If there's one thing we've learned as official adults, it's that kids are pretty lucky. I mean, they have naps integrated into their day judgment-free.

One part of childhood we sometimes find ourselves pining for is the playground games.

Well, turns out we can recapture the past. 'Chase Tag' is the name of the game, and it is, essentially, like the tag that we know and love – but there's a twist.

“Chase Tag is basically the game of tag done with obstacles," Christian Deveaux, co-founder of World Chase Tag, told Newsweek.

Watching people play, it honestly looks a bit like parkour and Ninja Warrior UK had a baby.

Father and son duo Christian and Damien Devaux have launched the classic game to a competitive level.

The idea was born out of a game of tag they played in 2009, when they used bins, benches, and other bits in their garden as obstacles.

Now World Chase Tag 3 is taking place at London's York Hall on September 9 this year, their third event.

World Chase Tag is crowdfunding on Indiegogo so that the Chase-Off can attract athletes from all over the world.

The sport comes in four distinct formats.

The first is team chase off, which involves two teams consisting of up to six players. The teams face off in an agreed upon number of sets of 10 to 16 chases.

The chaser has 20 seconds to tag their competitor during each chase, and if they win the chase their team is awarded a point. The winner remains on to square off against the next opponent from the loser's team.

In the next format, singles chase off, two players take turns being the chaser and evader. They earn points by tagging their opponent, and again only have 20 seconds to do so.

The first person to 10 points wins, and they must beat the other player by at least two points.

The multiplayer format consists of four players in each match. They compete in four 40 second rounds, in which a different person is 'it' each time.

The person with the lowest accumulated tag time wins.

The final format is winner stays on, in which points aren't awarded for tagging, but rather for evading being caught.

The last remaining player with the most points wins!

In all Chase Tag game formats, stepping outside the arena's boundaries is the same as being tagged.

No dangerous gameplay is allowed, and tags can only be made by hand.

So what are you waiting for? Go embrace your inner child – or maybe just save your energy and admire this incredible sport via video.

Okay, I'll be the first to admit I don't really get football.

Like sure it's entertaining to watch people go wild when their team scores or watch the hilarious injuries (10/10 for dramatic deleivery), but it still doesn't hold a huge appeal.

However, I would DEFINITELY watch if this gal was the commentator. Meet  Alison Finlay, a student from London and our new hero.

Her boyfriend was delayed on his commute home, so instead of missing the FIFA World Cup game between England and Tunisia, he asked Alison to give him a play-by-play of the action.

“He had to work late and hoped he’d make it back (for the game) but didn't, so asked me to fill him in. I kindly obliged!” Alison told the Press Association

After England won the match 2-1, Alison uploaded her texts to the Internet, which went wild for her.

Our personal favourite is:

"A Tunisian man is on the floor [sic]. Looks like he got hit in the hair. The referee is uninterested. the man with the injured hair is not pleased."

She also takes the piss out of soccer player's hair, which at half an hour into the game she observes that "everyone's hair is holding up well."

Oh as for the injures? She's calling BS on them.

"This time and Englishman received a light tap and fell down violently." LOL.

Thanks to the popularity of her original tweet, she uploaded the rest of the conversation which was equally as hilarious.

Twitter is loving it, with many begging her to live tweet the rest of the World Cup.

Can she just narrate our lives please?

Get ready for a heatwave!

Temperatures are set to soar in the coming days, as we'll be enjoying some dry, bright weather on Saturday with highs of 17 to 23 degrees (with western Connacht and Ulster having cooler weather).

The rest of the week will also be dry and soaked in sunshine, according to Met Éireann.

It will be very warm by day during the week with the mercury climbing up to the mid to high twenties during the afternoons.

Coastal areas may be a bit cooler thanks to some sea breezes, and sea fog may affect these areas later in the week.

The nights will start off as cool, with Saturday having the lowest temperatures of 6 to 10 degrees.

However, from Monday night, evening temperatures shouldn't drop much below 15 degrees.

Enjoy the fab weather, and don't forget the sun cream!

Melania Trump's visit to an immigrant children's shelter yesterday drew plenty of attention due to a particular sartorial choice she made.

The 48-year-old headed down to the US-Mexican border on Thursday via a plane leaving from Andrews Air Force Base, according to CNN.

Press travelling with the first lady noticed that the olive green jacket she wore when boarding reads 'I really don't care. Do u?' in white writing on the back.

She also wore it when deplaning at the Andrews Air Force Base after her visit.

Her choice in jacket, which was first reported on by the Daily Mail, has caused quite a bit of backlash due to the serious nature of her visit and the public uproar around President Donald Trump's border policy.

In response to the criticism directed at Melania, East Wing communications director Stephanie Grisham issued a statement saying:

"It's a jacket. There was no hidden message. After today's important visit to Texas, I hope the media isn't going to choose to focus on her wardrobe."

President Trump claimed that the jacket's slogan was aimed at the media.

"'I REALLY DON'T CARE, DO U?' written on the back of Melania's jacket, refers to the Fake News Media. Melania has learned how dishonest they are, and she truly no longer cares!" he tweeted.

Scrolling Instagram in search of the most visually appetising food has become one of our passions in life.

And behind one of our favourite foodie Instagram accounts is Amanda Holtz, aka Yummy Dublin.

Looking at her feed, you would wonder how Amanda manages to sport such a healthy figure with what she puts in her mouth…

"When people look at my page, they assume I must be a 300-pound woman!" she laughs. "In actuality, I am a fairly good example of how to add balance to your diet. I eat quite healthy during the week, and allow myself 2 – 3 spread out cheat meals, which end up on YummyDublin."

"Life is about balance and food tastes so much better when it’s a splurge!"

A post shared by Dublin Foodie (@yummydublin) on

What is your typical breakfast?

6 out of 7 of my breakfasts consist of egg white omelettes with tonnes of veggies. I am a big fan of goats cheese and sun dried tomatoes so they almost always make an appearance as well.

On Sundays, I love a good brunch. I usually always go for a Benedict covered in Hollandaise sauce but if there’s something that seems particularly different or wild on the menu, I’ll go for that. And always with a side of extra crispy bacon!

What about lunch?

My lunches are usually huge salads with lots of veg and protein. My splurge lunch is (no surprise) a big fat juicy burger and American style buffalo wings. If calories didn’t exist, I’d live at Just Wing It in Tallaght and just eat both every day!

A post shared by Just Wing It (@wingit_ie) on

What do you usually have for dinner?

Dinners are my usual eating out meals. As I’m sure you can see from my page, I like to switch it up and try different things. Italian, sushi and tapas are my absolute favourites, but I do enjoy a good steak every once and a while too.

Is your diet different at the weekend?

Well, I see my boyfriend on weekends as we live a distance away from each other. As a rugby player, he is able to eat just about anything he wants. So, when we’re together I’m often eating whatever he is.

Mondays are usually my cleanse day because of it! We love a good dessert, so the weekend is when I’m eating all those ice creams and donuts on Yummy Dublin.

Do you snack during the day?

I usually snack on fruits and a boatload of cheese (any kind, I don’t discriminate). I also love Proper Corn – especially the sundried tomato and Worcester sauce kind.

What would be your ideal food day?

Breakfast would be fillet steak, eggs benedict with extra hollandaise sauce, a side of extra crispy bacon, really dense brown bread and butter and a bottomless mimosa, obviously.

Lunch would be from Fallon & Byrne – homemade Pappardelle pasta with an assortment of salads.

And for dinner, I really love sharing food so my favourite dinner date is always tapas. A little bit of this, a little bit of that and of course, a jug of red sangria.

A post shared by Fallon & Byrne (@fallonandbyrne) on

The one food you could have everyday for the rest of your life?

Chicken Parmigiana!

What is your favourite dessert?

Häagen-Dazs Chocolate Salted Caramel Ice cream with fresh crème.

What is your favourite meal of the day?

Dinner because I always overdo it… and it is acceptable to drink a bottle of wine with it.

Your favourite restaurant in Dublin/Ireland/the world?

In Dublin my favourite is actually The Back Page. I love it because not only are the people awesome and the food fantastic, but also the vibe is great. For dinner and drinks, you can get the best pizza in town while kickin’ it and playing board games with your friends. On the other hand, if you go for brunch – you can sit outside and eat it in a hammock! Awesome spot.

In the world, there’s a little restaurant in Ocean City Maryland called Sello’s. It’s a great real authentic Italian restaurant with the best homemade gnocchi you’d ever eat.

The best brunch place in Dublin?

Bloom Brasserie for bottomless bubbly brunch!

Any “food pet peeves”?

I think going out to eat should be a experience, and it can be absolutely ruined by having bad service and especially cold food.

I’m also addicted to hot sauce so when a restaurant doesn’t have it, especially for breakfast, I hate that.

What food would you NEVER eat?

Ketchup. You could not pay me to eat it.

What can we always find in your fridge?

Goats cheese, sundried tomatoes and Ben & Jerry's ice cream.

You have friends over for dinner, what do you cook for them?

I would make Caprese chicken with tomatoes, balsamic and buffalo mozzarella or pasta with grilled chicken & prawns in a sundried tomato cream sauce. Oh and two words… White. Wine.

Do you find it hard to eat a healthy diet in a daily basis?

Not at all, I think it’s a lifestyle change and it’s all about balance. I eat healthy most of the time, making my splurges that much tastier. Plus, when you’re able to cook well or know what to order, healthy food is fantastic.

A post shared by Dublin Foodie (@yummydublin) on

What is your guilty pleasure?

Pasta, ice cream and carrot cake.

What is you go-to drink?

Vodka & soda water or a pint of Guinness, depending on my mood.

Your favourite place for a drink in Dublin?

If I’m having a night where I’ll undeniably end up in Coppers, I would go for a flavoured vodka at Camden Exchange. But honestly, I really love heading to Temple Bar area. I love a pint at the Auld Dubliner and a great Saturday night at Bad Bobs.

Marshmallow vodka anyone? #BestCraftCocktailsInTown

Founder of lifestyle blog I Come Undone, Sarah Hanrahan's eye for food, fashion and trends got her crowned Social Influencer of the Year at the inaugural SHEmazing Awards

Scrolling through her Instagram, you'd realise rather quickly that the Dublin-based blogger is a true foodie –  always looking for some exciting new places to try.

From her usual breakfast to the best place for brunch in Dublin, we have asked Sarah all her food secrets!

A post shared by Sarah Hanrahan (@i_come_undone) on

What is your typical weekday breakfast?

Lately I've been introducing protein smoothies into my morning routine as I've been working out regularly but they're nothing fancy – just some protein powder, whatever fruit I have and water.

What about lunch?

My standard weekday breakfast is usually something made around eggs and smoked salmon (I eat smoked salmon nearly every day… I'm obsessed!), maybe a slim bagel with the above or, a salad plate if I'm feeling virtuous.

I try to stick to veggie-based meals or something with fish as I'm getting less and less comfortable with eating meat.

A post shared by Sarah Hanrahan (@i_come_undone) on

What do you usually have for dinner?

I eat out a lot for dinner as you can imagine! I usually have a list of places I'd like to try each month based on a mix of recommendations, my own research and press releases so, I'll aim to head to one or two of them each week.

If it's a meal at home, I like to keep it simple to make up for my indulgences while eating out so again something fish and veg based…

I don't do things by halves so I enjoy myself when I'm out so I try and keep it low calorie when I'm home; the only way I can manage to stay in shape and still enjoy myself!

Is it different at the weekend?

(Warning that I'm about to make the ultimate millennial statement but…) Brunch is a must! My food posts are quite brunch-heavy as my partner Sean and I take our Sunday dates pretty seriously.

Anywhere offering some progressive brunch options will make the cut for me and being dog-friendly or offering comfortable outdoor seating has become vital since we got our little staffy Stanley.

If a heavy night has been had I may indulge in a Sunday night takeaway too.. sure, life is short! Straight back to the green smoothies come Monday morning though!

Do you snack during the day?

I'm admittedly a BIG grazer but try to keep it to a minimum and tend to snack on fruit, corn cakes, homemade soup etc… nothing too bold but the calories do add up nonetheless and I'm not someone who can eat rings around them and stay slim, unfortunately.

A post shared by Sarah Hanrahan (@i_come_undone) on

What would be your ideal food day?

An epic hotel buffet breakfast so I can have a small bit of all the deliciousness to start the day (those mini pastries get me every damn time.), a goats cheese, roast Mediterranean veg lunch (with warm garlic bread).

Then, a veggie burger with all the trimmings, chips and an obnoxious amount of garlic sauce for dinner with fro-yo (& toppings) for dessert. Throw in a Dairy Milk & some Meanies to snack on too… this IS the best food day ever after all!

A post shared by Sarah Hanrahan (@i_come_undone) on

The one food you could have everyday for the rest of your life?

Smoked salmon. Without a doubt.

What is your favourite meal of the day?

I look forward to breakfast the most as I'm always starving when I wake up. If I have the time to go out for breakfast I get so excited about it… it's the little things in life!

The best brunch place?

These questions are so hard to answer for me as I LOVE so many Dublin places but off the top of my head Herbstreet, Canal Bank Cafe, Nimmo's in Galway or Liberty Grill in Cork.

Any “food pet peeves”?

I will eat anything you serve me, I'm not fussy at all. I used to believe that fruit didn't go with food (if that makes sense!) but I've eaten too many epic dishes with fruit in them over the last few years to continue that belief.

What food would you not eat for the whole world?

Live monkey brain… a Malaysian delicacy we came across when travelling. Barbaric. Ethically I could never eat that.

Do you find it hard to eat a healthy diet in a daily basis?

With the industry I'm in there are lots of exciting events with lots of delicious nibbles on offer which can make it hard to stay on track… often they're alongside drinks which make it harder to keep your resolve but I try and keep to not totally depriving myself but having a little.

Also eating out as much as I do can make it harder to watch calories but I rarely have more than one course which helps to avoid over indulging.

A post shared by Sarah Hanrahan (@i_come_undone) on

What is your guilty pleasure?

Crisps!… I love Chilli Heatwave Doritos or salt & vinegar Hunky Dory.

What is you go-to drink/cocktail in a bar/pub?

I love cocktails that have a sour, spicy or basil base.

A post shared by Sarah Hanrahan (@i_come_undone) on

Your favourite place for a drink in Dublin?

Peruke & Periwig for a quiet one. Pyg or No Name for one that might turn into a few and of course Keogh's on a sunny day.

Makeup artist, blogger and mum to brand new arrival Gene, Tara Anderson sat down with us a few weeks ago and talked about being Trilogy Skincare ambassador and revealed just exactly how she got that blooming skin (she cites one particular product as her skin saviour).
Why did you want to work with Trilogy, in particular?
I have been a big fan of the Trilogy brand for a number of years now. I have raved about the Trilogy Certified Organic Rosehip Oil constantly online as it has genuinely made a difference to my skin. I was so delighted to be asked to work with Trilogy and it was a perfect fit for me as I had already been using the body oil on my bump for a few months.
What are your favourite products from the range?
The Trilogy Certified Organic Rosehip Oil will always be my star product as I use it on myself every day and also use it on nearly every client I have. I find it amazing to use to prepare the skin for makeup, it absorbs into the skin giving it a quick boost of hydration which makes makeup application so much easier. I also love the Exfoliating Body Scrub and use that about twice a week and of course, the Pure Plant Body Oil has been a firm favourite since becoming pregnant, I use it on my bump every night.
How important are natural skincare and products for you and your growing baby bump?
When it comes to shower gels, moisturiser, body oils and body scrubs I have been a lot more selective about what I am using. Especially now that my bump is so much bigger I feel like I have to be so gentle with it as the skin has been stretched so much. My skin has definitely been more sensitive than normal throughout my pregnancy which is very common, so I am using only products with gentle ingredients that won’t aggravate it.
What are the benefits of bump massage?
It has become quite a ritual for me every night. I keep the Trilogy Pure Plant Body Oil beside my bed and massage it into the skin for a few minutes. So many women suffer from pregnancy insomnia so I find doing this really relaxing. Also because the skin on the bump has been stretched so much it can feel quite tight and itchy so massaging it with the Trilogy Pure Plant Body Oil gives instant relief and is really soothing.
How has your skin changed during your pregnancy?
My skin has definitely become more sensitive throughout my pregnancy which is very common. I have had so many pregnant women contact me about skincare and body care and I always recommend patch testing any new products you are using on the skin especially when pregnant. Obviously with the surge of hormones I have been prone to getting breakouts too.
What tips would you give pregnant mums about skincare, and in general?
I would recommend sticking with as many natural products as possible and avoid products with parabens or harsh chemicals. Definitely make sure to wear a high SPF daily as your skin can be more sensitive to the sun too. I have gotten a small bit of pigmentation on my cheeks which is a first for me, it is known as the ‘mask of pregnancy’ and again is quite common.
How have you found your first pregnancy?
As it is my first pregnancy I have nothing to compare it to but for me, it has been really lovely. I had morning sickness for the first few weeks up until maybe week 16 and once that stopped I got my energy back and felt so much better. Obviously now I am 38 weeks pregnant so my bump is heavy and I definitely don’t have as much energy as normal but I feel so healthy and lucky that I have had such a nice pregnancy.
What are you looking forward to about being a mum?
That’s something I haven’t even thought of, I suppose watching our little boy grow and develop and seeing his little personality. I am so excited to see what he looks like and what traits he will get from each of us.
What are your best beauty tips in terms of the Trilogy range – why would you recommend it to all women from a young age?
As I said earlier, the Trilogy Certified Organic Rosehip Oil is an amazing preparation for your skin before make up. It literally acts as a drink of water for the skin and instantly visibly hydrates it. You can apply the most expensive foundation to your skin but if it is dehydrated you will not get a good result. Preparation is so important so once the skin is cleansed I highly recommend a couple of drops of the oil massaged into the skin.
How are Trilogy products different to others?
The products really do speak for themselves, anyone I have recommended Trilogy too has fallen in love with the brand. Aside from the products themselves I am also a big fan of Trilogy’s ethos with their recyclable packaging and their ethical trade practices. They are always looking for ways to give back to the planet!
If you were to advise women to do just one thing, in terms of skincare – what would it be?
No matter how busy you are you should always make time to cleanse and moisturise each morning and night. It genuinely makes such a difference to the appearance of your skin. Also products aside it is so important to eat lots of fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water to feed your skin from within.

Nadine Coyle is a national treasure, and like with all people we love, sometimes a good-natured slagging is merited.

From her aversion to her own birth date to her revelations about Girls Aloud, Nadine is an icon with an outrageously MEME-able history.

Now, a clip of her saying one particular word has been circulating the internet in a viral manner.

Back in 2010 Nadine Coyle appeared on Sunday Brunch, and the clip has resurfaced.

In the clip, Nadine tells the hosts that she prefers cooking savory dishes, saying:

'Working with flour and making sweet things I'm not so used to.'

It's her pronunciation of the word 'flour' that has the clip going viral.

Comedian Sam Lake took the joke to a new level, creating a remix of Nadine's now iconic pronunciation with Little Mix's hit song Power.

We are falling around the place laughing it this!

If you were a frequenter of the Internet in 2016/2017, you undoubtedly noticed the bombardment of Insta-babes and influencers sponsored by coffee scrubs.

They were the skinny tea of the time, and you couldn't move on the 'gram without seeing a picture of a gal covered in coffee granules.

From Frank Body and Coffee Body to Body Boom and Bean Body (lots of bodies) coffee scrubs were a model-turned-influencer must have. Even our own Roz Purcell launched a coffee scrub for the Irish marked, Ripe by Roz.

While the scrubs promised to invigorate the skin and exfoliate naturally, there was one issue a lot of people faced when it came to acquiring them – the price.

With some brands charging a whopping €20 for one packet, it was an Instagram trend not everyone could justify trying.

So, when I was meandering through Penneys the other day and spotted a PS… Coconut Coffee Scrub for €3.00, I couldn't resist giving it a review – for Instagram nostalgia's sake. Plus, I'd kind of always wanted to take one of those posey influencer pictures covered in granules.

The scrubs have been in and out of Penneys stores since the start of this year, but this was the first time I had spotted them in my local Penneys.

Apparently, they can be hard to find, with people selling them on eBay at the moment for double the price.

I decided to use it in the shower rather than the bath, as I didn't really feel like soaking in what I imagined to inevitably be a large vat of very weak coffee.

First up, this stuff actually smells exactly like my daily coconut flat white I nab on my commute, so I instantly felt refreshed when I opened the bag and had a good sniff.

I expected the coffee to already be in a traditional scrub-like consistency, with the granules suspended in a lotion or moisturiser.

However, the coffee and coconut scrub was completely dry – if I had left it out in the kitchen it could have easily ended up going through a coffee filter and into one of my housemates cups.

The scrub promises to exfoliate skin and leave it soft and flake free, so I lashed a handful on to damp skin and massaged it in.

The smell really was divine – I think it would be perfect for people who use their morning shower to wake themselves up.

I tried it out as a face scrub as well, thinking it would be similar to LUSH Cup O' Coffee face mask, however, it was much to harsh for my face and I got that irritated feeling almost instantly.

After stepping out of the shower, I did notice that I had made quite a bit of a mess with my new scrub. There were little black specks coating the ground but they quickly went down the drain after a quick rinse around from the shower head.

A post shared by Claudia Almas (@alminhas) on

I didn't bother applying moisturiser after the shower, which would usually leave me with dry patches on my arms, but to my surprise, those dry patches were no where to be found.

My skin also felt baby soft directly after, and upon inspection 12 hours later my skin still feels super silky.

The scent of coffee did linger for a few hours and definitely overpowered the smell of coconut.

I definitely recommend for a good exfoliation, especially for morning showerers – but if you have delicate skin, keep it away from your face.
