Spencer Matthews

Vogue Williams is taking part in Diet Coke’s new You Do You campaign and we couldn’t think of a better person for the job. The presenter oozes confidence and has the perfect attitude when it comes to social media pressures and mum-shamers.

We chatted to Vogue about boosting your confidence, the advice she would give her past self and how Spencer has helped her during low points in life.

Vogue decided to take part in the You Do You campaign because she believes it is something we need to remember more often. She stressed, “The campaign sends out a really positive message. It’s important that everyone just does what they feel is right for themselves. Don’t be part of the pack, just do you.”

Embracing who you are is something that many of us struggle with, especially as teenagers. There are so many things we regret about our teenage years (the eyebrows) and we could only wish we could go back in time and share some words of wisdom with our past selves.

Vogue said she would tell herself to ignore other people’s opinions, “Don’t sweat the small stuff. Don’t listen to what everybody says about you, because everybody has an opinion on you, your body, your appearance, on everything. Block that out and be yourself.”

Social media is playing a bigger role in the lives of young women today than it ever has. The impact it has can be pretty terrifying, but Vogue stressed that what you see is never the full picture.

“People need to realise that that is just a snippet of someone’s life, it isn’t the whole picture. I use social media quite a bit, but that isn’t my whole life. It’s not that perfect all of the time.

“You put up the best snapshots of your day and the rest is just everyday stuff that everyone else is going through. Try and remember that people’s lives aren’t as perfect as they seem on social media.”

Luckily, Vogue has her beau, Spencer Matthews to turn to when she is feeling low. She praised Spencer for helping her develop a stronger sense of self.

“Spencer boosts my confidence when I’m feeling low. He’s really good like that. He’s always been able to brush things off like that so as long as I’ve been with him he has just made me have more of an ‘I don’t give a shit what anyone else thinks’ attitude,” Vogue shared.

The parents are set to return to our screens in series two of Spencer, Vogue and Baby Too and it looks like we’re in for a real treat this season. Vogue revealed that their wedding will be one of the biggest parts of this series and we already can’t wait to watch it.

Embrace Vogue’s carefree attitude and grab a limited edition can of Diet Coke.

The eight new designs feature phrases designed to help you share your Diet Coke Mood, and are one element of Diet Coke’s brand new You Do You campaign, which you may have already seen on TV, online, and when you’re out and about.

I was so nervous about him not knowing that I had a child, so I wanted to get it out there before he asked me any more questions, just to see if he was going to run off or not," Binky adds.

"But his reply was, 'OK… And?' That was so nice and put me really at ease right away."

Binky said that she had "hoped I'd meet somebody", adding: "I just didn't know it would be so soon, and I didn't know that this would be how I feel."

Darnton, who works as a managing director at a global executive search and consulting firm, said: "We're both very different but equally as driven and ambitious.

"We find each other funny – not many other people do! – and it's completely natural and chilled. I feel very lucky to have met her. We really connect. I feel settled, and it feels normal."

They reignited their romance after they learned they were to become parents in 2017. They announced their separation last September, a year and a half after becoming parents.

Vogue Williams is a well-known DJ, model, fitness and food guru who promotes a healthy lifestyle whenever she can, and yet is still bombarded with online comments about her weight.

Commenting on a person's body, whether you feel they're overweight or underweight, is always a toxic habit to feed.

The TV personality welcomed her first child with her husband Spencer Matthews eight months ago, and has been open about getting back into fitness since the arrival of baby Theodore.

Image: Instagram/@voguewilliams

Sharing a message which was written to her via Instagram, Vogue wrote; "I can't tell you how annoying these messages are."

The star blacked out the name of the person who wrote the skinny-shaming note, which bluntly said; "You are way too thin."

The fitness guru emphasises a nutrition based diet and exercise, rather than unhealthy habits, so her frustration at receiving such harsh messages is deeply understandable.

Image: Instagram/@voguewilliams

Sharing her BMI on her Instagram Story, she wrote; "There you go, I'm in the VERY healthy range of BMI for my weight and height."

The image displayed a BMI of 19.7, with the calculator app recommending that Vogue maintains her weight.

Slamming her online bullies, the DJ then wrote a paragraph venting her feelings at the bombardment of weight-based trolls;

"I keep getting messages like that. It's starting to get annoying especially because I want to show a healthy lifestyle."

Image: Instagram/@voguewilliams

She continued; "I'm 64kgs and 5'11. That is 4kgs lighter than I used to sit before I had Theodore. I can't explain why but that's where my weight comfortably sits."

"I train four times a week and try to eat healthily 80 percent of the time. Please don't send messages about my weight anymore!"

Despite having a baby just eight months ago, Vogue is firmly in control of her own body and clearly values the energy which her fitness routine and diet offer her.

New mums are especially targeted with online hate following the birth of their child and the pressure to get their 'pre-baby body' back.

Nobody deserves to be targeted about their appearance, so let's hope these messages are firmly put to a halt after Vogue spoke out so eloquently against them.

Herself and Spencer Matthews, known for his role in Made in Chelsea, have only just celebrated baby Theodore's christening over the weekend, which looked like a lovely occasion.

Vogue Williams is a mum to little Theodore and he is by far one of the cutest babies we’ve ever seen so we weren’t one bit surprised to hear the mum had been eager to expand her brood.

With a baby as cute as Theodore, how could you not want to have another?

Vogue and her husband Spencer Matthews welcomed their baby boy in September 2018 and it’s safe to say they’ve been loving every second of parenthood so far (apart from the famous four months sleep regression.)

“I think I just want to enjoy a bit more of Theodore. And being pregnant, I didn’t find it the easiest thing in the world so I need to give my body a little bit more of a break,” the doting mum added.

Vogue said she would love Theodore to have a sibling close in age, just like her and her own sister.

They may be waiting another little while for baby number two, but Vogue is already excited about their future family plans.

“At some point, we will start trying again in the not too distant future,” she shared.

The Late Late Show is celebrating love in all its forms tonight with a show dedicated to romance and butterflies in your stomach.

'So who are the guests for their infamous Valentine's Day episode?', I hear you ask. Well, Tubs has a treat for everyone in the love-struck audience.

Reality TV star couple Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews fell in love while filming a TV show in 2017, and now they're married with little baby Theodore. They join Ryan Tubridy in the studio tonight, getting candid about their relationship.

Actor and director Kenneth Branagh will join The Late Late Show panel of guests to discuss his new movie All Is True, and will elaborate on why Ireland holds a special place in his heart, having moved to England at a young age.

The show has also carried out a search for 'The Greatest Love of All' nationwide, and the public will exclusively be hearing some of the most romantic tales of true love, and viewers who have found their soul mate against all the odds. SWISH SWOO.

Audience games will be taking place (sure to be absolutely GAS), and the 200 singles will be hoping to find that special someone on the RTÉ show.

Music from Whigfield and Mickey Joe Harte join Ryan for some music.. Is is because Mickey Joe's name sounds like Heart? Who knows…tune in to see.

Comedy dance duo Lords of Strut also pop by the Valentine's show to add to the hilarity, rounding up the guests nicely.

There have been some classic humour moments from the show, remember when one guest Colm had his mum asking him questions about his love life? We DIED.

The Late Late Show's annual love programme has long been one of the favourites with the viewers, and for good reason.

We can't wait to see what's in store tonight, the love episode is ALWAYS the best. Apart from the Toy Show, of course.
