One of the most exciting beauty collaborations of the year is almost here, but it's not exactly garnering the positive attention they hoped for…

KKW Beauty and Canadian Victoria's Secret model Winnie Harlow have joined forces, with brand founder Kim Kardashian announcing the news in an Instagram post yesterday.

The model and beauty mogul looked eerily similar in the campaign shots, sporting sky-high ponytails and matching makeup looks. The collab is set to launch next week, but some people aren't happy.

Kim shared in a caption; "I'm so excited to announce my new KKW x WINNIE Collab!" The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star added that Harlow is "the definition of a true beauty."

The collaboration is set to launch on September 13 and will feature a 12-pan eyeshadow palette, a highlighter duo and three glosses (for an extortionate amount of cash).

The criticism underneath West's posts was mainly targeting Harlow for her disparaging comments about Duckie Thot and Tyra Banks in the past.

The model referred to Duckie Thot's natural hair as "cauliflower ass head", after Thot spoke out about her struggle to reveal her natural hair on Australia's Next Top Model.

Harlow was also a contestant on America's Next Top Model, and recently became Victoria's Secret's first model with vitiligo. Thot has landed multiple high-end campaigns, including with Fenty Beauty.

"Thought I was the only who was not a Winnie fan until I read the comments," wrote one commenter. "But people change and grow and evolve. So maybe her attitude is better but she won't get my money."

The KKW x Winnie palette also drew comparison to Lunar Beauty's Greek Goddess Colour Palette, which launched late last year. Time will tell whether the collection will be worth the money.

KKW Beauty's KKW x Winnie Harlow Collection Bundle is priced at €101.50 in total ($112) and will be available from September 13 at KKWBeauty.com

Kim Kardashian has opened up about her 2019 Met Gala look, and the tortuous pain it brought her.

The Thierry Mugler dress involved waist-shrinking, tight undergarments which left "indentations" on her back and stomach, with the star saying of the corset; "I have never felt pain like that in my life."

The high fashion soirée often involves uncomfortable looking couture outfits donned by celebrities aching to reach the Best Dressed lists, but the reality star seemed to go too far with her own look.

In a recent interview with WSJ. Magazine, the beauty and fashion mogul opened up about the impossibly painful Mr Pearl undergarment, and shut down rumours that she'd had ribs removed to fit into the frock.

Regarding those ridiculous whispers online, she said to the publication; "I don’t even know if that’s possible." Wearing the outfit sounds like tough going, though.

"I’ll have to show you pictures of the aftermath when I took it off- the indentations on my back and my stomach," she added, referencing the horrible effect the garment had on her body.

How long the indentations lasted wasn't said by Kardashian, but they don't sound like a party. Corsetier Mr Pearl created the body-hugging piece, which was met with criticism for promoting "unrealistic beauty standards" and "an unnatural figure".

Kim's personal trainer, Melissa Alcantara, defended her after the gala, and emphasised the work which the reality star puts into her body.

"Kim trains her ass off 6 days a f*cking week, she wakes up early AF and is dedicated," she wrote in on her Instagram Story.

The entrepreneur has also just released her first shapewear range, controversially named Kimono despite having nothing to do with Japanese garments.

The KKW Beauty founder launched a 'solutionwear' line but had to rename the venture after backlash against the culturally insensitive name.

The new moniker hasn't been revealed yet, but she has announced her Sooo Fire make-up range featuring a 10-pan metallic eyeshadow palette, three eyeliners and three lip glosses with a new formula.

News hit recently that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are expecting their fourth child via surrogate, and already the parenting qualms are emerging.

A source has revealed to People that the rapper and reality star are already on the hunt for the best possible clothing for baby number four, and are officially "in nesting mode."

Despite having three other children, five-year-old North, three-year-old Saint and 11-month-old Chicago, apparently the famous couple want BRAND NEW clothes for their newest family edition.

“They don’t really do hand-me-downs, so each baby is like their first,” according to the source, who added that the reality star and rapper husband donate the used clothes to charity.

“They’re buying everything they need for him, and Kanye insists they go top-of-the-line for everything. So they’ve been shopping," the source added.

Apparently the Yeezy designer is a major online shopper; “When he can’t sleep, he gets online and buys whatever he wants. A lot of what they’re getting, they order online.”

That is one lucky baby, by the sounds of things.

“They’re going to have everything the baby needs pretty soon. And the rest of the family is big on getting gifts, too,” the source claims. “This baby is going to have everything he needs.”

People also claimed last week that Kim is planning a huge upcoming baby shower; "Family and friends will be able to honour the couple with gifts soon enough."

“Kim plans on having a baby shower for No. 4 too. They are looking forward to another baby.” Their son is due in the spring, which means excitement is building for the baby.

In November 2017 the Kardashian-West clan had an extravagant party in honour of Chicago.

Fans of Kardashian West may recall the extravagant party thrown in honor of Chicago in November 2017, which was filled with cherry blossoms and her famous family members.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star formerly commented during an interview with Elle that “my home and my heart feel really full right now,” she said she was open to having another child, but it would be her last.

“I don’t think I could handle more than that. My time is spread really thin,” she admitted. “And I think it’s important that in all couples, the mom gives the husband as much attention as the kids.”

The couple appear to be going all out for their latest, and possible last, feature to their fabulous family.

Earlier this year, Kim Kardashian sent fans into a beauty -fuelled frenzy when she revealed that after 10 years of working together, she and makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic were collaborating on a very exciting makeup launch.

The teaser pic, posted on the official KKW Beauty Instagram account, showed a black and image photo of a selection of eyeshadows, titled KKW X MARIO.

And while the monotone effect masked the exact shades of the shadows, we knew from the moment we laid eyes on the sample of shimmers and mattes that we would instantly fall in love with the finished version.

To make the launch extra-special, the palette will be released on the 10-year anniversary of Kim and Mario's working relationship. Reminiscing on their friendship, Mario shared a snap of his work diary from 2008 along with a lengthy post.

A post shared by MAKEUP BY MARIO (@makeupbymario) on

It read: "This is my calendar from 2008 that I still have. 10 years ago, on April 5th, 2008 I met @kimkardashian on a cover shoot. I almost didn’t take the job because I had to work at Fox that afternoon where I did makeup for the anchors on the weekends for extra $. At this point I had been a makeup artist for 8 years in NYC, honing my craft, building my portfolio and paying my dues. Retail, weddings, editorial, TV, personal clients, assisting.

"I began working with some singers and actresses around this time & then I met Kim and began to work with her often. The idea of a reality star at the time was new. After all my years paying dues and assisting some of the big fashion and celeb makeup greats, I was being groomed to begin working with A list stars- actresses & recording artists.

"I had an agent who demanded that I stop working with Kim immediately. They said I would ruin my career and my career would end within a year or 2. That all of my hard work and struggles until then would be for nothing. Was I going to sit and worry about what the elitist industry would think of me and try to fit into their mould? I refused. I chose to stick with Kim because it felt right in my heart. She was hard working, loyal and sweet. She kept me insanely busy. She appreciated me and my artistry and I had too much respect for her. When I parted ways with my agency, one of the last things they said to me was “good luck, Mario because you will never get a Vogue cover working with her.” Swipe left to see how that turned out.

"Never let anyone dictate the trajectory of your life and career. The past decade with Kim has been incredible. We’ve grown together, set trends, inspired and impacted an industry along the way. Through all her milestones and achievements and through her rise to global superstardom she has taken me along the way and impacted my life greatly, helping me to achieve unparalleled success of my own as a celebrity makeup artist. I am so excited to finally announce that on April 5, 2018 – exactly 10 years to the day we met, our #KKWxMARIO collaboration with @kkwbeauty will launch! Turn on notifications for the very first reveal tomorrow! #KKWxMARIO"

As you can tell from the video, the eyeshadows are super pigmented and come in an array of stunning neutral tones as well as an electric blue.

You may have also spotted the lip glosses and lip sticks that complete the collection.

The Nude look is in, with 2018 trends paying tribute to highlighting features of the face, capturing light whilst creating a glow to the skin.

It’s all about clear skin, a minimalist eye and nude lip, a celebration of a look so subtle it’s barely there.

Last year, Kim Kardashian launched her KKW Beauty brand, and the Internet went crazy for it.

However, as gorgeous as the brand is, it does not come cheap – and by the time you've paid for shipping and VAT, you may find yourself half broke.

Well, the Penneys GODS have blessed us with a cheaper, but just as wonderful alternative to KKW Beauty.

Primark Beauty is challenging the “norm” and championing diversity, celebrating you, for the individual.

Their new PS… Nudes range is NEXT LEVEL, with so many seriously amazing products to try.

First up we have the PS… Nudes Highlight and Contour Kit, with contour and highlight duos for precision application, and a gorgeous sponge/ brush combo to blend and buff to perfection. Finish with a touch of light with the brow highlighter to lift the whole look.

Then there is the majestic Highlight and Contour Palette that contains smooth blendable powders that help you build a perfect base that's barely there, but with an added glow.

We also NEED to talk about the eyeshadow palette, because sweet Jesus it is GOOD. With an amazing 28 buildable, blendable shades you can create a look to suit your mood, from barely there to a sultry nude smoke, and everything else in between.

Did we mention that the 28 SHADE palette costs a tenner? We're salivating.

There are gorgeous nude lipsticks and matte liquid lippys in colours to suit absolutely everyone.

Anyway, if you need us, we'll be in Penneys, filling our baskets FULL of this amazing new collection!

The clock is ticking, with 24 hours to go before Kim Kardashian unleashes her long-awaited contouring kits on the masses.

The mum-of-two recently announced the conception of KKW Beauty, Kim's very own offering to the cosmetics industry.

Kicking it all off is a contouring kit, which, lets face it, Kim could have released years ago and we'd have lapped up.

A post shared by KKWBEAUTY (@kkwbeauty) on

The kit is dropping tomorrow, and Kim has given fans a sneak peek on the brand's new Instagram page.

The kit, which comes with contour an highlight, comes in the form of a stick, with a separate double-ended blending tool.

The business woman is 'trying to mirror skin care with makeup,' in her new line.

The reality TV star spoke to WWD about Kardahian-Jenner comparisons, after social media users made reference to the fact that Kim's teen sister Kylie Jenner already has her own extremely successful beauty business.

'It’s going to be a different vibe,' she told the magazine.

'It’s not going to be a full colour cosmetics (line) with shadows and all of that to start.'

A post shared by KKWBEAUTY (@kkwbeauty) on

Keeping with the skin-care theme, the star's next drop is set to be an anti-ageing concealer.

Kim fans, set your alarms, because the kits are launching tomorrow June 21 and we'd bet our place in the virtual queue that they're going to sell out fast.

Lock up your credit cards, because between Kylie's latest Vacation Collection launch and this new announcement from Kim, we're about to be broke (but beautified) come pay day.

Kylie Jenner is a bona fide beauty mogul, with her massive company Kylie Cosmetics dictating beauty trends and selling out of every new product.

Now, big sister Kim is getting in on the action, after announcing to her followers on social media that she is ready to move into the beauty business.

'Im so excited to announce to you guys that im launching KKW Beauty, I posted about it earlier on social media,' she said via Instagram stories.

'I really think you guys are going to love it, I've worked so hard on it and we're launching first with a contour product, it's like a collection of cream contours.'

'So get ready to be contoured. Get ready on June 21st.'

A post shared by Kim Kardashian West (@kimkardashian) on

As Kim said, the collection is launching on June 21, and there is a sign up list for fans eager to be the first to find out all the details about the collection.

Kim previously proved her makeup credentials with a KKW by Kylie Cosmetics Collection, where she collaborated with little sister Kylie on a gorgeous set of nude liquid lipsticks.

We're dying to see what Kim's makeup line looks like, so roll on June 21.
