Everyone in the galaxy is 100 percent aware that Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus are husband-and-wife GOALS.

Liam is unfortunately recovering from a nasty case of kidney stones, and was unable to attend the premiere of his new rom-com flick Isn't It Romantic alongside co-star Rebel Wilson.

Luckily his wife is unreal, and walked the red carpet on his behalf looking absolutely stunning in red.

"So proud of my hunky hubby Liam Hemsworth & his newest movie Isn't It Romantic. He unfortunately wasn’t able to attend due to health reasons… but he is recovering and taking this time to rest/heal. It’s hard for entertainers to put themselves before the project but this time it was crucial."

"I am proud to represent him and his incredible work. So happy to see him shining in this comedy! He is the funniest person I know, and the world now gets to see the Liam I wake up to every day…. luckiest."

Okay, we are all going to have to stay perfectly calm here, if that's possible. We haven't stopped jumping around for joy at the thought of more Peter Kavinsky and Lara Jean in our lives.

That's right, Netflix' big teen romance flick of the year, To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, is getting a SEQUEL. *wheezes*

All levels of chill have officially been abandoned, because this is what we've been waiting for ever since Noah Centineo became the internet's new boyfriend with one simple phrase; "Whoa, whoa whoa."

The Hollywood Reporter is claiming that P.S. I Still Love You is "one of the first movies being discussed" as part of Netflix and Paramount Pictures' brand new deal.

For anyone who has read the books by Jenny Han, the book is actually part of a trilogy. Meaning that there are pages and pages of sheer love-themed EXCELLENCE waiting for us, and for Netflix, to crave.

Always and Forever, Lara Jean is the final book in the series, and we've already ordered it online so we can fangirl, *ahem*, we mean research the series, for work purposes only…

You may remember that our pal Lara Jean sent five letters originally, and we met each of them except one; John Ambrose McClaren from model UN.

We're guessing that he will make an appearance in the sequel, and maybe cause some mischief between Lara Jean and Peter. Jenny Han has written that McClaren sparks a friendship with the protagonist by writing her letters.

"There’s so many things in the second book that I would love to see in a sequel," she told Indiewire.

"The whole reason why I wrote a second book was for the character of John Ambrose McClaren, who is a fan favourite, and he’s a favourite of mine too."

Susan Johnson, the director of the first movie, told Entertainment Tonight; We're so invested in Peter and Lara Jean, that seeing them go through struggles is going to be hard but also something everybody can relate to,"

"The next shiny face comes in and you're like, 'Oh shoot, this guy's really nice too. What do I do?'" LJ & Peter might just hit some trouble in paradise.

Our favourite new shining star Lana Condor confirmed that she and the rest of the cast are definitely up for a sequel;

"I would love to. I haven't heard of anything official, but I've heard some very positive things," she said. "I think it all comes down to if people watch the movie and if they're vocal about it in a positive way. So, we'll see. I would love to do a second and a third one."

"Noah, Israel, Janel, everyone — we all talked about wanting to start the second one immediately after. So, we're definitely on board." YAS NOAH.

And breaketh the internet they did, fans all over the world were petitioning for two more films straight after the initial one was released.

Now that's dedication to the ship.

Meghan Markle will celebrate her 37th birthday on August 4. Her birthday is bound to be extra special as it’s her first birthday as a member of the royal family.

There’s no doubt the former actress will receive heaps of lavish gifts from the royals. We can’t imagine Prince Harry will just pick her up a pair of pajamas from Penneys for her special day.

However, the Duchess of Sussex doesn’t expect diamonds or designer threads when her birthday rolls around.

The former Suits star wishes for the same thing every year and it’s quite sweet.

Meghan explained that her mum taught her to treat your birthday as a personal New Year. She advised her daughter to use the day to make new resolutions.

A post shared by Chris Jackson (@chrisjacksongetty) on

Meghan wrote about the tradition on her old blog The Tig. She said your birthday is: “Your own chance to make resolutions just for yourself and what you prognosticate for your year ahead.”

The Duchess shared what she wishes for every birthday: “More surprises, more adventures, more opportunities to grow.”

She continued: “More days filled with giggles and cheeky jokes, more delicious meals, and more inspiration. Always more inspiration.”

On her 33rd birthday, Meghan encouraged her readers to be kind to themselves. “I want you to stop gossiping, to try a food that scares you, to buy coffee for someone just because, to tell someone you love them… and then to tell yourself right back.  I want you to find your happiness.”

Could Meghan’s birthday wishes be more empowering?

Words to live by.

You're either a person who sets goals, or you're not.

Many of us have been writing out lists of goals since we were in school, going from our Junior Cert results to Leaving Cert points, then college aspirations and work objectives.

Sometimes our goals just don't work out, and that's OK. Everybody fails at some point – but that doesn't mean you should throw your list of dreams away.

Setting goals helps you map out your road to success. And while being in your twenties is still just a starting point to the fab life you have ahead of you – it's good to create objectives of what you want to achieve.

So, if you feel like you're losing your way, or just want to set a clear road for your future, here are a few tips for setting goals in your twenties:

Record and track

Having a list of goals means you have a record of what you have already achieved and where you want to go next.

They're a great way of tracking progress in both your personal and professional life. However, don't stress if six months down the line you've barely made a dent in your list.

Many goals don't happen the way you want them to; so perhaps you need to re-think your list and put less pressure on yourself.

businessman, client, coaching

Celebrate

Whether you've reached a small or major milestone, celebrate every single one.

It's important to enjoy the little wins, so whether you want to have a glass of champagne when you get home from work or fancy a trip to town with your BFFs, reward yourself along the way.

You crossed something off your list, so fair play to you.

adult, alcohol, blur

Short vs. long term goals

In your twenties, it's hard to know where you'll be in five years time. Many people set out on one path and then end up running down another.

Short term goals are easier to set, but it's important to have a bigger picture in mind.

The first step is to set goals annually and then monthly, so you have a clear picture every step of the way. And remember, it's always OK to revise!

Working in a group

Ask a mentor

If you don't know where to start, or are confused about where you want to be, ask for help.

Having a career mentor is totally invaluable. So, whether it's a manager you look up to, a past peer, or your mum, it's a good idea to sit down and ask them to convey their thoughts.

Here are some questions to think about when setting your goals:

  • Where are you now? (Your starting off point)

  • Where do you want to be?

  • What have you achieved in the past year/month?

  • What are your strengths/weaknesses?

  • Can you improve on your weaknesses?

  • Where does your manager/peer think you can be in one year's time?

adult, arrival, beard

Be patient

It can be hard to be patient when you have a clear picture of where you want to be – but Rome wasn't built in a day, ladies.

Goals aren't set in stone; they will morph and change as the months and years go on. So, don't fret if you didn't get that promotion or your dream job. It will all work out.

Stay strong and be confident in yourself. Update your goals as your journey evolves and you'll be reaching them in no time.

With the Kardashians uploading every second of their gruelling workouts to Snapchat, it’s easy to be under the impression that all celebs take their gym time super seriously.

But thankfully Ellie Goulding and Ruby Rose proved that suspicion wrong over the weekend when they decided to play fitness models for their fans.

A video uploaded to the Orange Is the New Black star’s Instagram account shows the Love Me Like You Do singer trying to do a set of pull-ups in the gym.

But when the camera scrolls down, viewers quickly realise that Ellie is receiving some much needed assistance from her Aussie mate.

It’s official: There has never before been a party thrown on this planet that we would rather have been invited to than Beyoncé’s 35th.

Last night at a star-studded event in New York the Lemonade creator let loose as she partied like there was no tomorrow in full 70s glamour surrounded by Jay Z, Blue Ivy and their impressive team of celebrity friends.

Footage from the party not only shows Bey and Jay grinding in full costume on the dancefloor, but also catches their four-year-old daughter wishing her famous mother a happy birthday before swiping a sneaky taste of the cake.

Naturally enough Bey looked incredible as she danced in a revealing one-legged jumpsuit, while her husband of eight years got in on the themed action with afro-style hair, a silk head scarf and rounded shades.

The singer’s sister Solage wore a long green leather coat over a short peach dress, while Queen B’s former band mate Kelly Rowland – who recently admitted to getting Beyoncé diamonds for her birthday – stunned in a plunging metallic jumpsuit.

According to the Mail Online, Alicia Keys, Serena Williams, Jourdan Dunn and Usher were all among the party’s guests.

Yesterday the songstress used Instagram to thank her friends, family and fans for their love and support on her special day.

Alongside a GIF of her dancing in a printed dress, Beyoncé wrote: “I just want to say thank you to everyone for all the beautiful and thoughtful birthday wishes.”

“I am so fortunate to have the love and support of my family, my friends, and my hive.  We’ve grown up together and you guys continue to inspire and motivate me everyday.”

 Happy Birthday Beyoncé!

“I’m so grateful for every challenge, every smile, every tear, every discovery, every sacrifice, every triumph, every stretch mark, every kiss, every scar,” she continued.

“I strive to make you proud.  I love YOOOUUUU!”

It’s a good thing the singer has been ordered to go on vocal rest, as after that do she could hardly have a voice left!

Meghan Trainor has had some pretty big highs in her career so far, but none of them scream "life goals" as loudly as getting to sing with the Backstreet Boys.

As part of ABC’s Greatest Hits show on Thursday night, Meghan joined AJ McLean, Howie Dorough, Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson and Brian Littrell on stage to perform every 90's kids' go-to party song I Want It That Way.

And not only did the songstress successfully sing with the lads without keeling over fangirl-style, Meghan even managed to keep up with their dance moves.

In a behind-the-scenes video the All About That Bass singer revealed that, like all of us, the first band she ever loved was the Backstreet Boys.

She said: “The first band that I loved was the Backstreet Boys.”

“My pop star crush was Brian [Littrell].  I was gonna marry him and my mom was gonna marry him.  That was our husband.”

“The day he got married, I remember we were like, ‘Nooo!’”

The 22-year-old star went on to describe performing with the band as a "bucket-list moment".

On the night, the lads also sang Everybody to an enthusiastic crowd.

To say we are jealous of Meghan, the Backstreet Boys and basically every person in that audience is a major understatement.

They've been married for four years, but it doesn't look like the romance between Una Healy and Ben Foden is going to fizzle out anytime soon.

The couple are over in Sardinia at the moment to celebrate their wedding anniversary, and they looked SO loved up.

They each shared pictures of their other half on social media, and it's legit making us cry because they both just look so god damn GOOD.

Taking to Instagram, Ben shared a photo of his wife sitting on some rocks and compared her to a Bond girl – and we have to agree with him, Una looks amazing in the glistening sun.

He captioned the pic: "Think I've just spotted the next Bond girl, saw her lying on a couple of rocks in Sardinia? #00heaven."

Una also took to the social media site to show off her hubby (and his six pack):

Being alone doesn't mean being lonely!

In fact, research from CNN.com said that pencilling in some alone time every once in a while is pretty damn essential.

Loving your own company can not only strengthen your relationships with others, but it can also lessen anxiety, build your confidence and help you achieve long-term goals.

Some people hate being alone, but with a little effort and a small push outside your comfort zone, loving your own company is totally possible.

1. Expel negative thoughts

You're not going to enjoy your 'me' time if it's filled with thoughts like, 'my bum is massive', 'I could never do that' or 'I'm not good enough'.

Flush all those thoughts out and concentrate on the good things and what you have to look forward to in life.

2. Go to a movie alone

In the words of Nike, just do it. Yes, we know it'll be a little scary but it will be the first step to conquering your fear of being alone.

Plus, you get to choose the movie, use BOTH arm rests (hurrah!), and you don't have to share the popcorn. It's a win-win situation really.

3. Push yourself to create

Do you love to draw, paint or bake? Whatever your passion is, pursue it in your alone time.

A study by the American Psychological Association found that people who create are happier and more self-assured, because it allows time for positive self-reflection.

4. Make dreams a reality

Everyone has an idea of what they want to experience in the future. Whether it's to travel, to work in a certain industry, or just to make your small goals reachable, try and make a plan in your alone time.

Achieving what you want from life will make you more self-assured and in turn will build your confidence to take on more goals for your future.

We all know the fashion industry is a tricky one to get into.

It's extremely competitive and it will constantly feel like a million people are after the same job as you.

But whether you want to be a designer, stylist, photographer, or model; these tips will have you on your way to nabbing your dream fashion job.

1. Don't be afraid to stand out

A lot of people are going after the same job as you are; it's a fact. But don't be put off by that, it just means that you will need to work hard to stand out from the crowd.

Dress to impress, research the industry and the people working in it – anything that will get you ahead of others.

2. Maintain good relationships

Sure, if you bag an internship it might be all coffee runs and photocopying – especially if you're in a bigger company – but any internship will lead you to great contacts.

It's really important to meet and network with people in the fashion industry, as you will never know when you might need them; or visa versa.

3. Focus your energy on achieving your goals

There's no point working yourself silly, just to benefit someone else. Concentrate on your own goal and how you will achieve that goal.

Set out steps to follow and don't let anyone sway you away from them.

4. Expect to make sacrifices

Money, a social life and sleep are a few luxuries you might have to live without and coffee will become your new best friend!

Unfortunately, most internships in fashion are unpaid (at the start, anyway) – but we can't express enough how valuable internships are.

If you want to make it, you need to work hard and not give into temptation – and DON'T give up.

5. Do one thing every day that brings you closer to your goal

It can be as simple as an Instagram post or creating a blog, but doing one thing every day will help you to stay focused.

Buy some new fabric, read a book about fashion, visit a gallery for inspiration, it can be anything, just as long as it's something.

6. Celebrate your achievements

With champagne and a nap!

7. Success is a numbers game

You will get turned down and have set backs; it's hard but it's true. But believe us, for every job that turns you down, it just means something bigger and better is coming your way.

You applied for three jobs, and only received one reply? That's OK, your time will come. Just remember to not give up and throw all your hard work away, if you want it enough, you WILL get it.
