Germs are obviously a no-no for Victoria Beckham! In her latest Twitter snap the fashion designer shows that she likes to carry around a handy hand sanitizer.

To celebrate her first day at New York Fashion Week, Victoria took out the biscuits, tea and bottled water and even lit a candle to help her relax after a long day. However, it was the hand gel beside her that made us do a double take.

She captioned her snap: “Long first day in NY #NYFW #VBAW14 x vb”

The brunette beauty is clearly a secret biscuit lover as well. The biscuits lay untouched in the snap but we’re just assuming the designer was waiting to gorge on them after the photo…

Nice shoes, VB!

Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth returned to filming yesterday for the first time since Philip Seymour Hoffman’s death at the weekend.

Jennifer looked sombre as she entered the set, having earlier expressed her sadness over her co-star’s sudden death, calling him “such an incredible actor”.

Hollywood waits for no man and the cast had to return to finish shooting the final installment of The Hunger Games, which will be split into two parts – Mockingjay Part 1 and 2.

Reports say Hoffman, who plays Plutarch, had only one scene left to shoot in the franchise and it appears to be an incredibly emotional and poignant scene for both his character and Jennifer’s Katniss.

While his death won’t affect release dates, a film exec has said some work will need to be done to cover up the missing scene.

However, that same exec assures fans they have a lot to look forward to in Hoffman’s scenes: “His performances in both [remaining] movies will be up to the best of his craft. We feel it will be a good tribute to him.”

She doesn’t always get it right, but Nicole Scherzinger rocked some pretty impressive and stylish outfits on last season’s X Factor.

We love the style of this Mad Men-inspired grey dress that shows off her figure perfectly while still maintaining an aura of class.

This black dress with the bow doesn’t need much introduction – it’s simply fabulous. Although we are not fans of the hair with that particular outfit.

Jumpsuits are really on-trend at the moment and this navy one is just gorgeous with a high waist and a strapless bodice. We also love it with the red heels as it adds a nautical element.

This last piece is so sexy we can’t handle it! Fitting her in all the right places, we also love how the full length adds a touch of sophistication.

With Valentine’s Day less than a week away, you and your other half are probably looking for a romantic place to enjoy this special day.

With all the lovely restaurants around town, it can be hard to choose the right one. Luckily, we did the work for you and found the 3 most romantic restaurants in Dublin.

 L’Ecrivain, Lower Baggot Street
Running for over 23 years now, l’Ecrivain is still going strong. The restaurant lies in its own charming courtyard and offers a fancy Valentine ’s Day menu for you and your significant other.

Chapter One, Parnell Street
You’ll find Chapter One in the basement of Dublin Writers Museum on Parnell Square. This underground restaurant will guarantee you and your hubby some “alone” time – well, at least it will feel like it.

Shanahan’s On The Green Restaurant, St. Stephen’s Green
This 250-year-old Georgian building is located right in the heart of Dublin. If you’re a fan of the American style Steakhouse and seafood, then this is the place for you.

Although women enjoy a good sob after watching a rom-com, it looks like we’re not the only ones who dream of romance.

Results from a new survey showed that in a time when everyone is online, we still all long for a little traditional old fashioned romance.  Over 60% of singles revealed that they would rather declare their feelings for a new partner face-to-face rather than via social media or text.

Surprisingly, the study found that men are more than twice as likely to show their love with a romantic gesture, while women would rather let their man know how the feel via text.

The majority of men aged 35 and over think that a romantic gesture is the best way to show their emotions, but just 6% of 18 to 34-year-olds would consider a romantic gesture as a way to win a potential partner over! However, there’s still hope for our generation as 54% did admit they would prefer to let their feelings out face-to-face rather than opting for a text.

So when it comes to love, men are definitely the ones who are more expressive than women. Well at least we know who wears the pants!

Wearing make-up is supposed to make you look brighter, fresher and impossibly dewy, right? In theory, perhaps, but most of us are guilty of the following beauty mishaps:

Using too much powder
Over-powdering tends to leave your skin looking older and tired. A light covering of translucent powder is enough to get rid of the dreaded shine.

Not applying moisturiser
Moisturising before you apply your foundation is the best way to avoid dull, tired, flaky skin. Remember to pick one up with an SPF.

Using the wrong colour concealer under your eyes
Whether it’s too dark or too light, the wrong concealer will make you look tired. Make sure you apply your make-up in a well lit room.

Not using a primer on your eyes
Primer under your eyes is a great way to stop dark colours from smudging your them. Nobody likes the raccoon look.

And if you’re still looking a little tired after fixing your make-up routine, you might want to consider an earlier bedtime…

Staycations are all the range and, with the hope of a repeat of last summer’s heat wave, we’re sure they’ll remain ever popular.

Here are four things you just have to do on our beautiful green island:

Cruise down the River Shannon
Being the longest river in Ireland means it is fantastic for cruising down. Rent a boat and grab some friends – you’ll have the time of your life.

The Wild Atlantic Way road trip
The Wild Atlantic Way is a 2,400km road trip that takes you from Co. Donegal to Co. Cork via unspoilt villages, rugged coastline and incredible views. You will truly see what incredible things the West has to offer.

Visit Fungie in Co. Kerry
If you haven’t already made a trip to see Ireland’s most famous dolphin, now is the time. However, there is more to Kerry than Fungie; Dingle is a lively place with plenty of pubs, shops and restaurants.

The Dublin Literary Pub Crawl, Co. Dublin (obviously!)
This is one of the capitals most famous pub crawls and is a must if you ever find yourself wandering the street of Baile Atha Cliath. It takes about two and a half hours to complete and you will hit at least four pubs along the route.

Victoria Beckham is in New York in the run up for for fashion week at the moment and has taken to her Instagram account to reminisce about the last time she was in city that never sleeps

In September, the fashion designer had her bicycle robbed (I know, we can’t imagine her on it either) in NY and at the time, tweeted a picture of the empty space where the thieves had left only the wheel, writing: “So I won’t be riding home tonight then.”

Still haunted by the memory, Victoria posted the picture below on her Intsagram account with the caption: “I found my bike!!”

Further proving our point that underneath the oversized sunglasses and lipgloss pout, Victoria Beckham is, in fact, hilarious.
