Ariana Grande is doing things HER WAY from now on, including dropping an album whenever the heck she wants, reminiscent of Beyonce'e Lemonade.

Despite the fact the 25-year-old singer only dropped Sweetener in August, and blew our minds with its girl power greatness, her forthcoming album Thank U, Next will drop on February 8.

We, for one, CANNOT WAIT to hear the tunes in all their pop gloriousness, judging by how incredible her latest song 7 Rings is.

Ari has given us a taster for what's to come, posting the album's setlist to her Instagram account and sending her fans into a frenzied furore.

The gal can pretty much do whatever she pleases considering her phenomenal success, a Billboard number one album and numerous Top 100 songs from the same release.

She grouped the songs into three categories of four, which probably has a deeper meaning but we sadly don't have this insider knowledge as of yet. Hit us up if you know any deets.

The names are already iconic; Fake smile, bad idea, ghostin, NASA, make-up, and our personal favourite, break up with your girlfriend, I'm bored.

Ari had a rough year in 2018, with her much-publicised break-up, her ex-boyfriend's overdose and the grief from Manchester's bombing attack.

She has recently tweeted that releasing the album just before Valentine's Day isn't to get her fans in the mood for love, it's to get them empowered as strong, single woman. We stan.

Nevertheless, she persisted. Ari is one talented woman, who is giving us some pure fire in the form of music.

The album can be preordered from Friday, and we'll even get the ARTWORK to drool over too.

This girl keeps on giving, get ready for even more greatness people.

Instagram has become part and parcel of our daily life – and while we may scroll endlessly just for fun, some people rely on the app to supplement their income. 

Influencers need engagement on their Instagram content in order to monetise it and work with brands, and in recent weeks, many have taken to social media to complain their their engagement is taking a downturn.

Theories have emerged that perhaps Instagram is decreasing people's reach on the app in order to entice content creators to boost their reach with a paid-for ad. 

Many influencers have noted that their engagement is as low as 7% – and the app has taken to Twitter to respond. 

'We’ve noticed an uptick in posts about Instagram limiting the reach of your photos to 7% of your followers, and would love to clear this up,' reads a series of tweets from @instagram. 

'What shows up first in your feed is determined by what posts and accounts you engage with the most, as well as other contributing factors such as the timeliness of posts, how often you use Instagram, how many people you follow, etc.'

'We have not made any recent changes to feed ranking, and we never hide posts from people you're following – if you keep scrolling, you will see them all.'

'Again, your feed is personalized to you and evolves over time based on how you use Instagram.'

Not everyone is convinced by the statement, with arguments ensuing (as always) in the comments section.

Azealia Banks is a woman of controversy, and her career has arguably been stalled and stopped multiple times because of her numerous spats with famous faces.

While Paddy Power was taking bets on whether or not the Harlem rapper would even play her set at The Academy last night, the 27-year-old miraculously showed up onstage.

Banks hit the headlines yesterday after an incident on board a flight from Gatwick to Dublin airport, which led to the artist having to take the ferry to Dublin.

She ended up having quite the rant on board the Aer Lingus flight, calling Irish women 'ugly' and launching into a tirade about our Celtic people.

“I’ve had enough of y’all oompa-loompa looking, spray-tanned, crazy-looking b****es tonight,” she raged, which was characteristic of her numerous feuds with other musicians.

Reviews of the show claim the rapper brought an impressive set to her debut Irish show, channelling talent which is arguably gone to waste as her Twitter arguments have only done her damage.

Fans know her attitude well enough to dispel any negative thoughts of her social media ranting, choosing instead to focus on her musical prowess, surprisingly soulful voice and explosive rap verses.

“I’m a rude b**ch nigga, what are you made up of?” she spits on her classic hit, 212.

The 'Queen of Ireland' doesn't make any effort to cover up her personality, so take her with a pinch of salt but don't try to deny that the gal has talent.

Malin Andersson has announced the devastating news that her beautiful baby girl Consy has tragically passed away.

The 25-year-old Love Island star shared the heartbreaking news to her Instagram followers, uploading a picture of her newborn baby in a hospital bed with tubes and a pink blanket surrounding her.

In a statement, Malin wrote a tribute to her beloved little girl;

"Completely in love with you.. and my Mum just wanted you to be with her," she wrote..

"Your time wasn’t ready yet. Mummy loves you. I stayed with you each day.. you opened your eyes one last time for me and I saw those beautiful big brown eyes."

"I’m so sorry I couldn’t do anymore. Go be with grandma Consy." Malin said in her statement.

When Consy was born, the reality star wrote at the time;

"Happy New Year..Tom and I are so happy to let you all know that our baby girl CONSY arrived in this world 23rd December 2018, seven weeks early.

"She is so beautiful, we are totally in love with her and feel so blessed that she is here but unfortunately due to complications, she is currently being cared for at Great Ormond Street."

Consy had been in hospital with her TV star mum since the birth. Malin kept a bedside vigil with her boyfriend Tom Kemp the entire time.

She was named after Malin's mother Consy, who passed away in 2017.

We offer our deepest condolences to Malin and Tom for their tragic loss.

The days of being financially independent are long gone. Winter is here.

None of us can recall a time where we could 'spot' our friends for food, or the blissful moment when you don't have to check your balance because you're aware that it ain't empty. (Rarely happens but for some unicorns apparently it exists)

Those were the days…but now we're trapped in Pay-Day-Purgatory, land of the tense and agonising wait to be paid. Those last few days where all you can do is sit in your home and mope, because moping is free.

Another year, another Academy Award's series of snubs. It wouldn't be the Oscars unless some fandoms were left devastated on behalf of their favourite actor or actress, would it?

The 2019 awards are seeing some record breakers, first-time achievements and MAJOR actors left out of the nominations, much to the upset of Twitter.

So who are the biggest history makers and snubbed heartbreakers?

1. Timothée Chalamet, Beautiful Boy

Our favourite human ever (protect him at all costs) failed to garner an Oscar nod for his protrayal of a crystal meth addict son of Steve Carrell (also snubbed), and people are ChalaMAD about it. 

He was ROBBED.

We won't forget this, Academy. You've made an enemy.

2. Bradley Cooper for Best Director, A Star Is Born. Okay, but women get snubbed in this category every year, so let's not cry too hard.

We're super shook by this one, Lady Gaga must be upset on his behalf since she's been endorsing him for the entire of awards season ("There could be 99 in a room but all it takes is just one to believe in you")

Classic Guardians of the Galaxy reference, we had to laugh at this one.

3. Crazy Rich Asians for…ANY category. Any. 

Michelle Yeoh deserved recognition for her outstanding take in the all-star Asian cast, she slayed that screen. She even owns that iconic emerald ring featured in the film, if that's not commitment I don't know what is.

It's offeNSIVE god damn it.

Looks like a riot is about to happen… 

4. Emily Blunt for EITHER Mary Poppins Returns or A Quiet Place

HOW.

She's so versatile, so dedicated, so classy. We can feel her hubby John Krasinski's blood boil.

Processing this snub is a hard pill to swallow right now.

Rest in pieces.

5. A FEMALE DIRECTOR. AGAIN.

We cannot believe this…it's 2019 and still only five women have EVER been nominated, and only one woman has ever won the gong (Kathryn Bigelow).

Lynne Ramsay’s You Were Never Really Here, and Debra Granik’s Leave No Trace, despite being recognised on the film circuit by Sundance and Cannes, received no nominations.

Ramsay and BlacKkKlansman director Spike Lee, who has earned his first Academy Award nomination, are the most laureled filmmakers on the critics’ awards circuit after Alfonso Cuarón for Roma.

Other women who were ignored were Marielle Heller for Can You Ever Forgive Me?, Chloe Zhao for The Rider, Tamara Jenkins (Private Life), Karyn Kusama (Destroyer), Mimi Leder  for On the Basis of Sex and Josie Rourke for the incredible Mary Queen of Scots.

At least Canadian artist Domee Shi is being celebrated as the first female director to be nominated for Best Short Film, after helming Pixar's adorable Bao.

The Sun reported over the weekend something so SCANDALOUS, that we can barely utter the words. Don't worry, we'll manage.

They claimed that Hollywood A-listers Brad Pitt and Charlize Theron were the new power couple of 2019, and people damn near lost their minds;

“They have been casually seeing each other for nearly a month now," a source close to the alleged couple said. "They’ve been friends for some time—ironically through Sean Penn, Theron's ex—but things have developed.”

"The two “did a shoot together six months ago for Breitling watches. They have not been out together recently, and were never dating. Reports of them being involved romantically are false,” the source alleges.

It would be truly spicy if the unnaturally attractive duo became more than just friends, we must admit. But no pressure, of course.

Ja Rule has taken to social media to deliver a public apology to a women who was left financially destitute following the Fyre Festival disaster. 

The Bahamaian restaurant owner, who runs the Exuma Point Bar and Grille Maryann Rolle featured on the Netflix documentary about the festival, and revealed that she had spent all of her lifesavings and more feeding the crew and guests, without recieving a penny in return.

Taking to Twitter, the rJa Rule shared a statement of apology to the restaurant owner:

'My heart goes out to this lovely lady… MaryAnne Rolle we’ve never met but I’m devastated that something that was meant to be amazing, turn out to be such a disaster and hurt so many ppl…'

'SORRY to anyone who has been negatively effected by the festival… Rule'

While it is unknown whether the rapper contributed, some justice has been found for Maryann.

'It has been an unforgettable experience catering to the organisers of Fyre Festival. Back in April 2017 I pushed myself to the limit catering no less than a 1000 meals per day,' she wrote in a heartfelt description.'

Before the doomed festival was cancelled, thousands of attendees were flown out, and rather than be brought straight to the unfinished campsite, many were diverted to a restaurant and beach bar called The Exuma Point Resort, Bar & Grille, who had been contracted to host the party goers. 

The restaurant had also fed and watered staff at Fyre Festival for weeks leading up to the event. 

However, the owners of the restaurant did not receive a pre-payment for the costs the party would involve, and have never received their promised wage.

Grammy-nominated singer Bebe Rexha has just SHAKEN our rage cages by revealed designers are turning down the opportunity to dress her for the Grammy Awards.

Why? Well, because she's a (stunning) size eight.

French police officials have arrested American rap singer Chris Brown following a rape accusation, AP has reported.

Closer initially reported that a 24-year-old woman alleged Brown raped her after meeting him in a nightclub on 15 January in France.

The same woman is also claiming that one of Brown's acquaintances abused her.

This isn't the first time the 29-year-old has been accused of sexual violence or violent crime.

The singer dated Rihanna back in 2009, and the pair were brought into the spotlight after an argument left the Umbrella singer covered in bruises and facial injuries as a result of Brown's rage.

Brown has spoken of the incident, claiming after he saw the image of her injured face that he, "felt like a f*cking monster".

Pitchfork also reported in 2017 that a woman claimed she was seriously sexually assaulted in the rapper's home, and sued him as a result of her trauma.
