The Spice Girls are kicking off their 2019 Stadium tour in Dublin.

Fans are thrilled to see their favourite girl band come to the Irish stage, for it's been 21 years since their last performance in the Emerald Isle.

“I’ve said it sooo many times I’m beside myself it’s actually happening yipppeeee," Mel B said about the upcoming tour.

With true girl power, they will be the first girl group ever to headline Croke Park.

The girls will be performing on May 24, 2019, and tickets go on sale this Thursday November 22 at 9:00am.

The iconic 90s group broke Ticketmaster's records when the original tour dates sold out, becoming the site's busiest ever sale.

So make sure you're prepared to get them as soon as the hour strikes. This is their only Irish date and it'll sell out fast.

In case you've been living under a planet-sized rock, you just MIGHT have heard about Channing Tatum and Jessie J's new romance.

The pair appear to be exclusive, with Tatum making numerous appearances at the British singer's gigs, and was present at her London show last night where she emotionally revealed her infertility.

The actress only just filed for divorce from Tatum last month, after six months of separation, and both actors appear to have well and truly moved on.

It has to be said that Dewan and Jessie J look RIDICULOUSLY alike, leading fans to conclude that Channing Tatum very clearly has a type.

Apart from being startlingly beautiful and both having names which begin with J, Jenna and Jessie both have similar face shapes, skin tones, fierce eyebrows and shoulder-length dark brown hair, so it's hard not to compare them.

After attending the Baby2Baby gala on Sunday night, one of Jenna Dewan's followers commented on her post:

“FIRST OF ALL…whenever I hear of the ‘striking resemblance’ w/ Jessie J and Jenna Dewan my only thoughts are ummmmm no…not even close, and I don't have a horse in the race but gf you are untouchable."

The dancer and actress responded with her own comment on the matter: "Positive vibes all the way." Oh, there was a kiss emoji too, let's not forget that part.

She doesn't seem to be rising to the media frenzy surrounding her ex-husband's love life, or the doppelgänger claims between her and Jessie J.

However, while many assume that Dewan must be finding the media attention surrounding her divorce difficult, Jenna has a romance of her own. 

She has been happily dating Broadway star Steve Kazee for a few months now. We wish both couples all the happiness in the world.

Coca-Cola has officially kicked off the holiday season by announcing their annual truck tour locations.

For the past eight years, the classic brand has sent it’s magical Coca-Cola truck decorated with Christmas lights across the country.

Like the boy in the iconic Holidays are Coming advert, people lineup to watch the twinkling display and snap a photo with the winking Santa Clause.

This year, the tour will begin on the west coast in Galway on November 30th and slowly work it’s way east to Dublin by December 16th.

It will make these stops along the way:

  • Friday 30th November: Galway SC

  • Saturday 1st December: Liffey Valley SC, Dublin

  • Sunday 2nd December: The Parade, Kilkenny

  • Thursday 6th December: Drogheda Retail Park

  • Friday 7th December: Limerick Park Way

  • Saturday 8th December: Mahon Point, Cork

  • Sunday 9th December: Waterford, Winterval

  • Tuesday 11th December: Military Barracks, Tone Street, Ballina

Each Truck Tour stop will feature a glittering winter wonderland setting nestled amongst a festival of lights.

All of the cans will be recycled as part of the company’s World Without Waste campaign.

The 24-year-old spoke out about their partnership and it seemed that he might see a future with Lauren.

He said, "I am very protective of Lauren because we have worked so close together. There are different things that she will talk about in training that she would never talk about on camera.''

He continued, "It’s for that reason that we have grown so close together and we will be friends for life and who knows in the future….You never know what is going to happen."

Hmm, sounds like he fancies her to us.

He is delighted with the positive response that the have received from the public, as the pair have become firm fan favourites. 

He said, "The amount of messages we get sent in by young kids who are born with one arm and they say, ‘Seeing you on TV makes it more normal for us to have an arm like this’. It’s so inspirational and it’s what she wanted from week one and she is achieving it.'' 

Fans picked up on the growing chemistry between the pair as the weeks have gone on. 

People took to Twitter to say how much they wanted them to start dating.

One wrote, ''Anybody else thought Lauren and AJ were about to snog at the end of that waltz?! #strictly.''

Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly proposed to his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez.

According to the Portuguese paper Correio da Manha, the football star asked for his girlfriend’s hand in marriage and she said yes.

“All that is known at the moment is that Gio has already tried on some wedding dresses.”

The happy couple currently reside in Italy and share a one-year-old daughter.

Rap R&B sensation the Weeknd is apparently being sued for trademark infringement over his alter ego 'Starboy' by a comic book writer who claims to have created the character back in 2014.

TMZ and The Blast are reporting that writer Eymun Talasazan came up with the concept for a series of comic books focusing on superhero rap and R&B artists, and that he was in touch with representatives of the Weeknd regarding a possible collaboration.

This alleged collaboration never actually took place, after nothing came of the 2017 talks, but the Starboy character was then used for the Weeknd's infamous album last year.

The singer, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, has yet to comment on the issue.

The Marvel graphic novel The Weeknd Presents: Starboy is "near identical" to Eymun Talasazan's idea which he supposedly pitched to the Weeknd's representatives, according to reports.

Talasazan claims to have been creating a whole world surrounding the Starboy comic persona in 2015, dedicated to R&B superheroes.

TMZ recently wrote that Daft Punk and the Weeknd have already faced a €5 million lawsuit over reports of plagiarism on the track 'Starboy' by a songwriter named Yasminah.

She claims her song 'Hooyo', released back in 2009, shares some of the same elements as Daft Punk's offering.

It seems the song, which peaked at number one on the Billboard Hot 100, is causing plenty of scandal as well as success.

Lena Dunham has always been candid abut her struggle with endometriosis and openly documented her journey.

The actor and writer took to Instagram to mark one year since undergoing a hysterectomy due to the severity of her condition. 

She posted to photos side-by-side; one of her appearing downcast and the other of her smiling.

She wrote, ''What a difference a year makes…First photo was indeed a year ago today, on the first night after my hysterectomy for severe endometriosis.''

I was smiling but my eyes say it all: full of anxiety and grief that I couldn’t locate through the layers of pain meds and benzos. Severe undiagnosed PTSD, feelings that my worth and purpose were being taken from me, angry and self-pitying with no sense of how I’d emerge. Plus, my hair had fallen out in odd clumps and I’d taken it upon myself to dye what remained electric blue cuz if you’re gonna spiral why not SPIRAL (shout out to @joanaavillez for being a true friend and bringing Manic Panic when I demanded it at night in the hospital, though. I love you Jo.) The second pic was taken tonight, happy joyous and (substance) free. The last year hasn’t been all roses and Kenny G songs, but it’s been proof enough for me in the presence of the divine. The divine- it’s been there in the kindness of my family, friends, chronically ill folks online. It’s also been there in the moments where I cried myself to sleep, shocked by the sounds coming out of me. It’s in the light slanting on my comforter, the resilience of my best friend’s baby clonking her head then giggling, the new hairs sprouting at my temples. Mostly I’ve found it in my own strength, because who the fuck knew. And I don’t mean strength as in powering through. I mean strength as in vulnerability, feeling it all, taking it as it comes and dancing even with a hospital grade pad in my underwear. I surprised myself. I bet you can surprise yourself too.

The 32-year-old had been battling endometriosis for more than a decade hen she made the heart-wrenching decision to have her uterus removed at the age of 31.

She penned an essay for Vogue explaining why, and also acknowledging that she did always wnt to have children, but knew there was something wrong.

She writes, ''I check myself into the hospital and announce I am not leaving until they stop this pain or take my uterus. Sometimes it takes a while for the reality of infertility to set in, the rage.'' 

However she is celebrating how much stronger she is one year on from surgery.

She writes that, ''I’ve found it in my own strength, because who knew. And I don’t mean strength as in powering through. I mean strength as in vulnerability, feeling it all, taking it as it comes and dancing even with a hospital grade pad in my underwear.''

''I surprised myself. I bet you can surprise yourself too.''

Her fans were full of support for her, writing, ''Your vulnerability is inspiring. We love you.''

Another said, ''You wear your soul in the words written. I so admire you.''

Keep doing what you're doing Lena – you are a true inspiration to so many women everywhere.

One of our favourite parts of Christmas is the unveiling of the holiday John Lewis ad.

And this year’s iconic advert is simply magical.

Opening with the legendary Elton John playing the piano, his tune Your Song becomes his life soundtrack.

We watch him become younger and younger, from modern times to his dynamic youth.

Before he was the Elton John, he was just a teenager with a passion for music and for pushing melodic boundaries.

His life through the ages consisted of playing in the school recital, on the stage, and eventually, in the recording studio.

The advert ends with him as a young boy waking up on Christmas morning. He runs into the sitting room to find his mum and grandma beside the Christmas tree.

He spots a massive present wrapped up just for him and eagerly rips off the paper – it is his first piano.

He strikes a key and is transformed to the musical talent we know and love – an older Elton John.

The music fades out to a single crescendo and he eventually closes the piano.

Across the screen are the words: “Some gifts are more than just a gift”.

John Lewis has done it again, showing the powerful impact that some gifts can have on children’s lives.

Dating in your twenties is a dangerous game. Whether you're looking for a passionate fling, or something a little more serious, chances are you're going to get hurt pretty bad at some point.

Well, a new study has revealed why twenty-somethings struggle when it comes to staying faithful to their partners, and the answer is so cliché it almost hurts – we're just trying to find ourselves.

Yep. Turns out we're as predictable as the plot twist in a Hugh Grant film, and we hate being tied down at that pivotal point in our lives.

The study, published this week in the Journal of Sex Research, surveyed 104 adults with an average age of 22, who all admitted to cheating in the last six months.

To make them feel a little better about themselves and encourage total honesty throughout the survey, participants were given a paragraph to read about how common cheating is.

They were then questioned about their current and past relationships, had their attachment to their current partners analysed and were asked to explain the ins and outs of how they cheated.

Interestingly, most participants did not try to make excuses for being unfaithful, but rather explained that they did it for reasons related to independence and interdependence.

Most felt as though their relationship was holding them back from new experiences and stopped them from reaching their full potential as an adult.

When it came to issues related to interdependence, many participants said their current partner was not fulfilling their need for intimacy, they felt lonely, or they didn't have enough in common.

The study's authors said: "Because emerging adulthood is thought to be a time of exploration and experimentation, it is possible that engaging in infidelity is a path through which individuals seek to meet their developmental needs for independence and interdependence and promote their individual development." 

Basically twenty-somethings cheat because they have no idea who they are or what they want, apparently.

Others reasons cited by participants included boredom and excitement as well as being under the influence of alcohol – *eye-roll*

So, go out and find yourself, but just try not to hurt anyone during the process.

Irish band Westlife's upcoming tour sold out in mere minutes when tickets were released, but now you're in with another chance this morning. 

Taking to Twitter, the quartet announced that they will be playing another date. 

'We are adding our 5th night at The SSE Arena, Belfast on 23rd May 2019!' the band tweeted.

'This will take us to 65 shows at the SSE Arena, what a way to celebrate 20 years! Thank you so much for your love & support, we couldn't do it without you!'
