Vogue Williams is back on her workout regime just four weeks after giving birth to her second child, Gigi Margaux Matthews.

The Irish television presenter posted a selfie wearing a stylish workout set, to her Instagram stories yesterday with the caption reading, “Back to workout gear! @varley.”

This was followed by several videos of Vogue in her gym doing a strength training workout. "Back training with D Dawg! @dalton_wong22,” she exclaimed.

Vogue made sure to put her followers’ minds at ease, letting them know that she had received the all clear from her doctor to start exercising again. “I got the go ahead from my women's health physio and doctor to do super light resistance band training,” she explained.

She also advised new mothers to take the same precautions, saying, "If you're thinking of going back to training after having a baby, always check your body is ready with your doc etc. I was hoping to start running soon but I think I'm another 3/4 weeks away from that."

Whatever Vogue’s doing, it must be working for her, as she’s seen showing off her flat stomach underneath the crop top and tight-fitted workout leggings which she’s wearing. When she’s not in workout gear though, Vogue can be seen showing off her perfect summer style on her Instagram, in an array of flattering and flowy summer dresses for any occasion.

It seems motherhood is once again treating her well though, as her two kids are now getting on swell. “The best big brother ever. We had a little jealousy at the start but now he just wants to hold her and kiss her!” she explains in the caption of a photo of Theodore cuddling his baby sister with a big toothy grin.

Have you ever wondered about the best time of day to get some sweet loving?

Well, if you have, we reckon you're about to be surprised.

Apparently, the best time of day to have sex is after you work out (we know, the exhaustion!)

What Zodiac Sign Are You Most Compatible With In Bed? These Are The 6 Best Matches, Because Scorpios And Capricorns Are In For A Kinky Time | Bustle

“You’re feeling strong in your body, and you’re accomplished for having done the work at the gym,” says Jane Greer, New York–based marriage and sex therapist.

There's more to it than just feeling great, as you will have lower levels of anxiety (exercise is awesome in that respect) making your body ready to get down.

What else, I hear you ask?

http://weheartit.com/entry/215426705

Well, after you hit the gym, it is scientifically proven that you'll be more aroused. Basically,  exercising boosts circulation, and the increased blood flow to your vagina can result in more lubrication.

#SCIENCE.

According to Aline Zoldbrod, a Boston-based sex therapist, your confidence levels will be higher after hitting the gym, which will ultimately result in better sex.

“If you go to the gym and feel more desirable and happier with your body, it can have a direct effect on how good you feel about being sexual.”

Ultimately, your orgasms may also be better also!

If you focus somewhat on your pelvic floor muscles during your workout, you won't regret it. These may “enhance your vaginal tone and ability to have a good, strong orgasm” (over time, mind you.)

Hit the gym folks, your sex life will thank you for it!

We get that working a full-time job can leave you feeling exhausted for the majority of the week.

You have the best intentions to go to the gym after work, but the minute the clock hits 5pm, all you want to do is go home and take a pre-dinner nap, amirite?

So, if working a 40 hour week comes in between exercising, here are a few simple steps to add a workout into your daily routine:

Commute to work? Turn it into an exercise session

It's totally possible to turn your morning commute into a small workout.

If you live near your work place, cycling or jogging into the office is a great way to start off your day with cardio and elevate your heart rate.

Oh, and you're not off the hook even if you have a fairly hefty commute! Either park your car a few minutes away so you can walk to the office at a brisk pace, or get off your bus/Luas one or two stops early, so you can exercise the rest of the way in.

bicycle, bridge, cold

Don't let your lunch time go to waste

If we're able to fit in a gym session throughout the week, it's usually before or after work. And probably the reason most of us give up on those gym sessions is because you're knackered in the morning and exhausted in the evening.

But, if you work close to a gym, try fit in a few lunch time session during the week. Many gyms have 30 or 45 minute classes, so if you have a gym that's around five minutes away from you, this could work out perfectly.

What about eating, you ask? Pack a protein-filled smoothie to have on the go, or eating at your desk before or after is always an option.

Ever heard of 'walk meetings'?

Yep, instead of sitting in a board room, a studio, or even a coffee shop, try your hand at asking people to go on a 'walk meeting' with you.

If you work in an office, your colleagues will probably look at as if you had ten heads, but coming into the summer months it's definitely an option.

And if you're a freelancer or don't work in an office setting, we're sure your peers would be up for it too.

Deskercise

Believe it or not, there's some moves you can do at your desk that are totally underrated.

For example, if you want to tone your glutes and give you derriere a little lift, you can try this isometric glutes exercise.

While you sitting at your desk, squeeze your bum and hold for 5-10 seconds, and release. Do this until the glutes tire and it'll give you a lift in more ways than one.

adult, blur, business

Keep it simple and drink ALL the water

We know it can be hard to fit in a workout when you have a million meetings, deadlines and odd jobs to do, but keeping it simple is key.

Choose the stairs instead of the lift/escalator, walk around the office for 5 minutes or go down to the loo so you can stretch yourself out a bit.

And even if you can't fit anything in, remember to drink heaps of water as it flushes out toxins and aids in weight loss too.

Gigi Hadid or not, you don't land yourself the cover of Vogue – and the Olympic edition, no less – without knowing a thing or two about how to keep yourself in tip-top condition.

While the waif-likes models of the 90s – known for perpetuating the 'Heroin Chic' look – appeared to exist on almost nothing, the new generation of runway models seem keen to showcase their athletic ability and nutritional know-how when possible.

An athlete during her highschool days, Gigi has maintained her interest in fitness – something which her personal trainer, Rob Piela, confirmed while speaking to Vogue.

Having been training Zayn's girlfriend for almost three years, Rob pays tribute to the model's focus and determination, saying: "It’s all about how hard you work and how much you put in – Gigi is a hard worker."

Working-out four times a week, Gigi alternates between cardio exercise like boxing and strenuous floor work – all of which goes a long towards maintaining those enviable abs.

"Staying fit is all about consistency,” Rob warns. “Don’t miss workout days; don’t get lazy in the winter."

In addition to avoiding sugar, Rob encourages Gigi to perform planks for deep muscles, crunches for the classic six-pack and leg raises when focusing on lower abdominals, saying: "The combination of those three moves is golden."

And these, ladies, are the moves you need to make if you want a core like Kendall's BFF.

1. Boxing warm- up (10 minutes)

2. Crunches (Three sets of 40)

3. Boxing (10 minutes)

4. Bicycle crunches (Three sets of 40)

5. Boxing (10 minutes)

6. Plank (60 seconds)

7. Leg raises ( Four sets of 25)

That's cool, we'll start tomorrow….

You probably include plenty of exercises in to your routine that target your arms, abs, legs and stomach; but did you know that you should also be doing moves that target your face?

Yep, that's right… there are exercises that will tone and tighten your face so that you can look fresh-faced and beautiful in no time.

They are super easy to do and you don't have to spend a lot of time or money doing them either.

Here's a look at the best moves:

Eyebrow raises

You can firm your forehead with eyebrow raises. All you have to do is press down just above your eyes, while also lifting your forehead. It might seem tricky at first but you will get used to it. Repeat the move ten times throughout the day and within a few weeks you will notice the difference.

Cheek toning

This move is quite similar to the one above but it works with the muscles in your cheeks. Press down gently on your cheeks with your fingers, then raise the muscles in your cheeks at the same time. Repeat the move fifteen times.

Neck toning

The neck is one of the first places to show your age and while it may look perfect now, you should include this exercise into your routine to stop your neck sagging in the future. All you have to do is sit down and tip your head back, close your eyes and relax. Pull your lower lip up over your upper lip, hold for a few seconds and then release. Repeat this move ten times during each set.

Chin blasting

Want to create tone and definition around your chin and jaw-line? Then this is the exercise for you. Sit with your head tilted back and your lips relaxed. Make an O-shape with your lips and hold for twenty seconds. And that's it! You can repeat this move several times during the day.

Eye bags

Keep the area around your eyes toned and firm with this super easy move. All you need to do is press gently on your temples with a couple of fingers. Then rapidly open and close your eyes five times. Easy, right? That's all there is to it!

Introducing a little bit more exercise into our lives can sometimes mean we end up a little short on time.

Stressing ourselves out running from place to place in a desperate bid to make it to the gym before they close can leave us feeling worse than when we spent all weekend on the couch with Netflix.

Rising at the crack of dawn to get to a Yoga class before the sun comes up is also not going to work for everyone. In efforts to help you decide whether a morning or evening workout is going to be better for you, we put together what makes morning and night workouts good for you.

Now all you have to do it decide if you want to set your alarm, or indulge in a mid-morning snooze.

Morning Workouts are better because:

The energy boost

Getting up early is hard, your bed is ultra-comfy, we understand. However, the exercise enduced endorphins from a morning workout can get you seriously pumped for your day ahead.

The routine

According to experts rising early for your workout will leave you more likely to stick with your fitness routine than if you choose the night time option.

You get it done

If you’re not altogether wild about actually exercising, then opting to hit the gym in the morning may be your best bet. That way it’s finished and out the way, so you’re less inclined to spend all day dreading it and end up not going.

Night workouts are loved because:

It relives stress

If you had a frustrating day, then something like kick boxing, or even some gentle yoga are going to help you work it out and get rid of all that negative energy after a long day.

You can work out for longer

In the morning you can end up rushing your trip to the gym or opting for a shorter run so you can get ready for any other plans you might have. At night you’ll have more free time, and if you wait until after peak hours the gym will generally be less crowded.

You are actually ready

Muscle function and strength apparently peak in the evening hours, according to experts, so you might actually be able to work out a little harder as you’re physically more prepared to exercise.

While exercising may be great you’re your body, sometimes, if you don’t prepare properly, it can have a not so good effect on your skin.

If you’ve noticed you’ve been breaking our more than usual since you’ve started exercising, there are things you can do to stop things from happening. And don’t worry, they’re really easy!

Before a workout…
While the temptation to wear a little tinted moisturiser to the gym may be strong, it’s best to go completely bare faced. We mean no make-up, no moisturiser, no nothin’! When you exercise , you start to sweat and your pores open up, so the last thing you want is for your makeup to get mixed up in that mess. It will only cause breakouts, so even though you may feel self-conscious going in with make-up, it’s worth it in the long run!

During a workout…
You know the way they tell you to wipe the machines once you’re finished using them? Well, there’s a reason for that. Cross-contamination is not very nice, and if you get someone else’s sweat on your hand, and then scratch your nose or something, it can cause break outs. Aswell as your own towel to wipe your face during a workout, bring a pack of anti-bacterial wipes to wipe the machines before and after you use them. Using the towel you use to wipe your face with will only aid the cross-contamination. Also, try not to touch your face at all if you can help it.

After a workout…
Even though you may just want to collapse in a heap on the floor, it’s best to change out of those sweaty clothes ASAP. You don’t want the sweat and dirt from your clothes clogging you skin and causing bacne. As for your face, the sooner you get rid of all that excess oil and sweat from your skin, the better. Hop into the shower and splash some cold water on your face to close the pores back up. And don’t forget to drink plenty of water to keep hydrated!

We all have those good days where we hit the gym and feel great. Then there are days where you would rather eat your shoe than go to that place.

Here are the excuses we tell ourselves on those days:

1. “If I go now it will be really crowded.”
Especially with all of those body builders around taking up all of the space.

2. “I just sneezed two times. I might be getting sick.”
Cough cough, can't go! Now where's my duvet?!

3. “I’ll probably be tired all day if I go to the gym before work.”
We can't have that now can we?

4. “I’m still a little sore from yesterday.”
Does this mean something is changing?

5. “Oh, it’s leg day today…”
Dear God, do NOT skip leg day.

6. ”I haven’t eaten enough food to go workout today.”
This is definitely a valid excuse.

7. “I’m going out tonight so I best relax beforehand and save my energy.”
Sure you'll be burning all those pesky cals on the dancefloor anyway, same thing!

8. “I didn’t sleep well last night.”
Nap time, zzz…!

9. “I’ll just go in the morning…”

Following controversy recently when her husband Professor Green branded her as “thinspiration” on Instagram, Millie Mackintosh has spoken out.

Millie appeared on Loose Women where she stuck up for her husband and defended her healthy lifestyle: “He was clearly taking the mickey out of me for posting the picture of myself nearly naked. I’m obviously not his thinspiration … I think anyone that looked at that picture would not say I was anorexic or looked anorexic … I’m really into the gym and a healthy lifestyle and I’m always promoting that on my Twitter and Instagram. If you generally follow my Instagram you’ll see I am constantly hashtagging ‘strong not skinny,’ posting loads of pictures of food. ”

Do you think the reaction to Pro Green’s comments were an overreaction?
