Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been disputing custody of their children since their split in 2016.

And now that they have reached a wall, the two have decided that the best decision is to seek the help of the court.

According to documents obtained by E! News, their trial will begin at the start of next month and will hopefully settle the parent’s custody battle once and for all.

Starting on December 4, retired Judge John W. Odenkirk will work alongside them until the end of June 2019 to help them reach an agreement.

The private judge will also help them reach a property settlement, for the couple entered their marriage without a prenup, says TMZ.

The couple share six children together – Maddox, 17, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and ten-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.

Angelina filed for divorce over two years ago and is requesting full custody of the children.

Brad is requesting joint custody.

Unfortunately for the pair, the past two years have caused massive stress for both parties.

The Tomb Raider star spoke out after leaked legal documents about their divorce made headlines.

A judge encouraged the children to spend more time with their dad over this past summer, saying 'not having a relationship with their father is harmful to them'.

The mum responded saying that this leak misrepresented the situation, painting her in a bad light.

Most recently she had to temporarily drop out of her role in the upcoming film Come Away due to the mass amounts of pressure from her divorce.

We hope the couple will be able to reach an agreement soon, finding a solution that makes both of them as well as their kids happy.

A private judge could be the perfect arrangement for the two.

It could allow them to keep their discussions private while heeding advice from an experienced mediator.

Gardaí wish to seek the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 17-year-old Kalem Murphy.

He went missing from his home address in Lahinch Road, Co Clare.

Kalem was last seen in the Whitewater Shopping Centre, Newbridge, Co. Kildare on November 24 at approximately 4:15pm. From here it is understood he may have travelled to Kilmainham in Dublin.

 

He is described as being six-foot tall and of thin build with brown hair and blue eyes.

When last seen he was wearing a white hooded top, black Adidas tracksuits pants and navy Nike runners. He also had a black gear bag with him. 

Anyone who has seen Kalem or who can assist in locating him is asked to contact ​​​Newbridge Garda Station at 045-440180, the Garda Confidential Line at 1-800-666-111 or any Garda Station.

Bella Hadid has posted to Instagram to share her excitement to walk in the upcoming Victorias Secret Fashion Show. 

Taking to Instagram the model uploaded a series of snaps of herself posing in a black underwear set, but was quickly attacked by body shamers for her thin frame.

The model later amended her caption to address the comments being made about her body.

'All body types are different and react differently to a great workout routine and a healthy diet,' she added.

Bella has previously been diagnosed with Lyme disease, a disorder which causes both weight loss and weight gain in sufferers as it effects the metabolism. 

However two years ago, Bella told Business Insider: 'I’ve been eating hard protein every day, and working out for three hours every day.'

'It’s crazy but I think that if you set your mind to something, I think you can succeed.'

Ireland has ranked highest in the EU for having the best palliative care for breast cancer patients.

The report, called FutureProofing Healthcare: Sustainability Index, was recently published and compared 28 European countries healthcare systems.

Overall, Ireland was ranked eighth on the list. It's health service did well concerning resilience and quality but poorly when it came to ‘health status’.

Ireland is ranked sixth in Europe for the prevention and diagnosis of breast cancer.

The comparison suggested that breast cancer services, although excellent, lacked 'patient focus' – the nation was came second to last in this category.

Northern countries' healthcare systems were ranked among the highest while Eastern countries were among the lowest.

Funded by pharma giant Roche, the index’s results come from a study conducted by a panel of healthcare experts.

Ireland was also shown as having an excellent training program for upcoming healthcare officials.

The index was aimed to spark conversation between EU countries and help devise a plan to better healthcare systems in the future.

Advanced technology and digitisation are one of the keys to improving systems, said Pierre-Alain Delley general manager of Roche Products.

“Ireland needs to be at the forefront of this in order to continue to deliver high quality healthcare, and make our healthcare system more sustainable for patients in the future,” he urged.

He wished the nation followed the example of Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Finland and Germany – who topped the index with the most sustainable healthcare systems.

This year, the Fantasy Bra will be designed by Atelier Swarovski and modelled by the stunning Elsa Hosk. This year's bra is worth an eye watering $1 million dollars. 

The Swedish model was made an official Angel in 2015, and has walked in the show since 2011. 

This will be her first year donning The Fantasy Bra, following in the footsteps of Lais Ribeiro, who wore it last year. Lais took to Insta to congratulate Elsa, saying 'Is that time of the year again! So excited for my friend @hoskelsa who will be wearing the FB this year, congrats mama. Enjoy this special moment.'

If you're thinking you recognise Elsa, it might be because she gave us the ultimate meme material when she almost knocked over Ariana Grande with her pink fluffy wings at last year's show.  

However, she made a very graceful recovery, and smoothy finished her walk.  

''My body was violently shaking,' Elsa said of her reaction to the news.

Newcomers Kendall Jenner, Gighi and Bella Hadid and Ming Xi will walk this year. Last year, Ming XI took a tumble on the runway, and handled it with such grace and poise that she became our VS favourite, and we are so excited to see her again this year. As VS said themselves – 'Angels always get back up. '

Winnie Harlow will be making her Victoria's Secret debut this year.

Adriana Lima will be opening the show this year, but Alessandra Ambrósio will be noticeably absent after hanging up her angel wings last year, after 12 years walking the VS runway. 

This year's show will take place on November 8th, so there are just two days to go.

This year, Victorias Secret have also teamed up with exciting LFW-fave Mary Katrantzou. 

The designer collaboration with Katrantzou features a number of pieces in her signature colour-pop lace and floral prints. 

Last year, Harry Styles and Miguel performed on the VS stage, and for 2018, it has been announced that Halsey, Rita Ora, Shawn Mendes, The Chainsmokers, Bebe Rexha, Kelsea Ballerini, and The Struts will take to the stage.

Speaking to the publication, Idris reacted to the news by saying: “Looked in the mirror, I checked myself out. I was like, ‘Yeah, you are kind of sexy today'" – so basically, us every day…

However, the actor confessed that he wasn't always the absolute stud that audiences see on HBO's The Wire.

And believe it or not, the 46-year-old actually did go through an awkward phase – so there's hope for us all.

Well, it's offish lads – the Spice Girls are coming back.

Yes, the '90's pop superstars have confirmed that they are reuniting for a major stadium tour across the United Kingdom.

The sad news is that Posh Spice won't be coming along for the ride, however, she has broken her silence on why this is and we're obvs devo. 

She took to Instagram to address the reunion.

She wrote, ''today marks a special day for the girls as they announce the first tour dates since we performed together in 2012! I won't be joining my girls on stage again but being in the Spice Girls was a hugely important part of my life and I wish them so much love and fun as they go back on tour next year.''

She continued,  ''I know they will put on an amazing show and the fantastic fans past and present are going to have a wonderful time! X vb #spicegirls #friendshipneverends.'' 

The award-winning group, who formed in 1994 and went on to become one of the most successful acts of the decade, last performed together at the London Olympics closing ceremony in 2012.

Fans were obviously devastated at his news with many of Victoria's 23.3 million followers quickly commenting on her post.

One wrote, ''no Posh? It’s not Spice Girls when there’s one missing.''

While another said, ''we really really want is see you with the girls. Come on and do it.''

It's clear to see – we want you to join, VB – there really is no Spice Girls without Posh.

Mac Miller’s cause of death has been confirmed in a report from the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.

According to the toxicology report, the rapper’s death was ruled as accidental.

He also had alcohol in his system on the night of his passing.

“On Sept. 8, an autopsy was performed and a cause of death was deferred pending further investigation. It was later determined McCormick died from mixed drug toxicity (fentanyl, cocaine and ethanol)” the report continues.

The 26-year-old was found unresponsive at his home in Studio City. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:51 a.m on September 7.

Mac Miller’s former girlfriend Ariana Grande was one of many famous faces to pay tribute to the late rapper.

Following his untimely passing, The Way singer penned a heartfelt tribute on Instagram alongside a video of the late musician goofing around.

The strength of their bond is evident in the words Ariana shared with her 128 million followers.

She wrote: “I adored you from the day I met you when I was nineteen and I always will.”

The No Tears Left To Cry singer continued: “I can’t believe you aren’t here anymore. I really can’t wrap my head around it. We talked about this. so many times. I’m so mad.”
