She's always been a serious hotty, granted, but wowsers has Vogue Williams upped her game in recent months.

The Dublin model and DJ, who sadly announced her separation from husband Brian McFadden in July, has clearly been hitting the gym hard in the midst of her heartbreak.

And the results of which are certainly impressive.

Over the last two weeks, the 29-year-old has been spotted in a whole load of amazing bikinis: SHEmazing! counts a total of ten different ones, in fact.

Get ready to get inspired…

From Lipsy – those straps on the bum aren't easy to master, but Vogue aces it:

Looking flawless with a friend recently – wearing a bikini from Aussia brand, nookie.com.au:

Going for something brighter, Ms Williams proves that she looks great from the back too:

We really love this tankini-style top in black – from Australian brand, suboo.com.au:

NOT for the faint-hearted, this white swimsuit is from Lipsy:

So pretty! Vogue wearing a Boux Avenue number. Bonus point for the chic hat:

Beach-babe Vogue keeps things simple and elegant in a black bikini and a neon mani/pedi:

This bright bikini is from Calzedonia and flatters Vogue's toned shape perfectly:

Wearing a gold, frilly two-piece from Dublin designer Virginia Macari:

She pulls off a one-piece effortlessly – this black swimswuit is also from Virginia Macari:

As well as being one of the biggest DJs in the world, he's well-known for his stints as an underwear model.

And it seems that Calvin Harris could bag yet more work in front of the camera – if he can convince his girlfriend Taylor Swift to join him.

The sweetener? The couple is being offered a cool €9m to strip off and bare (pretty much) all.

Putting the cash on the table is once again Armani; the brand whom Calvin worked with previously and also the same label that got Victoria and David Beckham to star in their own intimate shoot a few years ago.

There could be a bonus too: word is that if the campaign is globally successful, Taylvin Swariss will be entitled to bag an additional €18m via a promotional tour.

There's certainly no denying that 25-year-old US singer-songwriter Ms Swift and 31-year-old Scottish composer Mr Harris are pretty much the hottest coupling going right now.

Indeed, as a source told the Daily Star: "Calvin's adverts have done really well and helped the brand reach a different audience." They added: "The offer is on the table and it is now up to Taylor's team to see if it is the right thing to do for her image."

According to Forbes, the duo brought in €130m last year and are now the most powerful couple in the world – bigger than even Beyonce and JayZ.

We all have our ultimate, so-wrong-it's-right, pure indulgence food: no, it's not pretty and no, you're not proud of it… but needs must.

For example, a chicken burger mashed into a baguette, topped with chips, sealed with mayo and finished off in the George Foreman sounds horrific – but then, who are we to judge?

Still when SHEmazing! spotted a new fast-food-cum-pizza trend online, we felt a line had been crossed. In fact, even we were oh-so horrified by the concept.

The meal involves a pizza base, tomato sauce, mountains of shredded mozzarella – and your favourite items from the menu at McDonalds.

Here, we take you through it all… prepare to be disgusted (or possibly very intrigued):

Get your ingredients together: McDonalds fries, chicken McNuggets, and a couple of cheese burgers, as well as plenty of grated cheese, a pizza base and tomato sauce:

Top the base with sauce to taste, and then setlle your fast-food items on top:

Continue piling high until all the McDonalds menu of your choosing is arranged on the base:

Next, you'll need to smoother the whole thing in LOTS of cheese:

Then pop in a pre-heated oven for around 25 minutes – 190C should do it:

Remove and eat immediately – pretending to be horrified but all the while feeling strangely satisfied:

Her fashion choices and style have won serious compliments over the last few months – a time during which she began experimenting a lot more with her look.

And while today is the most anticipated in Kylie Jenner's series of 18th birthday celebrations, for once not everyone is all that taken with what she has on.

Taking part in a meet-and-greet event at Beach Club in Montreal, where serious festivities will kick off later this evening, the teenage reality TV star largely failed to impress.

"She's ONLY 18 BUT Looks 30 …. too MUCH surgery at such an early age," said one observer. Another commented: "She could at least look happy," while a third was even blunter: "She looks bad!!"

For the occasion, she had worn a Mugler white crop top and matching knee-length white skirt in leather.

The label is also a favourite of her sister Khloe Kardashian, although it doesn't come cheap: the top costs €910, while the skirt is €1,217.

However, at least her evening outfit seems a lot more snazzy: she emerged on the Beach Club decks wearing oversized aviators and a short, multi-coloured mesh dress.

The massive venue is sometimes called Canada’s answer to Ibiza: a mini party island with a beach, pool, A-list DJs… and lots of booze.

Ms Jenner is allegedly being paid €175,000 by Olivier Primeau, the club's owner, just to show up.

She has already taken to Snapchat to share clips of her helicopter ride to the spot – although, initially anyway, there is no sign of her boyf Tyga, or her sisters.

It's hardly an activity that everyone would be comfortable with (to say the least) – but some women are making hundreds every month, simply by selling-off their used underwear.

Indeed, the likes of pantydeal.com, which describes itself as a "market for used panties," facilitates both buyers and sellers – and says it's busier than ever.

"How would you like to make good money from worn panties with a resale value that is far higher than the original price?" the US-based website asks.

"The product requires no extra marketing, manufacturing or storage space – just wear your panties as normal and then sell them for a substantial profit to one of our fun loving, adult panty sniffers."

And now one advocate of the practice has spoken candidly to the New York Post, explaining why she first got involved.

"It all started in January 2015, after I damaged my shoulder helping a friend move.

"I had to give up my waitress jobs because I could no longer hold the trays. Another server confided that she occasionally sold her underwear for cash. I was intrigued."

The unnamed businesswoman, who is single, currently charges a fixed price of €13.50 per pair of knickers or tights.

That includes 48 hours of wear. Additional days of wear are available at €4.50 per day, though she'll only go up to four days in total.

The young woman says she buys her underwear in bulk for just 25c a pair so she makes about €55 a week profit, a sum "which helps pay my share of the utility bills".

She explains: "My first deal went like a dream.

"A guy messaged me about a pair of panties he’d seen on my page. He wanted me to wear them for 24 hours, and to not masturbate in them (most men actually want you to do that).

"He paid me via PayPal within 20 minutes, and I shipped the undies off via USPS in a Ziploc bag and a discreet brown envelope."

She continues: "The more info you share about yourself, the more popular your products, and the more you can charge.

"There’s no way I would show my face, because it’s not worth jeopardising a future career.

"But I will send buyers a digital picture of myself – waist-down only – wearing the panties they’ve bought."

Friends, family and colleagues have been taking to social media to pay tributes to Govan Jolliffe-Byrne – the young Irishman who died in East Africa over the weekend.

Backpacking with friends in Tanzania, the 20-year-old Dubliner fell off a balcony at a nightclub in the coastal town of Tanga early this morning, the Irish Mirror reports.

Mr Jolliffe-Byrne hailed from the Carrickhill Close area of Portmarnock and was a keen football player.

His local GAA club Naomh Mearnog this evening tweeted: "Govan Byrne a true legend, always the the soul of the party and everyone's friend, you will never be forgotten," while others who knew him also paid tribute online.

Govan had worked as a bartender at Portmarnock Sports & Leisure Club and furthermore counted himself as a cricket and soccer fan.

The student had attend Portmarnock Community School and sat his Leaving Cert there in 2013. He particularly excelled in maths and was also an exceptional chess player, competing at an international level.

Govan left Ireland for his East African trip in June and was expected to return shortly to resume his studies in Maynooth.

The Foreign Affairs department has been in touch with the Irish embassy in Dar es Salaam, and is in contact with his family.

Tanga sits on the Indian Ocean close to the Kenyan border. It is popular for its proximity to the islands of Zanzibar – where Govan was also spending time – and Pemba.

Earlier this summer, she had her breasts reduced from an F-cup to a more manageable D-cup, and Ariel Winter certainly looked a lot more confident emerging for the first time since the procedure.

The 17-year-old actress had been suffering from years of back and neck pain prior to the surgery, which took place in early June.

Wearing a green playsuit, she attended D23 EXPO, a Disney fan event, in California on Saturday to promote her animated TV series Sofia The First.

Ariel is best-known for her role on Modern Family, where she plays teenager Alex Dunphy, although she said recently that her shape caused problems during filming.

Indeed, even standing for extended periods of time was difficult: "It was so painful. I had a lot of back problems.

'I really couldn’t stand up straight for a long period of time. It started to hurt so bad that I couldn’t take the pain.

"My neck was hurting so bad and I actually had some problems with my spine."

She also explained: "They had to hide it on Modern Family a lot.

"Big sweaters, strapping me down – which is fine – I understand that it doesn’t fit the character they have in mind.

"I understand that. But it was difficult to do that every day."

Opening up last week, Ms Winter has said since the surgery that she feels like a "new person".

It is being reported that a young Irish man from Portmarnock has been killed in Tanzania.

The Dubliner, believed to be in his early 20s and a backpacker in the region, seemingly died yesterday after accidently falling at a nightclub on the island of Zanzibar.

It is understood the man was travelling with friends in the East African area.

The Department of Foreign Affairs has confirmed it is providing consular assistance to his family, and there is also an Irish embassy in the Tanzanian capital of Dar Es Salaam.

The tropical Zanzibar archipelago is located in the Indian Ocean about 30km east of mainland Tanzania. It is a popular tourist destination.

After being plagued with complications during her first pregnancy in 2013, Kim Kardashian has appeared incredibly slim and healthy this time around.

Indeed, her physique has even prompted rumour that she's faking her pregnancy – something she totally shot done when she posted a naked selfie last week.

However, now around the five-month mark, it's apparent that Ms Kardashian is blooming… and her bump is suddenly MUCH more apparent.

Posing up with Peter Dundas, creative director of Roberto Cavalli, with whom she was lunching with in LA yesterday, the reality TV star for the first time happily showed off her changing shape.

Kim is due on a date sometime in December and is expecting a boy – a little brother for North, two.

On Twitter just last week, the wife of Kanye West had said: "Everyone's body is different, every pregnancy is very different.

"I've learned to love my body at every stage! I'm going to get even bigger & that's beautiful too! I'm blessed to even be pregnant!

"& luckier to not have preeclampsia so far, so I don't have the swelling issue!"

We've all been there: we arrive in from school, college or work – we're absolutely exhausted, fed-up and oh-so tempted to order food from the chipper or Chinese.

The only issue: take-aways are hardly good for your health, waistline OR your pocket.

But there ARE amazingly simple and delicious recipes that take just ten minutes (or less!) to prepare.

We've kept these six meal ideas veggie – but you can easily add in the likes of pre-cooked sliced chicken if you feel you'd rather a meat-hit too.

1) Breakfast taco

Lightly oil a pan and then stick it over a medium-high heat.

Scramble three egg whites, a small handful of spinach leaves, and a tablespoon of drained and rinsed black beans (from a can is fine). Season with salt and pepper.

When the mixture has set, remove from the heat.

Wrap it all up in a whole-wheat tortilla and top with some salsa.

2) Cold pizza

Great for hitting the spot when you've a craving. Toast two bits of thickly-sliced whole-grain bread and brush with a garlic clove.

Top with two tablespoons of ricotta or torn mozzarella, a large basil leaf, tomato slices, a drizzle of olive oil, and salt and pepper.

Pop under the grill for five minutes – then eat.

3) Mediterranean pita

Split open a whole-wheat pita and spread one side with hummus.

Grill a red pepper (sliced) and then add to the pita. Also throw in a sprinkling of crumbled feta, some black olives, and five slices cucumber.

Top with mixed salad; then it's ready!

4) White bean sandwich

Mash around a quarter can of rinsed and drained white beans with some olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Toast two bits of thickly-sliced whole-grain bread and then spread with the bean mixture.

Top with slices of red onion, cucumber, and avocado.

5) Loaded Sweet Potato

Prick one small-to-medium sweet potato with a fork around five times.

Microwave on a piece of kitchen paper or a microwave-safe plate for five minutes.

Split open lengthwise and top with a couple of spoonfuls of Greek yogurt, a drizzle of honey, and two tablespoons of drained and rinsed black beans.

Top with a pinch of paprika.

Harnaam Kaur is still just 24 – but she’s already weathered her fair share of personal storms.

For one, and much to her initial distress, she started growing facial hair from the age of 11.

The Berkshire-native was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome, a condition that causes the body to produce more male hormones than usual.

In response, she spent thousands on treatments and procedures to get rid of the beard-like growth.

“For many years, I removed my facial hair, and it was emotionally and physically painful.

“I remember having my face waxed and threaded, and it was horrible. It burned because my skin was so soft and tender at that age,” she told Women’s Health.

“My skin would rip, and I used to bleed. I used to wax two to three times a week, but, like with arm or leg hair, the hair on my face would still come back.”

She added: “I really wanted to get laser treatments done, but I was too young at the time.

“I even started bleaching my hair at one point to make it lighter and less noticeable, but you could still see it, especially when I was out in the sun.”

Sadly, as a result, she suffered at the hands of bullies: things got so bad that at one stage she considered ending her life.

As Harnaam has also told Rock ‘N’ Roll Bride: “At the age of 16 I hit my biggest low. I had been suicidal all year due to immense bullying from school and people in society.”

However, one day she recalls thinking: “Why don’t you try living with your facial hair? Why don’t you try embracing it and actually growing it out and see how you feel?”

So she stopped listening to the bullies and instead decided: “I’m just going to live how I want to live.”

In the spring, Ms Kaur’s photo was included in a major London exhibition celebrating the world's best facial hair and she was also invited to appear on ITV's This Morning.

Today, she is says she is a “brave, confident woman who isn't afraid to break society's norms”.

Based in London, she considers herself a “body-confidence activist”.

Harnaam explains that a lot of women with PCOS now reach out to her to talk about their struggles, thank her, or tell her her story has given them strength or inspired them.

“I think the comments that have really stood with me the most are the ones where people say things like, ‘I want my daughter to be as strong as you,’ or ‘I’ve started to love myself after hearing your story’.”
