Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen are officially the first ever Love Island couple to tie the knot.

Olivia has finally shared the first photo from their big day, after promising fans on social media that the photos were en route.

The couple said I do on September 15, after meeting on Love Island back in 2016.

The snap shared by Olivia features their OK! magazine cover, the fist of 20 pages of wedding snaps.

Olivia chatted to The Mirror ahead of her big day, saying: 'It’s so soon and I’m trying not to panic – I think things like this take my mind off it and keep me busy.'

'But we’ve planned it – whatever happens happens. If I’ve forgotten anything, I don’t know.'

‘The ceremony is quite low-key. But it’s close family, close friends and then the evening… you’ve got to have a bit of a party, don’t you?’

Olivia wore a Sophia Tolli dress, after finding the dream dress on TLC’s Say Yes To The Dress.

Huge congratulations are in order for Hannah Spearritt and her boyfriend Adam Thomas who are expecting their first child together.

The former S Club 7 member is due to give birth very soon. She revealed to OK! Magazine that her due date is just around the corner.

The Never Had A Dream Come True singer and her personal trainer boyfriend will be welcoming their baby in December.

The parents-to-be announced the pregnancy quite late due to Hannah’s previous struggles.

The Casualty actress bravely opened up about her heartache after suffering two miscarriages in the past. The Don’t Stop Movin’ singer suffered a devastating miscarriage in 2014.

“I had [a miscarriage] a few years previously with another partner,” she shared.

“They both happened early on in the pregnancies, around the five-week mark. It’s such an upsetting thing so it’s made it hard to relax this time, especially during the first few months,” she explained.

The EastEnders actress said that harrowing time has helped her appreciate this pregnancy even more: “Going through all that makes this pregnancy even more special, though.”

“I feel very lucky that everything has been okay this time,” the 37-year-old added.

We are so excited for Hannah and Adam to welcome their daughter in December. Talk about the perfect Christmas present.

This Hollywood couple may have called it quits way back in February but Justin Theroux has only broken his silence on the relationship now.

The actor gave a candid interview where he opened up about what happened and why the public scrutiny is exhausting.

The 47-year-old made it clear that he is not one to dwell on things like their separation and quashed the idea that there was any drama at all in why they decided to split up.

“The good news is that was probably the most – I’m choosing my words really carefully – it was kind of the most gentle separation, in that there was no animosity,” he explained.

He continued, “in a weird way, just sort of navigating the inevitable perception of it is the exhausting part.''

The couple were together since 2011 and had married in August 2015, two years after they got engaged.

At the time of their separation, the pair released a statement through the Associated Press.

They said, ''this decision was mutual and lovingly made at the end of last year. We are two best friends who have decided to part ways as a couple, but look forward to continuing our cherished friendship. Normally we would do this privately, but given that the gossip industry cannot resist an opportunity to speculate and invent, we wanted to convey the truth directly.''

But it looks like Justin and Jen will be keeping quiet about each other to the media, and that's just the way he wants it.

“Again, neither one of us is dead, neither one of us is looking to throw hatchets at each other,” he said.

Amicable though it may have been, it still wasn't an easy decision to divorce, something he calls ''heartbreaking.''

“The friendship would not be the same, as far as just the day to day. But the friendship is shifting and changing, you know, so that part is something that we’re both very proud of.”

Love Island drama is looking like it's set to keep us warm this autumn.

With splits happening left, right and centre – Laura Anderson and Paul Knops followed by Jack Fowler and Laura Crane –  the latest pair reported to have called it a day were definitely not one we were expecting.

This years villain, Adam Collard and his gf Zara McDermott were hit with claims that they were no longer together.

And boy, did they have a response.

So, Zara attended a PA on the weekend without Adam, who apparently was supposed to accompany her so people automatically assumed that the pair had called it quits.

And Zara was having none of it.

She took to Instagram to hit back at the claims.

Sharing a video of her in bed with Adam, he said that he decided to go to the gym instead.

She said, ''we didn't have a joint PA – I had a PA and Adam said he might come if he fancies it – so I got his name put on the guest list just in case. But when the time came, he said he wanted to go to the gym and do some work instead. ‘That is all.’''

Ah, we can sleep at now now so.

Apparently the couple are going from strength to strength with a friend evening saying, ''they're about to move in together and are really excited about the next chapter together.''

Well, they did get matching tats of each others initials and we all know that means true love. *cough*

Westlife fans, this is for you.

The iconic pop group of the 1990's are reuniting and social media is having a field day.

After calling it a day in 2012, the boy band have reportedly signed a new deal with Universal.

However, there is one catch…former member Brian McFadden won't be joining the reunion.

It looks like taking to the stage again to belt out classics like Swear It Again, What About Now? and You Raise Me Up will be Shane Filan, Mark Feehily, Nicky Byrne and Kian Egan.

Before they split,, the group had 14 UK number one singles and 50 million record sales worldwide.

This will be their first time playing to a crowd since their farewell tour six years ago in Croke Park.

Social media obviously went wild for this news with fans tweeting their excitement.

One wrote, ''I might actually have a meltdown if this is true though. Like imagine. Imagine Westlife being back. The four of them on one stage. Oh my God.''

Another said, ''Westlife reunion may possibly be one of the greatest things to happen in my lifetime.''

Are you as excited as we are?

Freezers are a busy girl's best friend – and not only because an ice-cream binge is all we need after a hard day sometimes.

Vegetables, meat and certain fish keep really well in the freezer and can help us improvise healthy meals in minutes.

But there are plenty of other items that are freezer-friendly.

Here are some foods you probably didn't know you could store in the freezer and which can save yourself LOADS of time and money.

1. Bread

Freezing bread is an easy way to ensure your loaf doesn't get off before you finish it. Keep it in the freezer and pop a couple of slices in the toaster when you need it: it will be just as good as if it was fresh.

2. Eggs

You can crack eggs in an ice-tray to freeze them easily. Also, if a recipe tells you to only use egg yolks for example, don’t be afraid to freeze the egg whites for the next time you want to make a meringue.

3. Cheese

Cheese won’t lose its taste or texture if you freeze it, especially hard cheeses such as cheddar, gruyere or grated.

4. Butter

Made mostly of fat, butter can survive for months, if not years, in a freezer.

5. Fruits

Bananas, mangos and kiwis freeze really well, especially if you peel and dice them first. Use them to make a delicious banana-based ice-cream or as fresh and tasty toppings on your porridge or salad. Same goes for berries: simply wash and dry them before.

6. Cooked rice and pasta

If you have cooked too much rice or pasta, do not throw it away. Keep it in small freezable bags and simply let it unfreeze in the fridge for a few hours before you need. Perfect for the base of a healthy and filling lunch!

7. Soup

Another easy way to make sure you always have a healthy lunch at hand: make soup in big batches and freeze it in small containers.

8. Cookie dough

No store-bought cookie tastes as good as a homemade one (especially if you give our recipe a try). Roll your cookie dough into a sausage shape and wrap it in cling film. That way, you can cut a few slices of cookie dough and place them directly on a lined baking tray. Cook for 15 minutes and it’s ready!

Former EastEnders star Danniella Westbrook has announced that she is battling womb cancer.

She took to Twitter to thank everyone for their well wishes and support.

The actor and reality TV star revealed that she will undergo a hysterectomy and that on hearing the bad news, she immediately thought of her late friend Jade Goody, who passed away in 2009 from cervical cancer.

The 44-year-old said, “I’ve always said I am not scared of dying. But when the doctor said, ‘You have cancer’, straight away my thoughts turned to Jade and that I don’t want to die. I know I need to fight.”

Danniella's mum was diagnosed with womb cancer  30 years ago, but she beat the disease after undergoing treatment on the NHS.

She said, “they are taking me in in three weeks for a full hysterectomy. Before they take it out they won’t know to what extent the cancer has grown.”

Danniella went on to explain that the cancer was found by a doctor in Spain, where she lives, after a few weeks of heavy bleeding.

The diagnosis was confirmed  by a doctor in Essex when she returned to the UK.

Our thoughts are with the mother-of-two as she battles this illness.

This week has been an emotional one for me, so I wanted to say thank you so much for all your support, it really means a lot. . However I couldn’t let today go by without thanking the mamas that came along to this week’s @mummytribe retreats with their little ones, made me smile, shared stories (and wine) and generally helped look after me! You have all been amazing, and being with you this week was exactly what I needed. Lots of powerful, kind and smart women to hang out with. . It just goes to show that we don’t need to be comparing ourselves as women, we need to join together and support one another wherever and whenever we can. Please keep in touch ladies, it’s honestly been so so amazing to have met each and every one of you. That’s the beauty of these retreats, we really get to know each other! A huge thank you too to my amazing Mummy Tribe team, including all the amazing interns who joined us – you guys rock (and I know how hard you all worked!) . I’ll do a separate post to thank all the INCREDIBLE experts that came along – because I cant physically fit you all in to one post – but you all need a mention because you’re where the magic comes in. . For now though, over and out. I’m at home, being pampered by MY Mummy and looking forward to a chilled weekend in the country. Love to you all x x x

As October 31st looms, ideas for Halloween costumes are gathering momentum.

Yet what we weren't (but probably should've been) prepared for was a sexy version of The Handmaid's Tale.

Oh, the irony.

Hours after Yandy put the "Brave Red Maiden Costume" on sale yesterday, the overwhelmingly negative social media backlash poured in.

For those of you that don't know, the Emmy-awarding winning TV hit adapted from Margaret Atwood's dystopian novel tells the story of a future in which women's rights have been taken away by a patriarchal, right-wing government.

So yes, a ''sexy'' version of those women are exactly what is needed for a Halloween costume.

The response online was obviously one of shock and disgust leading Yandy to release a statement defending the decision to advertise the costume.

They said, ''our initial inspiration to create the piece was through witnessing its use in recent months as a powerful protest image. Given the sincere, heartfelt response, supported by numerous personal stories we’ve received, we are removing the costume from our site.”

The costume was listed with a message urging the wearer to "be bold and speak your mind."

Retailed at $64.95, alongside lingerie-style Halloween costumes, some people did defend the costume as an ironic approach to female empowerment.

One said, ''I don’t get the pearl clutching over the sexy handmaid’s tale Halloween costume. I doubt it was the intention but I find it kind of subversive. Anyway let women wear what they want on Halloween and all days!''

Others were just not having any of it, with one tweeting,''I guess I don't find oppression and violence "sexy."

Following the controversy, Yandy said, “over the last few hours, it has become obvious that our ‘Yandy Brave Red Maiden Costume’ is being seen as a symbol of women’s oppression, rather than an expression of women’s empowerment.

What do you think about removing it – overreaction or eh, duh?

The United Kingdom is currently facing a mental health crisis, one of which the country has never seen before. Two committees of MPs recently warned that the current support available on the NHS is inadequate and runs the risk of failing a generation who desperately need help.

The average Brit works 43.6 hours a week, with more than four million workers spending more than 48 hours a week in the workplace. British workers also face an average commute to work of 54 minutes, almost 20 minutes more than the EU average.

This means that Brits are struggling to find a work life balance, which some experts believe is fuelling the mental health crisis in the UK and increasing levels of obesity as workers have less time to live a healthy lifestyle.

Did you know? In France there is a law allowing workers the ‘right to disconnect. Employees in an organisation of more than 50 people are forbidden from sending or receiving work emails outside of their standard working hours.

Why is a work-life balance important?

If you are one of the workers that is dedicating nearly 60 hours a week to work, you are at serious risk of burn out. Living in a bubble of all work no play can lead to a disconnect with the world around you and cause you to ignore your mental and physical health.

Although there are no direct figures for work-related suicides in the UK, suicide rates have risen markedly among young people in recent years. Reports suggest that certain occupational groups such as doctors, nurses and farmers are deemed to be at high risk of work related suicide – due to job pressure and the isolated nature of their work.

That might be hardly surprising when you consider that in these professions 60+ hour weeks are the norm. So finding ways to unwind and relax in your spare time are vital to your physical and mental wellbeing.

But what are the best ways to relax outside of work?

1. Go to the gym

Finding the time to go to the gym is often difficult for those in busy occupations, but it can be done. The vast majority of gyms offer guided classes in the evenings and at weekends to appeal to those with a busy lifestyle.

The benefits of going to the gym are tremendous. Firstly, your physical health will improve dramatically as a result of increased physical exertion. Secondly, attending classes or regularly visiting the same gym can broaden your social circles, opening your horizons to future social activities.

Most importantly, exercise has been proven by scientists to improve mental wellbeing. The NHS recommends regular exercise as a way of combatting mild depression and warding of the sceptre of anxiety.

2. Practise mindfulness

Mindfulness is a mind-body based approach that helps people to process their thoughts rationally and reconnect with the world around them.

If this sounds like a new-age, hippy technique then simply think of it as unwinding. It’s incredibly easy to fall into the trap of becoming too involved with the day-to-day processes of going to work, eating, sleeping and avoiding your emotions. Mindfulness can take as little as 10 minutes a day and allows you to unwind, evaluate your emotional state and relax.

Did you know? Mindfulness has been proven to decrease depression by 63%, anxiety by 58% and perceived stress by 40%.

3. Play poker

Playing games with people – such as poker – requires social interaction on some level, and it’s a popular way to meet people and socialise with existing friends.

What makes poker so popular is the relative ease you can play the game. The strategy involved in poker can improve your mental agility and provide a distraction to take your mind firmly away from work.

But if you don’t fancy going to a casino, or you don’t live near one, don’t worry. Gamblers are increasingly going online to play their favourite games. Playing online is so much more convenient than having to find your local land-based casino – as you can play from the comfort of your own home, or if you’re on the move.

What’s more, online casino technology has evolved so much that the games feel as immersive and engaging as they would do in a real casino experience. One option out there for online gamblers is video poker. With its cool retro style and simple gameplay, video poker is an entertaining way to unwind – and it gives you a great opportunity to get your game up before playing against other competitors for real.

Check out this video poker game and you’ll put yourself in the frame for all these benefits, plus one more: winning a huge jackpot.

4. Ditch the phone

Mobile phones have revolutionised the world and given people almost everything they’ve ever wanted at the tips of their fingers. Yet overuse of mobile phones and tablets has been proven to negatively impact on people’s mental wellbeing and social lives.

Putting your phone down for an hour a day and interacting with those around you can have huge benefits to your life. You will develop more meaningful relationships with the people around you and avoid the social isolation that social media can cause.

Added to this, time spent away from social media can be beneficial to your mental outlook. Scrolling through Instagram and Facebook can be chastening as you are constantly confronted with images of people’s successes.

It’s easy to forget that you are only seeing a glimpse of someone’s life, the best bits, and unfairly judge yourself against other people. Take time away from social media and viewing other peoples amazing lives, and instead make memories of your own.

Did you know? Teens in the US using their phones for more than five hours a day were 70% more likely to have suicidal thoughts than those using their phones for one hour a day.

5. Join a social group

Regardless of who you are, you will have your own interests and hobbies, and it’s important to continue those hobbies, preferably with other people. If reading is your number one relaxation technique, then you can join a weekly book club and use your passion to expand your social circle.

Likewise, if you’re a sports fan there are a plethora of amateur sports clubs that you can join to expand your social circles, as well as improving your physical well-being.

Summary

A work life balance is important to your mental and physical well-being, and it’s too easy to neglect that fact in modern life. Taking steps to improve your mental wellbeing, physical health and social life are all important factors in having a healthy life.

Take the time to look at your life objectively. Imagine you were talking to a friend and giving them some advice, what would you say to them? Slow down, take a break, do more of the things you enjoy? Whatever it is you would say, apply that advice to yourself.

We legit adore Mindy Kaling.

Not only is she a brilliant actor and a talented writer (her book still makes us LOL) but she is vocal about the dark side of working in Hollywood.

Mindy, who became a mum for the first time nine months ago to the cutest baby ever Katherine, opened up about how she's doing.

When it come sto getting older and being a woman in the movies, things are still slow to change.

“You see all these photos of writers and you’re like, ‘Oh, there’s nobody with grey hair or anyone older than 40.’ And I’m 39, so that’s frightening, especially when you have a baby,” Kaling said.

“But what I’ve been noticing more and more is that there are more working women. And the writers’ room … is one of the most ageist places ever.”

The 39-year-old went on to talk about how she's hoping that being a mum can be woven into working on set.

She said, “I think that’s gonna be the next big push, actually, is making places so you can be a mom, have your kids, bring your kids to work if you need to. That’s what Tracey Wigfield and I are doing on our new show.”

Yasss Mindy.

It's not only ageism that's still hovering around, but sexism is also still rife in the industry.

“I think it’s a tiny bit sexist as well, and people are worried that because you have kids you won’t be able to pay more attention.''

She continues, ''any mother will tell you it makes you so razor-sharp focused on your career because you’re so worried about money.”

However, Mindy has said that she's been lucky working for almost 15 years as “I’m creating my own opportunities” in terms of work.

“My baby comes to work a couple times a week, and I live 15 minutes away from [work], and I create our schedule, so if I need to take her to the doctor I can,” she explains.

“I know that’s not the case for everybody else, and I feel really lucky, but yeah, that’s my life right now,” she says.

Keep up the fab work Mindy, you're doing amazing sweetie.
