So, Barry's Tea have just launched their very own cocktail range, and it's kind of amazing.

The ''tea-inspired cocktails'' were created by mixologist, Conor Myers, for the Barry's cocktail bar at this year's Taste of Dublin festival.

There are three recipes on offer and to be honest, they all sound delicious.

  • Golden Dew – Barry’s Gold Blend, Tullamore D.E.W. Whiskey, ginger & Irish honey cordial, lime & ginger ale.

  • Berry Fizz – Barry’s Very Berry Tea, Hendrick’s Gin, cranberry juice, Irish elderflower cordial, fresh lemon & soda water.

  • Green Tea Mojito – Barry’s Natural Green Tea, Skyy vodka, basil syrup, fresh mint, lime & soda water.

These babies are only around from June 15 – June 18, so make sure to pop down to the Taste of Dublin festival to get your hands on one.

We've all been there. You receive a text from your crush and spend hours analysing it, breaking it down, and sending it onto your mates to see what their verdict is.

And most of the time, the text is something pretty mundane like, 'so, how was your day?'

But still, you pester your friends with questions such as, 'Does this mean he fancies me?' or 'Is he just bored and wasting time?'.

Well, instead of wrecking your head and annoying your friends, there's an app that can tell you if your crush fancies you.

Say hello to Crushh, the app that uses algorithms to read and analyse words in a text message, to figure out if the sender thinks you're hot AF.

It's pretty simple to use. Once you download the app, all you have to do is choose the contact you want to analyse and the app will do its thang.

Its website reads, "You’ll get a score out of 5 indicating who likes who more, where a 2.5 means you like each other equally.

"The algorithms basically work like a person does. It looks at factors like frequency, length, response times, and features within the texts like sentiment, words, punctuation and emoji usage.

"You even get a chart showing how the score has changed over the life of your relationship, along with measures of engagement and interest.

"It will even show the corresponding texts from any day so you can use it to pinpoint the exact messages that could have caused a change in the relationship."

And don't worry, the contact will have no idea you're analysing their texts.

No need to stress over that winky face emoji anymore…

The Swedish tourism board have just pulled the marketing stunt to top all marketing stunts.

The entire country has just been listed on Airbnb as part of Visit Sweden’s latest tourism campaign.

The idea is based around the Swedish legal principle of ‘freedom to roam’, which states that anybody in the country has the right to enjoy and explore the natural landscape in all its glory.

From cosy beech forests to rugged cliffs shaped by the ice sheet, Sweden's natural landmarks are more beautiful than we could have ever imagined.

Just take a look.

Speaking about the campaign, Jenny Kaiser, the USA Country Manager at Visit Sweden said, ''This is made possible thanks to a Swedish right guaranteed by the constitution – freedom to roam. This right enables the Swedish people to experience nature and enjoy the beautiful Swedish wildlife.''

''In Sweden we have everything from high mountains to deep forests, from beautiful archipelagos to quiet meadows. Now, together with Airbnb, we welcome everyone to come to Sweden and, through freedom to roam, share our wonderful nature.''

When visiting the page, users are given the option to click a 'Visit Sweden' button which then redirects them to a website packed with videos, interviews and travel tips.

Well played Sweden, we're now all dying to visit.

Pippa is taking her denim collection down south to Cork, and we're sure many of her followers in the county will be running to the shop when it's open.

The mum-of-two took to Snapchat to reveal the news, and said that her husband Brian believes the Mahon Point place is gorgeous.

“We confirm our next POCO pop up shop, and we are coming to Munster,” Pippa confirmed.

“The pop up shop in Cork is going to be in Mahon Point which I’m so excited about because I really wanted to go to Cork and what a better place to be.

“I haven’t seen the shop unit yet, but my husband assures me it’s amazing!”

Details of when the pop up will open still have to be revealed, but if Dundrum was anything to go by, it'll be a huge success.

Amanda Thomson is the founder and CEO of Skinny Prosecco and Skinny Champagne, a range of reduced sugar bubbly.

Based in Winchester, a little outside London, she is a former television and radio broadcaster with the BBC.

Amanda was inspired to develop her brand after spending time at numerous media events, where plenty of junk food and lashings of sweet wines were rife.

And so, eight years ago she packed up everything – moving to Paris with her husband, Ian, and two young children in order to hone her new-found trade.

Skinny Prosecco and Skinny Champagne arrived in Ireland last year and is now available in Brown Thomas and online via the Wines Of The World website.

“When I announced that I was packing up and moving to France to learn how to source and develop a range of low-sugar sparkling wines – most people thought I was pretty crazy," she tells SHEmazing! when she sits down for an exclusive chat.

"Firstly, I had a good job as an arts journalist in the BBC – not to mention two small kids and a husband to consider. But I was passionate about making it all work," she explains.

"That and I didn’t have a choice," Amanda laughs. "I’m not from a mega-wealthy background and I didn’t have an unlimited cash-pile to draw on."

"For me, Skinny Prosecco and Skinny Champagne was always very much a business decision, albeit one with lots of passion behind it and one that I feel was destined somewhat: my mother, who raised me by herself, was a trailblazing health food entrepreneur."

"Long before it became fashionable, she was singing about the benefits of healthy fats and the dangers of excess sugar," Amanda tells us.

Reflecting on the concerns raised by those close to her at the time of her career change, Amanda insists she knew their fears had little grounding in reality.

“I have a real galvanized spirit too; it sounds like something you’d hear on The Apprentice, but failure wasn’t an option for me when it came to the Thomson & Scott Skinny wines."

"And certainly, I put a lot of pressure on myself to get it all right from the very beginning. I was fearless too; I went into plenty of meetings and was the person asking stupid questions. But you learn and you keep going.”

Like any entrepreneur, however, Amanda came up against her fair share of obstacles before hitting it big.

“It's not always been easy. Because the Champagne region, for example, is so strict about what is and isn’t classified as a Champagne, we had to get numerous elements signed off on before releasing our Skinny version."

"Little things can really hold-up a business. We initially did a soft launch in London; it’s an incredibly tough market – but if you can make your product work there, you’re probably on to a winner."

With numerous teething problems behind her, Amanda eventually saw the fruit of her labour when her brand made it into two of the best-known department stores in the UK and Ireland last year.

"The turning point came in April when Skinny Champagne and Skinny Prosecco landed in Selfridges and it quickly sold out. We haven’t looked back since. We’ve now officially launched in Ireland and have arrived in Brown Thomas too."

There is a juxtaposition at work in Amanda's business – an element of her journey which she ultimately considers a strength.

"A big part of our success is definitely our start-up mentality that we’ve transferred into a very traditional arena; we listen to our customers and respond fast to their demands."

"The wine-industry is very time-honoured and prestigious. I wouldn’t go as far as to say it’s full of older men in suits, but it can certainly have that appearance when you’re trying to break into it.”

Walking the line between wine aficionada and everyday consumer, Amanda adds: “I know the industry now – and at the end of the day, I also really love wine and appreciate it. But I know what it’s like to feel totally overwhelmed by the choices on offer in a supermarket, or to be confused by a long wine list in a restaurant.”

“On one hand, you acknowledge that sommeliers are incredibly talented people, but on the other, they don’t necessarily seem like they’re going to get the party started when they pop over to your table at a fancy restaurant," she laughs.

Honing in on a failing in the traditional market, Amanda sought to fill the gap, saying: “It’s not difficult to see that much of the wine businesses has lost touch – it’s not appealing to younger people for one."

"Ironically, however, Thomson & Scott discovered that that traditional approach really helped our brand and the concept of a lower-sugar wine. Because we are being really upfront about our produce – stating clearly that it’s low-sugar, vegan and organic. There is no cloak-and-daggers approach with Skinny wines.”

“And that approach is all backed up by what it fundamentally a great, delicious, product that we’ve wriggled into a great price-bracket. That gets word-of-mouth recommendations going and keeps people who try it coming back for more.”

Turning her attention to the future, Amanda plans to bring Skinny Prosecco and Skinny Wine to an international audience.

“From now on, we’re going to be spending a lot more time in Dublin and Ireland in general. Otherwise, going forward, we do have some deals internationally in the offing – the US being one area in particular we’re looking at closely.”

We’re children of the digital age so we’re more than happy to admit that our pursuit of certain goals is made exponentially easier if we know we can track our progress with the help of an app.

So, when news landed that Unislim, which was established a staggering 45 years ago, had launched a new mobile app, our health and fitness goals suddenly seemed a lot more attainable.

The organisation, which has recorded a 25 per cent weight loss across all chapters since January, has sought to make our lives a lot easier by creating an app which is completely interactive.

With a live (and private!) weigh-in stream directly from their class, food diary function, follow features and stats to help track your progress, this may just be the answer to our prayers.

Commenting on the digital development, Managing Director of Unislim, Fiona Gratzer, explained the motivation behind it.

“This new addition allows us to move with the times, remain relevant to our loyal members, while attracting a new, younger audience,” she said.

“There has been exponential growth in wearable technology and consumers expect the latest insights, particularly when it comes to their health and wellbeingis why we developed our Club Hub mobile app. “

“With a touch of a button it allows members to share their experience with other members and leaders, creating a more supportive environment than any other slimming club in the country.”

And if news of the app wasn't enough, the slimming club has announced its collaboration with Ruth Field, aka The Grit Doctor and bestselling author of Run Fat Bitch Run.

As part of their Let's Get Moving campaign, Ruth and those behind Unislim will transform how people exercise, with practical everyday tips on how we can make tiny adjustments to our routines that can have a hugely positive impact on our health and wellbeing.

The plan bears all the hallmarks of Ruth’s witty, no-nonsense, tough-talking approach, and as well as exercise, covers mindful health tips to boost overall happiness.

And all of a sudden our goals seem so much closer…

When will the madness stop?

We're not even halfway through, but 2017 has already brought us more denim faux pas than we care to remember.

'Knee windows', clear plastic jeans, detachable short-trousers and now this – the '2 Jeans Dress.'

You guessed it, a dress made out of two pairs of upside-down, denim jeans.

Just because.

The silhouette of the jeans is still clear to see and the buttons, pockets and even loop hole are all still intact.

It's a bold statement to say the least, and one we're kind of hoping won't take off.

Shopbop are selling the questionable garment for €401, but we don't imagine they'll be out of stock any time soon.

Fitness trackers promise a lot of things.

More energy, better sleep, weight control – but do they really live up to the hype?

Well, a new study has revealed that while the devices are effective in monitoring heart rate, they may not be quite as reliable when it comes to keeping track of calories burned.

Researchers from the Stanford University put seven of the most popular fitness tracking devices to the test, comparing their data with ''gold standard'' laboratory measurements.

According to The Guardian, co-author of the study, Euan Ashley said, “We were pleasantly surprised at how well the heart rate did – under many circumstances for most of the devices, they actually did really quite well.”

“At the same time we were unpleasantly surprised at how poor the calorie estimates were for the devices – they were really all over the map.”

Scientists examined seven wearable trackers, with 31 men and 29 women each wearing multiple devices while performing various levels of physical activity.

The data was then extracted and compared to the ''gold standard'' lab measures.

The Apple Watch was found to give the most accurate readings with a median error rate of just 2 per cent, while the Samsung Gear S2 performed the worst with a median error in heart rate of 6.8 per cent.

Researches say the findings may have consequences for those who rely on fitness trackers for an accurate measure of their health.

“When you consider that people are using these estimates to essentially make lifestyle decisions like what they are going to eat for lunch then I think that is something that is worth knowing and people should know to take these estimates with more than a pinch of salt,” said Euan.

So basically, make healthy choices, exercise regularly and don't take your fitness tracker too seriously.

In an industry utterly obsessed with body image, it's hardly surprising that the incessant scrutiny young actresses find themselves under on a daily basis can eventually take its toll.

Having clearly had her fill of ill-advised remarks pertaining to her appearance, Sarah Hyland decided to address the narrative before highlighting the misconceptions which have been made in relation to her size.

I hear all the kids are wearing chokers now a days. #criticschoiceawards

A post shared by Sarah Hyland (@therealsarahhyland) on

The 26-year-old Modern Family star took to Twitter yesterday to both silence her critics and provide her fans with an insight into the struggles she has endured over the last 12 months.

"I'd like to address something that has not only been brought up on Twitter, but has been HEAVILY discussed by all of you in my Instagram comments. That something is my weight."

Acknowledging that she generally seeks to ignore the dialogue, Sarah admitted that she felt compelled to address it this time around.

"Here goes… I haven't had the greatest year. Maybe one day I'll talk about it but for now I'd like my privacy. I will say this year has brought a lot of changes and with that physical changes.I have been told that I can't work out. Which for me is very upsetting."

Devastated that she has been prevented from training, Sarah continued: "I am not a fan of 'being skinny'".

Having been told to 'eat a burger' and that her 'head was bigger than her body', Sarah said she agreed with her critics, writing: "No one's head should be bigger than their body but considering I've basically been put on bed rest for the past few months, I've lost a lot of muscle mass."

While Sarah is determined to return to full health, she insists that she refuses to let the public's insensitive remarks get to her, writing: "I know that when I get clearance, I will be able to get back to the strong, lean and fabulous self I know I can be."

And in a move which illustrates Sarah's understanding of her vulnerability in the public eye, she concluded by writing: "My self confidence is not rendered from your comments."

"I will always be too fat. I will always be too skinny. I will never have enough curves to be called a real woman, And I will always be a slut for wearing a push up bra."

When you don't feel well you're supposed to post vain pictures of yourself correct?

A post shared by Sarah Hyland (@therealsarahhyland) on

Finishing by encouraging her fans to err on the side of positivity, she wrote: "Smile, Laugh, Love, Be happy. Support your peers. Love. Work hard. Be confident. Love."

Sarah's post has been inundated with supportive comments from fans who encouraged the actress to stay positive in spite of her poor health.

"You're such an inspiration! Sending positive vibes your way and a quick recovery," wrote one.

Sarah, who rose to fame playing Hayley Dunphy in the smash hit sitcom, had a kidney transplant in 2012.
