Were you a Kristy, Claudia, Dawn, Mary-Anne or Stacey?

The Baby-Sitters Club holds a very special place in our hearts as one of those inexplicable 80s relics that moulded the minds of the masses.

One of the first memorable book series with multiple strong female lead characters who navigated the choppy years between pre-teen and teen, all while running their own cottage industry, the books were inspirational and relatable for many girls.

Now, Netflix is adapting the book series for modern TV.

The books have previously been adapted into a TV show in 1990, but it only ran for one season.

According to Deadline, Netflix has ordered a 10-part reboot of the iconic show for their streaming service.

'Episodes will broach topics from the books such as racism, divorce and belonging while continuing to push the bar and explore relevant issues facing modern day teens,' they report.

'I’m amazed that there are so many passionate fans of The Baby-Sitters Club after all these years,' Anne M Martin, the author of the series said.

'And I’m honoured to continue to hear from readers — now grown, who have become writers, editors, teachers, librarians, filmmakers — who say that they see a reflection of themselves in the characters of Kristy and her friends.'

There is no release date for the future series yet.

ColourPop is one of our all time fave American beauty websites – and their affordable products are renowned for keeping up with current trends.

The brand is known for it's cool collabs with makeup influencers, and their wide range of colours is unrivalled.

Currently, the website has FREE international shipping – and that's as good an excuse as any for a goof post-pay day shopping spree – here is what we are buying:

Seas The Day Bundle $20,00 (€17.52)

The Seas The Day bundle includes the Mar palette, which has your usual browns and taupes you can find in any palette, but the triad of blue shades is what you're really buying it for.

Detour in particular is super striking – and in the bundle, you also get two eyeliners to help you create the perfect blue statement eye, in the shades Zulu and Prance. 9 shadows and two liners for 17 quid? Count us in.

Bratty Pressed Powder Shadow $4.00 (€3.51)

Colourpop is known for it's single pressed shadows – the site even allows you to build your own custom eyeshadow palettes.

Bratty is a stunning burnt orange, and looks amazing blended into the lower lash line. The reviews declare it the 'perfect orange tone' over and over again. You can also add a Shadow Compact to put the pan into for an extra dollar (or 88 cent).

So Juicy Plumping Gloss in Partly Rowdy $7.00 (€6.15)

Lipgloss is back in a big way – don't try and fight it. ColourPop recently released a range of new So Juicy lip gloss tubes in various tones, and Partly Rowdy is proving particularly popular.

The gloss has cooling, mint peptides to plump up the lips.

BFF Liquid Liner in Graceland $8.00 (€7.03)

Experimental eyeliner is gorge – and you cant move in the Instagram beauty community without seeing a red, yellow or white flick juxtaposing with some striking eyeshadow.

We're loving the white colour, called Graceland. It would look particularly fab or darker skin tones, popping against a red or yellow shadow. The liners also come in red, millennial pink, mustard yellow and evergreen, as well as navy and black.

All Star Prep & Set Duo $18.00 (€15.81)

'This primer makes my foundation look even and beautiful, and helps reduce my pores. The setting spray keeps my highlight shining all day' reads the opening review for this product.

The classic duo is hailed by ColourPop fans as a must have, so who are we to argue? The All Star primer promises to fill pores and fight oils, helping your makeup to set properly, while the setting spray will add hours of longevity to a beat face.

ColourPop Super Shock Shadow in Cuteologist $5.00 (€4.39)

ColourPop's long-wearing Super Shock shadows are known for their durability and colour pay off.

This rich terracotta garnet shade is lightly speckles with glitter dust, creating a sheen on the eye.

The Big Box of Lippie Pencils $150.00 (€131.00)

Whether you're a makeup artist who needs every colour in her kit, or you're just a gal who loves lippie liner, this big ticket item is pretty wild.

This is the ultimate lip kit – with 40 lip liners in rainbow shades to choose from.

Through My Eyes Palette $23.00  (€20.20)

This palette, created as a collab between ColourPop and makeup influencer iluvsarahii, includes a stunning selection of shades.

There are an endless amount of looks you could create with this palette, from an emerald green smoky eye to a mustard glossy lid to a berry look.

Lost & Found Pressed Pigment Shadow $4.00 (€3.51)

The 80s are back – form the proliferation of oversized blazers dotted across Instagram to the resurgence of 80s TV shows, and it's no different in the beauty community.

Baby blue eyeshadow is having a moment, and Lost & Found is the most affordable on the market. It had a buildable pigment, so you can opt for a light icy wash or go full on neon 80s power lid.

Belle Creme Lux Lipstick $7.00 (€6.15)

ColourPop is know for it's collabs – and 2018's Disney Designer Collection was one of their biggest.

The Disney Princess lippies are all stunning, but Belle's personal brand of pinky-mauve has our hearts.

Zoella X ColourPop Swipe Right Pressed Powder Highlight $8.00 (€7.03)

ColourPop JUST launched their collab with mega-YouTuber Zoe Sugg yesterday, and it's brunch theme looks absolutely delish.

The super soft peach highlighter with a rosy duo-chrome finish is the perfect subtle summer highlight.

Fourth Ray Beauty Rose Quartz Roller $18.00 (€15.79)

Fourth Ray Beauty is ColourPop's sister company, specialising in skincare and selfcare items. The website is selling Fourth Ray products for a limited time, to introduce the brand to their customers.

Jade and quartz rolling is all the rage, so when we spotted this roller for such an affordable price, we had to snap it up.

Hallucinogenius Jelly Much Shadow $8.00 (€7.31)

Jelly-based makeup products are having a moment – and the glittery, iridescent offerings from ColouPop in the form of their Jelly Much Shadows are iconic.

Ideal for festival season, the jelly consistency allows for an even and heavy distribution of pigment and sparkle.

Summer 2019 is looking pure STUNNING from where we're standing…why? Well, brand new Forbidden Fruit acts have been announced, and we can't get enough of this amazing line-up.

As if we weren't already hyped up for the upcoming June sunshine with headliners like Skepta, Elbow, First Aid Kit, Jon Hopkins and Mura Masa, there are even more artists on the list to enjoy.

Among the newbies added are Spiritualized, MEUTE, Franc Moody, HAAi, Peach, Daithi, Prospa, Cromby and Pillow Queens. Absolute fire if we've ever seen it.

The Irish Museum of Modern Art are hosting one very sweet bank holiday this June; hold on to your hats. Space rock overlords Spiritualized returned last year with new album And Nothing Hurt; their first LP since 2012's Sweet Heart Sweet Light.

Their three-decade-long run has resulted in Jason Pierce's band releasing critically acclaimed records with their trademark euphoric-cosmic-gospel fuzz-flecked space-rock sounds.

Also joining the Monday line up are Dublin quartet Pillow Queens, who pepper their tracks with Dublin slang. Their single Gay Girls was released at the end of last year, and we're in love.

Some more Sunday acts include Meute, Daithi, Aussie Dj HAAi and Peach. Meute are an 11-man marching band from Hamburg with brassband, party fiesta records. Daithi is a well-known electronic music producer who is oBSESSED by Irish culture.

The Choice Award nominee combines nature recordings, old Irish samples and analog synths to create a one-of-a-kind type of house music. HAAi is influenced by house, afro, acid, disco and techno, would you believe? She calls on heavily percussive and primal records.

Peach is from Toronto, and is found on internet radio waves and, of course; raves. She's now based in London and hosts a monthly NTS Radio show with creative sets.

Saturday’s line up looks just as tasty.

Prospa are a rising electronic duo named Harvey Blumler and Gosha Smith, from Leeds. They've played Creamfields and ADE for BBC Introducing, with unique reimagining of classic dance.

Cromby is an Irish DJ and producer living in Berlin, with tracks that have been picked up around the world. Pete Tong named Retribution his Essential New Tune in December on his Radio 1 show so he's gonna be BIG.

Franc Moody is a collective of like-minded musicians led by Ned Franc and Jon Moody, and released Dopamine and Super Star Struck back in 2018. They've been garnering attention from underground party and festival goers.

We're so damn excited for these gigs, grab those tickets right now before they're gone.

Weekend tickets start from €129 and day tickets from €69.50, nab 'em here.

News that Ariana Grande is headlining Manchester Pride has caused quite a stir already, with many arguing that the ticket prices have become extortionate as a result of the big name booking.

However, Grande is once again under the spotlight as reports are claiming that she's getting paid €116,000 MORE than Kylie Minogue to perform.

Sources close to the pop star are claiming that the Thank U, Next singer is getting a HUGE €291,000 for her Pride show, which hasn't impressed ticket buyers.

This tweet caught the attention of Grande the other day, who responded to the criticism with an eloquent note defending her performance;

"Hi my love, I have nothing to do with ticket pricing- Manchester Pride sets those rates, and they’re mostly out of my control," she tweeted. "The LGBTQ community has been so special to me and supportive throughout my entire career."

"The relationships I have with my LGBTQ fans, friends, and family make me so, so happy,’ she continued. "I want to celebrate and support this community, regardless of my identity or how people label me. And also I wanna visit a city that means so much to me."

"LGBTQ representation is incredibly important, and I’m always proud to share the stage with LGBTQ artists! Over the years, pride events have been headlined by performers and artists of all sexual orientations and genders, including straight allies like Cher and Kylie Minogue," she said.

"I’m not claiming to be the hero of the community or the face of the LGBTQ rights movement – I just wanna put on a show that makes my LGBTQ fans feel special and celebrated and supported. That’s all I wanna do," she concluded.

People aren't impressed that Ariana Grande is getting over €116,000 more than Kylie to perform, with a source at The Sun writing;

"Obviously they’re both massive stars but Ariana is like gold dust at the moment, so the organisers offered her top whack to take part."

The 25-year-old has paid attention to the criticism, but claims that ticket pricing was out of her hands. Kylie Minogue herself has yet to comment on the whole debacle, but the pay difference is most likely due to Ariana's demand.

As a recent Grammy winner, as well as releasing two albums over the last six months which have both reached number one, she's one of the world's most popular pop stars.

7 Rings, Thank U, Next and Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored show no sign of leaving the charts anytime soon, and we definitely can't get them out of our heads. They're bangers.

What do you think of the debate on Manchester Pride? Is it acceptable for allies to get paid that much?

Olly Alexander from Years & Years recently pointed out that Pride will support more LGBT+ artists when people LISTEN to those artists' music, to hike up demand for them at festivals and concerts.

It's a two-way street; support can't just be shown one day of the year at Pride for LGBT+ musicians; it has to be 365 days a year for it to make an impact.

Another day, another cryptic Instagram story from Khloe Kardashian.

Fresh from the intense drama of her ex-boyfriend cheating (again), but this time with Kylie Jenner's BFF Jordyn Woods, Khloe is making it VERY clear how pissed off she is at Jordyn.

News broke on Wednesday that Woods has recorded a tell-all interview for the Red Table Talk with Jada Pinkett Smith, despite having signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement with the Kardashian clan for her job as an extra on their reality show.

A post shared by Khloe Snapchat (@khloesnapchats) on

The scalding hot tea (interview) is airing TONIGHT at 3am Irish time on the Red Table Talk Facebook live, and everyone is gagging to hear her side of the story,

Allegedly, she claims to never have slept with Tristan; they just shared a kiss, and states alcohol didn't play a part.

Tristan and Jordyn were hanging out with Drake “and his crew” according to E! News, and were “definitely hanging close to one another and were being very flirty. Tristan had his arms around her at one point.”

A post shared by HEIR JORDYN (@jordynwoods) on

“Jordyn stood by him the entire time they were out and he was laughing and smiling at her.” Of course, the situation “quickly escalated” between them and she went to a secretive party at Tristan's home.

Jordyn goes way back with the Smith family, so it's understandable why she chose to go to Jada with the problem. Khloe doesn't seem too happy with the entire scenario, continuously posting cryptic messages to her Instagram stories.

The latest says: "You ever notice people would rather stop speaking to you instead of apologising when they're wrong?"

Image: Instagram/@khloekardashian

Clearly the reality tv star family aren't best pleased with Jordyn's choice to give a tell-all interview with Jada Pinkett Smith, rather than publicly apologising.

Jordyn is expected to apologise to Khloe during the interview, but we doubt the 34-year-old mum of True Thompson will accept it lightly.

Time will tell if Jordyn will make her way back into the Kardashian family circle, and if Kylie Jenner will continue their friendship. Khloe and Tristan are now officially over, so we'll see what happens there too.

Rami Malek is everywhere at the moment, deservedly so. Fresh from his Oscar-winning role as Freddie Murcury in Bohemian Rhapsody, the next role is always a tricky one for those who win the prestigious award.

The film industry are keeping an eye on his next move, and Deadline is now reporting that Malek is in talks to become the next James Bond villain. This is pure perfection in casting, if we do say so ourselves.

If you've seen him in Mr. Robot, his stoic expressions and ability to embody mysteriousness is ideal for a walled-off and deceptive villain. Oh, and did we mention the iconic Lupita Nyong’o is might be courted as Bond 25's female lead?

A post shared by  (@rami._.malek) on

Malek is reportedly closing the deal to act opposite Daniel Craig in Craig's last run as the renowned MI5 agent. Variety was first to mention Malek’s talks, with Cary Fukunaga directing the flick.

Nyong’o won the Best Supporting Actress Oscar in 2013 for 12 Years A Slave, and has played her role in blockbusters like the unbelievable Best Picture nominated Black Panther. She's also starring in Jordan Peele's new genre film Us.

The 007 bad-guy role is always an incredible actor, do we remember Javier Bardem's turn? *Shivers* That man did too good a job of acting evil, it's convincing AF. We're dying to see what Malek will do with the role.

Christoph Waltz also played a Bond nemesis, with both Waltz and Bardem having their own Oscar-winning performances before transforming into treacherous deceptives.

Also joining Bond 25 alongside Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes as M, Naomie Harris as Moneypenny and Ben Whishaw as Q is the talented actor Billy Magnussen.

The hyper-charming American is best known for his roles in Velvet Buzzsaw, Game Night and a hugely unique turn in Maniac alongside Emma Stone and Jonah Hill.

He's playing a CIA agent, and the eye candy is strong with this one.

A post shared by Billy Magnussen (@billymagnussen) on

He’s going to play a CIA agent, which essentially means he’ll be sent in to float James Bond when he inevitably runs out of money and pick up the pieces after he runs amok in a glamorous foreign location.

Magnussen and Malek in the same film might just send us over the edge; both talented and gorgeous humans. Wow, we can't WAIT for Bond 25 now, but a woman needs to be given the MI5 badge.

Or the role of a villain, seriously. Those men get all the juicy roles.

It's official: the Jonas Brothers are BACK with their single Sucker, and it's 2008 again. We're sporting frizzy hair, kissing their posters on our walls goodnight and blaring Burnin' Up on repeat.

Their six-year-long hiatus really did break our hearts, but all is now rejuvenated. Joe, Kevin and Nick have reunited and it's clear by their new video that they're taken men. They've put rings on it, so to speak.

The partners of all three brothers feature in the track's new vid; Priyanka Chopra, Sophie Turner and Danielle Jonas, all looking flawless as they parade around a fancy mansion while their men serenade them..

The three brothers sing the lyrics to Sucker while gazing at their respective lovers, and it's intense; “I’m a sucker for all the subliminal things no one knows about you."

It's a quirky video filled with glamour and colour, and PDA of course. Priyanka and Nick literally can't keep their hands away from each other, and they're eye-f*cking WAY too much for us to feel comfortable.

Priyanka shared the video to her Instagram with the caption; “

"#SuckerVideo OUT NOW. This is the first time we’ve worked together but not for a moment did it feel like work. Such a fun family affair…#JonasBrothers and the #JSisters cheering each other on! Proud of you husband.”

A post shared by Priyanka Chopra Jonas (@priyankachopra) on

The brothers teased their reunion in a Carpool Karaoke slot for The Late Late Show with James Corden, with their last album being released back in June of 2013.

The video looked like a lot of fun to film, with Sophie Turner sipping wine while soaking in a bathtub, gazing on as Joe looks at her with awe. We want that look too, we have to admit.

The costumes are pretty extravagant, and Nick made sure to brag about his new wifey on his Twitter account;

Needless to say, the internet has typically produced some hilarious memes as a result of the boujée video;

"Me on my way to find a significant other after watching the Sucker video," one Twitter user wrote. We have to concur.

There was a special enjoyment of Nick Jonas in a bubble bath;

The 2000s references were piping hot, especially featuring Disney Channel alumni. Looks like we weren't the only ones obsessed with Camp Rock then…

"Me tweeting how much “sucker” by Jonas Brothers slaps," another wrote. So they're fans then?

The memes of Sophie Turner licking her lips of course have done the rounds, and it's pretty gas.

The song is already racing up the iTunes charts, and the video is getting the attention it deserves. We're so glad the brothers are returning to fix 2019, we needed some serious nostalgia and the lads have delivered.

Grab your gals, your Ma and your aunties, because the feel-good musical MAMMA MIA! will return to Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, Dublin for a four week run from December 10 2019 – January 5 2020 as part of a UK and International Tour celebrating 20 years since MAMMA MIA! premiered in London in April 1999.

From West End to global phenomenon, MAMMA MIA! is Judy Craymer’s ingenious vision of staging the story-telling magic of ABBA’s timeless songs with a sunny, funny tale of a mother, a daughter and three possible dads unfolding on a Greek island idyll.

To date, it has been seen by over 60 million people in 50 productions in 16 different languages.

In 2011 it became the first Western musical ever to be staged in Mandarin in the People’s Republic of China.

MAMMA MIA! became the 8th longest running show in Broadway history where it played a record-breaking run for 14 years. MAMMA MIA! continues to thrill audiences in London’s West End at the Novello Theatre where it will celebrate its 20th Anniversary on April 6 2019.

The hugely successful first International Tour premiered in Dublin in September 2004 and visited 85 cities across 38 countries, selling over 5 million tickets over nine years.

Judy Craymer, Creator and Producer of MAMMA MIA!, said: “We are very excited that MAMMA MIA! will be returning to Dublin once again. It is a big year for the show as we celebrate 20 years in the West End and we are so thrilled that Dublin will be a part of the celebrations.
