At height of his fame, Russell reportedly had sex with up to five women a day before going to sex rehab. Speaking in 2010, shortly after his wedding to Katy, he admitted of his single days: ‘I was having sex with different women three, four, five times a day. In Ireland, nine in one evening.’ Since his wild days, Russell has left his rock and roll lifestyle for quiet living in the Oxford countryside. Now the father-of-two, who is married to Laura Gallacher, also admitted in the recent interview that he has never looked after his daughters – Mabel, two, and Peggy, six months – for a 24-hour period. He said: ‘Um, I’ve done like, a night. But they’re asleep then.’ Asked if he has spent a longer amount of time in sole charge of his children, he shared that his wife has never been away for that long for it to even happen. ‘No. She wouldn’t go away for 24 hours, Laura,’ he said. ‘She respects and cares for their safety too much.

The 43-year-old was once famous for his womanising ways, claiming to have slept with hundreds of women.

When asked about the #MeToo movement, he said, ''I just feel that [#MeToo] is a really positive change, it’s a sign of real awakening.''

The actor, who was married to singer Katy Perry for two years said that divorce taught him that ''no one was put on this Earth to make me feel better. That’s no one’s job.''

He was at one stage reported to have been sleeping with up to five women a day before ending up in sex rehab.

Latch on to your Manolo Blahnik's, it looks like Carrie Bradshaw is set for a mysterious, and no doubt glamorous, return to our lives.

Sarah Jessica Parker uploaded a video to her Instagram account in Full Carrie Character over the weekend, strutting down New York City's streets like she owns the place.

The brief clip was set to the music of Sex and the City, and featured SJP in a vintage-Madonna-esque outfit; gloves, a mermaid-like tulle skirt, a purple beaded clutch and a pair of white lace heels.

SJP confirmed in the video's caption that her beloved character is back in our lives for a vital reason;

"My old friend. She is making a brief reappearance. Partnering with a great brand and supporting a cause we all care about. More to come. X, SJ," Parker wrote.

Sadly, this isn't a promotional video for a third Sex and the City flick; it's been confirmed multiple times that the movie isn't going ahead.

We're going to assume it's just an upcoming brand partnership with a social responsibility/activism angle, which will feature SJP in Carrie character.

At this stage, we'll take what we can get after the feud between Kim Cattrall and her three co-stars…

What to Watch Out for When Buying a Mattress Online

The online mattress industry is booming, and established brands such as Casper, Nectar or Leesa have become overnight sensations in the world of startups. After all, who wouldn’t love to over $1 million in sales every month since launch (Casper broke this record)?
While most people still buy their mattress from a brick and mortar store, younger customers seem to favor the online approach. Among the reasons that drove people online, we can count the awkwardness of dealing with a salesperson and the hassle of going from showroom to showroom looking for the perfect bed.
When you shop online, everything is simpler, and you have the luxury of comfort. Furthermore, online beds are more affordable and are delivered rolled up in a box. This makes them easy to move around and install, which is extremely attractive to today’s youth.
But just as you wouldn’t buy a mattress from a showroom without testing it, so there are some things to which you should pay attention when buying online.
The Build
In this niche, it’s difficult to find two products featuring the exact same composition. This happens because each producer tries to create a unique and comfortable sleeping surface that will help them stand out from the crowd.
However, just because one mattress has an extra inch of foam in the middle, it doesn’t necessarily mean it is better. This is why you have to pay attention to what’s inside. Do a bit of research on the type of mattresses available on the market (innerspring, memory foam, or hybrid) and learn which fits your sleeping style.
Due to the wide variety of designs, you are bound to find at least one that suits your needs
The Price
Even though you shouldn’t make it your most important factor, the price weighs pretty hard on your decision. Specialists suggest you should establish the budget even before you start doing your research. This way, you’ll know where to direct your efforts.
But you shouldn’t despair if the mattress that fits your needs is outside of your budget. The mattress industry is well-known for using all sort of discounts to attract more customers. So, you should just look for a coupon that gives a discounted price on the product you want.
Furthermore, mattress companies offer significant sales before the new season starts, so it may help to combine a coupon with the sales period, to get the best possible discount.
The Trial Period
Whether you buy it from an online store of a showroom, a mattress should have a trial period. During this time, you are allowed to test the product in the comfort of your home and decide if you want to keep it. If not, you are free to return it.
The difference between online stores and showrooms is the length of the trial period and if you get your money back or not.
For instance, online stores have a clear return policy. If you don’t like the mattress, most producers will pick it up for free (or send a local charity to come pick it up) and you get a full refund. Also, some products have lengthy trial periods that can go up to one year.
On the other hand, showrooms are not as generous. Not everyone will be happy to offer free return shipping and you have to be careful with the conditions. Some showrooms only offer store credit while others have insane return rules. Even more, the trial period rarely goes over the 90-day standard.
The Perks
Producers try to attract more customers through two main methods: discounts (which we already discussed) and perks.
By perks, we mean things like free shipping, included mattress installation, free protective cover, free customization (usually under certain conditions), extended warranty, and so on. This is why you should first check the perks and then make the purchase!
Also, keep in mind that you have to ask for most of these perks when you’re buying from a showroom. Salespeople keep them aside, to use them as leverage for undecided buyers. So, if you don’t see them up front, pretend you’re not happy with the price and the perks will start showing up!

Body-shaming is still massively prevalent in our society, without question.

Despite the cold, hard fact that it's 2019, people still feel the incessant need to pull others down for their appearance, and their weight.

Loey Lane is a well-known, GORGEOUS, experienced YouTuber who just so happens to be plus-sized. She speaks about it regularly, preaching the value of health above self-hatred and dieting.

15-25. One is miserable in her own skin, chased the high of seeing a lower number on the scale every time she stepped on. She was overcome by her own demons. One is confident and in love with her own body. She told those demons to fuck off.  Turned off the comments because random people who have no idea who I am don’t know how to act lol. It has nothing to do with weight. It has everything to do with the fact that I hated myself for a long time because of the way I looked, and now everything I do is out of self love. I go to the gym because I love myself, not because I hate my body. I eat healthier because I want to feel good in my own skin. I take better care of myself now than I ever did eating 500 calories a day.

The vlogger has now released a shocking video of a diet pill company using footage of her as part of their horrendously shameful advertising campaign.

After returning from a sportswear photoshoot with iconic make-up guru James Charles, the model discovered a video selling diet pills which utilised images of her as their 'before' template, and she's understandably fuming.

CarbonFire 213 Complex makes it ridiculously difficult to find reviews of it online, but the video proclaims the product to be a certified miracle for anyone who wants to lose weight.

Diet pills have entered the media for an assortment of reasons over the last few years, with activists and public figures such as Jameela Jamil slamming weight-loss products which do more harm than good.

The Kardashians are renowned for selling appetite suppressants and weight-loss consumer goods, much to the dismay of many body positivity figures and health experts alike.

There are an array of dangers associated with items such as these, which are essentially glorified laxatives.

The advertising campaigns in the media are arguably as harmful, telling women their weight creates everyday problems such as finding a husband, having failing health and being embarrassed to look in the mirror.

Loey Lane shows the video advert to her following, and it's one of the worst examples of body-shaming we've seen yet. It opens with a beautiful, pale-skinned blonde woman gazing at silk wedding gowns, after her friend asks her to be her maid-of-honour for a wedding.

"How I Fit Into My Wedding Dress" is the video's apparent title, despite the fact that it's NOT HER WEDDING. The problems aren't hard to spot throughout the disgraceful imagery.

gary payton wow GIF by NBA

The blonde woman looks into the camera lens, and the words; "Believe me, I wasn't always this way. This was me before losing all that weight," flash across the screen.

Lo-and-behold, the woman is now Loey Lane, allegedly the same person as the blonde woman.

Alright then, at this stage we've lost count of the issues within the video, and it's only about ten seconds in.

As if the ad itself isn't traumatising enough to watch, actual graphics for OTHER diet pill companies and body-shaming articles pop up on the side of the screen. An assault is what that is.

"I'm going to share my secret so that it can be easy for you!" the advert claims. Thank God for that.

"A few months ago, one of my best friends from high school texted me. She was getting married and she wanted me to be her bridesmaid. I was SO excited, but there was just one thing… I was SO overweight," the video continues. Wow.

"I couldn't go to the wedding like this, I was so pretty in high school and I would be so embarrassed looking like this. I wanted to go to the wedding and look like I did when I was 18. You know- slim, pretty, looking great in some heels." *Sharpens pitchfork*

"I cut out all junk food. I worked out every single day. After four months, I was still embarrassed to look in the mirror…my personal trainer friend said if I wanted to lose weight fast, I had to supercharge my metabolism."

Classic *insert scientific words here to fumble the consumer's brain* tactics.

"At this point I was desperate…time was running out." This isn't dismantling a bomb, you won't die if you attend your best friend's wedding at ANY weight.

oh my god omg GIF by TV One

"How could I show my face at the wedding looking like this?" Looking like.. a human woman? *Gasp* "I was even considering not showing up." Priorities aren't in order there, love.

"CarbonFire Complex claimed to boost metabolism using only the healthiest ingredients, they looked very professional." Yes, and Donald Trump looks very diplomatic.

"After only a few days, I dropped a dress size. Ten days later, I lost two dress sizes. I felt lighter on my feet." Because your digestive system has just wasted away, perhaps?

oh my god wtf GIF

"After another week, I was down three sizes. By the time the wedding came around, I lost seven dress sizes. I was getting a LOT more attention from guys, I almost felt bad for the bride, because I was getting so many compliments."

Male attention should be the motivational factor for every woman, after all.

This all comes at the reasonable price of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS, by the way. You can buy happiness, male sexual attention and confidence all at this lovely sale.

The blonde woman in the video revealed herself as Amanda John, and she also did not consent to be used for the branding.

So they effectively stole imagery from two women without their permission and used it to scam vulnerable, hard-working people online with low self-esteem because of ads exactly like this, shaming their weight. As if a weighing scales can tell you your worth.

We hope Loey Lane and Amanda John take legal action against CarbonFire Complex, Lord knows they deserve it.

A reminder, there is no such thing as a magic pill. Your worth encompasses your hopes, fears, intelligence, beliefs, morals, family values, friends, career and everything in between, not just your appearance alone.

You can't lose weight and discover joy at the end of the scales.

Take a look at Loey Lane's original video below for some fresh morning rage;

Whether you are after something unique, a vintage-lover or simply don’t have the cash to be buying brand new clothes, you may be drawn towards a charity shop. If you are lucky, you might pick up an old fashioned couture coat that you could never in your wildest dreams afford or a gorgeous ball gown that you know you are only ever going to wear once.

The KonMari method, wherein you remove the things from your life which don't 'spark joy' is seeing a huge increase in popularity – leading to charity shops having more treasures to find that ever before.

But before you start Googling shops in your area, you definitely need to have a read of our ultimate guide to buying clothes in a charity shop.

Talk to the staff
Have a chat with the staff or bring them in a coffee, anything to put you on their good side –  they will let you know where all the best items are hidden.

Try it on
Just because it says it’s a size 10 doesn’t mean it is still a size 10. Remember, these items are pre-loved and their previous owners may have done some adjusting which you won’t know about until you try it on.

Go to the men’s section
Don’t walk past the men’s section – there might be something good hidden there. A boyfriend style duster coat perhaps, or some high quality shirts for work that double up as summer cover-ups.

Visualise it outside of the shop
We admit it, while they are a fantastic money raising resource, charity shops aren’t the most glamorous of places and can often make that fabulous find not-so-fabulous looking.

So try to visualise it outside of the shop – think about where you will wear it or how you will style it.

Take your time
They are not the same as high street stores and you can’t go in with the same ‘if something doesn’t catch my eye I’m walking straight out’ attitude.

Take your time walking up and down the aisle, rummage to the back of the rail and go back and forth to items that do grab your attention – you will definitely pick up a fantastic find this way.

Between busy careers, active social lives, and all the responsibilities life throws our way,  it can be easy to forget what really matters the most – yourself.

At this stage we're all well caught on the importance of self-love and it's effect on our mental health, but in today's world, taking time out to focus on ourselves is easier said than done.

So, in celebration of Blue Monday, we've compiled a list of 8 simple, and totally do-able things everyone can do for themselves on a daily basis.

1. Forgive yourself, and others too

Nobody is perfect. Not you, not me, not anyone – and the sooner we realise this, the better.

Whether it's a missed email, a forgotten birthday or text sent to the exact person you didn't want to read it, just remember, mistakes happen.

Don't sweat the small stuff.

2. Get up 10 minutes earlier

It's amazing how far an extra 10 minutes can go when it comes to your morning routine.

Indulge in an extra long shower, plan your day over a warm coffee, or simply catch an earlier bus.

Whatever you choose, you'll start your day as the calm, collected and punctual individual who always knew you could be.

3. Mark at least one thing off your do-to list

Book that doctor's appointment, send that letter, clean your car (for real this time).

Sure, they may not be the most exciting tasks in the world, but you'll feel so much better when they're done and dusted.

Make it your mission to complete at least one thing on your list each day and you'll be surprised how quickly everything will fall into place.

4. Make time to meditate

With so many great apps and podcasts available nowadays, there has never been a better time to indulge in this ancient practice.

Simply taking some time out of your busy day to focus on yourself can do wonders for your body and mind – meaning meditation is a habit that's definitely worth forming.

5. Try a new recipe

Whether it's a Gordon Ramsay classic, or your own wonderful creation, spending time experimenting with flavours and ingredients can actually be quite therapeutic after a long day.

Not to mention the feeling of pure and utter satisfaction you'll get when discover your new go-to dinner party dish.

6. Re-watch an episode of your favourite show

It's almost like catching up with an old friend you haven't seen in a while.

You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll reminisce about old times – and you can do it all from the comfort of your own bed.

7. Don't put things off

If it can be done in less than five minutes – just do it right now.

It can be hard to switch off when you can't stop thinking about the mug that's been sitting in your room since yesterday evening.

8. Reach out to someone you haven't spoken to in a while

Whether it's an old friend who moved away, the cousin you only see at Christmas, or even your own mother, a quick "how're you getting on?" phone call could be just the thing you need when you're not feeling yourself.

Chances are they'll appreciate the long over-due catch up just as much as you do.

Relationships can be a minefield.

And what's that saying – if you don't have trust, you don't have anything?

So what do you think about couples knowing each others passwords?

Is it a breach of privacy? Should people be allowed to have some things that they keep to themselves?

Should couples need to have access to all areas of their other haves lives?

A study has been carried out to see the effect exchanging passwords with your partner can have on your relationship.

More than 1,000 people were surveyed about their password preferences and the finding were quite surprising tbh.

They found that it is men who are roughly two times more likely than women to be more trusting after sharing passwords with their significant other.
So women are more distrusting than men…

Other findings included 17% of men and 18% of women exchange passwords because they trust their partner won't use their accounts without their permission, yet over half of people said they read their partner’s texts or DMs without their knowledge.

More than HALF?

Guys, you need to start giving your bfs/gfs some credit…

Also, guys are 25% more likely to ask their partner for their passwords – not us girls.

It seems that social media is to blame for a lot of relationship troubles as the findings showed that almost one-third of couples have argued over a social media post and 12% have ended their relationship because of it.

Sound familiar?

Fyre Festival has re-emerged in the public eye thanks to a duo of competing documentaries on the tropical island disaster.

Billed as an epic Bahamas getaway with A-List acts, luxury accommodation and famous attendees, tickets were sold for tens of thousands.

Instead of being met with 5-star camping experiences, gourmet food, and all-star music acts, the attendees arrived to the island to find dilapidated tents, cheese sandwiches and a mass of cancelled acts.

Before the doomed festival was cancelled, thousands of attendees were flown out, and rather than be brought straight to the unfinished campsite, many were diverted to a restaurant and beach bar called The Exuma Point Resort, Bar & Grille, who had been contracted to host the party goers.

The restaurant had also fed and watered staff at Fyre Festival for weeks leading up to the event.

However, the owners of the restaurant did not receive a pre-payment for the costs the party would involve, and have never received their promised wage.

Facebook / Maryann Rolle

In the Netflix documentary detailing how the events leading up to Fyre Festival unfolded, Maryann Rolle, who owns the venue, told filmmakers that she sunk $50,000 of her own money into the event in order to cover costs and pay the additional staff whp had to be brought in to meet the demands.

On social media, many viewers of the doc demanded that Maryann be paid – and correspondingly, Maryann set up a GoFundMe to help get herself out of the mess the festival had made.

'It has been an unforgettable experience catering to the organisers of Fyre Festival. Back in April 2017 I pushed myself to the limit catering no less than a 1000 meals per day,' she wrote in a heartfelt description.

'Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all prepared and delivered by Exuma Point to Coco Plum Beach and Roker’s Point where the main events were scheduled to take place. Organizers would also visit my Exuma Point location to enjoy the prepared meals.'

'Fyre Fest organizers were also checked into all the rooms at Exuma Point Resort.'

'As I make this plea it’s hard to believe and embarrassing to admit that I was not paid…I was left in a big hole! My life was changed forever, and my credit was ruined by Fyre Fest.'

The goal of $123,000 was surpassed, reaching a whopping $128,653  in just seven days.
