Loving your body the way it is is fabulous. But we sometimes ask more from our bodies and ourselves. Some might even find some of their features less satisfying than others. That’s why plastic surgery exists. It exists to perfect our bodies, try to make our dreams come true and let us change the way we look to find that dream look.

Have you ever felt like your nose is a little bit off with the harmony of your face? Or maybe you would like to have some freckles? Some people feel that some of their body features are out of sync with the rest of their body. That is why they decide to try plastic surgery.

But what about those who are deathly afraid of the needle and the surgical operations? These people were left out for so many years until we discovered cosmetic surgery and some other tricks. Nowadays, you can find the best-suited cosmetic treatment for your body, read about some tricks you can perform at home, and change the things that bother you.

Here are four new, cool non-surgical ways that can help you transform your body features to the way you wish they were:

1. You can Get Full Lips Without Injections

If you are afraid of needles and injections, but still want to have full and luscious lips, there are several ways to achieve that. Beauty gurus advise you to contour and give your lips a fuller look with the help of makeup. Beauty markets also have come to know the product named plumping gloss. Girls all over the world use plumping gloss to make their lips look fuller for the whole day.

This is a Hyaluronic acid filler that gives a long-lasting effect.

2. Sculpt your Body with Fat Freezing Techniques

More than a half of earth’s population is struggling with extra weight. A few extra pounds is not a problem itself. The problem is obesity and inability to achieve weight loss.

Ladies struggle with strict diets, personal trainers and gym memberships. Nothing seems to work for them. Some want to lose weight, and some wish to sculpt their bodies without liposuction and surgeries. CoolSculpting by YMD Body Sculpt is a solution for such cases. Coolsculpting is a technique that freezes the fat cells underneath the skin, therefore crystallizing them and killing them. After the fat cells die, the body will naturally dissolve them and adjust the skin elasticity.

3. Welcome – A Non-Surgical Nose Job

One of the most popular plastic surgeries around the world is a nose job. Some people are not suited to undergo surgery, and some are just scared of surgical procedures. That’s why a 15-minute non-surgical rhinoplasty is gaining popularity.

Such treatment involves injections like Botox, cosmetic Restylane, and Radiesse. The injections allow cosmetologists to shape the nose and give it a more desired shape.

4. Tighten Your Face and Neck Skin with Ultherapy

Ultherapy includes tightening skin with the power of ultrasound energy. This method doesn’t need surgical interference and makes skin youthful and smooth again.

Whether you want to reshape your whole body or start with something small, non-surgical methods are available now, and your fears can be diminished. Learn more about achieving your needs and shape your body the way you desire without surgery.

He might not be on the judging panel anymore but that hasn't stopped him from wading into the scandals of Strictly.

Len Goodman has spoken out about the now infamous kiss between comedian Seann Walshe and his pro dance partner Katya Jones – that happened while the two were both in relationships

While Seann was dumped by his girlfriend, Katya and her husband, fellow pro dancer Neil Jones, seem to be going strong.

Now the former Head judge has said that he wasn't a fan of what happened but that it does keep people interested in the show.

He told The Metro, ''I think the producers like all that. I think they probably…not saying they encourage it but I think they like it if it happens,''

He continued, ''If they’re both single then I think it doesn't matter. Not so much if one is married and it all splits up the happy home. I don’t like that at all.''

He added, ''But there’s been like Flavia Cacace and Jimi Mistry, they got married and they’re still married. And they were both single. So what’s wrong with that. Good, good for them. And everyone loves a love story. I think most years there’s been some sort of, 'Oooh what’s going on there?'''

An ambassador for Age UK, the UK'S largest charity working with elderly people, he has no worries about getting older himself.

He said, ''I’m fortunate because I’ve got my son, and I’ve got my daughter in law, and I’ve got my wife, and I’ll probably be the first one to pop my clogs.''

He continued, ''All I’ve said is, “Don’t put me somewhere awful, don’t dump me off somewhere.” ‘You’ve gotta have family, but as we know so many people haven’t got that and I feel so sorry for them. ‘That’s why Age UK is important. Anything I can do to help Age UK I will.''

Strictly hasn't been the same without Len – we hope he has a wonderful Christmas.

The tragic death of 22-year-old British backpacker Grace Millane in New Zealand has shaken the country, following her disappearance from a hostel in Auckland on December 1.

She was later recovered in the Waitakere Ranges area one week later, and a 26-year-old man has been arrested and charged.

He is scheduled to appear in the high court in January 2019.

Grace's heartbroken father, David Millane, attended a Māori blessing ceremony close to where backpacker was discovered yesterday, and has since praised the compassion shown by the New Zealanders.

David is taking his beloved little girl home in the next few days, but thanked the New Zealand police for a “concise, stringent and thorough investigation”, as well as the local media for showing respect and courtesy "at all times."

He also gave thanks to locals who took his daughter into their hearts, saying; “From that very first moment we have been astounded by the level of concern, sympathy and selfless help from every person we have met.”

“We would like to thank the people of New Zealand for their outpouring of love, numerous messages, tributes and compassion."

He continued in the statement, speaking on behalf of the Millane family;

“Grace was not born here and only managed to stay a few weeks, but you have taken her to your hearts and in some small way she will forever be a Kiwi.”

“We all hope that what has happened to Grace will not deter even one person from venturing out into the world,” he added.

Grace's father and uncle visited the Auckland bushland area near where she was found to receive a Māori blessing, which he described as a privilege, and a 'lovely and peaceful experience'.

David Millane shared a hongi (nose press) with a local uniformed police officer in Auckland, a New Zealand traditional gesture.

Candlelight vigils were planned for Grace in every city in New Zealand on Wednesday, many of which were organised by women’s refuges and anti-violence organisations and activists.

Grace's family are organising her funeral in her hometown of Wickford, Essex.

Our deepest condolences go out to Grace's loving family during this incredibly difficult time.

If you're struggling to find your mam a present this year, inspiration might be closer than you think.

A recent study by Lumen showed that bizarrely a fifth of women confessed to finding Santa attractive – and that number spikes in the over 50s…

In fact, 26 percent of the older ladies like the big man in the suit.

But what's the appeal? Supposedly it's his beard, with most of the women saying it was the facial hair that attracted them.

Turning to that all important personality aspect,  71 percent of women said Saint Nick's friendly appearance is his most appealing quality, followed by his smile and good nature.

This nugget of golden info has been used by dating app Lumen to lure in the over 50s, with a sexy Santa being recruited for their Crimbo ad – GAS.

To be fair, Santa has a full-time job working with children, his own place in the North Pole and a whole herd of reindeer – so better than 90 percent of our dating prospects.

And he won't judge you as you wolf-down your third mince pie in a row.

The dating app for the over 50s was launched in November and found that Galway was the chattiest county in the country.

And age is just a number when it comes to love as the oldest members on the app are a 73-year-old female and 97-year-old male.

I reckon we should start a petition to get them together, sure Christmas is the ideal time to look for love.

Having a tall boyf is something a lot of us gals would like.

Even us 5ft 2 ladies always seem to opt for the lads who tower over us – we know, we know, it's shallow.

But new research shows us that there is a reason why we are usually much more attracted to taller men.

Not only are taller people raking in more cash, but they are are well-satisfied in bed.

More than 1,000 adults were surveyed by BodyLogicMD to see how our stature can influence earnings, even desirability.

So what results did the study show?

First of all, a whopping 60% of men wish they were taller as well as men wanting their ideal height to be 6ft – and when we delve deeper into the survey, we can see why.

Taller men seemed to consider themselves more attractive, confident and desirable than their shorter mates did.

Also 42.2% of men believed that being taller would give them better dating opportunities.

When it came to being sexually fulfilled, around 60% of taller than average men (at least 5’11”) and women (at least 5’6”) said they were.

Shorter than average women were most likely to consider themselves funny, yet they had lower levels of self-esteem in both sexual satisfaction and attractiveness.

Is height important to you?

Would you be less likely to date someone who was a lot shorter than you?

Do you think being tall has that much of an impact on your relationships/career/sex life/life in general?

Elizabeth Banks has announced that filming on the new Charlie's Angels reboot has officially WRAPPED, which means one thing and one thing only: our excitement has just quadrupled to unhealthy levels.

Banks directed and played her own role in the exciting new remake, which stars a brand new generation of badass angels- Kristen Stewart, Ella Balinska and Naomi Scott.

She posted a photo to Instagram which showed herself and her gorgeous angels on set;

She captioned the image;

"That's a wrap. So much love and gratitude to these Angels."

Aw, don't they all just look sufficiently both radiant and empowered? The plot has not yet been released, but it's been confirmed that there are multiple Bosleys in the flick; Elizabeth, Patrick Stewart, and Djimon Hounsou are among them.

We're SURE you remember the original Charlie's Angels, possibly the greatest show of female badass-ery of all time.

Ella Balinska shared a photo of the unbelievable view they had while filming a scene back in October for the highly-anticipated movie;

"Needless to say, sitting on my Angel production chair whilst looking at an epic view 100% gets you in the zone," she wrote, not taking our incessant jealousy into account at all…

Resident internet boyfriends Sam Claflin and Noah Centineo are the two presumed romantic interests in the film, which hits theatres on November 1, 2019.

Only roughly 330 days to wait, gals. *deep breaths*

The rise of true crimes podcasts and series have grown over the last five years, being much more popular with women than men.

In fact, stats indicate that despite fifty-six percent of podcast listeners being male, it's the ladies who contribute the most to True Crime listeners.

A Twitter study of True Crime listeners showed that bar one podcast in the genre, women largely dominated the sector.

But it comes as no surprise as there's a whole section of Tumblr dedicated to it.

That's why we can't WAIT for Netflix's new documentary on serial killer, Ted Bundy.

We will be treated to a four-part series investigating his life, 30 years after his execution for his crimes.

Netflix will be releasing "Conversation with A Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes" in the US on January 24, 2019 – the dates for IE/UK have yet to be announced.

Taking to Twitter, the streaming giant promised that the new series would take us into "the mind of the infamous serial killer".

The look into Ted's crimes and the media frenzy that followed his trial and sentencing was directed by Joe Berlinger.

The new Netflix release will include previously unheard audio interviews with Ted when he was on death row in Florida.

In the 1970s, the serial killer wrecked havoc in the US and although he finally admitted to killing 30 people, the number of victims unknown and is suspected to be higher.

We will definitely be watching this one.

Bad boys, best friends, and a passion for food filled seven amazing seasons of the legendary show.

Then a four-episode resurrection of the beloved series held us over when it aired two years ago.

And now, we have exciting news for Gilmore Girls fans everywhere as the mother-daughter legend continues…

You can visit the actual set used for the girls' home in Stars Hollow.

Fans can tour the same Gilmore home where Lorelai and Rory snuggled on the couch for movie marathons, ate endless bags of takeout, and argued through the Jess phase.

From December 22 to January 6, fans can visit Warner Bros. Studios in California to see the original set and see the cast’s original costumes.

But it wouldn’t be a true Gilmore Girls experience if there wasn’t food involved, so a festive lunch will be available as well.

The menu will include oven-roast turkey breast with cranberry-shallot sauce, lemon garlic roasted chicken, veggie burgers, fries, macaroni salad, and garlic-buttered corn.

Then, with full bellies, fans can walk to the famous small town gazebo.

The iconic site was the setting for countless town events and is the same spot Lorelai and Luke got married in the show’s revival season.

You can purchase tickets for the studio tour and lunch at Lorelai’s here.

It’s the perfect gift to give a fan this Christmas (or to treat yourself)!

Hashtags which might be promoting eating disorders on Instagram have now been placed on an 'unsearchables' list following an investigation.

It was discovered that users of the photo-sharing network were bypassing the platform's filters, and health warnings have since been added to several spellings or terms which reference eating disorders.

Many of these terms are popular hashtags on Instagram's platform, but if they are on the 'unsearchables' list then zero results will come up.

Since 2012, the site began making some terms unsearchable in an effort to avoid users being able to locate often upsetting graphic images and posts which encouraged the idea that eating disorders were part of a lifestyle rather than a mental disorder.

However, BBC Trending claim that certain terms are still searchable, include ones which promote bulimia, and that Instagram's search bars suggest different terminology and spellings for terms glamorising eating disorders.

The search box offered a shocking 38 alternative spellings in one such instance for a popular term promoting the disorders.

Instagram has now made several alternative terms unsearchable and have added many to the list of terms triggering the health warning. They also have said they will continue to attempt to restrict such content.

A spokesman on their behalf commented that;

"We do not tolerate content that encourages eating disorders and we use powerful tools and technologies – including in-app reporting and machine learning – to help identify and remove it,"

"However, we recognise this is a complex issue and we want people struggling with their mental health to be able to access support on Instagram when and where they need it."

"We, therefore, go beyond simply removing content and hashtags and take a holistic approach by offering people looking at or posting certain content the option to access tips and support, talk to a friend, or reach out directly" to support groups.

Social networks have begun to censor content which could possibly encourage eating disorders, yet many people online discovered a way to navigate around the filters through deliberately misspelled hashtags.

Instagram and most popular sites don't use moderators to proactively search for dangerous content, and relies on users alone to report violations of its rules.

Algorithms fail to detect the difference between positive and harmful content, and then offer advertising and suggested sites which are promoting an unhealthy mental health disorder.

Eating disorder charities are demanding that ocial media networks take more responsibility for policing their content.

Certain sites online and Instagram pages are supportive for survivors of eating disorders, and there is an argument that removing posts could cease discussions surrounding eating disorders, which is important.

The rules of Instagram prohibit posts which promote or glorify eating disorders, but the company has a long way to go to develop its safety policies.

'It's been an incredible six months, and we will always have a place in our hearts for each other, but sadly we've come to the realisation that it's not meant to be long term.'

'We both plan to stay friends. I hope you'll all understand. Love Dani x,' she said.

However, Dani's father Danny Dyer told The Jonathan Ross Show earlier this week that the break up was 'b*llocks.'

He told host Jonathan Ross: 'I just want to put something to bed. She hasn't split up with Jack, that's all b*llocks, that is.'

'They've had a row, she's got a bit emotional and I think she has whacked that up and immediately regretted it.'

Whether the 'split' was legit, a regretted mistake, or a publicity ploy ahead of the Love Island Christmas Special, we will never know, but we're delighted tht the couple seem to be back on track.
