A big hug is an unbeatable cure for lots of things – even a tricky question that could have easily rocked the boat big time.

When a reporter for a Russian television station asked the question, “Is there any place for politics in space?” these three International Space Station crew members from three different countries didn’t need words to answer.

Instead, Alexander Gerst of Germany, Maxim Suraev of Russia and American Reid Wiseman let their love do the talking with a heartwarming group hug.

“This is our answer” Reid Wiseman said in Russian.

“Yes, this is our answer for everyone to see,” Suraev added.

The display of international friendship took place at a news conference in Kazakhstan this week on the eve of the crew’s departure for a six-month mission at the International Space Station.

Katie Hopkins had some cruel jibes to make about Kelly Brook and Lily Allen in her column.

She hit out at Lily Allen’s Spanx dance, saying: “A short-ar** mother in big pants is unnecessary.”

Ooh, we don’t think Lily will let her away with that one!

Lily wasn’t the only one on the recieveing end of Katie’s crude remarks, as she said about Kelly Brook: “Kelly Brook looks good – from above. Thunder thighs were never my thing.”

Wow, that’s pretty low – even for Katie!

The singer uploaded an image to her Instagram account of the tense time her hair was all cut off and then another revealing the new style.

Hilary is said to be releasing a new album soon as well as a new TV show. Busy girl!

Hilary is also a mum to toddler Luca with her estranged husband, Mike Comrie.

Vogue chief tops fashion names on ‘100 Most Powerful Women’ list

Anna Wintour has topped the fashion names on Forbes magazine’s ‘100 Most Powerful Women’ list.

The American Vogue editor-in-chief and artistic director of Condé Nast has been placed at number 39 on this year’s list – a whole two places higher than in 2013.

This is in part down to her fundraising work for the Anna Wintour Costume Centre and President Obama’s re-election campaign.

Anna, 64, beat designers Diane Von Furstenberg, who ranked in 68th place, Miuccia Prada in 75th and Tory Burch in 79th as well as supermodel Gisele Bundchen, who has an estimated wealth of $42million.

Also on the list in 43rd place is Spanx creator Sara Blakely who made history after turning her $5,000 life savings into the billion dollar brand, becoming the world’s first self-made female billionaire.

Sara has also joined the Giving Pledge, vowing to donate at least half of her earnings to charity.

Beyonce, Shakira, Oprah Winfrey, Angelina Jolie and Sofia Vergara also made it onto the list, which was topped by the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel.

5. Flirting is a foreign sport.
Can they even tell if I’m trying? How about now?

Get your relationship out of my face, off my newsfeed and away from my park bench.

7. You take your role as third wheel very seriously
They love you being there. Obvs.

8. Date? What’s a date?
How do we do this again? Shave, pluck, apply, we couldn’t be bothered. And anyway, The Hills reruns are on.

The ’90s were such as simple decade. While technology may have made our lives a little easier, there are still some very annoying things we have to deal with now that we didn’t way back when.

Hashtags are possibly the most annoying thing to come from smart phones.

2. But first, let me take six selfies

Actually, THIS is the most annoying thing to come from a smart phone!

3. Sorry, can’t talk. On my phone.

People on phones at the cash register have to be the worse people in the world. So. Rude.

4. You have been tagged in seventy photos

That Sunday morning feeling… *shudder*

5. Lov3 Yewww So Much Hunni xoxo

Facebook relationships are the worst relationships.

6. Lost in translation

Text fights are so easily caused because the tone of the message can be lost. Just make a phone call and avoid that long-lasting family fight.

7. Reality television

Okay, so it may be brain dead and we wish it was never invented, but damn it’s addictive.

8. Lack of bacon and cabbage

Bring back the classics! Enough of this nouveau-food crap!

9. RIP light up runners

We would totally still wear these.

It was so much easier to take rejection back in the ’90s, obviously they weren’t able to get through because the phone was engaged.

What you should be doing before the mini marathon

With only three days left to the mini marathon, it is important you take it easy this weekend. Here are some great tips to keep you in tip-top condition before your race.

Go for a short run
Go for short runs. You don’t want to exert yourself too much, so that you are too tired and sore on the day of the race.

Stay hydrated
Even now it is important to stay hydrated. Avoid alcohol – yes, we know it’s a Bank Holiday – and drink plenty of water in the run up to the day and on the day.

Don’t overdo it
Take it easy. In a couple of days you’ll be running for at least an hour, maybe more, so use the weekend to relax and put your feet up.

Look over the route
Make sure you take the time to look over the route. Knowing where you’re going will take out any unwanted surprises.

Get your gear ready
Make sure you have everything ready – race number, leggings/ shorts, running top, sunscreen and anything else you might need.

It would appear that the couple have gotten married and forgot to tell us!

Kelly wrote on her Instagram account: “Look how lovely my husband looks #Eurostar #France #Wedding Celebrations.”

It has not been revealed yet whether the couple got married in England and are now travelling to France or vice versa.
