Former Made in Chelsea star, Caggie Dunlop, is very pleased with the results of her recent intensive exercise regime.

Caggie must be taking some exercise tips from her best friend, Millie Mackintosh, who is an advocate of a healthy lifestyle.

Caggie took part in an intensive bootcamp and was delighted that she lost seven pounds: “I’m not exactly big so can’t believe I’ve lost seven pounds.”

After some fairly intense, muddy and sweaty workouts during the bootcamp, Caggie says that her bum is “the tightest it’s ever been.”

The former reality TV star surely didn’t have much, if anything, to lose but it’s always nice to workout and get toned up!

Hmm, we need to get ourselves into some of these workouts that all the celebs are into!

We all know that squats will give us that lovely shapely bum we all want – but are we doing them properly?

Squats will only work if we do them properly and safely.

Here are four common mistakes that occur when squatting:

1. Leaning forward/backwards
Use your core to ensure you stay balanced and are not leaning too far forward or too backwards.

2. Too quick
If you are dropping into your squat too fast, this may be an issue. Take your time and make your movements mindful and steady.

3. Go lower
Don’t be afraid to drop it down low.

4. Knees going inwards
Keep your feet rooted and if your knees have a tendency to fall inwards as your lower, try using a slightly wider stance.

Everyday duties and weekly responsibilities can take up the majority of your time. But, if you never let yourself play as hard as you work, it can actually be counterproductive.

Here are the obvious signs that you need to make some time for yourself:

Friends and family turn to you
When there’s a job that has to be done, everyone comes to you first. Most of the time it’s because they know that you are reliable and are sometimes afraid to say no.

Mealtimes are a distant memory
You can’t remember the last time you had a meal at the table because you are constantly eating on the go.

You don’t work out anymore
You miss the days when you actually had time to go to the gym or workout at home. Nowadays, it seems like the only time you sweat is when you rush in and out of work.

Before your body starts manifesting the symptoms that come with stress, such as breakouts, body aches and migraines, give yourself a break! Visit a friend, get pampered or just take a relaxing bath. Believe us when we say this, your body will thank you for it.
