If you remember Charlotte Tilbury's sell out Instant Eye Palette, then you're in for a 24-hour treat.

Make-up guru Charlotte Tilbury (MBE) is renowned for her eyeshadow palettes, and now she's gifting us a brand new Starry Eyes To Hypnotise Instant Eye Palette for one day only.

The queen of dropping makeup when we're least expecting it has struck gold once again, fresh after the launch of her cult beauty product 44-shade Airbrush Flawless Finish Foundation.

A post shared by  (@ctilburymakeup) on

The palette resembles 2017 and 2018's sell-out Instant Eye Palettes, which had over 40,000 people on the waiting list. The eyeshadow palette market is worth a whopping £38.5 million as of last year.

Starry Eyes To Hypnotise has 12 brand new shades designed to create four stunning looks; Happy Glow, Love Glow, Dream Glow and Seduce Glow.

Moonlit smoky eyes, bronzed emerald goddess, a golden glow and a rose-blushed finish are all within your grasp for €67 (£60).

A post shared by (@ctilburymakeup) on

Just because Tilbury is an absolute genius, the shadow formulas are made with REAL diamond powder and are packed full of pigment.

The blendability is the same as the make-up artist's other, successful palettes. If the award-winning formula isn't broke, then why fix it?

The palette is part of the Christmas collection, launching on October 3, so you can add it to your basket if you miss out on the palette today.

A post shared by  (@ctilburymakeup) on

The upcoming Christmas collection includes a beauty advent calendar, Magic Star Highlighter and a Swarovski edition of the brilliant Filmstar Bronze & Glow palette. We've truly been treated.

You only have until 9am on September 13 to snatch the product or else you'll be waiting for the official October 3 launch. Head over to Charlotte Tilbury's website for the goodie.

Urban Decay is truly raining down blessings upon us by welcoming NAKED Honey to the world.

The 12-pan eyeshadow palette has a mixture of beautiful golden, brown and amber hues, in a range of glitters, mattes and shimmers. We cannot cope.

Legendary newly appointed queen of everything that moves; Lizzo, was first to break the exciting news about the latest NAKED palette.

A post shared by  (@iwantalexx) on

The Juice singer gave us a glimpse of what the palette looks like in real life, modelling it in a stunning selfie that has us throwing money at Urban Decay.

The 12 shades have been designed to give a 'retro golden glow', which sounds like a sweet treat to us. Who doesn't love a good glow?

A post shared by  (@mademoizellehope) on

The beauty brand described the newbie as; "12 all-new, golden neutrals that include classic golds, warm ambers, and rich chocolate browns."

They added; "Reach for our go-to shade Amber (it practically glows), create the perfect hazy, smoked-out eye with Sting (warm brown matte), or get hooked on Honey (intense gold metallic) for the ultimate ’70s statement eye."

The palette will go on sale from September 13, 2019 at on Urban Decay's website, and will cost €45 (£42).

Pride is one of the biggest events of the colourful year, and the rainbows will be flying loud and proud in Dublin this weekend.

Make-up and fashion are two of the festival's most noteworthy aspects, since using beauty to express ourselves and our individuality is empowering.

Expect to see some swoon-worthy looks being served by queens far and wide for the parade, and nightlife events shortly after.

Though Pride was, and still is, a protest; Showing off your inner and outer beauty has become a staple part of the festival. The march is about never being afraid to stand out, in many ways.

To celebrate the amazing event, Urban Decay will be giving away complimentary mini-makeovers this Saturday, June 29 in their Grafton Street boutique and we're literally bursting with anticipation.

The rainbow-inspired makeovers will use the brand's new Sparkle Out Loud Glitter collection, made to turn heads and stay in it's place. Basically, it's ideal for a night on the dancefloor.

A post shared by Urban Decay Cosmetics (@urbandecaycosmetics) on

Included in the range is the Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner in eight glorious shades (including the limited-edition Stonewall), which contain water-based, superfine glitter.

The Heavy Metal Glitter Gel is featured in six new shades as the vibrant, hyper-sparkly, buildable formula for your eyes, body and face. Lasting up to nine hours with minimal fallout, the gel will fast become your cult product.

The award-winning 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil wows in the collection, coming in four more shades which are spreadable with a super-creamy and metallic finish. It's even waterproof, so those tears of Pride joy are protected.

Last but certainly not least, is the Hi-Fi Ultra Cushion Lipgloss in four brand new hues. The glitz and shine won't stop you from kissing your LGBTQ+ love interest on the night, don't worry.

Check out the full Urban Decay Sparkle Out Loud Glitter Collection in the boutique, 50-51 Grafton Street. Get yourself down there ASAP on Saturday for the makeover of your rainbow dreams.

Each makeover will take roughly 15 minutes and are subject to availability. We feel a physical connection to the glitter that's about to be spread all over our face this weekend…See you there.

Calling all fans of the now iconic HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones – the long-running show has just had a major homage paid to it.

Urban Decay, one of the most innovative makeup brands out there, has teamed up with the mediaeval epic to launch a collection inspired by the women of Westeros.

The line glorifies the Seven Kingdoms, it's battles and it's legends, and it will be released alongside the final season of the show – due to air on April 14th.

A post shared by Urban Decay Cosmetics (@urbandecaycosmetics) on

According to Urban Decay: 'We’ve partnered with HBO to create the Urban Decay | Game of Thrones collection, inspired by our favourite places in Westeros and the strong women of the Seven Kingdoms.'

'From the shores of Dragonstone to the frozen lands beyond the Wall, this collection will let you create looks inspired by House Stark, House Targaryen, House Lannister, and the White Walkers.'

The collection includes cheek tints, makeup brushes and lipsticks – but the trophy piece has got to be the Game of Thrones Eyeshadow Palette.

A post shared by Urban Decay Cosmetics (@urbandecaycosmetics) on

The palette features eyeshadows that would be used in House Stark, House Targaryen, House Lannister, and by the White Walkers all in one inclusive palette – and the packaging includes a pop-up iron throne, making it the ultimate display piece for a mega-fan.

The palette has sixteen shades of eyeshadow, so a quad per theme, plus one additional highlight shade per House.

Four lipsticks also pay homage to the Houses – named  Daenerys, a blood red metallic, Sansa, a neutral baby nude, Cersei, a metallic brown and White Walker, a rich burgundy.

A post shared by Urban Decay Cosmetics (@urbandecaycosmetics) on

It's a given that we've all wanted to look as stunning as the Mother of Dragons at some point – and UD is launching a highlight and cheek palette to get Daenerys Targaryen's inner glow (without having to sit in a fire with a dragon egg.)

The Mother Of Dragons Highlight Palette has three buttery shades to flatter all skin types – and each shade is named after one of Daenerys' beloved dragons.

If you want to be the first to get your hands on the line in  time to create some GoT-inspired looks for your new season binge session – you can sign up to the waiting list now.

Stop the cosmetic lights: We have some incredible news for Urban Decay fans out there.

We're all aware that Urban Decay have garnered an absolute CULT around their legendary make-up palettes.

We can all remember the mass hysteria when their Naked palettes were released; we'd never seen the likes of it, and we all just HAD to acquire one.

Now the giant cosmetics brand are offering the chance to snatch a FREE Naked Reloaded palette worth €44 (£38), but you'll need to be prepared.

A post shared by Urban Decay Cosmetics (@urbandecaycosmetics) on

They've just launched their Naked Reloaded palettes after the huge success of their debut Naked 1, 2 and 3 and have since added the Naked Cherry, Naked Smoky and Naked Fire Palettes.

Now Urban Decay have stated that they will gift the first 20 customers to walk through the doors of selected stores on Monday a FREE Naked Reloaded palette.

That's right, the claws will well and truly be out to play that day. You need to bring any other Urban Decay palette of yours to swap, however. Seems fair to us.

A post shared by Urban Decay Cosmetics (@urbandecaycosmetics) on

The American brand removed the Naked palette from stores last August and effectively brought the beauty world into a state of grief.

The new take on their classic has since been offered, with 12 gorgeously glitter shades from warm browns to beige neutrals, rouge golds and sparkly whites.

Urban Decay are celebrating the first day of the Naked Reloaded palette hitting shelves officially with the giveaway, and we're expecting MAJOR queues to form from the break of dawn on Monday,

With the recent retirement of the original Naked palette from Urban Decay’s beauty arsenal, the next collection launch for the behemoth brand was hotly anticipated.

As consumers mourned the loss of an iconic product (a loss soothed somewhat by the deserved exit the palette was given – if you haven’t seen that funeral departure featuring Nicole Richie then here’s the link, you’re welcome) the well-contoured cogs at Urban Decay were turning, lining up their catwalk-watching with key trends of the moment before finely milling the two into a new capsule collection for the grieving Naked 1 zealots.

I’ll never forget walking into a department store in Limerick and seeing the OG Naked palette on a purple velvet pedestal before emerging with it clasped in my clammy teenaged hands, and with it’s departure, all eyes were on Urban Decay, waiting to see what would be introduced, almost in it’s stead.

The new release had to, like all others, appeal to the non-legacy audience of beauty lovers who were more adjusted to having their faces pressed up against the UD Instagram page rather than the brand’s colourful displays in department store windows of era’s past.

And through these elements, (and a knack for knowing what the beauty community wants before any influencer tells them)  the new Naked Cherry collection was born.

Urban Decay purists will recall the brand’s original values – to be an antidote to 1996’s obsession with washed-out neutrals by redefining the nude and introducing pops of well formulated, rebellious colour, and this is exactly what they have done once again with the Cherry.

The collection is perfectly curated, with the pièce de résistance of course being the Naked Cherry eyeshadow palette, but before we get to that, let’s run through the other additions.

First, we have a triad of lipsticks that can only be described as extra. Extra shimmery, extra pigmented, and extra-vagant. Formulated into their Vice Lipsticks, the shades are as different from one another as could be but work in harmony to create a capsule of totem lippies that would see any makeup-lover worth her Moondust through party season.

The first of the triplets is Juicy – a high shine, high shimmer neutral that would work as a stand-alone lip look, or, when washed onto the lip with a lip brush, work as a lip topper over a darker hue. The second of the trifecta is Devilish, a berry pink lippie with bold body and a shimmer that screams to be paired with an autumnal eyes.

Lastly we have Cherry, a deep berry wine so vampy it turns heads. The perfect remedy to a seemingly endless lip trend of overlined taupe liner, the deep shade is given an added dimension thanks to it’s high-shine finish, and it’s a complete collection stand out.

The collection also includes two new 24/7 Glide-On eyepencils, which Danielle Roberts, global makeup artist at UD, explains are created with their original formula – so soft on the eyes thanks to their buttery consistency that 90-year-olds come in to the Urban Decay stores searching for the soft pencils.

The new shades are Love Drug, a metallic purple, and Black Market – a sister to their pre-existing black best-seller Sabbath thanks to it’s satin finish.

With almost a decade of makeup mastery behind her at Urban Decay, Danielle epitomises the brand’s values of sophistication with an edge. Her personal take on the collection today, when I meet her in the Grafton Street store,  is a dark, berry-bitten but glossy lip (Cherry Vice Lipstick, of course) and a subtly sparkled, powder-puff pink eye.

She explains that her almost decade-long career with the brand stems from her love of the brand’s inclusive mission statement, and, of course, her love of makeup.

‘Sometimes on social media, the makeup that you see is so extravagant that not every woman would want to look like (that) , so we tailor our trends  based on that but also based on what everybody can achieve with our product,’ she says.

She talks me through the final two pieces in the collection – a duo of palettes, one for eyes and one for face.

When faced with the dreaded ‘desert island’ question -Danielle identifies the Highlight and Blush Palette as her essential could she only choose one thing from the collection.

It includes a deceptively white highlighter, which rather than giving the icy highlight anticipated, instead gives a soft pink strobe effect (one that’s still twinkling on the back of my hand as I type this, a good four hours after our chat).

Laying beside this in it’s eclectic cherry-print packaging, is a blush, whose shade can only be described as cresting sunset – it’s warm, slightly earthy, and stunningly pink. Danielle mentions that the shade can be a little frightening to some on first impression, but easily demonstrates how the blush is buildable rather than garish. Lastly, we have another shimmer shade, which Danielle delightfully proclaims to be the ‘hotline bling’ shade – the ultimate peachy, blinding highlight. She maintains that you could do a full face of makeup for any occasion with the palette, and after seeing the swatches in action, I’m inclined to agree.

While Danielle and I are in raptures over the face palette, the focus of the online buzz among beauty influencers has been on the Naked Cherry eyeshadow palette.

The palette’s cherry-printed, rose gold packaging swings open to reveal a full sized mirror, and beneath it, 12 brand new, never before created eyeshadow colours. Drunk Dial and Young Love are the shades everyone from Jamie Genevieve to Jen Morris of Too Dolly Makeup have been raving about. The palette includes a mix of mattes and shimmers, the aforementioned both being shimmer shades, but in a cherry-inspired set of hues.

From the lightest matte neutral to deep, rich purples, the palette is a response to the pink shades seen globally, in high fashion shows, dusting celebrities cheeks, and on budding makeup artists on Insta. The eyeshadows are created using the same pigmentation method as the other Naked palettes, meaning you get some serious pigment payoff for your investment.

The palette is versatile, capable of launching 1000 nights out with unique party looks, but soft glam, muted eyes are also within reach with just a flick of the double-ended brush the palette includes.

The last element to the collection, undoubtedly fun and frivolous in the best way, is the iconic Urban Decay setting spray – but of course, the new edition is cherry scented. The scent doesn’t impact it’s formula, so it’s still perfect for all skin types – and the scent is divine. Setting your makeup with a dramatic spritz at the end of a beautifying session is all the more satisfying when it’s cherry scented.

The Urban Decay Naked Cherry Palette will be available from The Urban Decay Boutique, 50 Grafton Street, Dublin 2 and Debenhams Stores nationwide and online at www.debenhams.ie from 15th October 2018. The collection is launching at Arnotts Beauty Hall, Henry Street and online at www.arnotts.ie and House of Fraser at Dundrum Town Centre from 2nd November 2018 – and online.

Ah, the Naked palette – it was truly the first cult beauty product of it's kind.

Since then, literally thousands of neutral palettes have attempted to replicate the OG palette, but none have quite captured the functionality and quality of the original.

In a shock announcement this week, Urban Decay revealed that they will be discontinuing the iconic product.

Luckily, the palette is still available today – and it's on sale – so you can snap one up quickly if your old one is looking a little worse for wear.

'Today, we mourn our beloved original Naked Palette, a revolutionary product that changed the beauty industry forever,' UD wrote on Instagram.

'A little bit naughty, often dramatic, and always in the press, the innovative game-changer and category creator will be laid to rest after 8 years.'

I think we ALL remember our first encounter with the Naked palette, and how enraptured we were that all the shades we could possibly need were now in the one place.

For me personally, I hunted high and low in my home town of Galway for the palette back in 2011, but it was like Half Baked gold dust.

However, during a jaunt to Limerick to buy a Debs dress, we spotted a stand of them in a department store – que me screaming and my mother slamming on the breaks of the car worried that I had suddenly been struck down with acute appendicitis thanks to my screech.

An intense battle ensued and the palette was  bought, and my entire self-painted sparkly smoky eye for my Debs was courtesy of Creep and Gunmetal. Eight years later I still have the palette, and that Debs look is screaming for a recreation.

We're all a little bit guilty of using the aul filter a bit too much when we're uploading our snaps to Instagram.

Magazine covers are photoshopped and social media is filled with images that have been tweaked and edited.

Unfortunately, we rarely see what people actually look like.

Thankfully, Urban Decay have taken to Instagram to show un-retouched skin, and it's actually very important.

The brand have chosen models with skin texture, freckles, and actual, visible pores. (Yes!)

The images are beautifully striking and show off Urban Decay's products in all of their glory – without any filters altering them.

The response that the images have gotten on social media says it all – people want to see more of reality when it comes to beauty.

People took to social media to express their delight, writing, ''finally the beautiful reality is revealed. No more plastic photoshop surgery. Way to go!'' and ''I love seeing real skin texture!''

Another person said, ''this is unedited picture is both a delight to look at and a confidence present for all the girls in the world.''

It's about time that major make-up brands are taking steps to highlight people who aren't naturally flawless (which is all of us btw).

Scars, freckles, lines, sun spots, line is what makes us all unique, so maybe it will make people think twice about popping a filter on every time.

And hopefully other brands will follow Urban Decay's footsteps because we think it looks unreaaal!

You know what I love, more than anything else?

A sexy new makeup collection – especially when I genuinely love every single product included.

And the wonderful humans at Urban Decay have seriously delivered with their gorgeous new summer collection.

Urban Decay's Beached Collection will be launching later this month online and in-store, but we have a sneak peak of all the products.

Prepare to start drooling, because it might just be their best work yet.

Wish you were here  XO, UD #UrbanDecay

"This whole line is an extension of Urban Decay's matte Beached Bronzers, which launched last year," Steve Kassajikian, the brand's global makeup artist, told Cosmopolitan.

"So Wende (the company co-founder, FYI) wanted to create a collection based off of that. The packaging is inspired by the view outside of Wende’s home, which is right on the ocean."

Hey Wende, can we come for a visit?

The collection is made up of GORGE lippies, divine bronzers and eye pencils – to name but a few.

Possibly the shining star of the range, the eyeshadow palette is honestly outrageous.

With eight lovely shades, all inspired by that sweet beach lifestyle, Urban Decay may have actually outdone themselves on this one.

With regards to the stun palette, "The colours were inspired with warm tones in mind, giving it that beachy summer feel with a touch of aqua," Kassajikian explains.

"They’re deeper toned so they’re not electric, and they go well with the bronze-y feel of summer."

Lipsticks: "100 Degrees" on the left, "Heatwave" in the centre, and "Tower 1" on the right

"The collection also comes with two Glide-On waterproof liners," Kassajikian adds.

"I love using a liner like "Lucky," a metallic burnt orange, on the top and bottom lash lines to warm up the eye in the summer; it can also brighten up your eyes if they're brown because the bronze-orange tones bring out the hints of orange in brown eyes."

"The formula is super creamy, so you can use them all over the lid or wear them alone or as a base for shadow."

We're so excited for this launch, wow.

This is an extremely important public announcement!

The  Urban Decay Naked Petite HEAT palette is due to hit Irish stores in April, HOWEVER, there is going to be a special presale event starting tomorrow.

The gorgeous palettes will be available from the Urban Decay Boutique on Grafton Street, Dublin 2 from Thursday 8th March ahead of it’s official launch at the end of April!
