The best way to start saving is to start saving now, even small efforts will make a difference.

Prolific artist Tim O'Brien is the man behind the amazing painting, and has done some amazing works to represent American politics and culture.

O'Brien works as a professor at the Pratt Institute and is one of the world's most famous illustrator, having covering Time magazine over and over again.

A study has just found that major high street chemists are selling potentially damaging tooth-whitening kits, leaving teeth weaker and more sensitive.

Testing of five common brands discovered that they can harm enamel, and dental experts are now requesting a ban on non-hydrogen peroxide based whitening kits sold over the counter.

Tests on extracted teeth that had been whitened saw damage, according to a study published on Friday in the British Dental Journal.

Home users can apparently cause more damage to occur by leaving the whitening strips on for too long or using them too often. If they have underlying dental problems, the authors said they are also at risk.

Dr Linda Greenwall, author from Manchester University wrote; “The lack of research and ease of availability of these products from major retailers is alarming and may potentially be harming the consumers’s dentition.”

A wide range of teeth whitening products have been saturating the market since an EU directive in 2011 said products with more than 0.1 percent hydrogen peroxide were only be sold to dentists.

Dr Greenwell and her colleagues claim that, despite safety testing taking place, the longer-term effects of the whitening kits are drastically misunderstood.

Three of the tested products in the BDJ study possess sodium chlorite, an additive which can react in the mouth to product enamel-harming chemicals.

Samples which were treated with the Brilliant 5-minute kit and iWhite instant teeth whitening had the most noticeable effects after being tested, and also showed softening which leaves teeth vulnerable to abrasions.

Users have potentially wasted time and money, as some of the tested whitening kits produced no effects at all.

The British Dental Bleaching Society is now asking for all dentists to be trained in tooth-whitening and bleaching. A spokesperson for the group said;

“We are concerned that the OTC products included in the study may be harmful to teeth and advise the general public to see their dentist if they are considering having their teeth whitened.

A Boots spokesperson said: “The safety of our customers is extremely important to us and we thoroughly assess all of our dental care products before we put them on sale.”

High street cosmetic procedures have been increasingly popular with more of the public trying to imitate the look of celebrities and reality TV personalities.

Last night, Jordyn Woods was booked to appear at a lunch party for her new range of Eylure lashes. 

Despite the current tumultuous climate surrounding her relationship with the Kardashian clan, the model showed up to the event and made a speech.

Jordyn seems to address her current situation in her speech at the event, saying:

Jordyn was named an Eylure ambassador as she teamed up with the brand to create her own style of lashes (which look gorge, not going to lie) at the start of the month. 

The model has been removed form the Good American website, Khloe's denim and clothing company for which she previously modelled, and has been unfollowed on Instagram by Khloe. 

Nether Khloe nor Tristan Thompson have made an official statement on the scandal.

Two more women have come forward to accuse R&B singer R Kelly of sexual misconduct, dating back to when they were 15 and 16 years old.

The latest allegations are the newest in a string of claims against the singer going back three decades, spanning child pornography to sexual, emotional and physical abuse and holding women captive in a sex cult.

The duo spoke out against the notorious artist at a press conference with infamous women's rights lawyer Gloria Allred yesterday.

Both women allege that the sexual misconduct happened in 1995 after they attended an R Kelly and LL Cool J concert in Baltimore, Maryland.

One of the ladies said she was just 16 years old and living in the city when her and a 15-year-old friend, the other alleged victim, attended the concert.

The woman said Kelly asked the two girls to meet him in his hotel suite, and that he entered the room wearing jeans and a white t-shirt, with his penis “out and over the top of his pants”.

Apparently, Kelly asked both girls to dance and he ended up lying on the bed with them, telling them they could be in his next music video.

The woman said Kelly requested oral sex from her, which she did, and then he had sexual intercourse with her.

She had been under the influence of alcohol and marijuana that had been given to her at the after-party, and alleges she “did not have the capacity to consent”.

In Maryland, the age of consent is 16. The two women never saw R Kelly again.

Despite the huge range of allegations against the singer, his lawyer Steve Greenberg denied all accusations against Kelly, saying he has never knowingly had sexual relations with underage women.

He told RSVP Live, "I am going out with an Irish guy now, so it suits us both to be back in Ireland and our families are close by.''

Mark was engaged before, to Kevin McDaid but they split in 2011.

Brands have been impersonating Kim Kardashian and her family's style for YEARS (have you seen Boohoo and Fashion Nova's websites?) but now Kim's had enough.

Fast-fashion companies have been stealing original designers from "true designers", and the KK Beauty mogul has finally commented on the Instagram-type brand lookalikes.

She wrote a host of tweets addressing the issue, and has officially filed a lawsuit against Missguided for $10 million;

"It’s devastating to see these fashion companies rip off designs that have taken the blood, sweat and tears of true designers who have put their all into their own original ideas."

She addressed the Yeezy controversy, airing out her annoyance that fashion organisations have been blatantly copying her husband Kanye West's designs;

"I’ve watched these companies profit off my husband’s work for years and now that it’s also affecting designers who have been so generous to give me access to their beautiful works, I can no longer sit silent," she said.

She continued, referencing the Thierry Mugler dress she recently wore;

"Only two days ago, I was privileged enough to wear a one-of-a-kind vintage Mugler dress and in less than 24 hours it was knocked off and thrown up on a site – but it's not for sale. You have to sign up for a waitlist because the dress hasn’t even been made to sell yet."

"My relationships with designers are very important to me. It's taken me over a decade to build them and I have a huge amount of respect for the amount of work that they put into bringing their ideas to life."

"I often plan for weeks, sometimes months, and even a year in advance, and I’m grateful for every fashion moment those designers and their dresses have helped me create," she tweeted.

While Kim didn't actually name any fashion brands, she filed a $10 million lawsuit against Missguided for using her trademarked name and likeness to promote it's product online, according to E! News.

E! News obtained the documents detailing the lawsuit against the UK-based company. In the suit, Kim writes that their actions are a "blatant and willful violation of her statutory and common law rights of publicity." 

The document states that "companies have sought out ways to leverage Kim's celebrity status and social media following without seeking her consent," and have purposefully allowed her to be "an unwitting and unwilling spokesperson of their products."

"Like other 'fast fashion' companies, Missguided, which sells clothing throughout the world on its website (among others), has become notorious for 'knocking off' the clothing worn by celebrities like Kardashian," the suit continues.

"Missguided does not merely replicate the looks of these celebrities as seen on red carpets, in paparazzi photos, and in social media posts. Missguided systematically uses the names and images of Kardashian and other celebrities to advertise and spark interest in its website and clothing."

Missguided issued the following statement to E! News.

"We haven't received any notification of legal action, but in any event any action based on online banter would be meritless," the statement read. "Missguided shoppers know the score- We're about the celeb look, for people without their bucks. For the record, as much as we love her style, we're not working with Kim on anything."

Last February, the reality TV star posed in an unreleased gold dress her husband Kanye West made for her last summer, and wrote on Instagram;

"P.S. fast fashion brands, can you please wait until I wear this in real life before you knock it off," she captioned her post. Fashion Nova created basically the same dress not long afterwards.

As far as we know, Kim has yet to file a lawsuit against Fashion Nova. Missguided also copied the exact same dress.

They're fairly shameless, we have to admit. Time will tell if the Kardashian manages to quench the copycats.

The Kardahsians are known for their penchant for the snake emoji to refer to their enemies. 

In fact, after Kim called Taylor Swift a snake using the emoji, the singer ended up incorporating the emblem heavily in her Reputation Tour, such was the pop culture relevancy of the emoji.

In case you have been asleep for the past 48 hours – Khloe Kardashian has split for her long term partner and daughter's father Tristan Thompson after reports emerged that he cheated on her again, this time with Jordyn Woods. 

Woods is a close family friend of the Kardashians, and is Kylie Jenner's best friend.

Khloe made a paid appearance at the launch of the new PrettyLittleThing store HQ in LA, and posed for pictures at the store opening.

The Khloe Kardashian/Tristan Thompson has everyone in an absolute TIZZY, if you ask us. Everyone's been watching her social media feed all day, waiting to see whether she'll comment on Tristan's latest cheating scandal.

This time, he was unfaithful to Khloe, with Kylie Jenner's best friend Jordyn Woods. You honestly couldn't write this drama, it's bizarre.

The reality TV star and mum-of-one has erased Tristan from her feed completely, except for scattered images from before her pregnancy and True Thompson's birth. Now she's posted cryptic quotes to her stories;

The first quote said; "The worst pain is getting hurt by a person you explained your pain to." No question of who that's aimed at…Jordyn and Tristan are definitely off the Christmas card list.

The second one is about seeing the best in the worst situations;

The final quote is most definitely a dig at the 27-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers basketball player and father of her child:

Yikes, it sounds pretty miserable in her camp at the moment. No doubt her family are rallying around her, but we wonder what Kylie's reaction will be, considering Jordyn was her BFF?

Note that she still follows her on social media, and Khloe hasn't removed Woods from her feed either. Khloe also posted a drawing of a crying woman, and a bouquet of flowers. 

The drama is just mad, we wonder if she'll say anything directly on the matter. We wish her the best in this tough time, Tristan sounds like trash.
