So, despite the introduction of strict rules and regulations around the topic of 'revenge porn', it remains an ongoing issue for many women and men alike.

We all know the potential risks that come along with sending a racy photograph or risqué message. While it may seem like the right thing to do in the moment, we can often live to regret those decisions once a relationship has come to an end.

Having said that, studies suggest that one in five adult phone users have engaged in the act of 'sexting', so we might as well learn to do it safely.

Well, one women has come up with a fool-proof way to protect your intimate photos from ever being released by an ex.

Annika Simons from Phoenix, Arizona took to Facebook to share her simple yet effective idea.

“THIS IS A PERFECT IDEA OMG”, one user replied.

Another wrote, “That is actually genius.”

Annika's advice is actually hugely significant when you consider that the offence of leaking explicit images of someone without their consent carries a sentence of up to 12 months and a fine of €5,000 under Irish law.

The topic has been widely discussed over the last few years, with many calling for stricter regulations to be put in place.

In reality, the effects that leaked photos can have on victim’s mental health can be hugely distressing.

So, have some fun, but remember to be safe, be sensible and consider the risks.

We all want the appearance of an effortless glow, don’t we? Call off the search, because NUXE Aquabella® have released a new combination skincare regime that gives you fresh, clear skin in just three easy steps!

NUXE has combined two ingredients, White Waterlily and Natural Hyaluronic Acid, to end the eternal struggle of targeting specific areas of our face with moisture.

We can’t thank them enough, our skin definitely needs a boost for the coming winter months! Not to mention for the damage the sun did over the summer, that sunburn still needs moisturising.

NUXE is using their Natural Blur Complex as a skin-beautifier to visibly enhance and mattify the skin, creating a radiant and dewy complexion.

Their goal is to achieve fullness in dehydrated and a pure, clear complexion in oily areas, so your face has a natural freshness without any unwanted shine.

They’ve also added the scent of sweet floral jasmine with a water note of cucumber and zesty nuances of lemon.

Say goodbye to your layers of make-up, concealers and foundations that only temporarily and artificially smooth the skin’s texture.

NUXE are offering rejuvenated skin quality with no illusions, their National Blur Complex means you won’t have to spend hours applying make-up in front of a mirror. It’s the ultimate time-saver.

Their use of white waterlily blossoms helps to maintain effective moisturising due to its concentration in mucilages which retain water molecules.

The extract has a dual “moisturising/purity” action that alleviates bacterial proliferation in oily area of the face. Its immediate and lasting smoothing effect is the key to your healthy glow.

Aquabella® Micro-Exfoliating Purifying Gel, €14.50 (150ml)

This gorgeous crystalline gel provides deep cleansing action yet somehow doesn’t leave your skin feeling dry. Miracle, much?

It uses core active ingredients of white waterlily and the Natural Blur Complex to remove excess sebum, and its natural blue micro-beads gently smooth away textured impurities in the skin.

Women immediately feel the effects of this gel, and after 28 days the skin is at its clearest. Every morning and evening use the Aquabella® Purifying gel on damp skin using your fingertips, and then rinse off. Easy!

Aquabella® Beauty-Revealing Essence-Lotion, €17.00 (200ml)

This essence lotion is a master of refreshment. It veils the face in a moisturising layer with white waterlily from Madagascar and natural origin Hyaluronic Acid.

The lotion provides a level of comfort for your skin, leaving it feeling soft and pampered.

The exclusive Natural Blur Complex corrects and improves the quality of the skin, and after four weeks, the pores are tightened and the texture is even. Use the lotion in the morning and evening with a cotton pad, and keep it out of the eye area for the best results!

Aquabella® Beauty-Revealing Moisturising Emulsion, €27.50 (50ml pump bottle)

The beauty revealing light emulsion is perfect for achieving that ultra-fresh bare skin finish. It adapts to the needs of your face, moisturising the dry areas while targeting and mattifying oily areas with Silica Power.

The white waterlily and hyaluronic acid combination work effectively with the Natural Blur Complex to diffuse the skin-beautifier all over the face.

Your complexion will feel so much better for it, trust us! Use it every morning and evening after the Essence-Lotion to get the maximum moisture. We’re sold.

These three products are your triple threat to get your skin glowing and radiant in no time!

The tour, reported to take place in the summer months, will end with a behemoth performance at Dublin's Croke Park Stadium.

The band previously played two shows in the GAA venue on their farewell tour in 2012 before calling it a day on their music careers.

'Boyzone are wrapping up their career playing small shows and racecourses, so this (Westlife's) comeback tour has to be bigger and better than anything they have done before,' a source told the newspaper.

Our favourite high street haven River Island is, from this day forward, not only dressing our bodies but our homes as well.

The fashion behemoth has launched an incredible new homeware range – and we love every single piece.

The collection is divided into a further three homeware collections with varying themes – focusing on the top three home interiors trends of the year.

The first is Baby Doll, which will add a subtle hint of grown-up Barbie Dream House to a space.

The line combines leopard print textures with streamlined metallic accents – creating a super playful vibe.

The collection infuses luxury touches with kitch prints, and will seriously spruce up a basic space in seconds.

The second collection is sumptuous to say the least.

Dubbed Electric Opulance, the collection is big and bold.

Along with bright zings of colour like teal, pink and mustard, it utilises Moroccan stylings to create detailed pieces.

We're a big fan of the Mongolian style fur cushions, as well as the beaded fuzzy pouffe.

The collection is super quirky, while maintaining an air of luxuriousness – who doesn't want to sink into bed surrounded by thick paisley throws and fluffy fur cushions?

The final collection is sleek and modern – and oh so Instagram,-worthy.

Called New Nordic, geometric angles teamed beautifully with precious stones and neutrals make for a too-cool-for-school look.

Touches of gold keep it looking regal while maintaining a minimalist vibe.

The collections all land today, with prices for every budget, varying from €10.00 and €370.00, with some items like candles and room diffusers being available for as little as €6.00 – you can shop them all here.

Our apartments are about to look a heck of a lot cuter.

'I’m so happy to release Only Ticket Home to the world on October 26th. I have been on the road constantly since the release of my first record Bitter Pill and this new collection of songs are about the whole process of being away from home and the people you love (it’s also about how amazing it was to be on tour and travel around the world for the last 3 years),' James explained.

'The album was produced by my buddy Ollie Green, who also co-wrote a lot of the tunes on the album with me. The songs came very quickly after Always was written. Everything took shape when that song was finished, and we knew exactly what the sound was going to be for the record.'

'The record as a whole is very far away from Bitter Pill, I really wanted to step a bit away from the world of ballads with this one so the majority of the record is fairly upbeat. It’s very much a record of happy sad songs.'

Former TOWIE star Amy Childs recently welcomed a beautiful baby boy into the world.

The 27-year-old, who is also mum to one-year-old daughter Polly, revealed the pregnancy news back in April and gave birth to her son just weeks ago.

She had kept quiet about the father of her latest arrival, preparing to keep those details private.

She has now taken to Instagram to share a first utterly adorable snap of herself with her baby son and young daughter.

We can't deal with the cuteness!

While Amy has kept quiet since her baby’s arrival, she posted a picture of her tot for the very first time – as she revealed why she’d stayed away from the limelight following the weeks after his birth.

She is simply prioritising some family time with her two children.

“Spending time with my babies and realising how lucky I am to have them both,” she wrote. “Sorry I haven’t been on social media the past couple of weeks I wanted to spend time with my son and Polly.”

It has, she said, been refreshing to take a break from social media as she counts her blessings for this new chapter in her life.

"Don't apologise for choosing to spend this precious time with your family. They're only small for such a small amount of time. Congratulations Amy on your new baby son,  your little family is gorgeous xx" replied one fan.

No name for her newborn son has been revealed as yet, but in previous interviews, she has dropped hints over some name preferences, saying she preferred "traditional names."

We have just committed to our winter coat for another season of bitter coldness, but Met Eireann is here to wreck out hygee buzz.

In case you hadn't noticed when you stepped out your front door this morning, it's freakishly mild today compared to what we have become accustomed to.

Wave goodbye to your heavy coat today, as temperatures could reach heights of 221 degrees – but keep your umbrella to hand.

'Today will be mainly dry with a fair amount of cloud and some sunny spells,' says Met Eireann.

'The best of the sunshine will be over the southern half of the country.'

'There'll be a little drizzle at times near northwest and north coasts.'

'It will be quite warm with highest temperatures of 16 to 20 degrees and moderate to fresh southwest breezes.'

So, it was too soon to break out the gloves and hats?

It made for a gorgeous video; the mum and her family were clearly thrilled with the news that she is expecting a little girl.

She had revealed on her Instagram stories that she would be sharing news of the gender, saying: "I can't keep the news that long and you're like my extended family."

Rosie hadn't known the gender herself until she popped the balloon hence the squeals of delight.

Rosie and Paul had decided they wanted to wait to have another baby until after their wedding earlier this year.

Making a Murderer fans, get excited.

Netflix has announced the highly-anticipated second chapter of the brilliant, critically acclaimed, Emmy Award-winning original documentary series Making a Murderer, which followed the unprecedented journey of Steven Avery from DNA exoneree and reformer to convicted murderer.

Filmmakers Laura Ricciardi and Moira Demos return to the Midwest where they had exclusive access to Steven Avery and his co-defendant and nephew Brendan Dassey, their families and the legal teams fighting for justice on their behalf.

Over the course of 10 new episodes, Making a Murderer Part 2 provides an in-depth look at the high-stakes post-conviction process – get your binge-watching cosies ready.

We already know it’s going to make for gripping television.

“Steven and Brendan, their families and their legal and investigative teams have once again graciously granted us access, giving us a window into the complex web of American criminal justice,” said executive producers, writers and directors Laura Ricciardi and Moira Demos.

So, what will we see this time around?

As Part 1 documented the experience of the accused, in Part 2, they have chronicled the experience of the convicted and imprisoned.

Part 2 introduces viewers to Kathleen Zellner, Avery’s hard-charging post-conviction lawyer as she tirelessly works the case and uncovers unexpected evidence about what may have happened to Teresa Halbach and about how and why the jury convicted Steven of her murder.

Ricciardi and Demos also follow Dassey’s post-conviction lawyers, Laura Nirider and Steven Drizin with Northwestern University’s Center on Wrongful Convictions of Youth, as they fight in federal court to prove their client’s confession was involuntary, a fight that could take Brendan’s case all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.

When is it available to watch?

Making A Murderer 2 is available to watch in the UK and Ireland on Netflix from October 19th.
