Ashley Benson and Cara Delevigne are our favourite unconfirmed celerity couple.

The two gorgeous girls have been spotted out and about holding hands, and have even been photographed stealing a kiss at an airport.

The women look like the cutest couple, but neither of them have officially confirmed the relationship.

In an interview with People Now, Ashley hinted that the pair wont be confirming anything anytime soon, either.

'I think it’s the best way in any relationship,' she said.

'I’ve always been very private about them, and I think it’s just better.'

Ashley revealed that New York is her favourite hang out, becasue she can live her life in peace.

'I mean it’s hard, I don’t know, you kind of can’t get away from that if you’re in the public eye,' she said. 'I just kinda try to keep myself as private as possible.'

'That’s one good thing about living in New York. I can live kind of a normal lifestyle…in L.A., the paparazzi are really bad, but here I can kind of just walk anywhere and not be bothered.'

Influencers have been showing off the newest accessory trend on Instagram, and we can’t decided if its fierce or freaky.

Kim Kardashian recently modelled A. Human’s latest body statement: a flesh coloured necklace that looks like like futuristic cosmetic surgery.

She posted photos and videos on her story, demonstrating the innovative choker that flashes yellow in the dark.

Also to join the art exhibit’s creative exposition was model Chrissy Teigen, brandishing a gorgeous, feathered wingspan across her chest.

Her regal look is absolutely fab and seems so real, like her skin has been carved into some sort of flesh tattoo.

However, one of our favourite looks has to be designer Tan France’s frilled ruff, named "The Tudor".

The Elizabethan collar appears to be built into Tan’s neck with white crystals jutting out on one side.

The new collection is filled with these body modifications, including these devilish, blue horns that spike up from each shoulder.

A. Human prides itself in being a fashion brand from the future with the unique and forward-thinking outlook that “self-expression isn’t defined by what you put on your bod, but how you change your body”.

A post shared by Andreja Pejic (@andrejapejic) on

The grand opening of their flagship store will take place during New York Fashion Week starting Thursday, September 6th, and like its accessories, it will be an immersive theatrical experience.

The innovative fashion brand has also launched a biological heels series, debuting designs of built-in heels shaped like seashells in models’ feet.

A post shared by A. Human (@ahuman) on

Are these body mods the fashion of the future? People have mixed feelings about the collection’s accessories.

One commenter dubbed Tan’s collar: “Mutant meets Fashion. I love it.” However, others find the unique look too “creepy” for them to get behind.

Love Island winner and nation's sweetheart Dani Dyer revealed that she went on the show after she was turned down for a part on Eastenders.

In an interview with the Daily Star on Sunday, she told the tabloid that the BBC was considering her for a part on the show, before deciding she wasn't quite right for the role.

'I don’t know about Eastenders. They wouldn’t let me on it,' she said.

The reality TV star feels that her Dad Danny Dyer's character on the show was a reason for her not getting it.

'I think it’s because my dad is already on it, there would be a massive outrage,' she said.

A source told the Daily Star that Dani was 'heartbroken' over the news that she didn't get the part.

'She was sick of bar work and was struggling to make it as an actress so decided to do reality TV,' the source said.

The avocado pizza, the cronut, the carrot latte and the unicorn anything dominated the 2017 frankenfood trend charts.

However this year, it seems that elevated versions of savoury foods are having a moment.

First we had the crosushi, a combo of the French pastry and the Japanese savoury dish.

Now, the burrito is moving from savoury to sweet, as a sugar-filled snack is imitating the food's iconic format.

The speciality of Creamberry, situated in Las Vegas, the confectionery delight features a perfect cloud of candyfloss, stuffed with sweets, and rolled up into what looks like a rainbow-hued wrap.

The contents of the wrap includes whatever dry ingredients your imagination can top up – pretzels, marshmallows, gummy bears, sprinkles, sherbet.

Then, two scoops of bright ice cream are dolloped in, before being coated with sprinkles.

Lastly, the dense bed of pink and blue candyfloss the toppings are placed in are rolled up like sushi before being cut in half to expose the gorge ingredients.

Creamberry makes some of the most Insta-worthy treats we've ever seen – from bubble waffles to rolled ice cream.

As we salute summer and August goodbye, it's time to get your September skincare in order.

The change in the season signals the start of a new skincare routine to tackle the autumn and winter weather.

Searching high and low, we sussed out the essentials, from scrubs to skin protectors – to keep your skin in tip-top shape for the second half of the year.

A post shared by Yon-Ka Ireland (@yonka_ireland) on

1. Scrubs

Kicking off our lust list is a hot deal, so you'll need to act fast.

For the month of August, Yonka Paris is spoiling us with 20 percent off their SPF's Guarana scrub.

The Yonka Guarana Scrub is a triple action exfoliator that purifies, polishes, and invigorates all skin types, while gently cleansing and unclogging pores using micro-beads.

On the other hand, if you'd like to start your day with some elegance, Lancôme's Rose Sugar Scrub warms and soothes the skin. The mask is enriched with sugar grains, that instantly melts on the skin for a delicate exfoliation to kick off the day, the right way.

2. Problem skin

Sticking with the morning, and there's nothing more annoying than waking up to a breakout – cue the angry mirror hatred.

Fear not, as the wonderful people from Dermalogica have heard our early morning cries.

They have developed god sends; a Breakout Clearing Booster and a Blackhead Clearing Fizz Mask to banish and tame that unruly skin. The Clear-Start fast-acting booster helps to kill breakout-causing bacteria for rapid skin clearing.

Dermalogica's Clear Start Blackhead Clearing Fizz Mask NEEDS to be your secret weapon in the battle against blackheads.

Use it two to three times a week and watch the skin intruders fizz away as it opens pores and decongests skin. Both of these skin heroes are vegan and cruelty-free.

3. Your daily skin protectors

Lancôme's Hydration Zen Jelly Mask is the perfect product to de-stress and rehydrate tired skin. It's infused with peony extract and rose water, and is ideal for sensitive skin.

Additionally, you'll need to protect your face from ageing by incorporating Uriage's multi-action cream. The multi-action cream and eye contour protects your skin from daily aggressions such as blue light, UV rays, pollution and fatigue.

4. Make-up removers

Before you get some shut-eye, removing your make-up is a must. – I see all you skin sinners who sleep in their make-up.

Lancôme's Eau Milcellaire Confort will hydrate and soothe the skin as it takes off your make-up and removes impurities.

We are also lusting after Bioderma’s Sensibio H2O Limited-Edition pump bottle which is FINALLY returning to shelves this September.

You're in safe hands with Sensibio H2O, as it's the first dermatological micellar water and alcohol-free.

However, don't underestimate it as it's powerful enough to remove even waterproof make-up whilst being kind to skin.

5. September suncream

Contrary to popular belief, winter sun can impact our skin, and it is important you wear suncream even in the winter months.

Yonka's range of suncreams come in moderate, high and medium protection – so you're protected no matter where your day leads you.

A post shared by Electric Picnic (@epfestival) on

For all those going to Electric Picnic this year, (I hope you can feel the envy through the screen), we have a suncream that you can't leave home without.

It's suppose to be a cracker of a weekend, and you’ll need high-performing sun protection that won’t let you down.

P20’s Continuous Spray is essential EP product; offering 10 hours of protection, you can hop from music act to music act without worry.

For other essential EP goodies, check out this article.

Now you have no excuse to allow your skin to suffer this September. We've done all the hard work and given you the essentials that we are lusting after.

Thank us later when everyone is complimenting your skin.

Scientists have found a solution to sleepless, anxiety ridden nights. A new study revealed that yoga music has a positive impact on our mood and can help reduce the symptoms of anxiety.

There have been many nights where we spend hours tossing, turning and wishing we could just doze off peacefully.

As time whizzes by we become increasingly aware of how little sleep we’re going to get which makes us feel even more anxious.

149 people took part in the study. The participants listened to three types of music before going to bed. Firstly they listened to soothing yoga music. Secondly, they listened to pop music with steady beats and during the final session they didn’t listen to anything.

The group revealed that they felt more uplifted and at ease after listening to the yoga music. The study also found that their anxiety levels were lower too.

Speaking of the impact music has on the mind and body, study author Dr Naresh Sen explained that music has a positive impact on your heart rate

Listening to soothing music before bedtime is a cheap and easy-to-implement therapy that cannot cause harm,” he said.

Due to the small number of participants in this study, he said they want to further their research: “This is a small study, and more research is needed on the cardiovascular effects of music interventions offered by a trained music therapist."

He added: “Science may have not always agreed, but Indians have long believed in the power of various therapies other than medicines as a mode of treatment for ailments.”

We’ll certainly try out this technique to help us get a good night’s rest.

Vogue Williams is very nearly ready to pop.

The 32-year-old DJ and TV presenter took to Instagram Stories to share her packed hospital bag – and there was a lot to it!

Super-organised Vogue explained exactly what had made it into her case and why.

To make the whole thing easier, the case was split into two sides – Labour Side and After Labour.

So, first off – Labour Side!

You have your basics – things like toiletries, face creams, cleanser and moisturiser because, as she says, ''I don't wanna be a sweaty mess.''

Preach, Vogue.

Also on the Labour side of the suitcase was a speaker, as she has ''a playlist that really calms me down.''

Add in a few candles that will help and a ''sweet dreams'' oil.

Vogue showed her followers the clothes she got for actual labour, as she explains that she was told to get dark clothes – cue cute pjs and a string top ''that's really stretchy for when you do give birth and I'm just gonna throw them out after,'' she says in the Instagram Story.

Packs of bobbins and hair clips are ''essential!''as well as some Berocca for energy.

She adds that it's Spencer's job to make sure i'm hydrated so she'll make sure she gets snacks and some Lucozade.

Vogue moves onto the After Labour suitcase, which includes two pairs pf pjs, a dressing gown and all her maternity bras and underwear.

Then we got the stuff for the less glam side of giving birth – nappies, pads and instant cold packs to put in your underwear ''because I heard that your gonna need them too,'' Vogue laughs.

As for her going-home outfit?

''Definitely flats, either sandals or trainers and a floaty dress,'' she says.

''If I don't want to wear a dress then jeans and a shirt…I did bring cycling shorts as well.''

Vogue rounded up the hospital suitcase with, of course, clothes for the baby.

''There's newborn size or 0-3 months as I don't know what size hes gonna be, he might never fit into newborn,'' she explains.

There were a few extra bits at the end (yes, this did all fit into one suitcase!)  like a blanket to bring baby home in, a laundry bag for dirty bits, nipples shields for breastfeeding, soothers, earplugs, an eye mask and socks, ''as I was told your feet get cold in labour.''

She certainly seems ready for baby – good luck Vogue, we're wishing you a safe birth and a healthy little one.

Did you have a heavy weekend on the booze?

Was the couch, a chicken fillet roll and a vomit bucket your best friend for the following day?

As we surface with a hangover from hell, a study has discovered that our alcoholic beverages continues to impact our abilities to function the next day.

The study showed that as hungover humans, we have poorer attention, memory and psychomotor skills such as coordination and speed when compared to our sober selves.

We believe it; ever attempted to person once the fear hits after a big night out? – Scary stuff.

However, being hungover could potentially have serious repercussions, according to the study.

They found that drivers who use their vehicles whilst they're hanging could have impaired cognitive processes required to navigate the road safely – even if all the alcohol has left their bloodstream.

Additionally, anyone who has been hungover in work knows just how difficult it is to get through the day.

Researchers have now warned employers to reconsider their policies surrounding alcohol and the next day effects after a drinking session, particularly from safety grounds.

The study which was published in the journal Addiction from psychologists at the University of Bath, suggested that employees should be aware of the real impacts a hangover can have on your work.

Senior author Dr Sally Adams said: "Our findings demonstrate that hangover can have serious consequences for the performance of everyday activities such as driving and workplace skills such as concentration and memory."

Leader author Craig Gunn of the Department of Psychology at the University of Bath added: "In our review of 19 studies we found that hangover impaired psychomotor speed, short and long term memory and sustained attention.

"Impaired performance in these abilities reflects poorer concentration and focus, decreased memory and reduced reaction times the day after an evening of heavy drinking. Our review also indicated limited and inconsistent research on alcohol hangover and the need for future studies in the field," he said.

The researchers are now turning their attention towards examining the true health and economic costs of a hangover and the associated risks with the next day effects of heavy drinking.

The study reminds us to think twice about our plans for the next day before heading out to get hammered.

It's probably best to leave your car behind the following day and attempt to bum a lift from a sober friend or family member.

Additionally, the safest place for you to nurse a hangover is in a dark room, under the covers in your bed – so prepare ahead of time if you decide to go hard on the alcohol.

There is excitement in the air as there are mere days to go until Electric Picnic. We’ve been busy packing our bags, fretting about how to put up a tent and stocking up on cans and dry shampoo as the ultimate music events approaches.

Electric Picnic is one of Ireland’s most loved festivals that tends to sell out nearly every year. Gardaí have asked people hoping to buy tickets to the festival to be wary as there are fake tickets floating around.

They’ve told music lovers to be on the lookout for fake tickets. Fake print-at-home tickets for Electric Picnic are being sold online.

They said the print-at-home ticket format has not been used for Electric Picnic and they would recommend that the public do not buy from unauthorised or unknown sources. An Garda Síochána is also warning that third party payment sites are being used to take money off unsuspecting fans in these scams.

Detective Chief Superintendent Pat Lordan said: “We are working closely with the organisers to prevent fans being left disappointed by the activities of criminals.”

A post shared by Electric Picnic (@epfestival) on

He added: “It is important to stress that the print-at-home format is not being used for Electric Picnic and that the public only buy tickets from authorised sources.”

Electric Picnic takes place in Stradbally, Co Laois from August 31 to September 2, 2018.

Sam Faiers is a busy young mum, that's for sure.

The former The Only Way is Essex star is mum to two-year-old Baby Paul and nine-month-old Rosie with her partner Paul Knightley, who she has been with since 2014.

When it comes to the pressure to snap back to her pre-baby body, Sam says she isn't fazed.

She told Now! magazine that being a mum to two small babies isn't easy.

''In the early stages it was like, ‘Wow, this is hard!’ But everything is kind of falling into place now,'' she says.

When it comes to juggling the two of them, there has been a few tricky moments.

''When I was breastfeeding Rosie, I felt guilty because I didn't want Baby Paul to be left out. I think me and Paul just over compensated and that came down to my hormones. I was very emotional. Now Rosie’s bigger, it’s nice because they can play together!''

The Mummy Diaries star was open about what she's doing to get back in shape after having Rosie, though she's put herself under no pressure.

''I started training three times a week with a personal trainer two months ago. When she’s on holiday I don’t really do anything because I find it really difficult to motivate myself, but I’m trying to get back into it. I like toning exercises, swimming and team sports.''

As for having another baby? The 27-year-old definitely wants to expand her brood.

''I'm going to wait until Baby Paul is in school because I think three under three would be too much, but I do want more,'' she says.

We're sure any future babies will be just as gorgeous as Paul and Rosie.
