So far on her 1989 World Tour, Taylor Swift has been joined by a whole host of celeb BBFs on stage, including Gigi Hadid (twice), Karlie Kloss (twice), Kendall Jenner, Serena Williams, Lena Dunham and Selena Gomez to name just a few.

One of her pals was notably absent from the on-stage reunions… until now. Last night fans in Washington DC got a huge treat when T-Swift was joined on stage by none other than Lorde.

The Kiwi singer flew for almost a full day and night to get to the US in time to duet with Taylor on stage, and she didn't disappoint, joinging Tay for an epic rendition of Royals.

Earlier in the evening, Taylor promised concertgoers a "really good surprise" if they "maintained their awesomeness," adding, "Hint number one: this artist flew 19 hours from her hometown to be here with you."

Lorde herself tweeted just now to gush about how wonderful the show was, posting a picture of the pair on stage and calling Taylor "the leader of a great and beautiful galaxy that I'd live in forever":

Shortly after Lorde's appearance, poor Taylor got herself in a bit of a bind when part of her set malfunctioned, leaving her stranded on an extendable balcony hundreds of feet off the ground.

"They just told me in my ear that I might be stuck up here forever," she told the crowd. "This thing is broken… We're just gonna have to rechoreograph the entire show. It's fine. Whatever. It's gonna be a unique show D.C.!"

Never one to be fazed, Taylor barreled on with her set list while she waited for the balcony to be fixed, segueing into her next song without a hitch. Nice.

Sounds like it was an absolutely epic show all in all.

Well, we’re only mildly disappointed after Kimmy K let us in on one of her parenting plans for her second child.

Anyone who was hoping for some real navigational inspired names is going to be a little let down.

Despite popular opinion (or blatant speculation), Kim has confirmed she will not be naming her second child along the same theme as little North West.

Speaking on Shaquille O’Neal’s The Big Podcast yesterday, the 34-year old reality TV star said that if she were to name her second child South it would be the “stupidest” idea ever. Harsh, it was just a suggestion.

Kim says she’s been asked about the name “hundreds of times,” but she considers it “the stupidest question, no disrespect to you.” None taken Kim, trust us.

She did however confirm that while she believes North is the better name and she doesn’t want to “try and duplicate that with like a lower direction,” she and Kanye aren’t exactly considering names like John or Michael.

So fans of Kim and Kanye can expect something a little more fresh and original. We expect nothing less from the stylish twosome.

We can only imagine what kind of unique name older sister to-be North will be suggesting.

Kim and husband Kanye, 38, are expecting a baby boy in December.

All eyes are on the star’s maternity style after having previously said she’s going to be making changes to both her health and wardrobe choices this time around.

Just this weekend she was spotted taking little North to the cinema in Calabasas wearing a figure-hugging maroon maxi dress, which has got the tabloids all worked up over the supposed first signs of her baby bump.

It's only a matter of weeks until the youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan turns 18, and she already has some big plans in motion.

Although her lifestyle is definitely that of someone much older, the truth is that Kylie Jenner is still a 17-year-old, and just like anyone else she is hella excited to turn the Big 1-8.

"Well the first thing I want to do is maybe have like a birthday party and then maybe go on a trip with just my friends," she told E! News at the launch of her Kylie Hair Kouture extension line in Los Angeles last week. "I'm legal, so I can go on a trip legally without a chaperone, so that'll be fun, just a girl trip," she added.

Surely Kylie has gone on a few trips before without a "chaperone" present?! Either way, we're sure it'll be a wild vacation for her and her pals. And if the rumours are to be believed, Kylie's 18th year could be a pretty special one in some other ways, too. According to Hollywood Life, Kylie's boyfriend Tyga is strongly considering popping the question once the reality star is no longer a minor.

"Tyga‘s not only in love with Kylie, he’s also in love with her new mansion. It’s their first home together," a source said of Kylie's newly renovated starter mansion in Calabasas, California. "He wants to make so many lasting memories there with her, including proposing to her there."

Kylie has already made plans for Tyga to spend most of his time at her new house, including having a bedroom specially designed for his toddler son King Cairo.

Well, this is as good an excuse for a trip to Ikea as we’ve ever heard.

A recent study has suggested that rocky furniture may be the reason for your rocky relationship.

According to the study, which was published in the journal Psychological Science, unstable furniture may affect your perception of your relationship.

The study asked 54 college students that were all in serious relationships to use chairs and tables that were either wobbly or secure. The participants were then asked questions about the level of satisfaction that they felt in their relationships.

Those who were using the shaky, unstable furniture perceived their relationships to be less secure than those who were using solid equipment.

Another two experiments were conducted that showed similar results. 174 people were asked relationship questions while standing on either one or two legs. Those standing on two legs were perceived to be more comfortable in their relationships while those on one leg suggested that theirs were rockier.

And finally, just to really give you a reason to go out and buy a super comfy couch, 129 college students were asked to sit at desks that were either secure or wobbly and… You’ve guessed it! Those in the desks that didn’t move around appeared to believe they were in more stable relationships than those who weren’t.

So, if you’re trying to snuggle up on the couch for your date night but your other half is driving you absolutely nuts, take a breath and trying jamming some cardboard under the leg of the couch and you never know – all of a sudden they may stop being so annoying!

If you're a Glee fan, you'll be kicking yourself you didn't guess this news earlier.

Co-stars Melissa Benoist and Blake Jenner admitted at Comic Con this weekend that they weren't engaged any more… because they had in fact tied the knot a few months back. Melissa, who is the star of the upcoming CBS show Supergirl, appeared at the fan event wearing a thin silver band on her wedding finger, which eagle-eyed reporters soon spotted.

The actress told several people on the day that the wedding had already happened, with a source confirming to Us Weekly that Melissa and Blake had their big day back in April, after Melissa wrapped filming on Supergirl.

Despite taking a honeymoon to Europe, the pair still managed to keep news of their wedding quiet. Here they are in Rome just weeks after saying their "I do"s:

The couple met on the set of Glee, which they both appeared on during the fourth and fifth seasons. Melissa played aspiring singer/songwriter Marley Rose, while Blake starred as football-player-turned-Glee-Club member Ryder Lynn.

Having started dating back in 2012, the pair got engaged in July 2013.

It has been three years since Kristen Stewart's infidelity was laid bare in the media, and the actress says she has finally come out the other side of the "traumatic" experience.

Back in 2012, Kristen's on-off relationship with her Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson came to an end once and for all when pictures of her kissing film director Rupert Sanders were published. The actress, who is 19 years Rupert's junior, had reportedly grown close to him on the set of their film Snow White and the Huntsman, and though the affair was short-lived, it had some very long-term consequences.

Not only did Kristen's relationship come to a messy end, but Rupert's marriage to model Liberty Ross also broke down. Looking back on the events, Kristen told Marie Claire magazine that they had a huge impact on how the rest of her twenties turned out.

"I lit my universe on fire and I watched it burn," she said. "Speaking very candidly, it was a really traumatic period in my early 20s that kick-started something in me that was a bit more feral."

The actress said it was tough "starting over after a batsh*t crazy year" but that she has grown stronger as a result. "I’m really proud that I am able to move forward and not fall into every mental crater," she explained. "That’s a new thing for me. Age has made me smarter and calmer. And it is f***ing awesome."

Having found happiness again with her former assistant Alicia Cargile, Kristen says she cares less these days about what other people think. "Lately, I’ve been doing less of the 'I’m sooooo sorry' and more of the 'No'", she said of her couldn't-care-less attitude.

As for Robert, he too has moved on, with his now-fiancée FKA Twigs.  

The pair reportedly got engaged earlier this year, with FKA sporting a $40k (€36k) diamond on the red carpet at the Met Gala back in May.

We're delighted to see Kristen and Rob have both found happiness again.

This has been a BAD week for 50 cent.

Curtis Jackson (aka 50 Cent), filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection earlier today.

The court papers that were filed shows that the In Da Club singer’s economic woes are largely due to “consumer debts”. That must have been one serious shopping spree as it was only in May that Forbes had estimated his net worth as €127million.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the 40-year-old reported assets and debts ranging from €9-45 million.

Well, this makes us feel A LOT better about our own overspending problems.

It was only days ago that 50 Cent was ordered to pay a woman €4.5million for releasing her sex tape without her permission.

The 13-minute video was of Lastonia Leviston, the ex-girlfriend of 50 Cent’s nemesis and fellow rapper, Rick Ross. The sex tape includes explicit commentary by Mr Jackson and cuts to a shot of him wearing a wig and playing a character called Pimpin’ Curly.

The hefty sum obviously did more that tug on his purse strings as it was after the lawsuit that the hip hop mogul filed for bankruptcy.

Those pesky boob job rumours refuse to go away.

Yes, with Kylie Jenner happy to show off more and more of her body on her (many) social media platforms, a lot of fans have continued to ask: did she or didn't she?

It rather reminds us of this time last year, when plenty of folk began to wonder did she or didn't she get lip enhancement injections – something she eventually admitted to earlier this year.

Of course, with the reality TV star under the age of 18, momager Kris would have had to give her the all-clear to go ahead with the procedure – though that wouldn't be unheard of: every year in the US, 3,500 mums and dads allow their 15, 16 and 17-year-old daughters to have breast augmentation surgery.

But either way, 17-year-old Kylie is rightly proud of her figure: she's looking particularly gorgeous lately, rocking a series of daring styles that command lots of attention. 

Indeed, she's regularly takes to social media to flaunt her new-found curves – and that most definitely includes her Snapchat account. ​

After the recent launch of her Kylie Hair Kouture extension line at Bellami Beauty Bar, Ms Jenner posted a series of clips online that revealed oodles of perky-looking boob.

However, last month she attributed the new appearance of her breasts to strategically-placed tape and denied absolutely she'd gone under the knife.

At the same hair extensions launch, Kylie also spoke to E! about her plans for August 10 – when she turns 18.

"The first thing I want to do is maybe have like a birthday party and then maybe go on a trip with just my friends," she revealed. "I'm legal, so I can go on a trip legally without a chaperone, so that'll be fun, just a girl trip."

Ms Jenner also says she's taking care of herself more, explaining: "I'm working out and I'm eating a lot better."

Justin Bieber shocked a few fans last week when he posted a bare-faced butt photo to his Instagram account with no explanation.

With his various tattoos leaving no doubt that the photo was indeed the Baby singer, the photo soon went viral and racked up millions of likes in just a few hours.

Today though, Justin deleted the raunchy holiday snap, giving a very long-winded explanation indeed to his followers.

Posting a similarly posed snap to Instagram, this time showing him dressed in all black with sunnies and a moody expression, the 21-year-old wrote, "Hey I Deleted the photo of my butt on Instagram not because I thought it was bad but someone close to me's daughter follows me and she was embarrassed that she saw my butt and I totally wasn't thinking in that aspect. And I felt awful that she felt bad."

Continuing with his rambling explanation, the singer added, "To anyone I may have offended I'm so sorry. It was completely pure hearted as a joke but didn't take in account there are littles following me!!! Love u guys."

Make-up artist Nadia El Ferdaoussi from Sleek Make Up has revealed the three easy steps to contouring like a pro.

Know where you need to contour

The places that you usually want to highlight are the cheekbones, the cupids of the bow of your upper lift and the bridge of your nose. Use lighter shimmery shades on these parts to give a glow to the skin. Use darker, matte shades to the areas you want to sculpt, such as the hairline, under the chin and the lower side of your cheekbones.

Find a formula that suits you                                         

The face form palette and face contour kit from Sleek Make Up have darker matte powders for contouring and lighter pearlescent shades for highlighting that can also be used on the eyes.

Blend, blend, blend

The secret to contouring is subtlety so it is vital that you blend correctly. Always build your colour and coverage slowly. Use small fluffy natural hair brushes for powders and synthetic fibres or fingers for creams. Always make sure that there are no obvious lines around the edges.

Today marks two years since Glee star Cory Monteith died of an accidental drug overdose, and social media has been awash with tributes to the late actor all day.

Among the sweet messages was one from Lea Michele, who had been in a relationship with Cory for over a year at the time of his death. The actress took to Twitter and Instagram today to post a heartbreaking message to her late boyfriend.

Sharing a picture of Cory smiling as he drove into the sunlight, Lea wrote, "I know you would want us all laughing and smiling today.. So we think of you and remember all the laughter and joy we shared together. I hold you in my heart always and love and miss you so…"

She shared the same picture on her personal Twitter account with the message, "Today we remember the laughter and joy you brought into our lives every day. We think of you always and love you so."

Kevin McHale, who played Artie on the popular musical show, also headed to Instagram today to pay tribute to his friend. "This goofball…I can't comprehend how it's already been 2 years, when it sometimes feels like I saw you just yesterday. Miss you every damn day," he wrote, adding a maple leaf emoji for Canadian native Cory.

Cory passed away between the fifth and sixth seasons of Glee, on which Lea also starred. 

Back in February, Lea did her best to keep memories of Cory alive as Glee wrapped filming on its final ever episode. Posting a picture of herself walking off the show's set carrying Finn's McKinley Titans football jersey, Lea wrote, "One more thing…"

Speaking after Cory's death, the actress admitted she believed she had found a lifelong partner with him. "We talked about a lot of things. We talked about children and what we would look like when we grew old and who would be fat and how we would stay thin. We talked about where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do," she told Glamour magazine of her relationship with him.

Last year Lea began dating aspiring actor Matthew Paetz, and the two currently live together in Los Angeles.

On his birthday earlier this year she praised Matthew for "for making me smile again and bringing such a bright joy into my every day"
