There is nothing worse than sitting beside someone who decides it’s a good idea to take off their shoes only to be welcomed by a whiff of something nasty.
However, smelly feet, particularly during the summer, is pretty common as the temperature rises and you spend more time walking than sitting in the car.
If you have a fear of foot odour try these tips:
Wash your feet
Make sure you wash your feet every evening when you get home. This will wash away any sweaty residue on the soles of your feet so that it won’t build up.
Foot lotion
Rub some fragrant foot lotion on your feet before you go to bed. It is best to do this before you head to bed because your feet will be pretty slippery and we don’t want any accidents.
Change your shoes
Don’t wear the same shoes every single day. Every day your feet sweat and not changing your shoes or at least wearing soaks will just cause a build up of sweat – stinky.
Wear socks
While we’re talking about socks, make sure you wear them with your shoes – see above. If you are more of a pump wearer a pair of pop socks or little see through socks ware perfect.
Emma Roberts was spotted in floods of tears at a Comic-Con event in San Diego recently.
The young actress was being comforted by her fiancé and American Horror Story co-star, Evan Peters, as well as a female friend.
Perez reported that things got worse as the already dramatic night unfolded: “Evan left the hotel on his own while Emma was taken to another area by security.”
That certainly doesn’t sound good! The couple have been together since 2012 and became engaged in late 2013, early 2014.
However, this is not the first time Emma and Evan have encountered issues. In 2013, police were called to a domestic issue in a hotel room where Evan was revealed to have suffered a bloody nose.
Emma was arrested, but her fiancé did not press charges and the couple branded the incident: “unfortunate.”
Emma is the niece of legendary Hollywood actress, Julia Roberts.
Ed Sheeran has proven once again what an absolute legend he is.
The singer is in Ireland doing lots of promotional work as well as attending his cousin’s wedding in Spiddal.
Despite all of this, Ed still managed to do a secret gig in Dublin last night!
He performed for a small (but very lucky) crowd in Doyle's pub on D'Olier Street as part of the weekly Ruby sessions.
But that's not all, the Don’t singer also praised our lovely city in an Instagram snap this morning, writing: “Played a secret gig for the Ruby sessions last night in Dublin. Always the best gigs of the year for me.”
Ed will also be making an appearance at the HMV store on Henry St. today at 12pm.
We think it’s fair to say he loves us.

Drew Barrymore has released a statement regarding the recent news of her half-sister’s untimely death.
The actress gave her condolences to the immediate family of Jessica Barrymore, saying: “Although I only met her briefly, I wish her and her loved ones as much peace as possible and I’m so incredibly sorry for their loss.”
Jessica was the daughter of John Barrymore, Drew’s father, and his third wife, Nina Wayne.
She was found dead in her car yesterday; today would have been her 48th birthday.
Wexford based brothers Dave and Karl McGlone have completed their second feature length film The Girl at the End of the World, which you can watch online today.
The €8,500 budget was raised through crowd funding, but instead of their small budget being viewed as a disadvantage, the brothers felt it forced them to be more creative. Dave said:
“My philosophy on it is if you know when you’re writing, that you’re not going to have a huge budget, you get creative with your characters and instead of doing a car chase you have a bike chase, or a foot chase.
“It brings out a bit more creativity in the writer director. I watch a lot of micro budget movies myself and story wise you always end up coming out more satisfied than with big budget movies.”
The Girl at the End of the World is about an Irish guy and an American girl who fall in love online. However, when they decide to meet in person a meteor hits earth and destroys their lines of communication.

Eek, we don’t think the queen of reality TV will be too happy with Katy Perry’s recent comments.
The pop star has come under fire for what some were calling “cultural appropriation” as she featured mummies with big booties in her Prismatic tour.
Katy described the reason behind the controversial mummies to Rolling Stone magazine, saying: “As far as the mummy thing, I based it on plastic surgery. Look at someone like Kim Kardashian or Ice-T’s wife, Coco. Those girls aren’t African-American. But it’s actually a representation of our culture wanting to be plastic, and that’s why there’s bandages and it’s mummies.”
Somehow, we’re not so sure Kimmy will appreciate being the inspiration behind your mummies, Katy!
It sounds as if Katy doesn’t think Kim’s bum is the real deal…
