Finally, the rumours about Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s marriage crumbling can come to an end – her mother has spoken out!

Seemingly sick of the constant stream of reports and rumours about her daughter and son-in-law, Tina Knowles shut them down once and for all.

Speaking to TMZ, Tina said: “Haters are going to hate, there’s nothing we can do about that. Everything’s perfect.”

Beyoncé has always been really close to her mum, so we can assume this is the truth and put an end to all of the rumours.

Despite the fact that Blue Ivy isn’t their child, Bey is looking for a separate apartment, she’s getting advice from Gwyneth Paltrow, Jay-Z has a mistress, and everything else that was said, our favourite couple are PERFECT!

Well, we’re relieved.

Now we'll be able to watch their concert special without that awful nagging thought that it's all an act.

We think Funny or Die put it best:

The Garoupe beaches in the South of France are a popular spot for celebs to snap a few selfies to show off either a) their bikini bodies, or b) how much fun they’re having.

However, it looks like we won’t be seeing so many beach selfies anymore as the people behind the Garoupe beaches have teamed up with mobile network Three to create a ‘No Braggies Zone’.

A spokesperson for the beach said: “The Garoupe beaches are among the most glamorous and pristine beaches in all of France and we want people to be able to enjoy our exclusive beach in the moment, not spending the majority of their time bragging to their friends and family back home.”

We kind of love this idea. Social media is addictive, so having someone put their foot down when you’re meant to be chilling out on holidays can only be a good thing. And we’ll be glad to see less bikini selfies too – all they do is make us feel guilty as we tuck into our carb-filled lunch!

JLo is a fan of the odd 'braggie' on this beach!

It sounds as if Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran may have some super exciting news to share!

Following their on-again, off-again, on-again then off-again relationship, in which Chris was actually with Rihanna too for a period, it seems they are very much on again. Phew!

Not only that, but Chris even dropped a massive hint that they could be expecting baby!

The troubled singer shared a photo of his stunning girlfriend on Instagram with the caption: “@karrueche damn near 5 years and this woman still putting up with my sh**. Need to have this baby and stop playing! Lol! My WCW.”

A baby, eh Chris?

Could they be planning to announce that she is expecting their first baby? Or is Chris just hopeful for their future? Only time will tell…

Perhaps Chris will be able to keep away from Rihanna this time, but we don't bet on it…

If you’ve ever broken up with someone that you really liked, you will know that it sucks. Sometimes, it sucks so much that you could swear you are actually feeling physical pain – but how could this be? Here are some reasons why!

It’s your brain’s fault
Apparently, when there’s something we really need or want, the oldest part of our brain (sometimes referred to as the lizard or reptile brain) makes it so that we can’t concentrate on anything else. Which, we suppose, was a good thing back in the cave-man days, because it meant they were forced to go find food rather than doing something else. This instinct however, is not so good when you’re trying to forget your ex.

Rejection = death sentence (at least in your head!)
Once again, the cave-men are to blame. Back then, if you were rejected from a tribe, it was unlikely that you would survive on your own. Even though things are very different today, your brain hasn’t quite caught up. A study from the University of Amsterdam found that when people were rejected their heart rate actually slowed down and took longer than usual to get back to business.

Because you were addicted to love
One study compared the brains of cocaine addicts going through withdrawal symptoms with people who recently lost someone they loved, and there were actually several similarities. This explains why people who’ve been rejected often act in unpredictable ways as well.

Hopefully by understanding the science behind why love hurts so much, you’ll be able to deal with the break-up a bit better. It’s never easy, but you’ll get there! And who knows, your very own Ryan Gosling could be just around the corner!

Summer is almost, if not already, over. You know what that means: woolly jumpers and hot water bottles are back baby! You may act sad, but deep, deep down, you are looking forward to clearer air and counting down the days till Christmas (125 days). Here are the 16 best things about autumn:

1. Less Sweat, More Success

Summer equals sweat. Simple as. Despite the fact that we live in a country where the highest temperature for the entire summer period is 20 degrees, there are some days when it gets a little muggy, also known as being ‘shockingly close’. Autumn brings with it cool breezes and less of a need for lashings of deodorant.

2. A Better Night's Sleep

Trying to sleep in sticky, warm weather isn’t that easy. Too warm with a duvet, too cold without it. Cool nights mean warm blankets, spooning and restful shut eye all round.

3. No More Hayfever

Hayfever, the very bane of many a persons summer. Which is why, come Autumn, noses all around the country clear up, along with the dampened spirits. Goodbye nasal spray, farewell and feck off.

4. Halloween

Halloween is the best. The costumes, the shameless inhalation of sugar, watching Hocus Pocus – it's magical.

5. Blankets Everywhere

Goodbye sheet for a duvet and HELLO thick blankets, how we’ve missed you. Welcome back.

6. Less Grooming

In comes the temperature drop and with it, hair. Goodbye smooth legs, hello a warm layer of hairy insulation. That goes for the men too. Stubble and autumn go hand in hand.

7. Extra Weight Equals Insulation

The beach body is out and the inch to pinch is in. Cuddly is the height of sexy and practical. Hey, there’s only so many layers a person can wear externally, after all.

8. Decent TV Is Back

If you are sick to the back teeth of the same Friends re-runs (LOL, as if), then fear not, we have autumn scheduling to look forward to. The best of the best usually begins in and around September/October. Many nights in to look forward to.

9. The New Fashion Season

Tights, coats, jumpers, scarves, joy. Layering is caring, the more the merrier, nothing is too much, no layer too many. Pile them on and glow with warmth.

10. Oktoberfest

A festival renowned for and based around beer. Could there be anything better we ask you? Not unless you actually go to Germany for it, now there’s the dream.

11. Early Nights Are More Acceptable

When it’s bright until ten at night, going to bed early is a difficult task and by difficult. When, however, the depths of winter set in and it’s dark outside at 5pm, getting into your onesie and hitting the bed at 8pm is totally acceptable. Yes.

12. Comfort Food

Soups, stews, anything that’s hot and warming hits the spot. Farewell salads, see you next May.

13. Hot Drinks

Is there anything better than coming in from the cold and straight into a steaming cup of tea/coffee/hot chocolate/hot whiskey? No, there isn't.

14. Thick Socks

Following a summer of baring our ugly feet (everyone has ugly feet, it’s a scientific fact), letting them retreat to the fluffy depths of some woolly socks is a great moment in itself.

15. Tanning Is Out

16. Everything Is An Instagram Moment

From the leaves on the ground, to the shadows that appear everywhere, to the rich sunsets, everything around you looks ten times more beautiful in autumn. The autumn colour palette itself is enough to warrant those many Kodak moments.

Mornings, who like them? Nobody, that’s who.

This dog knows exactly how we feel when that alarm goes off in the mornings – and he doesn’t like it one bit.

This is so cute!

Rumour has it that Rihana is back together with her ex-boyfriend, Drake!

Despite reports that the pair were no longer an item and that Drake had actually publicly dissed his former girl, evidence of late seems to tell a different story.

Everyone’s favourite bad girl was seen hanging out at a recent Drake concert, dancing along to his tunes and having a great time by all accounts. Just look at her there, having the time of her life:

Not only this, but the two were also seen hanging out after the concert, partying like the good ol’ days.

She has obviously forgiven him for that time he basically called her a devil.

On top of all of that hard evidence, this wasn't even the first time the two had hung out this week – it was the second! We think that's basically official.

Hmm, we’re not so sure they are right for each other, but at least he’s better than Chris Brown…!

Oh, Irish TV, you never fail to provide us with humorous incidents (remember Garth Gates?!)

And now there's this…

Last night's National Lottery draw, brought to you by Brian Ormond, went a little bit haywire.

We would say he handled it well but, erm, we can't tell.

All that was missing from the scene was just a tumbleweed, floating slowly through the studio…

He's no Bryan Dobson yet, that much we do know!

Watching what you eat might be the key to staying healthy, but not every 'bad' food is the enemy. Here's a list of some foods that can actually be better for you than you might think…

1. Salt
Salt has always been thought to be the Dr. Evil of seasonings, but it turns out it can actually help your body to function properly. Yes, highly-processed foods that are high in sodium are not the best choice, but unrefined salts like Himalayan salt or raw sea salt are key for good thyroid function and a faster metabolism.

2. Chocolate
Yay! Eating around 85g of dark chocolate a day is recommended to help heart health and decrease the risk of strokes. Below are even more excuses to eat chocolate (as if you needed any):

3. Peanut butter
This delicious spread is often believed to be too fatty to be healthy, but it actually contains a higher level of unsaturated fats than saturated ones. These “good fats” can contribute hugely to heart health. Peanut butter is also a great source of protein and will fill you up at lunchtime – the recommended daily amount is around two tablespoons. For extra bonus health points, make your own butter by blending roasted peanuts in a food processor with a touch of honey for around two and a half minutes. Yum!

4. Honey
Raw honey, such as manuka, is high in antioxidants and has lots of antibacterial properties. It’s a great substitute for sugar as a sweetener in coffee, tea and baked goods.

5. Red meat
Many people shy away from red meat, but up to 500g a week can actually be good for you. Lean red meat is a great nutrient booster as it contains high levels of Vitamins A and D, as well as zinc, iron and potassium.

6. Alcohol (in moderation!)
We’re definitely not suggesting you go out and down a tray of Sambuca shots, but moderate alcohol consumption can actually be good for the body, aiding heart health and lowering cholesterol. If you’re a fan of red wine then you’re in luck too as its grapes are high in antioxidants. In Ireland, moderate drinking is described as 11 standard drinks each week for a woman – spread out over the week of course!

Hayden Panettiere has finally admitted that she is pregnant!

The actress has been very tight lipped on the subject since speculation began, although her visible bump had given her away some time ago.

Now it seems as if the star is finally ready to reveal to the world that she is expecting her first child – and what better way to do it than with an ice bucket challenge?!

Hayden’s ice bucket challenge was shared on Twitter and Instagram by her friend, Derek Hough who wrote: “Couldn’t figure out hoe to post it on @haydenpanettier twitter so I’m posting it for her #als #icebucketchallenge (Hayden shortly went into labour after this) Jus kiddin.”

Hmm, judging by Derek’s joke, the actress must be due sometime soon – how exciting!

Hayden also confirmed the news herself in the video, saying among the names she nominates: “my unborn child” before being doused in ice cold water.

This will be the first child for Hayden and her partner, Wladimir Klitschko, who became engaged in October of last year.

Congratulations to the happy couple on this news, we're sure they are super excited about their growing family!

Today is also the actress' 25th birthday so we hope she is being spoilt rotten! Happy Birthday Hayden!
