650 viewers have complained to Ofcom, the UK's communications regulator, after Sunday night's Love Island episode.

The complaints  were made due to the 'unnecessary' and orchestrated distress contestant Dani Dyer was put under.

Dani was shown a misleading video on the show, featuring her boyfriend Jack Fincham with another woman, Ellie Jones, who happens to be his ex-girlfriend.

A post shared by ♡ Dani Dyer ♡ (@danidyerxx) on

'It always happens to me, as soon as I’m happy with someone, something happens to me, it’s like I’m not allowed to be happy,' she said on the show.

'Imagine it’s some girl that he’s been recently seeing, he clearly has feelings if he was seeing her and now she’s in here.'

'I knew it was too good to be true,' she said, breaking down into tears.

The video seemed to present that Jack and Ellie have something going on between them, which is misleading.

Recently, the male contestants were moved to a separate villa, where six new female contestants were introduced.

Jack has in fact been sleeping outside to avoid having to share a bed with his ex, or any of the new female contestants, and has remained loyal to Dani.

The couple, who are favourites to win the show, were reunited last night.

It's the shop that just keeps on giving.

Our beloved Pennys is now becoming more inclusive and we are DELIGHTED.

The launch of the new sizing will get underway over the next couple of months.

The store is currently switching up their number sizing from the traditional 8, 10, 12.

In its place will be S, M & L.

However, it isn't stopping there, as the retailer has planned to expand the range from XXS (UK4) to XXL (UK24).

You'll begin to see the new sizing as Pennys spoke to Pretty52 and said the line is trickling in.

"We have updated our sizing for a more comfortable fit – we will be grouping sizes into S/M/L etc, rather than 8/10/12 etc.

A post shared by Primark (@primark) on

"The new sizing is trickling into stores now and will be used for a small amount of lingerie plus a large selection of womenswear including: Jumpers, cardigans, jersey tops, sports tops, casual bottoms, workout apparel, shorts (not denim shorts), light jackets and some swimwear," said the retail giant.

It wasn't long before people took to Twitter to express their sheer joy at the move.

Here's hoping that this is only the beginning of more inclusive sizes being introduced.

If you'll need us, we'll be in Pennys!

There's not much that Queen Bey can't pull off.

This can be seen with her recent Instagram pics which showed her enjoying an impromptu photoshoot session on her private jet.

And how fab does she look?

A post shared by Beyoncé (@beyonce) on

The singer first posted a video collage, featuring several pictures of herself rocking a Zimmerman pink paisley ensemble.

Known for her killer fashion choices, she paired her ruffled paisley shirt and matching high-waisted shorts with a boxy white handbag and clear heels.

Her hair up was swept up in an epic blonde top knot and the look was finished off with pink sunglasses, hoop earrings and a statement red lip.

A post shared by Beyoncé (@beyonce) on

Bey decided to ditch the caption and simply let her images speak for themselves – which they did.

Her 115 million followers showed their support with comments such as, ''SLAY PRETTY IN PINK'' and ''You are PERFECT in every way. No matter what you do, what you wear, what you sing'' while others simply opted for love hearts or fire emojis.

However, even Beyonce suffers mishaps, which was seen recently on stage during her On The Run II Tour in Warsaw, Poland.

She lost her balance during a cover of Ed Sheeran's Perfect, as the "flying stage" she was standing on suddenly stopped.

Thankfully she wasn't injured and was helped down a ladder by crew members.

And if anyone can make climbing down a ladder in high-heeled PVC boots look stylish, it is the Queen of Pop.

It's about time!

A razor company has made shaving history by featuring women with real body hair.

Banished are the days of watching women 'shave' their hairless legs – which makes no sense at all.

Not to mention the whole argument of why women are supposed to be hairless in the first place, in order to be seen as attractive. (EYEROLL)

However, Billie's Project Body Hair is the breath of fresh air we need when it comes to normalising women's body hair.

The razor brand, Billie, launched a campaign to celebrate a normal woman's body hair – Big fat YEP to that.

Speaking of the campaign, Billie's co-founder, Georgina Gooley said:

"Only showing smooth, hairless legs seemed like an archaic way of representing women. We have always said shaving is a choice."

A post shared by Grupa Ponton (@grupaponton) on

"It’s your hair and no one should tell you what to do with it. We’re excited to launch a campaign that will help normalise body hair and change the one-dimensional way in which women are portrayed in mass media," added Georgina.

If we didn't love them enough for paving (hopefully) a new trend for all shaving companies, they've gone and donated their photographs to stock image website Unsplash.

It might seem insignificant, but we challenge you to find ANY stock images that show women's body hair in a positive way — yeah, finding all the same hairless images; harder than it seems eh?

A post shared by Parallels Co (@parallelsco) on

Director and photographer Ashley Armitage commented on her involvement in the advertisement.

"It’s amazing that Billie is the first shaving company to actually show women with body hair. In all razor commercials, for some reason, I can’t wrap my head around the fact that models already have smooth hairless skin.

"How can you know that a razor is even doing its job if all it's doing is swiping off some shaving cream? And more importantly, why is showing female body hair so taboo?"

We ask ourselves the same questions daily tbh!

Though you should never feel ashamed as a woman to embrace your body hair, we know we don't live in an ideal world, particularly as the media seem reluctant to make the change.

Therefore, steps like Billies' is taking are seriously important in the fight towards normalising women's body hair, with one day – it becoming the norm.

It should be purely your choice to shave or not – You're SLAYING either way.

We’ve been wearing twice as much deodorant since this heatwave made an appearance. We love the soaring temperatures, but they have also left us melting from the moment we wake up until the early hours of the morning.

Being stuck on a packed Luas when it's 25 degrees outside isn’t a pleasant experience, especially when someone’s sweaty armpit is mere centimetres away from your face.

Gross encounters like this inspire us to be extra hygienic during the summer months.

Once we hop out of the shower in the morning we spritz ourselves with a florally scented deodorant.

However, experts have found that we have been applying deodorant the wrong way all this time.

Doctor Dawn Harper told The Sun that you should apply deodorant at night instead of in the morning. She explained that applying deodorant at night will give it time to dry on your armpits.

“Apply at night before going to bed to allow to dry fully. Leave on overnight and wash off any residue in the morning with soap and water.”

She added: "To get the best results you apply deodorant to completely dry skin."

The best piece of advice she could offer was to be diligent when purchasing deodorant. She said many people fail to buy antiperspirant deodorant and opt for fancy designs and flowery scents instead.

Antiperspirant deodorants stop you from sweating, whereas other sprays just mask the smell of sweat temporarily.

Applying your deodorant at night may be the right way, but we'll be applying deodorant on the hour every hour during this heatwave.

If you're a fan of conspiracy theories, drama series and Julia Roberts then you're in luck.

Amazon's latest show, Homecoming, is launching on Amazon Prime Video this autumn and you will be hooked.

Directed by Sam Esmail (MR. ROBOT), it is being described as ''a mind-bending psychological thriller.''

The story goes: Heidi Bergman (Roberts) is a caseworker at the Homecoming Transitional Support Center, a Geist Group facility helping soldiers transition back to civilian life.

Overseeing Heidi and the facility is Colin Belfast (Bobby Cannavale), an ambitious company man whose manic demands point to questionable motives.

Several years later, Heidi has started a new life with her mother (Sissy Spacek) and working as a small-town waitress, when a Department of Defence auditor (Shea Whigham) comes to her with questions about why she left the Homecoming facility.

Heidi begins to realise that there’s a whole other story behind the story she’s been telling herself.

The series is based on the popular podcast of the same name from Gimlet Media, created by Eli Horowitz and Micah Bloomberg.

The cast also includes Alex Karpovsky, Jeremy Allen White and Dermot Mulroney among others.

Homecoming will debut exclusively on Amazon Prime Video Autumn 2018.

The next time someone rolls their eyes at your casual swearing just tell them you were being honest.

And if that doesn't work, hit them with the facts, because according to new research, people who choose to express themselves through swear words may actually be more trustworthy than those who don't.

Take that, Mam.

A study published in the Social Psychological and Personality Science journal examined 276 people to find out how and why they curse.

The team, led by Gilad Feldman of Maastricht University in the Netherlands, asked the participants to make a list of their favourite swear words as well as a 'self-report' noting how many times they used them per day.

Subjects were also asked to consider any emotion they may associate with those words – e.g. anger, fear or frustration.

The foul-mouthed participants were then asked to complete a psychological survey to see how honest they are and rank how likely they are to lie.

When results were analysed, researchers found that those who used more profanities actually told fewer lies.

The study concluded: “We set out to provide an empirical answer to competing views regarding the relationship between profanity and honesty.”

“We found that a higher rate of profanity use was associated with more honesty.”

So, the next time you need to get something off your chest, grab your most foul-mouthed friend and pour your heart out in total confidence.

Liam Payne and Cheryl have announced their separation after two and a half years together. The singers issued near-identical statements last night confirming their break-up.

They admitted that it wasn’t an easy decision to make, but they have decided to go their separate ways.

Sources have shared that the split is amicable and there is nobody else involved.

“Cheryl and I are sad to announce that we are going our separate ways. It's been a tough decision for us to make,” Liam wrote.

The former One Direction member and Cheryl share a son together. They said one-year-old Bear will always be their number one priority.

“We still have so much love for each other as a family. Bear is our world and we ask that you respect his privacy as we navigate our way through this together,” the Familiar singer added.

Cheryl also asked the public to respect their family during this difficult time.

It was reported that the couple were having relationship problems earlier this year, but Cheryl and Liam hit back and showed a united front at the BRIT awards in February.

Speaking about the rumours, former Girls Aloud member Cheryl said that they were ludicrous.

The Fight For This Love singer first met Liam when he auditioned for the X Factor at the age of 14. They were reunited again when he joined One Direction on the reality TV show in 2010.

They welcomed their son Bear in the March of 2017.

The weekend festivities may be over, but that doesn’t mean you have to wallow in your own self-pity tonight. One of the best things to do after a hectic weekend is to unwind and watch one of your favorite movies.

We recommend watching something light and funny to deal with that dreaded Sunday night fear, and luckily enough the perfect Sunday night flick is on TV tonight.

Thanks to the wonderful people over at Universal we’ll be tuning into one of the funniest Sandra Bullock movies.

The Proposal is on at 9 pm tonight and we are beyond excited about it. It’s hard to believe it’s been nine years since the film was initially released.

The hilarious movie stars Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds. Bullock stars as the fierce editor whose world flips upside down when she is told she might be deported back home to Canada.

Luckily, the quick-thinking boss puts a plan together and uses her assistant to solve her problems. She tells Reynolds’ character, Andrew, that he must marry her, but he will only agree if she promotes him to editor and publishes his book.

The duo embarks on a trip to Andrew’s hometown where they have to convince his family and their immigration agent that their marriage isn't a complete farce.

This movie is full of witty scenes, touching moments and an infamous dance sequence with Betty White.

We couldn’t think of anything better to watch on a Sunday night.

You can catch The Proposal on Universal at 9 pm tonight.
