The moment we have all been waiting for – Ariana Grande's 5 minute long, 00s movie montage video for Thank u, Next has finally landed.

In the opening scene we see Ari posing as Regina George, clutching a Burn Book inspired Thank u, Next diary.

However, instead of being filled with insults, its a scrapbook of happy times with ex boyfriends. Over the picture of ex-fiance Pete, she writes 'Sorry I dipped' in red marker.

Them, Ariana and her Mean Girls crew perform the Jingle Bell Rocks dance – and the one and only KRIS JENNER is there to stand in as the 'Regina George's Mom' character.

Ariana, you ARE doing amazing, sweetie.

Next, we see major references from the iconic film Bring It On – except rather than being hung up on a guy, Ariana is her own love interest, making mix tapes for herself.

The 13 Going On 30 scene is brief – but clearly portrays a lost love of Ariana's who moved on with someone else.

Ariana then sits down in the salon with Jennifer Coolidge and portrays the entire movie of Legally Blonde.

The video ends with Ariana flipping the camera the bird, and laughing, dancing and goofing around with friends. It's clear that while Ariana may have taken inspiration from and paid homage to teenage rom-coms of the past, she's now writing her own script for her future.

Sun, sea, sand and sex… on a lilo?

When it comes to sex on holiday, it seems millennial holidaymakers are a fairly adventurous bunch.

Well, that is according to new research which looked at the 'raunchiest places' people have had sex abroad.

In a list of the top five places, having sex on a lilo came in last with just 23 percent giving it a go; sex on the beach came out on top at 63 percent.

Having sex in a bar (37%) came second, followed closely by in the swimming pool (33%) and on the balcony (27%).

The research by Playtime, who have released three new cocktail inspired lube flavours for summer, surveyed 2000 British holidaymakers aged 18-35 to find out about their sex habits on holiday.

It wasn't all about finding the places people have done the deed though.

The research also found that the majority of holidaymakers are up for a holiday fling.

And shockingly enough, more than half of the participants said they would be up for one, even if they were in a relationship – as long as their partner wouldn't find out.

"We thought it would be really interesting to look into people’s attitudes and behaviours when on holiday over the summer, and see if inhibitions alter when sun, sea and relaxation are thrown into the mix," Amanda Lewis, Marketing Director at Playtime, said.

"Turns out millennial Brits are a really saucy bunch! It’s also great to hear that holidays are the perfect spot for British couples to rekindle their attraction and put the spark back into their relationship."

We know this is based on British millennials, but how do you think the Irish would do in a study like this? Are we more or less conservative when it comes to where we have sex, do you think?

This week, Amanda Bynes broke the internet in an entoirely wholesome way thanks to a cover shoot and interview with Paper magazine.

The 00s film icon and teen sensation marked her return to the public eye with an interview that perfectly expressed her contentment with her life now, without the drug use that led to her memorable Twitter 'break down' in 2013.

As well as offering fans hours of entertainment during her career, through Tv shows like All That and The Amanda Show, the young actress also brought to our screens an iconic heart throb we still love today.

Speaking to Paper, Amanda revealed that she really wanted Channing Tatum to star in She's The Man, alongside her over a decade ago, knowing that he would be perfect for the role.

Revealing that she basically launched Tatum’s career, she said: 'I totally fought for Channing [to get cast in] that movie because he wasn't famous yet.'

'He'd just done a Mountain Dew commercial and I was like, 'This guy's a star—every girl will love him!'

'But [the producers] were like, 'He's so much older than all of you!' And I was like, 'It doesn't matter! Trust me!'"

'I guess she sort of told me [that she fought to get me in the movie]…I love her and I just hope she's doing well.'

We all hope that Amanda is doing well – and from the amazing accomplishments she has made in the past few years, it's safe to say she truly is.

In celebration of one of our SHEmazing huns turning 25, we thought we would give you the low down on nine of the guys you'll probably date by the time you reach that magical age.

Here we will meet the good, the bad and the ugly men that we have encountered over the last quarter of a century.

1. The F*CK boy:

He's a legend in every women's dating history. At 18 or 20, he seems like a good idea. He feeds you with all the right lines and you swoon over him. Quite quickly he becomes that shady motherf*cker that only hits you up at 10 pm to see if you wanna come over. Suddenly his contact drops off for weeks at a time and then reappears without any explanation and acts like nothing has happened.

If you dare to question where the f*ck he has been – you’re crazy. You know he’s no good, but you’re totally taken by him because he’s a ride. By the time you get to 22 or 23, you can almost smell them out and the majority of us just won’t put up with that type of sh*t, Thank U, NEXT.

2. The Right Guy, Wrong Time

As the word’s spew from his beautiful mouth, he’s ticking all your boxes without even knowing it. You find yourself instantly attracted to his charm, humour and personality.

You both know you’d be a good fit for each other – HOWEVER, time is being a total b*tch and one of you ends up dropping the bomb shell that you’re leaving to go and travel for the next 12 months or you’re permanently moving away.

If you've experienced this recently, cut your losses and be glad it happened – and if it’s meant to be, it may workout in the future.

3. The One Who Got Away

This person is someone you’ll always hold a flame for. No matter how you try to extinguish them from your heart, once you hear their name it's game over. The memories come flooding back and the potential of what could have been.

Perhaps someone f*cked up which ended the relationship prematurely or one of you got cold feet as it heated up and ran away – but you know that you were never the same after it ended, and if you could go back and do things differently to hold onto the person, you would.

But you know that you’ll never be together, it’s a pure fantasy of what could have been. I highly recommend Katy Perry’s ‘The One Who Got Away’ to play on repeat if you’re going through this as she pretty much sums up the feeling perfectly.

4. The One

If you’ve already met your future partner and you know that it’s solid – I am one jealous b*tch.

A recent study showed that the average woman will kiss 15 men, have two-long term relationships and have her heart mushed into little pieces before she meets the one. So double congrats, because you've beaten the odds.

And if he’s a good one don’t let him go, and if he’s got any nice friends – send him my way, thanks xo.

5. The Secondary School Sweetheart:

He was your first boyfriend, both you of were inexperienced messes, but the hormones RAGING through your body attracted you to each other to explore an entirely new world.

The constant embarrassment of trying to get used to boobs and other body changes that puberty has brought can mean that a lot of these relationships were very innocent and you look back with fond memories about how easy this time was.

Going to the cinema, dinner and pretending that you knew what you were doing were the norm, and you were convinced you'd defy all the odds and end up together forever.

6. The Rebound

You’ve just gotten out of a long-term relationship and dating again is a whole new world and it’s bloody terrifying. The first person will probably be a rebound and he or she will help you through that weird gap left behind from the big break up – and there will probably be A LOT of sex.

Although these are f*cking fantastic for you, you need to be upfront and honest with the person when you figure out you are rebounding. Or if you ARE the rebound, look for the warning signs.

There will be plenty; talking about their ex, why they broke up and you will get hints that they aren’t quite ready to emotionally commit again. Don't take it personally, but RUN.

My advice would be if you’re looking for something serious or a relationship, don’t go for someone who has split for a long-term partner if it’s only been six or seven months. The territory becomes a bit safer after the ninth and there’s no sign of the relationship being rekindled.

7. The Kinda-Not-Your-Boyfriend-But-Is

Thanks to the Internet, we have entered an age where we can be in a relationship, but not actually be in one. You act like a couple, you do everything someone in a committed partnership does, but he doesn’t want to label it as it might ‘ruin the fun’. Sorry honey, but in most of these cases, the guy wants to have his cake and eat it.

If that sort of arrangement works for you, great. But more often than not, we think waiting it out will give us the girlfriend label that we crave – I will cut to the chase, you’re wasting your time.

Now, I am not telling you that you have to demand to be his girlfriend after six dates but after three to six months of dating, if it ain’t moving that way and he keeps telling you that he isn't into labels and still intros you as a friend – RUN, GAL. You’re being played.

8. The Guy with a Girlfriend or Wife

You may not know that they have a girlfriend or wife and when they drop the bomb, it’s a biggy, or maybe you do and you’re okay with it. Either way, you need to assess what you’re doing.

If you want a relationship with this person – think again. Although they might promise you the moon and stars, which includes breaking up their relationship for you, realistically, he's getting everything he wants. So why would he? He has a long-term stable relationship and he's getting a thrill from an affair. By ending his relationship he's taking a huge risk and more often than not, he won't take that leap, so stay realistic with your expectations.

Additionally, what makes you think that he won’t do the same thing again and go off with someone else when you’re in a relationship? And try to put yourself in his partner’s shoes – we’ve all been cheated on and it’s pretty sh*t.

9. The Long-Distance Lover

You've met at home or away and you've totally hit it off. You agree to give things a go from a distance. Or you've been together for a while and an opportunity means one of you have to move away but you don't want to break up. This type of relationship isn't for everyone, but if you have done this or are currently doing it, you know you'll need a lot of trust, planning and money.

Making sure you have dates over skype are important to keeping your connection alive, and organising flights and times to see each other in person will keep you both focused on those moments when you can finally get to kiss the face off him.

But it doesn't come cheap – so manage your money right and it shouldn't be an issue. And it isn't all doom and gloom, distance makes the heart grow fonder.

One of Dublin's most infamous celebrity hotspots is officially closing down, and it's fair to say we are NOT HAPPY.

The Porterhouse Group have confirmed that Lillie's Bordello, off Grafton Street, will say farewell in the New Year.

Pretty much everyone and anyone have passed through the club since the 1990s, including Julia Roberts, Bono, Rihanna, David Hasselhoff and Mick Jagger.

The dancefloor has seen many well-known faces and has created even more nightlife memories, between this and Club 92, where are all the oldies gone?

The owners of the club, The Porterhouse Group, are claiming that it will announce exciting new plans in the spring; let's hope it's a brand new club that's essentially the exact same as Lillies…

The legendary venue will have its last day of service on January 19, so get yourselves down there before it's gone.

Ariana Grande is releasing a new docu-series, Dangerous Woman Diaries, in which she opens up about her emotions surrounding the "horrendous" terrorist bombing at her concert in Manchester last year.

Grande has spoken before about how the event has forever changed her, and she has now penned a letter expressing her devastation one year on from the heart-breaking tragedy.

The global pop sensation had only just finished her set at the Manchester Arena in May of 2017 when a bomb was detonated in the foyer, killing 22 people as they were leaving the concert and injuring another 500.

She has chosen to share a highly personal letter to her fans, and the series has already released four episodes, the final one depicting her pain and sorrow after the incident.

"I'm writing to you this February 22, 2018," she writes. "It's been eight months since the attack at our show at the Manchester Arena. It's impossible to know where to start or to know what to say about this part."

"May 22, 2017, will leave me speechless and filled with questions for the rest of my life."

"Music is an escape," she continued. "Music is the safest thing I've ever known. Music—pop music, stan culture—is something that brings people together, introduces them to some of their best friends, and makes them feel like they can be themselves."

"It is comfort. It is fun. It is expression. It is happiness. It is the last thing that would ever harm someone. It is safe."

"When something so opposite and so poisonous takes place in your world that is supposed to be everything but that…It is shocking and heartbreaking in a way that seems impossible to fully recover from."

A post shared by vidsforari (@vidsforari) on

Though Grande was thankfully unharmed physically in the attack, she has described her symptoms of PTSD following the bombing.

She boarded a private plan to Florida, so she could be with her grandmother, before co-organising the One Love Manchester concert for victims and their families, where herself and then-boyfriend Mac Miller performed.

Her fans will now get a behind -the-scenes look at the concert, with footage of Ari singing Somewhere Over the Rainbow to be aired.

Her letter went on to preach about the power of not letting hate win in times like these:

"The spirit of the people of Manchester, the families affected by this horrendous tragedy, and my fans around the world have permanently impacted all of us for the rest of our lives. Their love, strength, and unity showed me, my team, my dancers, band, and entire crew not to be defeated."

"To continue during the scariest and saddest of times. To not let hate win. But instead, love as loudly as possible, and to appreciate every moment."

A post shared by Ariana Grande Fanpage ♡ (@arianaperfect) on

"The people of Manchester were able to change an event that portrayed the worst of humanity into one that portrayed the most beautiful of humanity."

"'Like a hand print on my heart,' she quoted, using her favourite musical Wicked as inspiration;

"I think of Manchester constantly and will carry this with me every day for the rest of my life."

Scientists have used an airtight algorithm to determine the most influential film of all time and surprisingly, it’s not Star Wars.

Researchers at the University of Turin, Italy, calculated an influence score for 47,000 films from classics to modern-day.

And they found that The Wizard of Oz is the most influential movie in Western cinema.

The number one film was followed by Star Wars in second place and Psycho in third.

To calculate influential scores, researchers looked at a film’s overall effect on the movie industry, including subsequent films that were inspired by its themes.

Dr. Livio Bioglio, the lead author, said: "We propose an alternative method to box office takings — which are affected by factors beyond the quality of the film such as advertising and distribution — and reviews — which are ultimately subjective — for analysing the success of a film.

“We have developed an algorithm that uses references between movies as a measure for success, and which can also be used to evaluate the career of directors, actors and actresses, by considering their participation in top-scoring movies.”

The study was able to apply this same algorithm to determine the most influential film directors and actors as well.

Coincidentally, the five directors credited for The Wizard of Oz were ranked in the top eight: Alfred Hitchcock (third), Steven Spielberg (fifth) and Stanley Kubrick (sixth).

As far as actors go, Samuel L. Jackson topped the list (unsurprisingly) and was followed by Clint Eastwood and Tom Cruise in second and third place.

Top-ranked actress consistently scored lower than their male colleagues, said the study’s author, except in musicals and Swedish films which tended to show more gender equal results.

The study’s results, although surprising, coincide with the massive influence The Wizard of Oz has had.

Based on a popular book series, the original film has sparked various remakes as well as other films with similar magical themes.
