It's Friday, the weekend and a night made for a deserved glass of wine and with must-watch TV (unless, you know, you have an actual social life).

Our favourite host Graham Norton is back tonight to kick-start a brand new series of his loved show. We've missed you – and your amazing line-up of guests! – in our living rooms, Graham!

Here's all you need to know about this evening's round-up and all the guests who will be appearing – it's going to be SO GOOD.

Two incredible leading ladies will be an appearance on that famous red couch. The ever-talented Lady Gaga will talk all things about her new (already Oscar-hyped) film A Star is Born and formidable actress Jodie Whittaker will talk about her much-discussed role in Doctor Who; she is the first female to ever take the leading role of the Time Lord.

And gals, just wait for it.

Bradley Cooper, Ryan Gosling and Rod Stewart will ALL sit alongside them.

We can't deal.

Cooper and Gosling will talk all things film, while Stewart will no doubt push his new album and upcoming UK and Ireland tour (do we really care about the finer deets, though?).

We're saying it – all Friday night plans cancelled.

The Graham Norton Show is on BBC One at 10.35pm on tonight and every Friday.

In third place, you mightn't have heard of her – but it should be known she's a badass boss lady.

It's officially the Autumn/Winter season, and the SHEmazing team have selected their must haves:

'This time of year fills me with joy. There’s just so much to love- Cosy jumpers, never-ending mugs of tea, crunchy leaves and strolls around an autumnal Dublin City. '

'However the main thing I love about the autumn is the style. The layers. The berry tones. The comfort. I feel ten times more confident in my A/W wardrobe than I do in summer. I prefer simple outfits like a striped top under a pinafore dress with brogues and my staple black Penneys tights (to hide my pasty pale legs.) My autumn wardrobe is never complete without the perfect coat. I spotted the winter coats in New Look a few weeks ago and feared for my bank card. The great thing about New Look is they cater for tiny people like me. I’m 5”2 so finding a winter coat that doesn’t trail along the ground can be tricky. Their petite range is an utter blessing.'

'I’m a proud size 14 and no brand fits me better than New Look. I haven’t stopped thinking of this divine burgundy longline coat since I spotted it. It’s classy and simple and burgundy is my go-to autumn colour. It’s the perfect way to add colour to your A/W wardrobe without straying away from your comfort zone.' – Kat O'Connor, SHEmazing writer

New Look Petite Burgundy Revere Collar Longline Coat €44.99

'I'm not obsessed with winter coats as so many are; I view mine as a more practical purchase (standing in a freezing train station at 7am is fun for no one) and prefer mine to be cosy and comfortable – akin to a 'blanket on the go' if you will.

This year, I've gone for something different – a faux fur jacket. Faux fur is everywhere this Autumn/Winter and I've never worn it. This ZARA pick at €74.95 has a nice subtle splash of colour, it doesn't swamp my petite frame (at only 5'2', I have to consider length and general jacket 'bulk'), oh and it has what I always require from a winter coat – a hood. Rain/sleet, do your worst. The coat may get wet, but my hair will not; a victory, no matter how you choose to look at it.' – Jennifer McShane, Mummypages Editor

Zara Hooded Coat €74.95

'If you look around, you’ll spot the corduroy domination. It seems to have exploded this season, and I ain’t complaining. I adore the look, and this coat incorporates it perfectly, along with the oversized trend that I hope sticks around forever. The coat is slick, cosy and chic. Throwing back to my time in Paris, throw a colourful scarf with this coat to give it that extra pop – and you’ll be strutting those pavements as if you were in the French capital.

Or if you’re not feeling your outfit, this coat is the ultimate throw-over to pull your look together and it will give you that confidence boost to own your style. On a practical level, you won’t have to suffer from the freezing cold for fashion for this badboy – You’ll actually be kept toasty. Winter is coming and and the fleecy inside will be that extra comfort you’ll need as we do battle with the elements.' – Sorcha McManigan, SHEmazing writer

Monki Corduroy Coat €70.00

'Autumn/Winter is just the best time of year IMO. It means cute jumpers, mini skirts over thick tights and of course, new boots and coat.

Although I most definitely cannot afford it, I really want American Apparel's unisex long wool coat. It comes in brown, black, navy – but I'm feeling the black. It's kinda shapeless, with wide shoulders and a velvet collar, but I just know it will make me feel like I could be dating Humphrey Bogart in a 1940's film noir. Fab.

If you like coats with a vintage feel, then this is for you. Plus, it's got the deepest pockets ever and that's perfect for me as I carry so much shit around. It can be notoriously difficult to source, but you can get l;ucky on the likes of Amazon, Depop and eBay.' Aoife Loughnane, SHEmazing writer

American Apparel Unisex Coat €249.99, various retailers.

'I am an outerwear fanatic through and through, and I'm all about experimentation when it comes to new season trends.Teddy bear coast are absolutely everywhere, but they normally come in 50 shades of beige. I'm loving New Look's offering of a set of teddy bear bomber coats in shades like mint green, baby pink, powder blue and mustard.

The updated colour palette will fit in really well on top of a traditional autumn palette of blacks, greys and muted hues, and every single one of them would look stunning over the top of my winter go to top – a grey ribbed turtleneck. However, my main issue is that I absolutely cannot decide what colour to get? Sarah Magliocco, SHEmazing writer

Desperate Housewives star Marcia Cross – or Bree Van De Kamp to fans – has revealed she is "happy and healthy"  after taking to social media to reveal she had been battling anal cancer.

Actually, what spurned her to reveal more details to fans was after she recently shared a post on Instagram lamenting the loss of her hair after going through chemotherapy. The actress hadn't spoken of her cancer diagnosis before, so naturally, fans were concerned.

“So grateful and happy to be alive but sad that my hair fell out and is about 1 inch long now and looks cra cra,” wrote Cross. “Anyone else have #hairloss due to #cancer? Talk to me. I feel you.”

In the snap, we see Cross looking beautiful (her skin is incredible) and sad as we get a glimpse of her colouring her hair, lamenting how it used to be prior to her cancer diagnosis.

After followers responded in droves, she posted a second photo, reassuring everyone that she was happily, cancer-free despite her hard journey.

“I am so sorry my post wasn’t clear,” she wrote, in response to a flurry of worried messages. “I am POST cancer. All good now. Hard journey, but I am HEALTHY, happy, and more present and grateful than ever. Thank you from the bottom of my ever expanding heart for all of your LOVE.”

“After posting a picture of myself here and uttering the words #cancer and #hairloss, I felt liberated, deliriously free and completely me,” she said.

In exposing her concerns, her fears, she said it gave her the powerful boost she needed to keep moving forward, living and being happy.

"How or why this simple act gave me such a powerful lift I did not question, but I thanked God or whatever gave me the internal push to move forward and expose myself.”

Cross continued: “I certainly wasn’t expecting the response of love and kindness that flowed to me,” she said.

“I am ecstatically alive."

After revealing that she had anal cancer (with a bit of humour thrown in!), fellow survivors chimed in to offer support and encouragement.

“Anal cancer survivor here! Difficult one to talk about, glad you are feeling better," wrote one.

“You look gorgeous! And if I didn’t lose hair to chemo, I would NEVER had nerve to try a Mohawk which is now my hairstyle! I used to have beautiful long red hair too, but ahh well, life changes. I’m so glad you’re sharing your story openly… here’s to #survivors,” said another.

We're glad the actress is on the mend and commend her for her moving words.

Conor McGregor has had a bit of a rocky history with the press.

However, this time around – Conor's Twitter has blown up for all the right reasons.

The MMA star was a massive legend and helped a sick 5-year-old by donating €10,000.

The Irish boy is Bryan Buckley, known as Bru, received a Sepsis diagnosis last year, and is awaiting life-changing surgery.

Little Bru is unable to eat or walk and has an NG tube up his nose – something no child should experience.

His mum, Grainne worked tirelessly to raise funds for Bru's medical care, so she can "get private care and the help he deserves."

As of yesterday, the GoFundMe had managed to raise a little over €3,000.

However, the MMA fighter quickly changed that by donating the €10,000, which had been their original target.

Conor had given the money anonymously, but mum Grainne made sure to publicly thank the star for his generosity.

Taking to Twitter, she wrote: “We are forever grateful. I will never forget what you have done for my boy, you truly are a legend.”

Incredibly, their GoFundMe has now reached over €14,000, with donations still flooding in.

We are wishing Bryan the very best of luck with his surgery and we hope he gets better soon.

It seems that despite being a global superstar, Conor hasn't forgotten where he has come from.

Ariana Grande has been through a lot.

The singer had announced earlier this month, that she was taking some "much needed time to heal and mend" following "events of the past couple of years."

The 25-year-old was, of course, referring to the Manchester bombings in 2017, which tragically claimed the lives of 22 people.

Just when Ariana thought the worst was over, heartbreakingly she was informed of Mac Miller's untimely death.

In a series of tweets, Ariana expressed just how difficult this past month has been for her.

But she reassured fans not to be concerned about her cryptic tweet, that she is trying to get back to some sort of normal.

Replying to a fan, she said: "you're angels in my life. It's just been a tough month. I'm trying to get my work done and get back to normal, and it's hard, and I'm human and tired. Sorry I let you in or worried you. I shouldn't have tweeted. I know better."

That cryptic tweet was published an hour earlier, and it's completely understandable that fan expressed their worry for the God Is A Woman artist.

Ariana wrote: "Can I please have one okay day. Just one, please."

Given all she has been through, you can't blame Ariana for the tweet.

Going through the grief of a loved one is never easy and it's most definitely a long healing process.

We hope that Ariana gets her peace soon.

The Irish rental crisis is a never ending nightmare for residents of the Emerald Isle.

For those forced out of their homes by landlords or who simply cannot afford the upward spiralling rent costs, homelessness is a scary possibility.

GirlCrew, a Dublin-based but globally reaching social network for women, is trying to combat the crisis through a series of fundraisers for Inner City Helping Homeless.

'We know the struggle of trying to rent in Dublin, over the last couple of years the amount I’m paying has almost doubled,' said GirlCrew co-founder Áine Mulloy.

'We know of members desperately seeking accommodation, sometimes with children to cater for too. I can’t imagine what it must be like to be homeless, but I do know what it’s like to feel like you are slipping towards the edge. I think lots of us do.'

'In reality there are lots of us who are only a paycheck or two away from being homeless. What would you do if you lost your job, or your landlord decided to sell? It’s up to all of us to do our bit to help change our society for the better. With this fundraiser we’re hoping to highlight that this crisis is something that impacts us all, and to help give direct support to those in need.'

The campaign, called 1 Pay Day Away, has been set up to highlight the reality of living in Ireland’s rental crisis.

'Recent figures show almost 4,000 children are homeless in Ireland. Resources are stretched beyond breaking point. But it doesn't have to be this way. We can help turn the tide.  The reality is thousands of us are just 1 Pay Day Away from being homeless. For thousands more that day has come and passed. They need our help.'

You can donate to help the Inner City Helping Homeless through the campaign fundraiser here

Winter is coming, lads.

We are suckers for AW fashion – I think it's probably due to the fact that our Irish weather is suited to it all year round, tbh.

So we were pretty happy when we heard the news that TV presenter, musician and all-round babe Alesha Dixon was joining forces with Regatta Great Outdoors to create six stunning coats and jackets.

These opulent coats and must-have jackets make up the ultimate collection for AW coat trends.

Winter is coming! Check out my #TheAleshaEdit at @regattaoutdoors

A post shared by ALESHA DIXON (@aleshaofficial) on

The Alesha Edit, as her collab is called, is made up of six luxury coats and jackets that have a mix of high-shine pieces and gorge faux-fur ones.

The coats and jackets comes in various tones – we have deep navy, bold burgundy, winter white and timeless black.

AW means wrapping up warm as you spend time outdoors – walking the dogs, taking in the autumnal sights or going for a power walk in the crisp evening air after a long day at work.

And who better to understand this than Regatta and Alesha?

She said, ''with my edit for Regatta, I wanted to give a sense of style for those days when we're all just enjoying ourselves – or like me running around trying to get everything done.'

This collection fits all of that perfectly – as it's inspired by Alesha's love of spending time outside with her family and her five dogs.

She continued, ''the six pieces fuse my adventurous side with my love of fashion and looking good and most importantly feeling good while having fun – that's what it's all about isn't it?''

So, what are these six beautiful coats like? We have a sneak peek below…

Lucasta

This oversized hood with a faux fur trim is stylishly waterproof and ThermoGaurd insulated – the parka of the moment.

Pernella

The Pernella is made of sleek high-shine showerproof fabric – think stylish city look.

Winika

This coat has a modern tailored fit, fine faux fur lining and leatherette trims – plus the hood can be worn closed or oversized.

Kallie

The Kallie is made from showerproof nylon fabric with light touch down quilting for that sports luxe look.

Tavora

This one is made from quilted jersey with a glam velvet-fur collar and turn up cuffs – it's fab.

Collection is available online at www.regatta.ie and in stores nationwide.

According to a study conducted by Canderel®, almost a third of women are unhappy with their work/life balance.

In fact, three in ten gals said that they lack balance as they don’t have the right support.

Another 32 percent revealed they felt it was off kilter because they took on way too much at once, and didn't calculate the impacts it would have on their own wellbeing.

A third of participants said this had a knock on effect to other aspects of their lives, such as the food choices they make (another pack of crisps please) and putting stress on relationships.

But the study also showed that we are a tough bunch – and we work to find solutions.

Almost half of the women surveyed said they could "take on anything" with the correct work/life balance, and said they strike that beautiful balance by giving themselves some essential 'me time.'

That "me-time" is pretty basic too. 32 percent said they take time out to enjoy a hot brew or a coffee.

Another 31 percent enjoy an ole stroll and 12 percent dig the beats to re-energise their soul.

Additionally, they said they were just generally better human beings around the fam and friends. – so, it's a win-win.

We all know that our world demands a lot of us. But taking that time out for yourself will make a massive difference when your life commitments come calling.

There's nothing selfish about taking some you time, in fact, it's fundamental to your well-being.
