‘This is the first time he’s properly opened his eyes and he’s just so chilled and relaxed even though he probably feels rough. Welcome to the world my little boy Marley,’ the dad gushed.

Joe Wicks, aka the Body Coach, and his gorgeous little baby girl Indie, have become the stuff of internet legend.

The fitness guru and his mini-me have become a global meme after a picture of Indie peeping her head out from Joe's jacket was edited and shared, swapping their heads to create a pretty chuckle-able snap.

Posting the edits to his Instagram, he wrote:

A big congrats are in order for Joe Wicks and his gf Rosie Jones.

The Body Coach took to Insta to announce the exciting news that he proposed to the 27-year-old – and she said yes.

Posting a gorge snap of the couple and their baby daughter Indie, Joe penned a beautiful tribute to his family.

He wrote, ''My little family. Our 3rd wheel comes everywhere with us and we love our adventures together. My mum and dad never got married when I was growing up and spent my whole life separating and getting back together and I always thought I didn't believe in marriage."

He continued, "But I now know what it means to want to stick together and to love someone enough to want to marry them. I asked Rosie to marry me and luckily she said yes. It’s my goal in life to be committed and loyal to Rosie and Indie and always be there for them."

The 32-year-old fitness guru might not have believed in marriage in the past but it seems that Rosie has changed his mind.

His fans were quick to give the pair their well wishes, with one writing, ''Wonderful news!! I love hearing good news like this. You make a beautiful looking family.''

Famous friends also left sweet comments, like Giovanna Fletcher, who wrote: "Aaaaaaaaaah!!!! Congratulations to you both!"

Joe and Rosie, who have been together for two years, welcomed their first child Indie in July and she has been a regular feature on their social media since then.

Joe has also opened up about his first Christmas as a dad.

He said, ''My plan is to spend my first Christmas with my little daughter Indie and give her a nice day and let her experience it. And also Oscar and Milo, my nephews. Just get all the family together, have a nice meal and just cook a nice big Christmas dinner.''

We wish this stunning couple all the best for their impending nuptials and first festive season with their little one.

‘The Body Coach’ Joe Wicks gave us a rare glimpse into his personal life during an interview on Giovanna Fletcher’s podcast Happy Mum, Happy Baby.

The new dad opened about his experience as a father, and how, for him and his partner Rosie, life will never be the same.

The happy couple welcomed baby girl Indie in July, and have been doting over her ever since, treasuring each moment they share together.

“We are all so happy. We can’t stop cuddling” the dad gushed.

Falling in love a little bit more every day

A post shared by Joe Wicks (@thebodycoach) on

But their joy comes after a tough road travelled together. Before Rosie’s pregnancy with Indie, she suffered a tragic miscarriage.

“She fell pregnant really quick, within a month, but unfortunately that baby was her miscarriage, so it didn’t quite progress,” he said during his interview.

The two were heartbroken when they heard they had suffered an unimaginable loss.

So, it is no surprise that when Rosie discovered she was pregnant two months later, they were cautious about telling the public right away.

But when little Indie’s health was confirmed, Joe and Rosie were excited to share their big news with the world.

Indy became the light in their dark world, shining with hope and promising unconditional love and happiness.

The dad still focuses on the good saying, “[miscarriage] is really common. Rosie tested [positive] really early on. But she is a really strong character. We didn’t dwell on it too much.”

The parents have chose to direct their emotion towards their bundle-of-joy in the making, dwelling on the future instead of the past.

“I can’t say it really affected me on a massive emotional level because I was so excited she got pregnant and [told myself] we’re all good and she can get pregnant again. I’m not one who looks back”, the dad explained.

A post shared by Joe Wicks (@thebodycoach) on

It has been a month and a half since the birth of their baby girl, and Joe is already excited to have more children.

“‘I already want another baby. Like I already feel like she’s grown so quick and I want that feeling again of going through pregnancy and the labour and having another baby to hold, so I said to Rosie that I want to have four kids and she is well up for it.”

We are overjoyed for the new parents and wish them all the best as their little family continues to grow.

‘The Body Coach’ Joe Wicks became a dad for the first time in July and it looks like he has taken to fatherhood like a duck to water.

The fitness fanatic has been sharing snaps of his baby girl Indie since she was born, but recently showed her face for the first time and she is far too cute.

He shared the heartwarming photo with his two million Instagram followers.

The photo shows Indie wrapped up in a personalised blanket that has ‘Baby Wicks’ stitched on it.

We can't cope with her beautiful big eyes.

The doting dad captioned the picture: “Falling in love a little bit more every day.”

Fans couldn’t help but swoon over the cute snap, “Everyone says all babies are cute, but she’s absolutely stunningly beautiful.”

“These wonderful photos of your precious baby makes all our hearts swell a little more with joy, happiness and love,” another wrote.

Joe and his partner Rosie welcomed their baby girl Indie on July 30. He shared the news by posting a photo of him cuddling his little girl.

“The very first moment we met. Last night at 9.29pm we had our first little baby.”

We hope Joe continues to share photos of their new bundle of joy. Indie is the most beautiful baby.

Joe Wicks, who is more commonly known as The Body Coach is to become a dad. The fitness fanatic shared the exciting news on Instagram.

He shared a rare photo of his girlfriend, Rosie, to share the huge news.

“Hey everyone, I’m gonna be a Daddy,” he wrote.

The dad-to-be explained that he rarely ever posts personal photos, but this was one milestone he just had to share.

“This is the first time I’ve ever shared a photo of myself with Rosie. I’ve always chosen to keep my personal life and relationship private but with such an amazing new thing coming into our lives I thought it would be nice to share the news with you myself,” he said.

The pair cannot wait for the next chapter of their lives, “We are both absolutely buzzing to be parents.”

Joe and Rosie have yet to find out the sex of their baby, but he did share that they’ll be welcoming their little bundle of joy into the world very soon. “We don’t know the sex of the baby but it’s due in just over 10 weeks time,” Joe shared.

Huge congratulations for the parents-to-be, we are delighted for Joe and Rosie!

It’s safe to say we aren’t the only ones who are thrilled for the pair with the photo-receiving nearly 350,000 likes in less than 24 hours.

Joe Wicks, AKA The Body Coach, has made a stellar career out of helping people transform their appearance by achieving their health and fitness goals.

With a focus on exercise, nutrition and esteem-building, it's perhaps no surprise that the fitness coach regrets the reliance so many people have on plastic surgery.

The reason I stay lean all year round is because I am consistent in my actions and lifestyle choices Here are the things I do on a regular basis to stay in shape!1. I train 5 days per week, 2 Rest days 2. Short intense HIIT sessions (20-25 mins) on bike or treadmill 3. Or body weight stuff like pull ups, press ups, dips, burpees, sprints 4. I drink 2-4 litres of water each day 5. I get boozy about twice a month 6. I prep my own meals mainly having high fat & protein in 2 meals and one big high carb meal after I train 7. I usually train fasted and eat after 8. I eat out a couple of nights a week 9. I try to choose healthy options but do treat myself to a dessert or Ice cream or burger now & again 10. I have a proper big blow out day where I eat loads of sweets once a month and always feel exhausted afterwards which puts me off doing it more often 11. When I go on holiday I eat more food & treats but I still workout 12. I always try to get a good nights sleep (7 hours usually) 13. I keep doing all these things all year round

Speaking to the Sun on Sunday's Fabulous magazine, the 32-year-old lamented the beauty standards set by reality TV stars, with specific reference to the Kardashian / Jenner clan.

"You’ve got the Kardashians who completely remodel their faces and bodies and look attractive all of a sudden. Every girl in the world wants to look like Kylie Jenner and I don’t understand that. I just find it so unattractive," he revealed.

The best-selling author admitted he was disturbed by the dependency many young women in the spotlight appear to have on cosmetic augmentation.

"Lips, nose jobs and facelifts and they all end up looking the same, don’t they?” he asked before explaining that social media has helped open his eyes to the unattainable standards set.

"I sometimes look on Instagram at people I’ve followed and I don’t recognise them any more. It’s just sad," he said. "And there are girls in the UK on certain TV shows who are doing all the face stuff.”

Joe, who boasts a staggering 1.9 million followers on Instagram alone, insists that surgery is unnecessary for anyone who simply wants to feel their best, and adopting a healthy approach to food and exercise is the only way to go.

And while it seemed Joe's 'eat more, exercise less and lose weight' approach sounded a little too good to be true, there's no denying the results.

Indeed, his best-selling Lean in 15 books are chock-full of recipes which you're unlikely to find in standard 'diet' book, and yet his clients have undergone some of the most incredible 90-day transformations even seen online.

And with carbonara, curry and cakes up for grabs, what exactly would the Body Coach refuse to eat?

According to a recent interview he did with The Business Insider, Joe will not eat frozen ready meals or anything deep fried.

When asked what is officially 'off' the list, he responded: "Frozen ready meals and any deep fried stuff."

"It's the oils they use that aren't food for you, rather than [whatever is in them, like] the chicken. They're cheap, so they use all sorts of crap," he added.

But as any Body Coach fan will know, Joe never deprives himself, telling the publication that he simply opts for homemade versions.

"I like to make healthy versions of popcorn chicken, healthy burgers, and healthy homemade pizzas, so I never feel deprived," he insisted.

Joe will be heading to Dublin this summer, so you can find out more from him then!

Piers Morgan is no stranger to online controversy, but it looks like he may have really overstepped the mark today following his interview with fitness guru Joe Wicks,

Joe, who rose to fame as the Body Coach on social media, joined Piers and Susanna Reid on the set of Good Morning Britain today, and the viewing public are far from happy with how it played out.

According to irate tweets currently filling the Twitosphere, viewers were stunned by Piers' approach to the interview, and wasted no time calling him on it.

Joe, who has made a name for himself all over the world with his 15-minute dishes and HIIT work-outs, looked pretty uncomfortable at numerous times throughout his appearance, and Twitter was having none of it.
