PDA alert!

Rumours have been swirling that Selena Gomez and ex Justin Bieber are back together, but neither of the couple's reps officially confirmed anything.

Now, it seems that the pair have confirmed it themselves with a public kiss.

Selena and Justin, who dated on and off for four years before totally ending things, were seen spending yet more time together last night when the kiss happened.

Selena attended one of Justin's weekly hockey games, which she has done in the past, but this was the first time the duo shared a PDA moment.

Leaning over the barrier, Selena planted a kiss on her ex.

The two still haven't personally confirmed the reports that they're back together, but now that this snap is going viral, it may be in the pipeline.

'They are great and very happy,' a source told People.

Are they or aren't they?

Mega blogger Zoe Sugg, or Zoella, has been forced to defend herself after criticism of an advent calendar from her lifestyle brand went viral this week.

An number of people have taken to social media to critique the cost of the calender, which retails for €65.00 for 12 days of 'special surprises.'

Originally, people were unhappy with the high cost of the item, but videos showcasing what the calendar includes causes uproar, with many declaring the products to be 'tat' and 'cheap.'

The advent calendar includes: a bag of glitter confetti, a candle, stickers, a Christmas bauble, a purse,a candle holder, room spray, a note pad, a pen, two cookie cutters and a fluffy key ring.

'A ridiculously overpriced advent calendar with a few knickknaks. DO NOT BUY,' reads one review on the Boots website.

In a new YouTube video, Zoe has addressed the criticism.

'The retailer can decide how much they sell that for, that's completely out of my decision making, I don't have the right to make those decisions,' she said, in a video titled Christmas Adverts and How We Met.

'I know that there are some of you who might not have known that.'

'I don’t want people to think I’m sat at home, like, counting fifty pounds every time someone buys this calendar and thinking that was a conscious decision I made to rip people off.'

‘Because if you know me, you know that there’s not a bone in my body that would think that way.'

'And it makes me so sad that anyone would think that was my intention, because that is 100 per cent not my intention, my intention was to make a product I thought you guys would love.’

However, Boots responded to one dismayed Zoella fan who asked for a justification for the price of the calendar on Twitter.

The Boots Help Twitter page responded: 'We sell all products at the recommended retail price, as set by the manufacturer and supplier.'

Due to the drama, Boots have slashed the price of the calendar.

It is now available as the Offer Of The Week at half price, coming in at €32.50.

Zoella has had a bad week when it comes to both business and her social presence, as fans dug up a number of tweets from the vlogger's past which appear to show the online star mocking members of the LGBTQ community.

Sometimes we cast our eyes upon something so cute that our bodies are simply overcome with emotion.

It usually happens when we see a basket of kittens, elderly people in love, or occasionally, a cherubic baby.

When we feasted our optics on Dublin Zoo's latest arrival, we were hit with the very same wave of what we have dubbed to be cuteness overload.

Dublin Zoo today announced the birth of a southern white rhinoceros calf.

The male calf, who has yet to be graced with a moniker, was born to proud mother Nyala and father Chaka on Sunday, November 12.

The new arrival weighs in at a whopping 50kgs.

The baby is Nyala’s first calf, and the birth is part of the European Endangered Species Programme, established to assist the survival of the southern white rhinoceros.

'We are absolutely thrilled to welcome another southern white rhinoceros calf to Dublin Zoo,'  said Helen Clarke-Bennet, team leader of the African Plains.

'The newest addition to the herd is Nyala’s first calf, which is very special and she has taken to motherhood extremely well. The calf is healthy, strong, feeding well and full of life already.'

Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts is fast becoming our favourite Late Late Show segment with James Corden.

However, given how media-savvy today's stars are, we're often left hoping they'd open up just a little bit more.

And while Kim Kardashian has made an entire career out of sharing the most private aspects of her life with the wider world, we didn't imagine she'd be much craic when it came to James' Hollywood version of Truth or Dare.

Turns out we were wrong.

In addition to admitting she thinks Khloé is the worst dressed of her siblings, she also got James to reveal which of her sisters he dislikes the most.

And OK, she may have passed on the pregnancy question, but props for everything else…

Twitter user are furious with Ben Affleck after the actor appeared to joke about the recent sexual harassment allegations during an interview with MTV.

The Justice League star, who was accused by Hilarie Burton of sexual harassment in 2003, upset some viewers over comments he made during an all-cast interview promoting the new DC film.

When quizzed about which superhero they would like to see cast in a sequel, Ben was quick to suggest the inclusion of Black Canary, because “it would be good if we could use more women.”

But he didn't stop there.

Answering the same question, co-star Ray Fisher, who plays Cyborg in the film, chose the hero Zatanna as his preferred addition – to which Ben replied “the fish nets, right?”

The interviewer then proceeded to ask the cast what they'd get up to if another female superhero where to join the squad.

“I think it would create a different dynamic,” explained Ray, who was then interrupted by Ben's amused response.

“You following the news at all?” the star laughed.

Needless to day, his comments did not go down too well with viewers, many of whom took to Twitter to accuse the actor of making light of the situation.

Kate O'Connell, a Fine Gael TD for the Dublin Bay South constituency, has lodged a formal complaint against a non-elected senior party figure, who she claims is engaging in online abuse.

It's reported that the man in question has used slurs and offensive language against women on social media, with a particular emphasis on the topic of the Eight Amendment.

According to The Irish Examiner, concern around his behaviour was raised at the weekly party meeting last night as Kate O'Connell highlighted the severity of his actions by circulating a five-page print out of his offensive tweets.

It's understood that the member is a non-elected official who holds an important role in the party.

Fine Gael candidate, Stephanie Regan, added: “I don’t think he has respect for women. I think it certainly has to be addressed by the party.”

She continued: “I was thinking, ‘Does he realise that in every second tweet he is using the word bitch?’ I think that he has an unfortunate lack of awareness about how he comes across and maybe how he feels about women.”

After making the formal complaint to general secretary Tom Curran, Ms O'Connell asked her party colleagues for their support.

The National Youth Council of Ireland (NYCI) is urging young people to register to vote ahead of the November 25 deadline.

It's feared that up to 150,000 young people may not be eligible to vote in a number of referendums scheduled to take place in 2018, including the vote on the Eight Amendment.

The council is encouraging people who have not yet registered (particularly those aged between 18 and 29) to fill out the RFA1 form and post it to the relevant local authority by Thursday, November 23.

Alternatively the form could be physically handed in on the November 25 deadline.

You must be 18-years-old to legally vote in Ireland, however, anyone who comes of age on or before February 15, 2018, is eligible to register.

According to The Irish Times, NCYI director, James Doorley has called for the “cumbersome and outdated” registration system to be revamped.

“Every year over 60,000 young people turn 18 and become eligible to vote, yet our cumbersome and outdated system makes it hard for many of them to get on the electoral roll.”

“It is ridiculous that in the 21st Century eligible voters cannot register online, we are effectively still administering a 19th Century voter registration system – all that’s missing is the quills.”

RFA1 forms are available from all local authorities, post offices and public libraries. You can also download a digital copy here.

“Plus, a lot has happened in the last eight years, with Trump, Twitter and my Nan getting her front bush trimmed at the age of 96. I can't wait to get back up on stage.” he added.

His new stand up tour starts April 2018 in Birmingham and visits all major UK and Ireland arenas right through to 2019.

Tickets from €45.05 go on sale Sunday, November 19, at 10am and are available from www.ticketmaster.ie.
