Irelands Got Talent hit Irish TV screens in early February, with guest judges such as Michelle Visage, Jason Byrne, Denise Van Outen and Louis Walsh.

While the judges sparkled in their own right, we had a look at the person behind all the glamorous outfits the judges wore throughout the show. Laura Mullett, a Dublin based stylist, originally from Wexford, had the primary responsibility of styling presenter Lucy Kennedy and two judges, reality show star Louis Walsh and comedian Jason Byrne.

'It was fantastic, I’ve worked in the industry for almost nine years now and I love it. I’ve worked on a lot of different TV shows, like Ireland Am, Xpose, Pat Kenny Tonight, but I found with a show of that magnitude everything is heightened, it’s very exciting to be part of it,” she told SHEmazing.

Funny man Jason Byrne was styled in Moss Bros suits in a variety of colours from maroon to more subtle tones such as light blues and greys.

Speaking of Jason’s personal style, Laura said: “I found Jason’s style would be more casual kind of, t-shirts and jeans for gigs and a real kind of cool, chilled style, so he wasn’t used to wearing suits.

'Initially, we set up our consultation and had a coffee and stuff but I suppose from his perspective he was going to be dressed up in a penguin suit but it was so fun.” “I think with Jason especially, he never had that suit experience before, with him his wardrobe would have been more kind of gig clothes and then maybe he was wearing a suit to a wedding.'

'It was amazing to have that trust and make some friends along the way. He looked fantastic.”

While Jason’s outfits were on point thanks to Laura, the comedian was also adored on the show with his quick wit and humorous comments throughout. “I find with a really good comedian it brings that real Irish element to the show,' said Laura.

'Even from the side perspective of the stage, you’re soaking it all in, you’re watching the acts, you become so invested in it.

'But his comments had everyone laughing and I think then the chemistry between himself and the likes of Michelle Visage who brings such an experience, like sophisticated glamorous but yet really warm element to it, I think they really bounced off each other.”

Judge Louis Walsh described guest Judge Michelle visage as loud and American, but honest and brilliant.

The reality star, best known for her appearance as a judge on Ru Paul’s Drag Race certainly did not disappoint with her vibrant, extravagant accessories and outfits during the show.

“My attitude has always been more is more. I think it’s really fun for people to showcase their personalities and their quirks. I actually spent most of the series ogling all of Michelle Visages glasses because I am a spectacle wearer myself, her glasses are gold.”

“I followed Michelle Visage, I loved her kind of sassy quirkiness. She brings such a cool element into Rupaul’s Dragrace and for her to come over we were all so excited, even to get to meet her and see her style in person because it’s very authentic in herself.

'I think she is ridiculously fabulous, I wouldn’t cringe at all [at Michelle’s outfits], if anything I would be looking for tips.”

Laura opted for bright colours when styling presenter Lucy Kennedy. She was dressed in a pink jumpsuit from Umit Kutluk, a navy off shoulder look created by Pheonix V Ireland and she was dressed in Mint Velvet for auditions.

The pair had a great relationship on the show, Lucy along with Jason Byrne took to Instagram to praise Laura’s taste and style. “I would have spent a lot of time with Lucy, I would have been side of stage for her all the time so when she came off I’d always be fussing at her and picking at her, she was like Cinderella.'

'She’s such a lovely person, what I found at the side of stage is when Lucy would come off we would be kind of pottering and chatting, I think it’s just such an exciting experience to work with people in such close contact and you get to see their process and how they do what they do. And that sort of unique Irish sense of humour was so prevalent throughout the whole show.”

And of course, we can’t forget about the main man himself, Louis Walsh. With plenty of experience in the reality TV industry, Louis stayed cool, calmed and collected with a smile on his face at all times.

“Louis Walsh is one of the funniest people I’ve met. Every time I was dressing him, I would be fixing his dickey bow and he’d go- I can’t believe you’re from Wexford, he just couldn’t get over it, it was so funny.'

'I tried explain to him that there wasn't much of a fashion industry in Wexford and that people do have to move from the country side, we had great fun.” “Louis has been working on shows that big for so many years that its second nature, he’s quite chilled and relaxed. He would always come in with a big smile on his face. We had a right laugh, we really did.'

Leanne Woodfull has been arguably Ireland's most vocal influencer when it comes to the referendum to repeal the 8th amendment.

The blogger, who began her website Thunder and Threads in 2009, has called out other influencers on a number of occasions for refusing to touch on the subject.

In a recent Instagram story, Leanne once again drew attention to the issue, saying:

Instagram / Leanne Woodfull

'History is being made as we speak. The information is out there.'

'There's absolutely 0 excuse to not acknowledge Repeal the 8th or to encourage people to go out and vote – except, if you prioritise ego, money and following. '

'Inform them. Be on the right side of history. One month left. Use your voice.'

A post shared by Leanne Woodfull (@leannewoodfull) on

Leanne has spoken at length regarding her feelings about Irish influencers not promoting political change on their platforms.

Her encouragement has often been met with a mix of approval and disapproval – with some feeling that bloggers should not be forced to put their name to a side of the debate if they don't wish to.

'The silence from my peers in the blogging and social media world confuses and upsets me daily,' she penned previously, in an open letter to Irish bloggers published on her website.

A post shared by Leanne Woodfull (@leannewoodfull) on

'We have each worked hard on and attracted influential online platforms, that people venture to to hear our words, thoughts and recommendations.'

'Somehow, human rights and tragedy don't fit into those platforms though for the majority – despite the influence to help and educate at hand.'

'Today's youth look at bloggers and social media influencers quicker than they do television celebrities or pop stars. We have a bigger clout at our disposal, yet it goes to waste. Every single day.'

'I have no respect for your silence.'

It's been a decade since the last instalment of Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants graced the silver screen, and we have to say, we've been pretty blue without our favourite group of fictional friends.

However, some news from the cast members ought to cheer up die-hard fans who want to hear more from Tibby, Lena, Carmen and Bridget.

"We just pitched a third movie," Alexis Bledel (Lena) revealed to Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show on April 26.

"I hope it comes together. It would be so great," she gushed, and the announcement sparked excited applause from the audience.

That same day, Blake Lively opened up to Entertainment Tonight about her hopes to once again don that magical denim.

"I think it could really happen," the 30-year-old, who starred as the sporty Bridget, shared.

A post shared by AMO IR AL CINE ® (@amoiralcine) on

"I think that people who love the movie want to see it. So, I mean, fans have gotten bigger movies made."

Referencing the success of her husband Ryan Reynold's superhero film, Blake said, "Deadpool is all thanks to the fans. So I'm saying we'll do it."

Amber Tamblyn (Tibby) added her own update on the possible third Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants film.

"I realise what I’m about to say regarding the third instalment of the Sisterhood franchise is not enough to break the internet, but certainly could crack it…" the mum-of-one tweeted.

"Alexis is right," she continued, "We’ve been pitching and there is a script. A good one. It’s up to a studio now to make the film. So far, no luck. So keep your fingers crossed, or, knock down their doors with jeans emojis."

America Ferrera (Carmen) hasn't shared an update yet, but we're sure it's en route.

Until we get more exciting news about this beloved franchise, we'll keep crossing our fingers and sending out those jean emojis.

And if you're up for it, a few caramel crumbs and whipped cream to top it off.

Next we have the butterbeer frappuccino.

If you've been following Bloggers Unveiled for any amount of time, you may have noticed that she draws particular attention to bloggers and influencers not driving safely, wearing their seatbelts correctly or using their phones while driving.

A campaign run by the Road Safety Authority (RSA) has been featuring bloggers spreading the importance of wearing your seatbelt the right way.

According to The Journal, two online personalities have been asked to return fees paid to them for the campaign, after it was made public that they were wearing their belts incorrectly, going directly against the core message of the campaign.

The RSA asked both influencers to either return the fee they were paid for the campaign, or donate it to charity.

The Killer Look campaign used 10 different influencers to promote the wearing of seatbelts over the arm rather than under.

'We are trying to get across the message wearing a seatbelt under the arm, it happens a lot more than people think,” a RSA spokesperson told The Journal.

'There are serious consequences for people and it is predominantly women who do it.'

'What we don’t want to have is people normalising that behaviour. That’s why we were disappointed. '

'The vast majority of the influencers were brilliant. They saw this as more than a commercial exchange.'

Unless you accidentally flung your phone into the sea yesterday, I'm sure you noticed that one of Ireland's biggest fashion nights of the year was taking place – both at Dublin's The Marker Hotel and across social media.

The VIP Style Awards encouraged those nominated for awards and their supporters to gather for a night of revelry and fashion scrutiny – and one blogger trend in particular was palpable after one glance around the room.

Ruffles, ruffles, everywhere – and all of them in black.

Photography/Brian Mc Evoy

Of course, there were the outliers, like Doireann Garrihy who opted for a quirky but stylish llama-print pantsuit, Holly Carpenter, whose jewel-toned dress was reminiscent of Taylor Swift's 2016 Grammys look (although I must say Holly wore it better) and James Kavanagh who turned up in a contemporary Balenciaga laundry bag.

However, the most noticeable look was that of the flamenco dancer emoji in a mourning procession – and I honestly mean that in a good way.

From Just Jordan to Louise Cooney to Rosie Connolly, the red carpet was awash with the gentle sashay of black ruffles.

A post shared by Rosie Connolly (@rosieconxxx) on

Louise Cooney opted for a black fulll-skirted dress with tiered ruffles on the skirt, topped with a lacy corset and Louise's signature blonde curly blow dry.

Lisa Jordan of Just Jordan – winner of the Best Dressed Award at the SHEmazing Awards, might I add – went for a spacially occupying  ball gown with a high-neck top and lengthy, voluminous train.

Rosie Connolly, who has recently taken some time from social media, went for a dramatically cut dress by blogger fave Umit Kutluk. The dress featured waterfall ruffles and an asymmetric shoulder, and was my personal favourite of the night.

Whether the all-black ensembles were a nod to the Me Too movement of the Oscars or simply a cosmic coincidence is yet to be seen, but now we have a hankering to incorporate a statement ruffle into our glam wardrobe.

Breaking up is hard to do, and it's even harder to do when you see your ex-significant other liking girls' photos on Instagram or tagged in a rando's clubbing photos on Facebook.

Not that you'd be creeping or anything, but it's actually much better for you to avoid social media like the plague after a break up.

Doing this will help speed up the recovery of your broken heart and help you move on, Exaholics relationships expert and clinical psychologist Dr Cortney Warren told Bustle

The psychologist told the online tome that being faced with information about your ex immediately after a breakup can negatively impact your ability to move on from the situation.

She also referenced the constant opportunity to 'check up' on your ex's life as being counter-productive to a healthy grievance period.

It can also lead you to seeing things you do NOT want to see, such as your ex moving on with someone new.

'If the relationship is over, the ease of communication only prolongs the frustration and hurt,' she told Bustle

According to dating site eHarmony, there are a number of ways to avoid drawing out the upset period after a breakup by taking certain social media steps.

'Unfriend them on Facebook and stop following them on Twitter. Even though it may seem harsh to cut someone off so completely it is better in the long run because it will help you resist the temptation to cyber stalk them,' advises the site.

The dating site also reminds us not to use our own statuses or tweets as a means of revenge, in an attempt to make someone jealous or as a tool to hurt someone’s feelings.

So as much as you may want to make sly digs about a certain SOMEONE's lack of sexual prowess or emotional range, Facebook, Twitter or Snapchat is not the place to have that rant.

The proper place for that is at your place over a bottle of vino with the girls, safe in the sanctity of best friendship, not publicly on the internet.

eHarmony also recommends avoiding social media when drunk, to avoid the temptation to send out an ill-advised booty call when every ounce of your gin-soaked being is telling you that that's a good idea.

Side note: We can assure you it is not a good idea.

So, if all else fails?

Just block them from your social media feeds.

If you can't see what they're up to then you are much less likely to think about them, and can focus on moving on and recovering from the break up.

It might be incredibly hard to resist the temptation to creep, but it will be much better in the long run.

Last week, a mural by renowned street artist Maser was removed from the front wall of the Project Arts Centre, as it jeopardised the centre's charitable status.

The mural, featuring Maser's signature Repeal the 8th heart motif, was taken down just weeks after if was created.

A post shared by M A S E R (@maserart) on

However, anew mural has been erected in it's stead.

Covering the upper portion of the side wall of the Amnesty International building in Temple Bar, just a five minute walk from where the original mural called home.

Rather than featuring the signature red and blue colour scheme, this mural gives a nod to Amnesty International with the yellow and pourple shades used in it's creation.

A post shared by Sarah Magliocco (@sarahmagliocco) on

'We are proud and honoured to host this iconic piece of art, which captures the essence of this campaign,' said Amnesty executive director Colm O’Gorman.

'This mural is a testament to the unwavering spirit of those who have campaigned for 35 years for its repeal.'

The original mural was removed as it made a political statement, against the guidelines of the charity regulator.

Kim Kardashian has finally broken her silence on the allegations that Tristan Thompson cheated on Khloé shortly before she welcomed their daughter, True.

On the Ellen DeGeneres Show, the talk show host started off by saying "Poor Khloé."

"Poor Khloé," Kim echoed, before Ellen asked her about Tristan's alleged infidelity. The NBA star was supposedly caught on camera being unfaithful.

A post shared by Kim Kardashian West (@kimkardashian) on

"I think everybody was heartbroken for [Khloé]," Ellen said of the new mum, "I mean, literally days before she gives birth her boyfriend is seen on video, cheating. And uh… you have opinions about that?"

"Like, I don't even know how to describe besides, 'it's just so f*cked up'," Kim replied frankly in the sneak peek for the interview, which airs in full on Monday.

The mum-of-three is clearly very protective of her younger sister. She said that she admires the 33-year-old's resilience in this 'sad situation'.

"We really were rooting for Khloé, and we still are," the 37-year-old explained, "She's so strong, she's doing the best that she can, it's a really sad situation all over."

Kim is also quite aware that her niece True will one day know of everything her relatives have said about her father. With this in mind, the reality star says she tries to exercise discretion in what opinions she expresses.

Having to deal with Blac Chyna and her brother Rob Kardashian's dramatic relationship helped Kim come to this conclusion. The couple share a daughter, Dream, and certainly have had a rocky romantic journey.

"I kind of made this rule with my brother: if there's a baby involved, I'm gonna keep it cute and keep it classy, and not talk too bad, I'm gonna try not to say anything so negative, because one day, True is gonna see this," Kim said.

She still added, "It's just so messed up."

Neither Khloé or Tristan have addressed the rumours.

The one and only Steve Irwin was posthumously honoured yesterday with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

His wife Terri, 19-year-old daughter Bindi, and 14-year-old son Robert were all there to honour the legendary 'Crocodile Hunter'.

Steve died nearly 12 years ago, in September 2006, when a stingray barb pierced his heart. He is still beloved by many for the wild enthusiasm and love of animals he brought to TV screens everywhere.

This latest celebration of Steve's career means so much to his family, who have since carried on his conservation work.

A post shared by Bindi Irwin (@bindisueirwin) on

"A moment in time I’ll always remember," Terri reflected on Twitter, "Steve received a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Couldn’t be more proud."

The Irwins invited those attending the ceremony to wear their 'best khaki' in honour of the man who rocked the beige on most of his TV programmes.

We love the pictures the family shared from yesterday, and they certainly are pulling off that khaki! It must run in the family.

Steve's kids were touched by the tribute to their father's life.

Bindi wrote on social media, "I’ll remember today forever. Such an emotional moment and beautiful chapter in our lives."

Robert expressed his own feelings on the day, saying:

"What an incredible day! A huge honour to unveil Dad’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and also to celebrate with a gorgeous green anaconda. So very proud of my dad today."

We are delighted that his legacy was celebrated in such a special way.

Unlike Paris or Rome, Lisbon (and Portugal in general) isn't famous for its gastronomy, quite undeservedly so.

If you are lucky enough to have a trip planed to the Portuguese capital, you might be surprised by the overall quality of the food offering: succulent pasteis de nata (mini custard pies), delicious fresh fish, amazing charcuterie and fabulous wines are only some of the delicacies you will be able to taste.

Here are some of our favourite places to grab some tasty food around Lisbon.

1. Taberna da Rua do Flores

Probably one of the most popular eateries in Lisbon, this little tavern is well worth the (sometimes insane) queue to get a table.

The creative plates are perfect to share and even if you are surrounded by tourists (the secret has been spilled around the world), you'll still feel like a local enjoying the tastiest affordable meal.

2. Times Out Market

Find something new to eat #delicious #seafood #lunch

A post shared by @ luckyjane on

With a plethora of stalls to chose from, the Times Out Market is an absolute must-see for a foodie in Lisbon.

If you are there for more than two days, you might actually come back several times to experience some exquisite local food.

3. Pasteis de Belem

Now, that might sound like quite a statement, but you CANNOT skip on a trip to Belem.

Famous across the world, pasteis de Belem are incredibly tasty mini custard pies which we bet you will become addicted to during your stay in Lisbon.

With several shops in town, including the Times Out Market, Manteigaria makes some pretty fabulous ones as well.

4. By the Wine

A few doors down from Taberna da Rua do Flores, By the Wine offers gorgeous dishes as well as high quality cheese and charcuterie boards, perfect to nibble while trying some of the delicious wines available by the glass or bottle.

Also, the bread is literally to die for.

5. Belcanto

A post shared by waewtirawan (@waewtirawan) on

To be honest, pretty much every little eatery in Lisbon offers decent fresh food, but if you feel like getting a bit fancy, Belcanto will offer an unforgettable experience.

The refined plates created by chef José Avillez use the best of Portuguese food and embody everything exciting about contemporary Portuguese cuisine.
