Katie Hopkins seems to have finally felt the power of some of her cruel words yesterday as she was escorted from the X Factor set following backlash. 

The backlash came from the families of Stereo Kicks – the eight piece band that Katie has some major issues with, saying: “They look like teenage boys waiting at an STI clinic to find out some really bad news. ‘Oh my God, what have I caught? Who have I slept with?’”

Katie got some serious backlash from the families of the boys for her comments, as a source told The Sun: “The families began shouting and hurling abuse. One of them asked how she’d like it if people abused her children. Katie was rattled – and in the end security and her own chaperone sneaked her out the back way.”

It was also reported that Katie had never received such intense reactions for her words before – which is strange because they are probably some of the mildest words she has said about people in the past!

Most of Ireland tuned into Love/Hate last night for what proved to be a very eventful episode all together – the best in the series so far some are saying!

And it seems the actors on the show were anticipating a great response, as they gathered to watch the episode together. 

Laurence Kinlan, who plays Elmo in the hit series, shared a photo on his Twitter account showing some members of the cast watching the episode together at House on Dublin’s Leeson Street. 

Spotted in the snap were Charlie Murphy (Siobhán), Laurence Kinlan (Elmo), Peter Coonan (Fran), Tom Vaughan-Lawlor (Nidge), Lynn Rafferty (Nadine) and Ian Llyod Anderson (Dean) as well as others. 

Laurence later confirmed that even the case reckoned it was one of the best episodes yet as he tweeted: “Wow!! Thoughts?? We all loved that, the room was buzzing. If you’ve learned anything tonight, it’s not to believe the newspapers #lovehate.”

We cannot WAIT for next week!

It’s no secret that Niall Horan has always been close with his family – and in particular his brother, Greg. 

Niall can often be seen sharing photos of his baby nephew, Theo, who actually has thousands of his very own Twitter followers…

Now it seems things have taken a strange turn as a tweet from Greg’s account yesterday read: “I wonder when Niall is calling to see theo I do wonder” leading people to speculate that the family feel Niall does not see them as much as he should. 

Many fans hit back with anger, with one fan page blasting: “It’s not difficult to call your BROTHER instead of tweeting about it, you’re making a fool of yourself!”

The day previous, a tweet from Greg’s account also read rather cryptically: “Sick of being hurt by loved one really am.”

The tweets were later deleted as Greg took to Twitter to say that his account had been hacked: “Guys I’m sorry but iv been Hacked who ever it is please stop it now.”

Niall has not commented on any of the events that have unfolded – we’re not so sure he will!

It probably wasn't the night Audrina Patridge had imagined when she got dressed up for Halloween – but we’ve all had those!

The former star of The Hills was seen in floods of tears having what looked like an intense fight with her boyfriend, Corey Bohan. 

The couple have been dating since 2009, although have been on and off since then. 

The night appeared to start off as a happy one, with the couple arriving together – Corey dressed up as a sheriff and Audrina…well, Audrina dressed up too! What as we’re not so sure. Maybe sexy vampire?

However, the evening took a turn for the worst, let’s face it, sometimes they do and Audrina and Corey were seen having a blowout fight while reportedly waiting for their taxi. 

It’s a good thing we don’t have paparazzi to snap us after a night out – scoffing garlic cheese chips. Now those we would not want to wake up to. 

It has not been reported yet as to whether or not the fight has resulted in a break-up for the long-term couple, but we’re sure they’ll work it out!

Jessica Simpson shared a glimpse of her new haircut with Instagram followers yesterday. 

The singer has cut her hair into a long bob and also went for a new shade of blonde. 

Jessica captioned the photo: “Short hair don’t care … Cut by my favourite @roqchop and blondie by the best of all time @ritahazan.”

We’re not sure who or what has angered Drake – but he is mad!

In a video obtained by TMZ, Rihanna’s ex was seen storming into a nightclub, with not even the bouncers being able to hold him back. 

In another bizarre twist, he also throws what is believed to be thousands of dollars on the ground during his temper tantrum. 

A man (we’re hoping one of his friends!) then collects the money from the ground. 

He definitely looked like he was on a mission to shout at someone inside the club – we wonder what went down?!

If this impression is anything to go by, it may be time Kate Hudson took it up professionally!

Honouring the Dallas Buyers’ Club star at the American Cinematheque gala, Kate relived a story about Matthew from their days of filming 2008’s Fool’s Gold. 

Going through a hard divorce at the time, Kate remembers Matthew trying to coax her into the water – and let’s just say it’s pretty epic!

Matthew and Kate not only starred in Fool’s Gold together, but How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days too – so it’s safe to say she knows him pretty well!

There could be a reconciliation ahead as Kelly Brook admits for the first time since her split that she is still in love with David McIntosh. 

The couple broke up following claims that David had been unfaithful to Kelly with his ex-girlfriend, claims he vehemently denied. 

Now, Kelly admits that she is still in love with him, and it sounds like there may be a future for the couple as she told Fabulous magazine: “Lots of women ignore it, get through it and have children. Lots of women in the public eye have stuck by their husbands for all sorts of things they have done … we still don’t know if he’s been unfaithful. I don't know if I'm that person, I'm trying to figure it out. I still love David. He’s an amazing man.”

Hmm, it certainly sounds as if things are far from over for this couple!

It has been reported that a pregnancy announcement will soon be on the way for Jessica Biel and her husband of two years, Justin Timberlake. 

While rumours the actress was pregnant were rampant during the week, they seem to be getting stronger than ever as many claim an announcement is imminent from the couple. 

Jessica has been spotted out and about with what many claim to be a baby bump – although if they saw us after a big meal they may say the same thing…

The Total Recall actress spoke about having children last year, saying that nothing was planned yet, but it was something she would love in the future: “I don’t know. I’m not quite sure about sooner or later, but definitely at some point.”

Hmm, this is exciting – could there be a mini-Timberlake on the way?! We hope so!

The baby rumours come not long after Justin and Jessica won a high-court case in Dublin regarding a false story about their marriage in Heat magazine.

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini had something of a temper tantrum on last night’s X Factor as she came to blows with Simon Cowell. 

The singer critiqued Simon’s act Jay James and his rendition of Adele’s Skyfall, saying she didn’t “feel” it. 

When Simon retaliated saying it’s not an acting competition, Cheryl did not take it too kindly and it all got a bit awkward…

Dermot O'Leary tried to smooth things over, apologising to Jay about Cheryl and Simon's fighting, saying: "Sorry you have to hear the grown-ups rowing like that."

Things got even weirder later in the show when Cheryl demanded Louis Walsh swap seats with her. 

Later on, the Girls Aloud star shared a photo on Instagram of Simon with his hands around her nek, looking very happy indeed!

We all could have been forgiven for assuming that there was something of a bitter feud occurring between Khloé Kardashian and her sister, Kim. 

After all, when your sister posts a video of you on your birthday with a soundtrack that says: “You little dumba** bi***, I ain’t fu**in’ with you” and a caption that reads: IDGAF (I Don’t Give A Fu**), you may assume she has a slight problem with you…

Nevertheless, Khloé has denied that the video was a diss at her older sister, tweeting: "My last instagram video song is NOT about my sister. Stop making nothing into something! It was OUR song of the night…"

The youngest Kardashian sister then followed up her tweet by saying: Some things really are just that simple."

Surely Khloé knew that the Instagram video made it seem as if she did have a problem with her sister – but she doesn't seem to think so!
