While no stranger to controversy, Helen Woods is likely to have infuriated countless members of the public this week after she tore shreds off of Scarlett Moffatt in her latest column for The Daily Star.

Offering her opinion on the latest series of I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here, the former escort suggested we were having the wool pulled over our eyes by the popular contestant.

Slamming Scarlett, who has gained a loyal following since taking part in Gogglebox, Helen branded her 'fake as f*ck' before comparing her to a former Geordie Shore star.

"Jesus, those drag queen lashes and terrible fake tan. Transparent, just another Charlotte Crosby," wrote Helen.

"She tries soooo hard to be funny, when in fact she's funny putting zero thought into what she's saying."

"People who try too hard get on my tits, leave the comedy to the experts like Joel," Helen suggested.

Acknowledging the public's love for 26-year-old Scarlett, the former Big Brother star suggested we need to raise our standards.

"If she's what we get for a nation's sweetheart, we are even lower than wherever rock bottom is."

Well, thanks for that Helen.

From Michelle Obama to the Red Hot Chili Peppers, most stars fall all over themselves to take part in The Late Late Show's Carpool Karaoke segment.

And it looks like Madonna is no exception.

And while thousands of her Instagram followers are pumped at the idea of seeing the Queen of Pop duet with James Corden, not everyone is that impressed by the announcement.

Sharing a snap of herself with James on Instagram last night, Madonna wrote: "Riding around Manhattan with the Hunk of Burning Love" in a move which sent social media into a tailspin.

"Awesome! It's about time," gushed one of her followers, but not everyone is on the same page.

"This b*tch needs to retire" wrote one Instagram user while another added: "The most overrated popstar of all the time"

While the upload itself racked up 113,000 likes, many of The Late Late Show's followers wasted no time sharing their thoughts on Madge's imminent appearance, with another writing: "Terrible choice."

"Why she decided to do this right after Gaga? Isn't she jealous of Gaga? smh," added someone else on Twitter when the news broke.

Well, let's just see how it goes, shall we?

Just hours ago Kylie Jenner announced via Snapchat that she is releasing a massive Christmas cosmetics collection.

The reality TV star teased her new collection on social media earlier this week, showing sneak peeks of the new silver-packaged products peeking out of a white faux fur stocking.

The mega holiday haul includes 14 brand new products, all with a festive flair and, according to Kylie, perfect for the holidays.

All of the items in Jenner's new drop contain "real diamond powder," and are packaged in silver tubes and boxes tied up with a white bow. 

The collection reintroduces her mini matte set, this time including two brand new Christmas shades.

The other shades are all familiar but totally sold out, making them notoriously difficult for beauty addicts to acquire. 

Angel, a pale pink, and Vixen a dark purple that's not unlike one of her first purple shades Kourt K.

The cosmetics collection also includes some seriously cute lip glosses and metal shades that double up as tree ornaments in three more brand new shades, Dancer, Naughty, and Jolly (Dancer is Kylie's favourite, by the way).

The makeup maven is also dropping a mattes and glitter glosses box, containing all new Christmas colours. 

While lip kits may be the corner stone of the teen's cosmetics empire, her eye shadows have become a smash success.

The teen is launching three new creme shadows in camo, yellow gold, and golden plum, along with an exclusive Kyshadow palette.

The exclusive Kylie Cosmetics the Holiday 2016 palette is one of the most covetable pieces in the collection, and will finally include a mirror, something her make up fans have been crying out for. 

"My inspiration was jewel tones, so I used all jewel tones to create a smoky eye palette that you can use during the holiday," said the star as she swatched the new shades on Snapchat.

Looking for something to apply Kylie's new shadows with? Never fear, the teen is launching her very first brush collection, which includes five blending brushes. 

Need something to keep the brushes in? Kylie has got that covered too, with a limited edition silver make up bag. 

The pièce de résistance of the collection is the Kylie Holiday Edition Box, which includes 10 Kylie lip colours, the exclusive new Kyshadow palette, three creme shadows and a brand new white Kyliner called Snow. 

According to Kylie, buying this bonanza box will win you the "Mom or Dad of the year award."

Everything from the collection will be released on Monday, November 21 at 9pm Irish time. If any of her previous launches are anything to go by, you need to act fast if you want to see Kylie's new collection under your tree, as the line is guaranteed to sell out fast.

There's no one quite like Kris Jenner, is there?

While most grandparents would be overjoyed by the arrival of a new grandchild, it seems Kris is struggling to hide her irritation over the child's chosen name.

After welcoming baby girl Dream Renee last week, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have had to deal with the fact Dream's granny is unhappy with Rob for refusing to chose a name that begins with K.

Yeah, we know.

"Kris would have loved them to follow tradition and pick a K name for the baby," an insider told HollywoodLife.

"They told her all along it wasn't going to happen but she was still holding out hope right up until she saw the birth certificate," the source added.

And while Kris' other children didn't choose 'K-names' for their offspring, it appears the onus was on Rob to continue the tradition after Kourtney and Kim broke from it with their five children.

Thankfully, Kris pulled herself together and has since accepted that the name 'Dream' is here to stay, with the source adding: "She's over her disappointment."

Al Porter has spoken publicly about his struggle with depression for the first time.

Appearing on Brendan O’Connor’s The Cutting Edge last night, the Dublin based comedian revealed that despite his confidence, he does suffer with mental health issues. 

He also documented and challenged the stigma which currently surrounds taking anti-depressants in Ireland, using his own experience as a powerful example.

The 23-year-old began: “I’m going to tell you something now that I didn’t even tell my mam until two hours ago, when I rang her because I knew I was going to say it to you.”

Explaining his journey towards medication, Al recounted how a friend suggested that the reason behind his inability to enjoy his experiences and success may be down to a physical “imbalance” rather than an issue founded in circumstance.

“I went to a doctor, I wouldn’t even go to my own family doctor, I was too afraid.  So I went to a doctor in Carlow,” he confessed.  “He said ‘look, you need anti-depressants and I never thought that I would be that person.  Nobody in my family would think that I would be that person.”

“I’ve been hiding them in my house,” he continued.  “I have had my friend pick them up because I didn’t want to go in with the prescription.  I’ve had the prescription written to different names than my own.”

“That stigma, I never really thought it was real.  I heard people…talk about it and I’m kind of going ‘I can’t really get where you’re coming from’”.

“And then I suddenly realise, someone that’s as confident as me who tells people every detail of their life, I couldn’t just admit, yeah, that I need those pills.  They’re going to keep me balanced.”

“If I can’t cope with that, Jesus knows how somebody who doesn’t have the confidence that I have does.  [Someone] who’s in their bed for three weeks and is going, ‘Who am I going to ring to pick them up for me?’”.

Al has been widely praised online for sharing his story so candidly.

This morning, he took to Twitter to thank his followers for their support.

In a move which he hopes will inspire others,  Black Eyed Peas member Taboo has revealed that he underwent 12 weeks of chemotherapy after being diagnosed with cancer in 2014.

In an interview with People magazine, the 41-year-old rapper explained that he was dealt the devastating blow when he admitted himself to hospital with what he assumed was a bout of flu.

Unfortunately for the popular star, doctors diagnosed Taboo with stage 2 testicular cancer – a diagnosis which required an aggressive form of chemotherapy.

"It all started with a pain in my back and abdomen," he  said "The very next day I went into surgery to have the 'mother ship' removed. But my fight had just begun."

Stunned by his band mate's diagnosis, will.i.am did his utmost to support Taboo, with the latter explaining: "Will.i.am instantly reached out to a great doctor who helped me figure out a treatment plan. I was racing against the clock."
 

While Taboo explained that there were times when he wanted to give up, he sought inspiration from individuals who had gone through the same experience and focussed his attention on music.

"I began channelling my energy into the thing that keeps me alive and spirited: music. I wanted to share my story and inspire others like those who had inspired me."

Two years after his journey began, Taboo has confirmed he is officially cancer-free and has used his experience to to help others.

"By the grace of God I'm alive and along with my partner @americancancersociety we are gonna help millions of people going thru the same fight I went thru," he tweeted.

Congratulations are in order for one of our favourite couples, Marvin and Rochelle Humes, today!

The loved-up pair have just revealed that they are expecting their second child.

Rochelle took to her Instagram account to confirm the wonderful news, posting a stunning black-and-white shot of herself cradling her bump.

Doting husband Marvin went on to share a beautiful photo-collage of his own, over on his page.

“Absolutely delighted to announce that we’re extending our family! Rochelle and I are over the moon! Baby Humes no.2 is on the way!” he wrote.

The couple are, of course, already parents to two-year-old daughter Alaia-Mai.

Let's be honest – whether you were a fan of the Twilight franchise or not, it's no surprise to learn that the atmosphere on set was far from welcoming at times.

And if anyone was going to spill those deets, we knew we could rely on Anna Kendrick who played Bella's pal Jessica Stanley.

Reflecting on her time on the set in her memoir Scrappy Little Nobody, Anna revealed that while the stars of the movie attempted to make her feel welcome, weather and general morale kind of prevented it.

"Kellan Lutz is the sweetest guy, but that day I think he might have strangled me if he’d had the energy," Anna admitted while explaining that the cast and crew were attempting to shoot the movie in freezing conditions in Canada and Oregan.

Anna then turned her attention to Kirsten Stewart, writing: "[She] – one of the most committed actors I’ve ever worked with — made a valiant effort to be friendly, but I could tell she was putting her back into it."

"Underneath every word, I heard 'You don’t know, man, you don’t know what it’s like out there.'" Anna added.

It sounds like Anna happily would have sacrificed her part in the franchise had she known what she was in for.

"If you told me I had to be in that weather with no relief, I would have bailed like the little b***ch I am. Extreme cold messes with you," she insisted.

"The elements don’t discriminate. And no amount of ‘you’re getting paid to do this’ matters when your body’s basic survival requirements are in play."

Christ, that sounds like no picnic.

Eyebrows were raised when Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher named their daughter Wyatt, but it looks like the actor had something even more unique planned for their son.

The couple are currently expecting their second child, and Jobs star Ashton appeared on Conan to discuss the impending new arrival to his family.

During his chat with Conan O’Brien, he revealed that he had his heart set on one particular name: Hawkeye.

Unsurprisingly, however, the name didn’t go down too well with Ashton’s other half.

“It didn’t fly. It didn’t get across the Mila threshold. It came to the threshold but then it got knocked down,” he joked.

The couple, who are already parents to two-year-old Wyatt, do apparently have a name ‘dialled in’ – it just won’t be Hawkeye!

The Kutchers announced their pregnancy back in June, with Ashton going on to confirm the baby’s gender in October.

“[Wyatt] points to Mila and she’s like, ‘Baby brother’, when she points to the belly. And then she points to Dad and she goes, ‘Beer’. So I think she gets there’s something in the belly, but I don’t quite think she knows that it’s not going to be plastic doll yet,” he told the TODAY Show.

She has countless audiences eating out of the palm of her hand on a regular basis, so you'd be forgiven for thinking very little fazes Adele.

But, you'd be wrong.

While performing in Mexico this week, the Londoner revealed a fear (albeit a very rational one) of the vampire's best friend – the bat.

After spotting one enter the arena, she completely lost it and thankfully the moment was captured and subsequently circulated online for people who enjoy watching others in distress.

"There's a bat!" she shrieked from the stage while flapping her arms wildly in what we believe was an impersonation of the offending creature. "There's a bat there and it landed by your head!"

"It landed right by your head! Oh my God, it's a f**king bat. Welcome to Mexico," she continued. "It's true, I'm happy to be here, but a f**king bat, Jesus Christ!"

Much to the surprise and delight of holiday enthusiasts, Heathrow Airport has released its first Christmas campaign – a brief documentation of Mr and Mrs Bair’s journey home.

The video features heartwarming moments involving mistletoe, toy passport checks, a lot of paw holding and an all too real struggle with a baggage carousel.

Earlier this week, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick sent hearts racing by deciding to give their relationship another go.

But while sources claimed Kourtney was determined to take things slow, updated reports suggest that the pair are back living together and that Ms Kardashian is already planning to expand their brood.

According to a Us source, 33-year-old Scott has been staying at Kourtney’s house for the last few weeks and so far his other half has been impressed by his behaviour.

“He has really cleaned up his act and been well behaved,” they said.  “Kourtney is always sceptical about how long it will last, but she has been encouraged to see how much he has been trying.”

A source told PEOPLE that the 37-year-old fitness fanatic “seems very happy” to be back in the arms of the Lord.  A second insider added that the star “definitely wants four kids”.

Kourtney and Scott famously split in July 2015 after nine years together. 

Scott’s party lifestyle and close relationship with ex-girlfriend Chloe Baroli are believed to have contributed to their breakup.
