X Factor 2015

Our party duo, Reggie'N'Bollie have not been offered a recording contract by Simon Cowell's record label, Syco despite coming second in this years X Factor competition.

The Ghanaian duo have reportedly not been approached by Simon despite the music mogul snatching up last years runner up, Fleur East.

In an interview with the Digital Spy, Reggie said that though Simon was very complimentary towards to the band, he made no plans to work with the duo in the future.

"Simon, right after the show, walked up to us and said, 'great job – well done. You guys have been amazing. We're glad you came on this show and we know the future is going to be bright for you.' "

If that was not a Simon Cowell rejection, then we don't know what is.

However, the success of the duo on the show has sparked a lot of interest in the hyperactive pair.

"[Simon] didn't say anything about a record deal, but we know our management are talking to different labels."

"At the moment there are really interesting conversations going on."

We hope this is not the last we see of these two.

It looks like the judge's houses stage of the X Factor is going to be bringing back some familiar faces this year.

Judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has reportedly called in former cast memeber Danni Minogue for some help narrowing down the acts she wants to bring to the live shows.

According to The Metro, Cheryl has reached out to the Aussie native with a personal request that Danni join Cheryl as a guest mentor in France later this summer. Danni was an X Factor judge from 2007 to 2010 and won the show twice with Leon Jackson and Matt Cardle.

A source has told the website about Cheryl’s decision being “the biggest news this year.”

“Dannii is doing her judges’ houses for the Australian version of the show in the UK this year and as Cheryl is doing hers in France, it’s quite an easy distance for Dannii to travel.”

The other judges are also said to be changing things up with their picks for guest mentors.

Most notably there are reports that Simon Cowell has replaced long time X Factor friend Sinitta for Paloma Faith. Nick Grimshaw is supposedly set to be joined by Jess Glynne. There hasn’t been any word ad of yet who Rita Ora will be joined by at Judge’s houses.

According to the insider; “Simon isn’t happy with Sinitta. She looks set to be axed.”

They also reported that Simon and Danni are on “good terms” and “she is one of the best judges for spotting talent he has ever worked with.”

Meanwhile, Cheryl has been the focus of much media attention of late as more pictures have emerged of the star with a noticeably thinner frame.

The 32-year old was pictured on Sunday evening and reports are saying there is concern over her dramatic weight-loss. Cheryl herself has hit back at the reports. Most notably on Instagram when she was the victim of skinny-shaming with some users calling her a 'bag of bones'.

She's recently been critical of those who've called her out for being too thin.

Indeed, Cheryl Fernandez Versini maintains that her incredibly streamlined physique is all down to being busy, as well as the stress of losing her father-in-law.

But certainly in Manchester earlier today, the 32-year-old looked slimmer than ever as she turned up for X Factor filming donning a short leather dress in a multi-coloured pattern, along with black Gucci heels.

Her hair was pulled back off her face and she kept her accessories to a minimum.

The singer also shared intimate snaps from the day with her fans. On Instagram, one shot shows Cheryl moving energetically with her arms in the air.

And a video clip sees her dancing with crew members.

"Just a mild version of what goes on behind the scenes when it gets to that time of day and me and my team are deliriously waiting for Simon to either arrive (or have his hair quaffed)," she playfully captioned the video.

However, and despite her frustrated assurances, Ms Fernandez Versini's remarkably slim appearance continues to cause concern.

Indeed, as the latest set of pictures emerged from the Manchester auditions, many fans felt compelled to voice their opinions online.

"I am surprised she has any energy to stand up," said one, with another commenting: "She looks like a walking lampshade."

Meanwhile, a third suggested: "Your calves are not meant to be bigger than your thighs…"
