Despite the Duke of Sussex's ample experience in giving public speeches, it seems that he still gets nervous in front of crowds.

In preparation of the Invictus Games 2018, Prince Harry wanted to practice his speech in front of the person whose opinion he values most – his wife.

Meghan Markle walked over to the rows of empty chairs set up for the big event and took a seat in the front row.

Her hubby took the stage with microphone in hand and began his practised words.

Outside the Sydney Opera House, Harry looked at his partner’s reassuring smile and found the words he knew would be spoken in front of a full house that evening.

The royals’ official Instagram shared the intimate moment with the caption: “Almost time for The Invictus Games 2018.

“The Duke of Sussex makes his final speech preparations ahead of tonight’s Opening Ceremony.”

Many fans have already commented on how sweet Harry and Meghan’s relationship is.

“What a great picture. Duke and Duchess are showing their commitment to each other and to the causes close to their hearts,” said one comment.

“They truly are an amazing team”, said another.

Prince Harry started The Invictus Games four years ago after seeing the positive impact sport could have on the recovery and rehabilitation of wounded, injured and ill servicemen and women.

Wounded warriors compete from all over the world in sports like golf and wheelchair tennis.

It is sweet to see the couple supporting each other in all that they do, and we are seriously jealous of how perfect they are for each other!

Vogue has enjoyed spending as much time as she can with little Theodore and loves having a bring along buddy to take with her wherever she goes.

The young mum and her husband Spencer welcomed their son into the world on September 5th.

And since then, they have began to discover the ins and outs of parenting, including the pros of day dates.

We are glad to see Vogue treasuring her time with her son and can’t wait to see how he grows to look more like his mummy and daddy each day.

Rihanna has reportedly turned down the opportunity to perform at the Superbowl Half-Time show to show her solidarity with former NFL star and 49ers Quarterback Colin Kaepernick, US media reports.

Kaepernick gained infamy after choosing to kneel during the US national anthem last year, and became the first of numerous NFL stars to protest race inequality and police brutality in America, and is now thr face of Nike's controversial ad campaign.

He has not played in the NFL since early 2017 and is now embroiled in a lawsuit with the organisation- claiming team owners have shunned him for his activism. The US media is claiming that pop superstar, fashion icon and general Badass Female Rihanna was the first choice for the half-time show, which the likes of Lady Gaga, Prince, Beyoncé and Michael Jackson have headlined.

"CBS and the NFL reached out to Rihanna first, who after thinking about the offer, decided to pass due to the NFL and the situation regarding players kneeling."

Judging by the reactions on Twitter, fans are standing by her side in her decision to protest the NFL’s methods, though many are divided in their opinions.

Her fans continue to stan, and appear to understand the global superstar's reasons.

Maroon 5 have since been chosen as Plan B for the show, which takes place in Atlanta next year.

Cardi B is apparently the favourite to be their guest star, and there are also claims stating that Pink turned the chance down when talks dragged on for too long.

In the wake of the Brett Kavanaugh trial, discussions of sexual assault and the ‘frat boy’ stereotype have covered the internet.

The recently appointed Supreme Court justice was accused of sexual assault by multiple women, including professor Christine Blasey Ford.

A lawyer commented on the allegations, telling Politico: “If somebody can be brought down by accusations like this, then you, me, every man certainly should be worried.”

In response, journalist and influencer Maura Quint has started a viral Twitter thread describing her personal experiences with men.

“I want to tell a story”, she began. “Once in high school, I felt insecure, I put on a tight top too low cut and dark lipstick I didn’t usually wear.

“I went to a party, drank terrible wine coolers, too many of them. A man asked me if I wanted to leave, I slurred, said maybe. He said ‘maybe’?

“And then he said ‘maybe isn't yes’ and I went home that night, un-assaulted, because I hadn't talked to a rapist at that party.”

Another story she relayed told of a similar situation.

“One time a guy and I had flirted, he invited me to his room, I went we kissed, I said I liked it, he took off his clothes, I touched him, he tried to take off my clothes, I resisted.

“He said ‘seems like you're not into this’ I said, ehhh, he said, no, it's only fun if you want it. I said, I'm sorry, he said it's ok. I left, unmolested. I was lucky, I hadn't met a rapist that night.”

Maura goes on to tell various stories of her going to parties or coming home with guys, during which she did not give consent for sex. And each time, the men respected her decision.

“I've been assaulted. I've also been not assaulted. The difference didn't seem to be what I was wearing, how flirty I was, how much I was drinking”, she explained.

“The only difference seemed to be whether or not the men felt it was ok or not to assault.”

The journalist’s tweets have gained rapid popularity, sparking her to write a more detailed essay about her experience in Vox.

Maura’s powerful words have moved many people, who have began sharing their own stories of sexual assault or circumstances where they could have been.

She has an important message to remind the men and women of this generation – we can all choose to make our own decisions, and it is time for people to take ownership of that responsibility.

Lady Gaga and Christian Carino were first reported to be dating when they were spotted kissing after her 2017 Superbowl performance.

The ring has been sitting on her finger for quite some time, but due to the fact that she has never addressed their relationship until now, the pink accessory was never assumed to be an engagement ring.

Misrepresentation of a brand is an industry faux pas, and this is what Sunday Riley has been accused of this week. 

Sunday Riley is a luxury skincare brand, raved about by bloggers and influencers with an eye watering price tag, and so it would be assumed that they would have a high standard of results to match their high prices. The brand is famous for their unique products, such as their UFO Ultra-Clarifying Face Oil, and their Luna Night Oil Treatment.

This week, Sunday Riley faced accusations of deception, after a Reddit user and supposed former Sunday Riley employee uploaded a document allegedly depicting an email series asking team members to leave fake positive reviews of the business.

A copy of what appears to be an internal email was uploaded to beauty page Estee Laundry. 

The document asks that employees 'write at least 3 reviews' on the Sephora website which reflect positively on the brand, and combat things said in negative reviews. 

Sephora have been in touch with the brand, and released a statement to Allure, reading:

'At Sephora, we believe in the power of the beauty community and that knowledge should be shared to benefit all. Sephora has very strict brand rules regarding our Ratings and Reviews, which we know are an important decision tool for our clients.'

'Additionally, we have teams dedicated to protecting the integrity of our Ratings and Reviews, ensuring through detailed moderation that it's a constant trusted, unbiased, authentic source for all. The accusations have opened up a wider discussion about online transparency for brands such as Sunday Riley.

Season five of Peaky Blinders is under way, and we could not be more excited.

Rooted in 20th century England, Cillian Murphy stole our hearts as leader of the Shelby clan, grappling with the protection of his family and their rise to infamy.

The BBC drama has had a twist at every turn and with its fantastic cast it’s hard not to be pulled into the exploits of the gangster family.

Brian Gleeson (Phantom Thread) and Charlene McKenna (Ripper Street) will be joining the BAFTA winning saga.

Also to join the excited pair is British actor Sam Claflin from the film Me Before You.

Neil Maskell, Kate Dickie, Cosmo Jarvis, Emmett J. Scanlan, Elliot Cowan, Andrew Koji and Daryl McCormack will be in the newest season as well.

Producers have yet to reveal which roles the announced actors will play, but we can ensure that the next segment will be every bit as riveting as the past shows.

It will pick up in 1929, after the financial crash, when Tommy Shelby works alongside a powerful politician in an attempt to not only pick up the pieces of Britain, but keep his family’s future in mind as well.

We can't wait!
