She's clearly lost a significant amount of weight in recent months – something Cheryl Fernandez Versini says is down to being busy, as well as the stress of losing her father-in-law.

And earlier today she once again showed she has no intention of swamping her figure in oversized clothing simply to appease her critics.

Arriving at The X Factor auditions in Manchester, the 32-year-old singer wore a tiny black crop-top from Mulger, which is priced at €475.

Her toned abs were on full display, as were her slim arms and waist. She opted to complete her outfit with over-sized black trousers. 

Cheryl had celebrated her wedding anniversary with husband Jean-Bernard yesterday; they married last year following a three-month relationship.

And just last week, the popstar said she was sick of nameless observers declaring that she's lost too much weight. 

Taking to Twitter, she said: "I am so sick and tired of it being ok to call somebody too thin or a ‘bag of bones’.

"I would never dream of calling somebody too fat and that they should maybe cut down on their food intake? What is the difference?

"You have no idea what I have been through. Just losing my father in law v recently and everything that comes with that. Not that I am or should justify myself to anyone."

She continued: "I’m so f***ing sick of people thinking it’s ok to be mean or body shame anyone. 

"And it’s woman on woman. Have some respect and maybe think there may be reasons why before opening your mouth please.

"I am just tired of the ignorance… At some point it’s just enough. Some people are naturally thin. My mother is all of 4’11 and six stone something. And is incredible healthy and happy."

In what seems to be the strangest news we've heard today, one of the leading music festivals in Europe have said they recycle festival goers urine to make beer (eh, what?).

Roskilde is Denmark's largest music festival and it turns out they have harvested the waste of over 100,000 people who have attended the weekend event.

The festival took place last week, and while we know the pints at these things are usually not great anyway, especially not the cheap ones, this just took it to a whole different level. 

The Roskilde festival debuted a new programme which involves recycling urine to turn it back into beer, which has been supported by the Danish Agriculture and Food Council. (Bord Bia better not pull a stunt like this)

This process involves collecting the urine of people as special 'piss stops' and then sending it on to be used as fertiliser on barely farms nearby. 

It is said that this urine will help boost the barley's growth and that this barley will be used to make beer for the next Roskilde festival. 

“Beercycling is about changing our approach to waste, from being a burden to being a valuable resource,” said the DAFC’s Leif Nielsen in a statement.

“Today, the huge amount of urine produced at the festival is having a negative impact on the environment and the sewage system and treatment plant in Roskilde. Beercycling will turn those many litres of urine into a resource.”

Yesterday it was reported that Kerry Katona had kicked her third husband, George Kay, out of their family home because of his partying lifestyle.

But now, it looks as if the 35-year-old has been admitted to hospital after he handled the break-up very badly.

The former rugby player, who has previously been detained for mental health reasons, reportedly suffered from an ‘episode’ after the mother of his child threw him out of the house.

Speaking to Mail Online, a source said that “George didn’t take Kerry’s decision well.” They explained how “he bolted off and went out. It all came to a head later at the hotel where he had an episode.”

My Kay was reportedly held overnight in the hospital after police investigated an alleged disturbance in a “budget” hotel.

While Kerry has yet to comment on the allegations, a source previously explained to The Sun her reasoning for kicking him out. 

“George’s party lifestyle doesn’t suit Kerry. He has been going missing regularly and Kerry has said she has had enough.”

The news of their split ironically came on the same day that Kerry's first ex-husband announced his separation from wife of three years, Vogue Wilson.

Is Kendall Jenner taking a leaf out of Kylie's book?

The 19-year-old model usually keeps  her top half relatively covered up on Instagram, but today she left very little to the imagination. Kendall is the current face (and body) of Calvin Klein underwear, and earlier on she shared a seriously sexy snap from the most recent shoot:

The black-and-white photo shows a topless Kendall with her back to the camera, wearing nothing but a semi-sheer thong. "Little tease at the new @CalvinKlein underweear #MyCalvins" the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star wrote next to the risqué image, taken by photographer Mikael Jansson.

Speaking about the sultry photoshoot to Women's Wear Daily, Kendall said it was "super fun," adding, "Every girl loves posing in her underwear. It’s always fun to do that." 

Of course, this isn't the first time Kendall has stripped down for a shoot, but even with her GQ spread back in April, she kept things a little more low-key:

It looks like Irish reality TV star and model Nadia Forde is ready to go after her ‘dream job’.

Reports are saying that Nadia has auditioned for a role on British soap Hollyoaks. Nadia has made no secret lately of that fact that a role in a drama or a soap would be her ideal next move career-wise.

It seems like her unexpected turn on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! last year got her some attention from TV bosses in London and she’s auditioned for a number of roles since a source tells Goss.ie. 

One being for the E! series The Royals, which would mean we could end up seeing Nadia on screen with Elizabeth Hurley.

Nadia’s agent had confirmed that she is “auditioning for a number of TV series at the moment”. Sounds promising.

After acting on popular Republic Of Telly, Nadia told The Herald about her ambitions, saying: “I always had such a fun day at work. I also love doing stage because it marries singing and acting together. I'm that jazz hands girl. I love it."

Acting isn’t the work Nadia is dipping her toes into either.

The ambitious model, 26, has also been working on her music career. Although, she has taken a step back from the recording studio since it was revealed not too long ago that it wasn’t bringing in the kind of cash she had hoped.

She earned only €24.40 from Spotify sales of her two singles Haunted and BPM.

She's not letting that stop her though. After taking time off to be with her family following the tragic death of her mum, Bernice, it's now full-steam ahead for Nadia.

"I've taken some time off. I'm back auditioning and I was going to release a single but I stopped because of the family stuff, so it's all going to start again," she said to The Herald in a recent interview.

We reckon a role on Hollyoaks would be perfect for her, and we can’t wait to see what happens next for the star.

Man caves had totally taken over without much of a female equivalent, but we are happy to announce that girls are now being given a few more options.

Now us gals will also have our own place to get away from it all, without being disturbed and being extremely comfy all the while.

The 'she shed' is the newest trend in garden innovation and has us seriously planning a weekend DIY project.  

These she sheds range from purpose built small buildings, to aluminium sheds that have basically just been pimped. 

One you have a comfy place to sit and electricity installed, you're pretty much good to go.

This would be your hideaway for reading or Netflix bingeing, or you could even create your own built-in bar (yes, yes, and YES!). 

To create your own perfect she shed you need a space first of all. even cleaning out the old abandoned shed or an unused corner of the house would do, as long as you're comfy. 

You would need a source of electricity next,and hopefully an extension lead from the house will do the trick.

Then the rest is up to you! If you just want to use it to chill out, somewhere comfy to sit and a nice blanket would be required. But if you want to use it to work or pursue a hobby, then a desk would be a great addition too.

Then it's up to you to get as creative as you want with it, fairly lights galore!

It's been a rocky year for former TOWIE star Dan Osborne, who became the subject of a police investigation last year when audio recordings of him verbally abusing his ex went public.

In the tapes, Dan can be heard threatening to stab Megan Tomlin – the mother of his toddler son Teddy – if she moves on with someone else. The recordings came to light when Jacqueline was two months pregnant with the couple's daughter, Ella, and she says it was extremely hard for her to deal with at the time.

"I've listened to the tapes, I was completely shocked by what I heard," the 22-year-old told OK! magazine. "I thought it was disgusting but it's something that we've worked out – he's been punished enough."

Speaking about the aftermath of the incident, Dan says he was thankful his now-fiancée listened to him and was willing to move on. "The things that came out of my mouth were really stupid but they were said in the heat of the moment because I was scared of not being able to see my son,” Dan said.

"If I was any kind of monster or wasn’t remorseful for what I said, then there’s no way Jacqui would still be with me."

Eastenders actress Jacqueline says she may never fully accept what Dan did but she has come to a better understanding of the situation now. "I don't think I'll ever forgive him for what he said. But at least I understand his reasons why," she explained. "Daniel and I are a family now, so it didn’t cross my mind to end the relationship."

The couple got engaged last month and have even discussed the possibility of more children, saying they hope to have at least one or even two siblings for Ella.

We're glad to see they have been working hard to repair the damage of the last year.

You may recall Karen Danczuk, 32, as the selfie queen and former wife of British MP Simon Danczuk, 48.

She basically took over social media when a string of her sexy selfies caught the attention of the public.

Apparently our own Danny O’Donoghue of The Script fame has taken notice too.

Karen and Simon split up earlier this year, but that didn’t stop the selfie enthusiast from flaunting her now famous assets for her 62,000 Twitter followers: in particular, the former councillor for the town of Lancashire  became a household name with her flair for bikini selfies.

Her peers weren’t so wild about her social media habits, with one calling her out for “cheapening” women in politics and labelling her “Westminster’s most embarrassing wife”. Ouch.

After very public split from MP husband Simon, however, things seem to looking up for the brunette.

According to the 32-year old, she’s feeling the love from a string of celeb suitors. Most interesting was what she told The Sun about 35-year old Dublin rocker Danny.

“Danny O’Donoghue from The Script got his agent to ask if I wanted to go on a date. It’s something I’m definitely considering.”

This comes not so long after rumours surfaced that Karen was having an affair with her personal trainer, Ben. Which did not go down so well with Simon, who took to Twitter to address the issue.

Despite the social media row, Karen has said of late their spilt is “very amicable”. She also again denied any rumours she and Ben had an affair in an interview with Channel 5.

Karen may not enjoy having her personal life up for debate for the masses, apparently, but she does seem to be making the most of her new single status as she took to twitter to announce she had signed up for an online dating site.

Looks like she may not need it after all with the “plenty of offers” she’s gotten from hopeful celebrities, Danny included.

While Danny hasn’t commented on the issue as of yet, we are interested to see what he makes of the situation.

The X Factor was set to return bigger and better this year with new judges, new hosts and even rumours of a new format, but there have already been problems one week in.

The series got off to a bad start at the weekend when the Manchester live auditions were cancelled due to the death of Simon Cowell's mother. But with the auditions rescheduled for today and tomorrow (July 6th and 7th), new judge Rita Ora has already had to pull out, as well as Olly Murs' co-host Caroline Flack.

Rita had apparently cleared her diary for the original audition dates last weekend, and with the changes she will no longer be able to appear on the show tomorrow.

While the Shine Ya Light singer will be there to film today, she then flies out to France for commitments at Paris Fashion Week with Karl Lagerfeld, according to The Mirror.

She had hoped to make it back for a 1pm start in Manchester on Thursday but now has decided to pull out of tomorrow's filming altogether. A spokesperson for ITV confirmed the news, saying the producers were making other arrangements for tomorrow. "Rita obviously wanted to be there but it is just unfortunate that with the change in filming dates there is an issue," the rep said.

"We will go ahead either with Simon, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Nick Grimshaw, or drafting in a guest judge." 

Rita was confirmed as a new judge on the show last month, along with BBC Radio 1 host Nick. The pair will join Cheryl and Simon on the panel for this series.

As for hosting duties, Olly Murs will be left to run the show by himself as Caroline flies to Mallorca to work on another project. "Caroline has to jet off to Majorca to film Love Island, so Olly… is going to have to host on his own," a source revealed. 

Simon Cowell took to Twitter this morning to thank his fans for their support after the death of his beloved mum Julie:

Hopefully by the next round of auditions everyone will be present and correct once again…

Is Millie Mackintosh really with child?

Well, that’s certainly what her rapper husband wants their fans to think!

Last night, Professor Green posted a very misleading photo of his 24-year-old wife cradling a bump in her belly and captioned it, “We have an announcement to make…”

The 31-year-old followed up with another post captioned “Millie is pregnant… With a food baby.”

Naaaw! We were seriously hoping that the former Made in Chelsea star was actually pregnant.

And apparently we weren’t the only ones with fans posting congratulatory posts before they realised it was a hoax.

One fan wrote “Beautiful news. Sending love. Xx” while another said “I read the first bit and almost had a heart attack omg.”

At least it’s good to see the couple getting on. It was only last week that reports circulated that their marriage may have been in trouble after Ms Mackintosh was heard shouting that she wanted a divorce outside of a star-studded Turkish nightclub.

To celebrate 30 years in business, Ryanair have treated us all to a sale on more than one million seat prices.

And yes, we are DELIGHTED!

The slash on prices began last night at midnight, but don't worry, it continues until midnight on Sunday night. 

This sale is across is a load of their European destinations including London, Paris, Madrid, Berlin, Prague and lots more, travelling between September 1 and January 31.

Understandably, the website was almost impossible to get on to last night with thousands of people hoping to get themselves a cheap flight. However, at this stage there are still plenty of the sale seats left and no problems accessing the site. 

Not all flights are €19.85 (boo!), depending on whether they are peak times or not, so make sure you have a good look around for the cheapest dates and double check the price (as well as all those extras) before purchasing. 

If you are planning a visit to friends or a long weekend away, you can fly to London Luton for €19.85 one way or you could also enjoy some winter sun with flights to Morocco and Lanzarote which are on sale too but still up around the €60 mark. 

Helpfully, the homepage of the company's website has a picture saying: "Sale, 1 million seats at €19.85" and once you click on that link it will bring you to the cheap flights. 

This sale has gained the website a lot of popularity so if you have the funds to hand and you fancy a cheeky mini-break away – it's definitely best to get on booking as soon as you can… the 1 million seats might be gone before Sunday!
