the age of 23, she had appeared in more than 20 movies – such as Bend It Like BeckhamPirates of the Caribbean, Pride and Prejudice and Love Actually.

Impressive, right?

But now she has revealed that her early twenties were pretty much a blur and that by 22, her mental health was suffering quite badly.

The 33-year-old got candid with Balance magazine about the helplessness she felt at such a young age.

She said, ''I was at a time in my life when I was still becoming. My body was changing, and I didn't even know how I felt about myself and what I looked like. Yet all of a sudden, people were being very vocal with their views on me as a young woman and as an actress.''

She continued, ''My world crashed when I was 22. Everything stopped working and I felt as if I was broken into tiny pieces; as if my brain was literally shattered.”

She took a year off to go travelling and wasn't even sure if she was going to return to acting.

Keira married musician James Righton in 2013 and they have a three-year-old daughter, Edie, together.

When it comes to motherhood, Keira tells it like it is.

She said, ''I come from a place of amazing privilege. I’ve been unbelievably lucky in my career; I can afford good childcare, and yet I still find it really f**king difficult. It’s OK to say that.''

She continued, ''It doesn't mean I don’t love my kid, it’s just me admitting that the sleep deprivation, the hormonal changes, the shift in relationship with my partner, are all things that make me feel as if I’m failing on a daily basis. I have to remind myself that I haven’t failed, I’m just doing what I can do, but it’s not easy.”

If an A-lister like Keira finds life difficult at times that makes us feel a bit better about our daily life struggles.

Rumours were absolutely FLYING that David Beckham was set to appear in series five of hit BBC show Peaky Blinders, but now our hearts are broken.

The BBC has issued a statement which denies the former footballer's casting, despite the fact that he appeared on the show's set.

The 43-year-old posted an image of himself looking DAPPER AF standing by a painting of Tommy and Arthur Shelby, played by Cillian Murphy and Paul Anderson.

We think posting pictures such as this can only be described as..teasing. Shame on you, David.

He wrote alongside the Instagram stories, 'Big thanks to creator Steve Knight and the crew for looking after me. Excited for season five.'

Beckham teased more tantalising captions, including; "Amazing day on the Peaky Blinders set." WHY DAVID? Why do you break us like this?

Representatives for the broadcasting organisation BBC have now said: "We are not aware of David Beckham appearing in series five of Peaky Blinders."

The former athlete and current style icon's fashion label Kent & Curwen has unveiled a new collection in collaboration with Peaky Blinders, designed by creative director Daniel Kearns.

The stunning tailored collection includes granddad shirts, flat caps (of course), waist coats, wool overcoats and classic Peaky-inspired peg trousers.

The twins celebrate a major milestone and have also landed a role in Jordan Peele's upcoming horror flick Us, starring Winston Duke, Lupita Nyong'o and Elisabeth Moss.

It's safe to say they haven't strayed far from acting, though a horror movie is certainly different to their silver screen baby debut.

Ross and Rachel were played by Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer, and we can only hope that they've kept in touch with the twins.

The Golden Globe winner said that she believes the women who spoke out against the 52-year-old.

She wrote: “I stand behind these women 1000%, believe them, know they are suffering and in pain, and feel strongly that their voices should be heard and taken seriously.”

Speaking of the allegations made against R. Kelly, Gaga said they are “absolutely horrifying and indefensible.”

“I can’t go back, but I can go forward and continue to support women, men and people of all sexual identities, and of all races, who are victims of sexual assault. I have demonstrated my stance on this issue and others many times throughout my career,” she added.

The Shallow singer said she is sincerely sorry for her silence on the matter and vowed to never work with R. Kelly again.

“I’m sorry for both my poor judgement when I was young, and for not speaking out sooner. I love you.”

We can all admit we’d love to live like a member of the royal family, especially after seeing Prince Harry and Meghan’s stunning Oxford home.

The first ever image of the property has been released by The Sun and we must admit we are hopelessly in love with the duo’s country pad.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex moved into the £2.5million farmhouse before their May wedding last year.

The property has four bedrooms, a large dining room, an outdoor seating area and even a two-bedroom cottage for Harry and Meghan’s staff.

The dream home is set in four acres of beautiful Oxfordshire land.

A friend of the royal couple told The Sun: “Meghan adores the area. She and Harry love walking the dogs there, and they can entertain their friends in complete solitude.”

“It’s a fabulous place with stunning views and extraordinarily private. It’s set in a small bowl of the beautiful countryside so is not overlooked in any way,” they added.

It is believed the parents-to-be will keep the cottage, even when they move into their new home in the coming weeks.

Kensington Palace confirmed that the parents-to-be are planning on moving early in the new year ahead of the arrival of their first child.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will move into Frogmore Cottage once refurbishments are complete. It is believed the house is undergoing a large transformation to ensure it is a suitable home for a family.

The 10 bedroom house will be turned into a lavish family home. It will feature a nursery and even has space for a yoga studio and a gym.

Frogmore Cottage is located in Windsor and holds a very special place in Harry and Meghan’s hearts.

If you are unfamiliar with the term 'reproductive coercion', it's essentially when another person has more control over your reproductive health than yourself.

Hilary Freeman of The Guardian is now reporting that more women than imagined have no idea that reproductive coercion is a form of abuse.

Studies have revealed that a shocking one-in-four women who attend sexual health clinics report coercion over their reproductive lives, including 'contraceptive sabotage', such as covert condom removal.

A post shared by Marie Stopes Australia (@mariestopesaus) on

According to BMJ Sexual & Reproductive Health, available evidence about the abusive behaviour needs to be updated to 2017 and widen the spectrum of activities involved to include familial pressure, criminal activity and exploitation within sex trafficking.

As well as not being able to choose contraceptives to use or take control of their own reproductive health, reproductive control takes the form of contraceptive sabotage, such as convert condom removal or needling a hole in a condom.

Not being able to decide whether to start or continue a pregnancy is a major factor, research shows, and the concept of reproductive control (especially over women's autonomy) by others was first described in 2010.

Women's experience of interference with their autonomy goes back centuries, arguably, but research indicates that younger women are particularly vulnerable, as well as those in the black community and racial minorities.

The practice is scarily common, with women having decisions taken away from them by partners, exploiters or family, invalidating consent.

One-in-four women attending sexual healthcare clinics are reporting persuasive methods, emotional blackmail, threatened or actual infidelity and physical violence predominantly perpetrated by male partners but also criminal gangs.

A post shared by kindness_kangaroo (@kindness_kangaroo) on

Other examples of contraceptive sabotage include; partners lying about having a vasectomy or sterilisation, refusing to wear condoms, forceful removal of condoms, not using the withdrawal method properly, piercing barrier contraceptives or throwing away contraceptive pills.

Condom removal during sex is referred to as 'stealthing', and is now classified as sexual assault. Spiking drinks or food to induce abortion also was mentioned as occurrences.

The consequences are often emotionally difficult to bear; unintended or unwanted pregnancy, higher abortion risk, higher STI rates and emergency contraceptive usage.

Women in violent, abusive relationships prove especially vulnerable to reproductive coercion, but many are unaware that they are being subjected to reproductive control.

A post shared by Marie Stopes Australia (@mariestopesaus) on

"The degree of control that a male partner can have will vary from mild to extreme. Milder amounts of control may not be perceived by the victim as unhealthy or abusive."

"Women in a long term relationship may become inured to significant levels of reproductive control," the study's authors write.

The study calls on healthcare professionals must play a crucial part in noticing and preventing this horrifically controlling behaviour.
