It's official – Kim K's surrogate is in labour.

It was previously reported that the arrival of her fourth child was expected in May and it looks like the baby is set to be here on time.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star made the announcement in January that she and husband Kanye West were going to have a baby boy via surrogate.

And sister Kourtney has now spilled the beans while filming the Ellen DeGeneres Show, which is set to air today.

Kris Jenner was a guest on the TV show and was surprised when Ellen invited all of her grandkids and eldest daughter to join her.

When Ellen mentioned that Kim was supposed to be there, Kourtney revealed that Kim had to rush to the hospital.

She said, ''My mom doesn't even know this but Kim's surrogate went into labour.''

She continued, ''So, she's at the hospital."

Kris was shocked and said, ''No! What are we doing here?! C'mon Ellen."

Her grandkids who were on the show were Penelope Disick, Mason Disick, Reign Disick, North West, Saint West and Chicago West – and they didn't seem fazed by the news.

Reign added, ''No more! I'm done with this conversation.''

Good luck to the whole family – we wish them all the best with a safe delivery and a healthy baby.

Kim and Kanye are set to welcome baby number four into their family in the coming weeks and there’s no doubt the parents are feeling rather excited about the pending arrival of their baby boy.

The mum has often caused controversy with her unique baby names but it looks like she’s going to opt for quite the different moniker for her fourth child.

Kim opened up about one of her potential names during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel. The mum admitted that she was planning on naming her fourth child after one of her siblings.

She confessed that Rob was one of her top options.

“I was truthfully thinking about naming him Rob, my brother, Rob, but then it's like North, Saint, Chicago, Rob. It doesn't really go, but I really was feeling that or like Robert, and my brother approved it."

Picking a baby name is one of the biggest tasks a parent will face but luckily for Kim, her family is always there to lend a helping hand.

She explained how the Kardashian clan have always played a big role in naming her kids: “We all weigh in. I definitely take a family survey but it's usually after the baby is born. We're trying to figure out what the baby looks like.”

One of the UK's most senior doctors, Professor Stephen Powis, has written in The Telegraph that weight loss advertisements which are celebrity-endorsed should be banned.

Professor Powis is currently the NHS' medical director, and has criticised well-known celebrities such as the Kardashians for promoting weight-loss products and aids such as teas, shakes and pills on social media, and has even called for Instagram to oppose them.

The doctor referenced the troubling statistic that more than one in 10 young people are affected by mental health issues in the UK, and are heavily influenced by body insecurity and famous faces encouraging them to lose weight.

He emphasised that mental health issues are one of the "most pressing issues facing out country".

SHEmazing recently wrote about the level of profit which people like the Kardashians can gain from the insecurity of their fans.

Poor messaging can lead to dangerous consequences, and numerous organisations such as the National Eating Disorder Association have branded the Kardashian family’s representation of weight loss products as ‘triggering’ for those who struggle with eating disorders.

Professor Powis made sure to emphasise that impressionable young people look to these people for lifestyle guidance; "At what is already a sensitive and important time in their development, this group is especially vulnerable to pressures which trigger or exacerbate mental ill health," he writes.

#ad You guys all know I looove @flattummyco shakes. I've just restarted them (it's Day 2 today) and I’m already feeling so good. We had a huuuuge Christmas this year and between that, New Years and everything inbetween… I felt like it was impossible to fit in my regular work outs and eat healthy. But this program is giving me a kick in the right direction that I need. These meal replacement shakes are so good and they're helping me get my tummy back to flat. I’m already feeling amazing and I’m so excited for the next few weeks. A shocking HALF of young girls say that they feel under pressure to lose weight, the doctor says that social media's ascension has escalated this pressure and both celebrities and the platforms themselves must take responsibility for their posts.

"Our young people are bombarded with ideas, images and advertising which set such a high bar for what they should feel and look like," he writes. "And yet there is little accountability for the impact this has.

"Where celebrities and the platforms which promote them exploit this vulnerability by pushing products like laxative teas, diet pills and other get-thin-quick solutions, they are taking the health of our young people in their hands and should act with far greater responsibility."

Activist and actress Jameela Jamil tweeted her support for Professor Powis:

Prof. Powis also suggested that practical measures should be taken to stamp out the 'exploitation' of youth, such as online platforms "banning adverts for products with a known health risk". YAS KING.

He argued that the NHS is working on understanding and treating mental health conditions in young people;

"Everyone, especially those engaging with young people like social media firms, and celebrities who profit from them, have a duty of care to do more for our health and wellbeing".

"The NHS can't keep putting out fires if some parts of society keep lighting matches," he concluded, using a pretty effective allegory.

Kim Kardashian West has an especially long history of promoting weight loss products on social media, as well as her sisters, Kylie and Kourtney. Kim faced backlash in May for promoting appetite suppressant lollipops on her Instagram.

One of the world's most powerful women was literally telling other women and young girls NOT TO EAT.  The Good Place actress Jameela Jamil founded the i Weigh body positivity social media movement and Kardashian West "a terrible and toxic influence on young girls".

Jamil has consistently called out celebrities including Cardi B and Iggy Azalea for promoting 'detox' teas, claiming they're just selling digestion problems instead.

She also called Kardashian 'an agent of the patriarchy', for her incessant need to 'recycle self-hatred.'

Jamil herself experienced an eating disorder as a teenager, and skipped meals for years at a time. She spent money on "miracle cures and laxatives and tips from celebrities" which later left her with "digestion and metabolism problems for life".

The Competition and Markets Authority has announced a clampdown on celebrities who don't label their posts as promotional advertisements, but solid rules aren't in place.

NHS England's national mental health director Claire Murdoch expressed concern over the influence which these celebrities have young people at an "impressionable" stage in their lives.

"Both the celebrities themselves and these social media companies themselves should be more responsible," she told BBC Breakfast.

We're so glad the NSH are finally using their influential platform to steer people in the right direction. Time will tell what type of future diet fads will hold, but they're looking highly unpopular right now.

News hit recently that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are expecting their fourth child via surrogate, and already the parenting qualms are emerging.

A source has revealed to People that the rapper and reality star are already on the hunt for the best possible clothing for baby number four, and are officially "in nesting mode."

Despite having three other children, five-year-old North, three-year-old Saint and 11-month-old Chicago, apparently the famous couple want BRAND NEW clothes for their newest family edition.

“They don’t really do hand-me-downs, so each baby is like their first,” according to the source, who added that the reality star and rapper husband donate the used clothes to charity.

“They’re buying everything they need for him, and Kanye insists they go top-of-the-line for everything. So they’ve been shopping," the source added.

Apparently the Yeezy designer is a major online shopper; “When he can’t sleep, he gets online and buys whatever he wants. A lot of what they’re getting, they order online.”

That is one lucky baby, by the sounds of things.

People also claimed last week that Kim is planning a huge upcoming baby shower; "Family and friends will be able to honour the couple with gifts soon enough."

“Kim plans on having a baby shower for No. 4 too. They are looking forward to another baby.” Their son is due in the spring, which means excitement is building for the baby.

Fans of Kardashian West may recall the extravagant party thrown in honor of Chicago in November 2017, which was filled with cherry blossoms and her famous family members.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star formerly commented during an interview with Elle that “my home and my heart feel really full right now,” she said she was open to having another child, but it would be her last.

“I don’t think I could handle more than that. My time is spread really thin,” she admitted. “And I think it’s important that in all couples, the mom gives the husband as much attention as the kids.”

The couple appear to be going all out for their latest, and possible last, feature to their fabulous family.

It's a BOY.

Kim and Kanye are reportedly getting ready to welcome another baby boy into their lives.

The couple have opted once again to use a surrogate, after Chicago was born on January 15, 2018.

However, this time they've opted for a different woman to carry their fourth child.

The household is about to get a whole lot busier as the boy is reportedly due in May.

So it means, they'll have two girls and two boys – sounds like the ideal number, right?

WRONG – Kayne wants SEVEN, yes seven children.

In an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim revealed to friend Larsa Pippen in October that Kayne was stuck at that number.

However, Kim wasn't so keen with the idea of such a large brood.

She explained: "Kanye wants to have more. He's been harassing me. He wants like seven. He's like stuck on seven."

"[Seven kids is] crazy. I could never, especially in like the world we live in."

"I've been kinda hesitant about having more kids because it literally keeps me up at night, thinking about how my kids will survive in a crazy world like this," she added.

Congrats to the family and we can't wait to see what they call him.

It might be the season of goodwill, but all is not well in the Kardashian-West household.

Kayne has reignited the feud with Drake after the Canadian rapper followed back Kim Kardashian on Instagram.

This battle between the musicians isn't a new story, as last month Kayne blasted Drake for allegedly "threatening his family."

Although you can still see the bad blood between the men plastered all over Kanye's Twitter, his latest outburst was deleted.

However, the Internet doesn't forget so fast and in the day and age of screenshots, nothing is ever truly gone.

What kicked off the latest round of tweets on Saturday was a discovery made over on Kim's Instagram.

He tweeted: “I never knew till this morning that Drake followed my wife on Instagram back in September.”

"I had to bring this up because it's the most f*cked up thing of all and I just saw it this morning," he continued.

"When I went to far with Wiz Khalifa everybody stood up and I had to apologize cause it was too far. I had to bring this up because it’s the most f*cked up thing of all and I just saw it this morning," he added to his stream of tweets.

But it didn't end there, he concluded: "Imagine having a problem with somebody and they follow your wife on Instagram…We truly wish this man the best and pray that he will find the same happiness that we have."

After getting it off his chest and onto the Internet, the 41-year-old deleted the tweets and said: "Love everyone…All positive vibes."

September was the release of Drake's song, 'Kiki', and 'In my Feelings', which quickly sparked fans to suggest that the lyrics referenced a possible fling Kim and Drake had in the past.

Although Kim Kardashian denied the rumours, it seems Kayne wasn't impressed and took to his Instagram stories to blast Drake about the song and its link to Kim.

It doesn't look as if this feud will resolve itself any time soon.
