Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra are in the throes of engagement bliss, having announced their plans to tie the knot last month.

The couple are clearly continuing the celebrations, as they just had a little romantic weekend away in the mountains.

The pair took in the sights of the Cabo San Lucas beaches and Guadalajara, Mexico, before they moved onto the mountains of Mammoth, California.

The singer posted a snap of himself to his Instagram, where he was admiring the view from the mountaintop, holding a can of Coors Light.

With his backpack hanging off a narrow tree branch, the 25-year-old captioned the image, "a man and the mountains.''

Next to it was the camera emoji and Priyanka was tagged, indicating that she'd been the one to take the picture.

Priyanka may not have been in front of the camera for this particular photo but she had let fans see a glimpse of what she was up to the day before, posting a story to her Instagram.

The 36-year-old gave us a look into a room overlooking a spacious lawn with pine trees in the background, writing "#magical.''

The couple has just returned from celebrating their engagement in Priyanka's native India with their families, where Nick took part in traditional ceremonies.

Tbf, they are one stunning couple – we seriously can't wait to see what kind of wedding bash they have.

I can't quite remember my first family holiday, but as far as I know, in the summer of 1995, my parents hopped on the train to Cork with their one-year-old daughter in tow. It wasn't exactly a glamorous trip but I'm sure every parents first holiday is special, regardless of the location.

It looks like Declan Donnelly and Ali Astall's newborn daughter is about to jet off on the ultimate first holiday. Holly Willoughby revealed her I’m A Celeb co-host will be bringing his baby girl to Australia during the filming of the popular reality show.

Speaking on This Morning, Holly Willoughby gushed: “I can’t wait for snuggles with her. I think she’ going to be coming to Australia as well which is very exciting.”

Ali gave birth to the couple’s first child on Sunday morning. Dec confirmed their daughter’s arrival in a touching Instagram post.

The TV presenter shared a photo of him holding his daughter’s tiny hand. He captioned the snap: “‪Ali and I are thrilled to announce the arrival of our baby girl, Isla Elizabeth Anne, who was born just after 9 o’clock this morning.”

He added: “Mother and daughter both doing well, Dad is head over heels! D x”

Ant McPartlin congratulated his best friend shortly after baby Isla was born. He tweeted: “Welcome to the world baby Isla Elizabeth Anne. Can’t wait for cuddles. I love you already!! Uncle Ant xxxxx”

The new dad is set to head to Australia in the coming weeks to record I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here.

He will be joined by Holly Willoughby who has stepped in as Ant McPartlin’s replacement as he deals with personal issues.

No official date has been confirmed, but it is understood the show will air in late November and end in December.

September brings back the memories of new uniforms and school books – no matter what age you are!

And TV presenter Holly Willoughby perfectly summed up this mad time of year when she took to Instagram to post about the state that her front door was in.

The image showed a rather packed front doorway, jammed with school bags and shoes – something that every house can probably relate to.

Her 3.9 million followers clearly were in the same boat as they were quick to comment about their back-to-school stories.

One wrote, ''my front door always looked like this when my five children were young. They're now all working and I miss them all being babies so much I wish I could turn back time xx enjoy these times'' while another said, ''so exciting! And scary all at the same time… wishing them loads of luck xx.''

Holly is mum to three gorgeous kids with her husband of 11 years, Dan Baldwin.

They are; nine-year-old Harry, seven-year-old Belle, and Chester, who turns four this month. 

As well as getting her kids ready for another school year, Holly is gearing up for an exciting new gig – joining Dec to co-present the 2018 series of I'm Celeb. 

It won't be easy stepping into Ant's shoes but Holls has said that she ''couldn't be more excited to have been asked to stand alongside Dec for the next jungle adventure. I love Ant and want to send him my best wishes and support for a continued recovery. These are big shoes, not to fill, but just to keep warm for a little bit…''

She continued, "honestly, I’m a huge fan of ‘I’m a Celebrity’ and actually feel like I’ve won a competition to go and hang out on my favourite show!''

Ditto for us, Holly. 

We wish you the best of luck with the back-to-school rush – after that, the jungle will be a walk in the park!

The fitness fanatic has been sharing snaps of his baby girl Indie since she was born, but recently showed her face for the first time and she is far too cute.

Joe and his partner Rosie welcomed their baby girl Indie on July 30. He shared the news by posting a photo of him cuddling his little girl.

“The very first moment we met. Last night at 9.29pm we had our first little baby.”

We hope Joe continues to share photos of their new bundle of joy. Indie is the most beautiful baby.

Ah, breakfast.

Our love/hate relationship with the first meal of the day is all too real.

However, this latest study has shown that chowing down in the morning before hitting a workout can "'prime" the body to burn carbs.

The findings also suggest that fuelling your workouts will allow the body to digest your post-workout meal much more efficiently. 

The research was conducted by scientists from at Department for Health, in collaboration with experts from the universities of Birmingham, Newcastle and Stirling.

As many fitness junkies will know, fasting is becoming a hot trend amongst the Insta-fit population.

The scientists have taken note.

The researchers tested the blood glucose levels and muscle glycogen levels of the 12 healthy male volunteers who took part.

Participates were split into two groups, those who ate breakfast and those who were fasting overnight. 

The scientists studied the volunteers before and after an hour’s cycle.

Those who ate brekkie were treated to porridge made with milk two hours before exercise. 

The results were in and it's time to kick fasting to the curb.

Their evidence shows eating breakfast increases the rate at which the body burnt carbohydrates during exercise.

Furthermore, it boosts the rate at which the body digests and metabolises food eaten after exercise too.

Dr Javier Gonzalez, senior lecturer in the Department of Health who co-led the study, said:

“This is the first study to examine the ways in which breakfast before exercise influences our responses to meals after exercise.

"We found that, compared to skipping breakfast, eating breakfast before exercise increases the speed at which we digest, absorb and metabolise carbohydrate that we may eat after exercise.”

Rob Edinburgh, PhD student also in the Department who co-led the study, said:

“We also found that breakfast before exercise increases carbohydrate burning during exercise, and that this carbohydrate wasn't just coming from the breakfast that was just eaten, but also from carbohydrate stored in our muscles as glycogen.

"This increase in the use of muscle glycogen may explain why there was more rapid clearance of blood sugar after ‘lunch’ when breakfast had been consumed before exercise."

If this study is anything to go by, it's time to become well acquainted with breakfast again.

Nevertheless, my fellow fitness fans will know we are constantly bombarded with conflicting evidence.

This study shows that fasting before exercising can lead to burning extra fat during a session.

If you're undecided, it's best to speak to your doctor before embarking on a new diet or exercise plan.

We’ve become obsessed with Greece since the release of Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again so it comes as no surprise to see this Santorini cave house appear on the list. It’s carved into the caldera cliff and has a view that looks like it came straight from a dream.

And finally we reach the number one place on our list and we are swooning more than ever before. This quirky house has a rustic feel to it that makes it the most wishlisted place on Airbnb. The greatest thing about this location is the price. It costs a mere $81 per night so if you need us we’ll be booking a month long stay at this divine spot.

Get ready to lose hours of your life reliving OG '90s shows – as Kel would say, ''awww, here it goes!''

The shows will be available to watch via streaming site VRV and tbh, we haven't been this excited about a guilty pleasure in a while.

Classics like Are You Afraid of the Dark?, The Amanda Show, Clarissa Explains It All, Doug, Kenan & Kel, Rocko’s Modern Life will all be there, among others. 

With the current trend for all things nostalgic in pop culture, this couldn't have come along at a better time, right? 

My whole childhood was made up of watching Kenan & Kel (I definitely knew who loved orange soda) to Sister Sister and of course, things like Sabrina the Teenage Witch.

Even early Noughties shows like Drake and Josh were actually funny and so easy to watch.

Ah, simpler times. 

While Nickelodeon isn’t launching its own streaming service like Disney, it will live on the NickSplat channel on VRV, which is an animation-focused streaming service.

If all that isn't enough to sate your appetite for childhood telly, other amazing OG Nickelodeon shows like Hey Arnold! and Rugrats can be watched on Hulu already. 

Frankly, we're just beyond ready to spend the weekends devouring Clarissa Explains It All.

The handsome, young Romeo Beckham turns 16-years-old today, and his parents could not be prouder.

On Thursday, Victoria and David took the family out to dinner to celebrate the occasion, inviting Romeo’s godparents as well – the legendary Elton John and his partner David Furnish.

Irish nannies are class. They always tell us their opinion, whether we agree with it or not, but in the nicest way possible.

And not only are they the best cooks we know, but they always take the best care of us.

No one knows that better than young Adam Healy in Meath.

He is one of the many flocking to Co. Laois for Electric Picnic this weekend, ready to set up camp for a few days filled with good fun and great music.

But before he could pack up the car and go, his nana wanted to make sure the lad looked after himself.

Like most nannies, she could not bear the fact that someone she loves could possibly have an empty stomach.

So, she came over to her grandson’s house and gave him a hand-packed lunch for his upcoming trip.

She left him a big bag full of delicious apples along with a lovely handwritten note that read: “Adam, have a great weekend, mind yourself. Love, Nana xxx.”

The grandson was so grateful for his nanny’s thoughtfulness that he shared a photo of the lunch on Twitter.

“Hello my nana just dropped over apples (long story) and this note before EP.

“Happy Electric Picnic Eve everyone xx,” he captioned it.

We can’t help but relate to Adam’s heartwarming response and take a minute to appreciate our nanas as well.

Now, he is all set for a grand time at EP with food, friends, and love from family sent his way.

Sure, the only thing he is missing is a cuppa, but that is something nana’s are never in short supply of.
