Last night's episode of KUWTK, whic aired in the US, focused on Khloe and Tristan Thompson's relationship – and the cheating scandal that engulfed the last few days of Khloe's pregnancy. 

The news of Tristan's infidelity isn't new, but neither Khloe nor Tristan have spoken out about the cheating since the birth of their baby True.

Taking to Insta, the new Mum said:

'Tonight’s episode is an uncomfortable and super emotional one for me, but when we signed up for this show over a decade ago, we signed up for a reality show, which meant showing you guys inside our lives; the good, the bad and the ugly,' Khloe wrote.

'To relive these moments all over again is incredibly difficult emotionally but I also hope that with every trial, tribulation and curveball life throws at us, that we ALL get to learn from our journeys.'

'Amidst the tough times, I have been blessed with the ultimate gift, my sweet baby True who has changed my life in ways I never could have imagined,' she finished.

Khloe watched the episode as it aired last night, and live-Tweeted the experience of re-living the episode. 

'I know now, looking back that I was in shock because I couldn’t believe that this would ever happen to me but I’m still very proud of myself for how I handled everything. True gave me the peace and strength I needed,' she said.

Now that Halloween is over we can finally focus on our favourite holiday.

The Irish public is amongst the most confident in the world, according to new LinkedIn research,  with a whopping 7 out of 10 adults believing they are successful in life – no hint of imposter syndrome here. 

According to the data, the Irish public places more emphasis on their work life balance, relationships and personal experiences when defining success than their salary.

Being healthy was actually the top characteristics that respondents defined success by – with 74% of those surveyed in the LinkedIn study singling it out.

Having a great relationship with your family, and spending time with them, as well as building healthy friendships were also viewed as popular definitions of success, at 62% and 58% respectively.

Being able to spend time on their passions and hobbies contributed heavily in terms of whether people viewed themselves as a success.

We're all obsessed with travel Instagram accounts, which isnt surprising when 44% of people defined the ability to travel as a marker of success.

LinkedIn’s research found that traditional perceptions of success were outdated, with just 15% of respondents identifying a six-figure salary as a definition of success – the figure rose to 32% among respondents in the 18-24 year old age group.

6% judged earning more money than their friends as success and similarly only 16% viewed getting a pay rise a positive milestone in terms of being a success.

The Instagram cuts the original episodes down to about four minutes and can be viewed on NBC’s IGTV page.

Hello, weekend plans.

These mini-episodes will follow the same story as the original, but in a more Instagram-friendly way.

This means that they're shorter, edited to fit a vertical screen, and have new animated graphics, texts, and pop-ups that appear during the episode.

The original show premiered in 1989 and ran until 1993. starring Mark-Paul Gosselaar (Zack), Mario Lopez (A.C.), Dustin Diamond (Screech), Tiffani Thiessen (Kelly), Elizabeth Berkley (Jessie), Lark Voorhies (Lisa) and Dennis Haskins (Richard).

While the full episodes of the series are on Hulu and NBC.com, we are big fans of this Instagram version too.

She said, ''everyone in the public eye has people who say nasty stuff about them. I've seen articles about me online where 90 percent of the comments are awful.''

She continued, ''in the past I've ended up in tears about what some people have said about me online. Sometimes it just affects you if you're having a bad day.''

However she did say that she is proud to show her insecurities so that people can't make her feel bad about having them.

She revealed, ''I love to posting photos on Instagram when I'm not wearing any make-up. I want to show my insecurities. I'm showing I can accept that they're there.''

Olivia got hitched to fellow Love Islander Alex Bowen in the first ever Love Island wedding in front of friends and family in Essex last month.

The ceremony took place at Gosfield Hall, on 10 acres of elegant grounds before they headed off to Sri Lanka followed by the Maldives for their honeymoon. 

Now the pair have expanded their family by adopting a cute pup. 

We think she is an absolute stunner and those keyboard warriors can go f**k themselves – keep your chin up Olivia.

Whether it’s a guilty pleasure or low-key obsession, reality shows make for some of the best entertainment available on TV.

Some may be firm believers that the Kardashian clan made reality TV what it is today, while others lean more towards Andy Warhol’s spark of genius in recording daily life and his “famous for 15 minutes” philosophy.

The holiday season is usually packed with marathons on TV, be it anything from Big Brother to America’s Next Top Model.

However, there’s nothing worse than missing a juicy episode and spending the rest of the season somewhat in the dark. Luckily, these shows have become easy to get hold of and even easier to track on their relevant channels.

Prepping for the weekly marathon simply requires your chosen list of shows to watch next, a TV schedule guide and a subscription to a trusty online streaming site just in case you miss an episode.

Worst case scenario, you can find catch up reviews online to grab all the essential details before you continue watching.

Get social and involved

Along with the gift of reality shows, the technology age has given us a range of platforms to express every bit of excitement or rage the presents itself during the tangible drama onscreen.

One way to show support or express your strong feelings about your favourite show is to head to Twitter, Instagram or Facebook to share all the best and worst moments with viewers across the world.

Nothing feels quite as satisfying knowing another fan is having the same experience as you are and is also unashamedly passionate about the latest scandals.

Perhaps it's no surprise, then, that people can now bet on the latest shows like UK’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! It's possible for people to bet on a final winner or who will be sent home in the various eliminations throughout the season.

The interaction makes the entire experience all the more real, particularly when people can potentially win money from your extensive show knowledge. Who said watching TV wasn't a productive use of time?

Stay (somewhat) active

The holidays are all about fun and relaxation, but you don’t want to become entirely sedentary during your off time.

This isn’t to say you should spend your days at the gym if you’re not that way inclined. Instead, you can compile a fun workout or set of activities to do in the comfort of your home and maybe even do it without having to turn off the TV.

With so many equipment-free options from which to choose, you can be sure to find something to suit you. After all, the boost in energy means more time to continue the holiday fun.

Jessica Alba – entrepreneur, mum, actor and wife – is certainly is a busy woman.

And now she has given a glimpse into her home life by posing on the cover of Parents magazine alongside her fab brood – husband Cash Warren and kids; 10-year-old Honour, seven-year-old Haven and baby Hayes, who turns one on New Years Eve. 

She opened up about returning to her acting roots in the #MeToo movement era in Hollywood. 

She said, ''I'm getting back to acting because it is my first love and is part of my identity. Hollywood’s different now from when I semi-retired 10  years ago.''

She continued, ''there is a new awareness of how important is for women to be paid well and to be represented in front of, but also behind the camera. The #MeToo movement, for all of the heartache and trauma that it has churned up, enlightened people.''

She went on, ''for L.A.’s Finest, I did not even think about what a man would be paid. I said, ‘This is what I am worth.’ Gab and I know our value, and we are lucky to be comfortable enough that we could have walked away if we had to.''

Jessica also spoke about how she juggles motherhood wth her bust working schedule.

She spoke about how she brought one of her kids with her on a business trip to Milan.

She said, ''we went 2 days early so we could have together time. When I had meetings, she would wait for me in another conference room. I cannot be at every school drop-off and pick-up, but I am showing her my time’s valuable and that she has real value to me. I also want her to see my work is important and that I am trying my best to make a difference, and maybe she will absorb it.''

It sounds like her kids are lucky to have a mum like her.

Dublin model Nadia Forde has revealed how she will make sure that her late mother is with her on her wedding day.

The 29-year-old is set to marry her Welsh rugby player fiance Dominic Day next summer and she wants to honour her mother, Berenice Paolozzi, who passed away from lymphoma in June 2015.

And she is going to do with the help of her new baby, who she gave birth to a month ago.

The London-based model announced the happy news on Instagram by uploading a cute snap of her cradling her daughter, captioning it, ''Wyatt Winnie Day – our little warrior.''

Nadia took to the social media platform again to tell fans that she was planning on having her mother's original Christening gown from the 1960s 'upcycled' into a dress for Wyatt to wear on her wedding day.

It's obvious that Nadia has taken to motherhood with ease – as she has been posting gorgeous pictures to Instagram of her little girl.

She uploaded a photo of Wyatt and Dominic dressed up in Halloween costumes together, saying that they were ''chilling after a long night fighting crime.''

They are such a sweet fam and we wish Nadia all the best in her upcoming nuptials.

Today marks the young model’s twenty-third birthday.

The 69-year-old shared a flashback photo of her holding baby Kendall over two decades ago.

Wearing an adorable white bow and matching dress, Caitlyn smiles while baby Kendall rests her cheek on her shoulder.

The proud parent wrote: “My little Kendall was having a rough day almost 23 years ago.

Diane Kruger and Norman Reedus have welcomed their first child together.

The two have been fairly private about the birth of their child and have not shared any photos or announcements to social media.

But E! News confirmed the little one’s arrival to the actor’s family.

News of the 42-year-old’s pregnancy was made public in May when a source close to the couple told US Weekly.

The National Treasure star had stopped drinking alcohol and been wearing loose fitting clothes, so it was plain to see the couple’s exciting news.

The pair have been together for over two years and are still head over heels for one another.

Diane and Norman have always been extremely supportive of one another’s careers throughout their relationship.

And while her partner has been busy filming his hit TV series The Walking Dead, the actress has been working just as hard on her own career.

She recently starred in the thriller The Fade which won a Golden Globe for Best Motion Picture.

She has also just finished filming Welcome to Marwen with co-star Steve Carell.

The talented actor has played a wide range of roles and has refused to let her pregnancy slow her down.

Now, her and Norman will be shifting their focus to their baby boy or girl and enjoying time together as a family.

The Stella Theatre in Rathmines has been quite popular of late as its lush design makes for a unique cinema experience.

Attendees feel as if they have been transported back in time as they take in the red leather recliners and vintage lamp shades.

The best part is taking a sip out of an old cocktail glass while watching a film.

And now, The Stella has opened a sister theatre in Ranelagh – meaning there are now two of these classic venues for us to enjoy.

The new Stella is located on the lower floor of the newly opened Devlin Hotel on Ranelagh main street.

However, while maintaining its sophisticated essence, the new theatre will be slightly different from that of its sister location.

It is a 44-seater boutique cinema with a state-of-the-art sound system and a more modern design.

The theatre will focus on indie, arthouse and cult classic style movies, making sure to bring viewers first looks at Irish film.

Its plush and cosy seating allows viewers to sink into their seats with their favourite cocktail from the bar.

There is also a delicious food menu available including barbecue pulled pork belly sandwiches, fish tacos, a selection of flatbreads and more that you can have delivered to your seat.

And at just €19 a ticket, you won’t find a better cinema experience.

The theatre officially opens today.

Two of the iconic Spice Girls reunited on the red carpet last night – Victoria and Mel C.

Victoria Beckham shared a snapshot with her old friend, raving about her musical performance last night.

Both dawned gorgeous black dresses. Victoria wore an elegant long gown that hugged her small frame in a flattering way.

The two were attending Eva Longoria’s Global Gift Gala and clearly wanted to show that they are still close despite recent rumours.

Calling her performance “amazing”, Victoria sang along to the band’s hit single 2 Become 1.

We are sad that Posh Spice won’t be joining the reunion tour but are glad that her decision hasn’t affected her relationship with the rest of the girls.
