Simple mini Oreo cheesecakes
You might love dipping your Oreos into a cold glass of milk but once you make these we think they will be your new favourite way of eating Oreos!
This recipe is so, so easy and doesn’t require a lot of ingredients.
They would make a fantastic and impressive party centrepiece.
What you’ll need:
- 19 Oreo biscuits
- 500g soft cream cheese
- 90g caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
What you’ll need to do:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a muffin tin with 12 cupcake liners.
- Place 1 Oreo biscuit flat at the bottom of each liner, 12 Oreos in total.
- Crush the remaining Oreos and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla essence.
- Beat in the eggs one by one, combining well. Stir in the crushed Oreos.
- Divide the mixture between the cupcake liners evenly.
- Bake in the oven for about 20-25 mins until the middle is set and slightly firm to the touch.
- Put in the fridge when cooled and chill for about an hour or so.

Which singer got his car towed away?
Sean Kingston’s night out with friends went sour after he was forced to watch his Bentley get towed away and of course he did not take it well.
Before hitting the Hollywood night scene, the Beautiful Girls, singer valeted his car at the Mondrian Hotel but what the singer didn’t know was that repo men were waiting to reposes his Bentley.
Sean caught wind of the situation and argued with the repo men that he “paid for it already” but it still didn’t stop his car from getting towed away.
The fight between the singer and repo men got so intense that the police were called but no arrests were made.
Despite his car getting towed it didn’t seem to stop Sean from partying as he was spotted soon after the incident going to another club but without his Bentley.

The duo are currently working together on Broadway show, John Steinbeck’s Of Mice and Men in New York.
Chris gave the Gossip Girl star a show t-shirt and Leighton decided to thank Chris by sharing a Instagram snap of herself wearing the new shirt: “Thank you @bigboyler my tee!! #miceandmenbway represent!”
Not sure what Leighton’s famous alter ego, Blair Waldorf would think of the shirt from the Boyle man but at least Leighton seems to love it.

This amazing story will restore your faith in true love
Claire Johnson and Mark Gaffney are both blind and first met in March 2012 at a two-week guide dog training course.
The nicest part of this story is what brought them together. Their guide dogs, Rodd and Venice, formed a strong bond and would constantly want to be together.
As Claire says about the two dogs: “Our dogs were the class love story. Everyone used to joke about how Mark’s dog, Rodd, and my dog, Venice, were meant to be together.”
Recognising this, the couple then started to meet up to walk the two love-bird dogs and found that they themselves also fell in love.
Mark says: “much like our two guide dogs, we really are best friends and soul mates”.
The two got married last Saturday in England and their trusted companions were by their sides.

This singer’s engagement party looks amazing!
Ashlee Simpson and her fiancé Evan Ross announced they were officially engaged by sharing a loved-up snap of the adorable couple via Twitter.
The 29-year-old singer and Evan celebrated their engagement with famous family and friends with a vintage themed party.
Ashlee shared the news with a picture of her and Evan holding each other at the party captioning the snap with: “What an amazing engagement party with all of our loved ones! We gettin’ married :),”.
The bride-to-be was dressed in a champagne coloured dress, which featured billowing sleeves and an embroidered floral pattern.
Ashlee’s sister, Jessica who is also getting married this year, shared her delight over her little sister’s good news on Instagram: “Celebrating my best friend and sister@missbananahammock @ashleesimpsonofficial. I love her so much!”

Corrie star defends her no make-up selfie as fans say she’s wearing slap
Michelle Keegan has rubbished claims she wore make-up when posing for her recent #nomakeupselfie photo and insisted the picture wasn’t for self-promotion.
Michelle posted her selfie, as part of the ongoing Cancer Research campaign, looking suspiciously flawless with enviable eyebrows and glowing skin.
The actress posted the ‘just awake’ picture on Twitter with the message, “Mooorning! #nomakeupselfie #breastcancerawareness show your support text BEAT 70007 It’s so easy! Do your bit. X.”
While she was flooded with messages of how stunning she looked, other weren’t so kind with one follower writing, “@michkeegan f**k off you’ve got eyebrows eyelashes and lips on.”
Another accused her of self-promotion writing, “clearly wearing make up…using a good cause for self promotion #shocking #shallow”
Michelle wasn’t taking it lying down and responded, “I got 14.000 favourites with that pic, if everyone donated that means the charity got £42.000…did u donate! Probably not!”
The actress added, “And just for the record I actually wasn’t wearing make-up! Stop being so negative it’s for charity U silly boy!”

Don’t call until three days after you get their number
Leaving it the three days is a ridiculous rule. Leave it a week, leave it an hour, do what you want. If they like you, a stupid 72-hour rule isn’t going to change anything. Don’t be a sheep.
The man must always pay
In the words of Cosmo: “When the bill comes, wait for him to make a move for it. When he does, reach for your purse/wallet and continue the payment process until he says “I’ve got it” (and then say “thanks” and drop it). If he doesn’t say it, you’ll have to split it. But don’t say, “Can we split this?” or “I’d really like to split this” because he may think you actually mean it.”
Why is it that even though society says men and women as equal, dating hasn’t moved on from prehistoric times?
Only date people with good jobs
If you’re a slacker and are just looking for someone good to have on your arm, how shallow can you be? How about making sure you have a good education and are in a position to look after yourself from your own job?
Eat lightly on a first date
Make a pig of yourself, order the steak! What’s the point in being careful and eating a grain of rice at a time if you’re just going to turn around six months into a potential relationship with this person and get crumbs in the bed while eating toast?
It’s a conversation not an interview
If we’re to be honest, it’s an interview. You will go through the motions of every interview you’ve ever been through -nerves, sweaty palms, resorting to pre-planned answers when you get confused, telling them you’re a team player and giving examples of times when you were able to motivate those around you.
Wait to have sex
Again, so what if you have sex on the first night? We’re all self respecting adults (I hope) and if we mutually choose to have sex on the first date then so be it.
Basically every pre-conceived notion that society has for first dates leads us all to become this person who is nowhere near who we actually are. Be yourself – if they like you for you then maybe you’ll see them again, if not then who cares? It was never going to work.

Talking mannequins are no dummies as they help you shop
Imagine having a friend who is clued in on how to create the perfect outfit on a night out.
Well, now shop dummies have been fitted with a devise which allows them to tell you all about the outfit they’re wearing, the prices and how to best accessorise it.
The new technology, that enables the mannequins to transmit information about the clothes on display directly to an app on the shoppers’ smartphones, was launched yesterday.
Regular customers might be offered a personal discount on the dress on display by way of a loyalty reward, or they would be able to share the images with friends to get advice on whether or not to buy it.
Shoppers can also store the information on their phone to think about it and buy later from the retailer’s website.
The VMBeacon system has been developed by the British technology and design company Iconeme.
The beacons installed inside the mannequins have a range of 100 metres and a battery life of three years and so can communicate with shoppers even when stores are closed.

H&M face serious backlash over tank top
Clothing store H&M are facing massive criticism over a tank top design that features the Star of David with a skull emblazoned over it.
Many people such as The Times of Israel blasted the design for it’s “anti-Semitic” message.
The tank top has now been removed from H&M shops.
H&M also landed in hot water last year following complaints about a Native American-inspired hair accessory.

Kayne threatens to call off wedding after Kim reunites with former flame
Kayne West is said to be so insanely jealous that fiancé Kim Kardashian had a fling with bad boy rapper Chris Brown that he’s threatened to call off their wedding.
Even though the tryst happened before Kayne and Kim even got together, the rapper is so fuming that he’s warned there will be no Parisian wedding if Kim ever talks to Rihanna’s ex again.
Kim and Kayne were planning on making May 24th their special day in Paris, less than two weeks before Kayne’s 37th birthday.
But Kayne apparently flipped his lid when he found out that Chris and Kim met up again recently – albeit on a strictly professional basis – and the reunion has caused fireworks in the Kimye household.
This is a very far cry from the picture perfect image of the couple that graced Vogue’s April cover. Let’s hope they can sort it all out, we’re dying to see the wedding pictures.
