We didn't need another excuse to drink coffee, but science has given us another one!

A new paper has found that coffee might be the pre-workout energy we all need.

After a long day at the office, exercise might be the last thing on your mind.

4 pm thoughts drift to an evening of trying to get the kids fed and hopefully having some relaxation time after they've gone to bed.

Perhaps pumping some iron in the gym or getting out for a run is the last thing on your mind.

However, your love for caffeine might give you that extra energy to get through an evening workout.

Although, getting off the couch and out to exercise is all down to you.

According to the new paper, conducted by the Samuele Marcora, PhD, the magic brown beans help your exercise performance.

"The results of several studies demonstrate that caffeine reduces the perception of effort and improves exercise performance, and this is one of the main reasons why three out of four elite athletes consume caffeine before or during competitions," he said.

Not only will coffee help you get through your workout, it will trick your brain into thinking you don't require as much effort.

Less effort, coffee and a workout…someone put the kettle on!

Always consult a doctor before you embark on a new diet or fitness regime.

We don't know about you, but here in the SHEmazing! HQ, we love granola with a passion.

Whether we use it as topping on our morning porridge, with yoghurt as a yummy dessert, or simply as a tasty little nibble, it has become a part of our every day diet that we don't feel guilty about.

So when the Happy Pear announce the launch of two new granola recipes, we are first in the line to try them!

After the popular Cool Jim’s Granola, which contains cashews, coconut, raisins, and goji berries, the energic duo has come up with two brand new flavours to mix things up a little.

Free from any artificial ingredients, Dave’s Cocoa Crunch is a delicious mix of oats, sunflower seeds, coconut, and cocoa powder. Dave created this granola to honour his inner child – when he was a kid he always wanted to eat chocolate-tasting cereals for breakfast, but his mom wouldn’t let him.

Also a great source of fibre, Steve’s Dreamy Granola is made with oats, seeds, nuts, coconut, and raspberries. This is Steve’s low sugar version of granola Nirvana! Both flavours are available now in SuperValu and selected independent foodie stores nationwide.

Because the two brothers have always had a super-competitive mindset, they have had the idea to ask the public to decide who makes the best granola! Will Dave be crowned a granola guru, or will Steve’s gorgeous granola beat him to the granola punch (…of flavour)?

Details of the brekkie battle, as well as how to win free granola, will be released across The Happy Pear social media channels next week, so stay tuned!

Are you bored at work? Do you feel like you're not fulfilling your full potential? Looking for a change of pace?

Well, it might be time to ask for your P45, because this UK company is looking for a hot tub tester – or, hot tubologist, if you will.

The successful candidate will try, test and review the new Lay-Z-Spa inflatable hot tub, which is currently on the market for around €500.

The tester will also become an official ambassador for the brand, take control of Lay-Z-Spa's social media platforms, and get their very own hot tub to enjoy at home.

To apply, simply make a 30-second video explaining why you're the best person for the job, and submit it by posting on Instagram and tagging the @layzspaofficial handle. Applications can also be made by visiting lay-z-spa.co.uk/ultimate-summer-job.

Applications close at midnight on Sunday June 10 and must be 18 and over.

There's just one more catch. The successful applicant must be a resident of the UK – but we're pretty sure we'd be willing to make the move for this sweet number.

Tom Ellyatt, Marketing Manager at Lay-Z-Spa, said: "We're looking for the UK's biggest hot tub fan to become our official Hot Tubologist and put our bestseller to the test. Whether you're an expert at relaxation, or you throw the best hot tub parties, here's your chance to become the face of the nation's number one hot tub brand."

From iridescent lipsticks to long-wear foundations, Rihanna created the brand with the promise of inclusion women of all skin tones – so it's no wonder the collection has reached cult status in its first year in the market.

With a stellar collection of products, Fenty Beauty makes the perfect gift for every occasion, which is why a woman named Charlema Webb asked her husband, Vincent, to get he a highlighter and brush for their one month wedding anniversary.

However, us beauty nerds often forget that not everyone knows their baking powders of from their BB creams, and it seems Charlema didn't explain exactly what she meant by 'highlighter'.

After visiting numerous drug stores, Vincent was unable to locate the all-important Fenty product, and decided to settled on another brand instead.

Returning home after his haul, Vincent proudly presented his new wife with a four-pack of Sharpie highlighters and a Goody hair brush.

Able to see the funny side, Charlema shared the hilarious story on Facebook, before the post was shared by the official Fenty Beauty Instagram account.

"Waiiittt… he tried it though . A+ for effort!! @cwebb0414 we got the real thang coming to you soon!," the post read.

It's the thought that counts, right?

The optical illusion has got us furrowing our brows and squinting at our screens.

It seems we aren't alone as the Internet is just as perplexed by the innocent hug.

In the photograph, uploaded to Twitter, it shows a man and woman embracing.

However, it is difficult to work out which body and head belongs to who.

The user, @Boom_likean808 was the first to publish the picture.

It was captioned: "At first I thought he was wearing the heels."

Twitter was quick to react with a whole host of emotions and we can relate!

Some users just couldn't wrap their heads around it.

The glorious people of Twitter came to the rescue with a highlighter to unravel the illusion.

Problem solved, it clearly shows that the man isn't wearing the heels, but rather the woman is resting her head on his shoulder.

So I am a total Disney fanatic, to the point where it may even be a little weird.

I have a Disney tattoo, countless toys and souvenirs, and even jumpers and T-shirts.

However, I recently discovered a new range of Disney accessories, and they're a bit mad, even for me like.

Irregular Choice is a brand that is well known for, well, irregular choices I guess.

And their latest collection is certainly unusual.

Inspired by Toy Story, the range includes shoes and bags, of all shapes and sizes.

The collection just launched last week and many of the items are already sold out!

If you want to say Howdy Partner to this collection, make sure to check it out now!

Just when you thing it can't get worse, women are hit with yet another unrealistic body goal.

The latest craze? The toblerone tunnel.

Yeah, initially I hadn't a breeze what it was, but after a bit of research, discoveries were made.

This so-called tunnel refers to the little triangle of space between someone's upper thigh area.

You get it though right? The theory is that you could fit a Toblerone through the gap.

Honestly, I'm more likely to shovel a Toblerone into my gob, but hey.

Instagram is overflowing with celebs such as Cara De La Hoyde, Emily Ratajkowski and Holly Hagan all posting on their feeds with their Toblerone Tunnel on show.

For some reason, I'm particularly annoyed by this trend… if you'd even call it a trend.

From thigh gaps and 6 packs to massive lips and thigh brows, it feels like every few weeks there's something new and unrealistic to achieve.

And listen, if you have one of these things naturally, fair play to you, but I BEG you all not to go seeking these goals.

This new trend has received quite a bit of negative attention on Twitter, with loads of people outraged.

I'm actually not even sure you can diet and exercise your way to a Toblerone tunnel, so just don't try.

You're gorge the way you are, I promise.

Together For Yes have shared their support to name the new abortion legislation after Savita Halappanavar following her family’s request.

They believe that it would be the perfect way to honour Savita, who died of complications of a septic miscarriage. Savita was denied a termination, despite her request, and was told by a midwife manager at Galway University Hospital that she could not have an abortion because Ireland was a “Catholic country.”

Grainne Griffin, who is the co-director of the Together For Yes group, said: “In terms of Savita and her family I think our country owes them a great debt and we were so honoured and so touched by the support that they lent to the campaign over the course of it."

She added, “I was really glad to see her father say that yesterday they felt they had justice for their daughter."

Following the results of the abortion referendum, which seen the Yes side win by a landslide 66.4 percent, Savita’s parents issued a statement thanking the country.

Her father, Andanappa Yalagi stated that he has "no words to express his gratitude to the people of Ireland."

“I want to thank you so much. I want to say ‘Thank you’ to our brothers and sisters in Ireland for voting Yes. It is very important. There has been really a lot, too much struggle for the Irish ladies,” he added.

“We are really, really happy. We have one last request, that the new law, that it is called ‘Savita’s law’. It should be named for her,” he expressed.

It is understood that Simon Harris is hopeful that the new legislation will be in place by the end of the year.

Last Friday, the people of Ireland voted overwhelmingly in favour of repealing the Eighth Amendment with the final count coming in at 66.4% Yes, 33.6% No.

Crowds flocked to the grounds of Dublin Castle to hear the final result, which was revealed just after 6pm on Saturday evening.

And as thousands of 'Yes' voters celebrated the historic result, one woman, who had been campaigning for abortion rights since 1978, came equipped with a very suitable snack – After Eights!

Me: Have you been campaigning? Her: Since 1978!

Genius!

After a while, it seemed like everyone as Dublin Castle was tweeting about After Eights, making it the unofficial symbol of the referendum result.

The head office even respond to the increased demand!

So a few weeks ago, the gorgeous Meghan Markle married Prince Harry in a lavish ceremony in Windsor.

Naturally, it sparked quite a few trends, with people copying the bride's dress and plastering their faces on almost everything.

One thing we didn't really expect though? Royal wedding nail art.

Harry and Meghan  The royal wedding nails

A post shared by Nail Sunny (@nail_sunny) on

No, it isn't just a cute romantic manicure inspired by the couple's big day!

The nail art literally has a mini Meghan and Harry glued to acrylic nails – and we're kind of terrified.

A nail artist on Instagram, @nail_sunn, was clearly wicked inspired by the day – and decided to create something pretty impressive.

And pretty weird, but hey, that's life.

The new Duke and Duchess of Sussex were created using acrylic, and in great detail.

However, their faces are a little dead-pan, which is probably the reason they look so creepy.

If this particular look is a bit OTT for you (we don't blame you!) then why not give the bride's actual nail shade a whirl?

Meghan apparently wore 'Ballet Slippers' nail polish by Essie on her big day.

A lovely light pink, it was definitely more understated than the mad looking nail art.
