While we all love a good filter, sometimes the fashion industry can get a little crazy with its photo editing.

Big brands and fashion bibles alike can run afoul of the dreaded photoshop, and thanks to social media, these blemish-blending blunders are often pointed out for the world to see.

On US Vogue's March cover, the style tome got a little heavy handed with the slimming and lengthening tool and accidentally gave model-of-the-moment Gigi Hadid a freakishly long arm, wrist and fingers.

The alien appendage was quickly pointed out by hoards of fashion followers, who took to social media to highlight the mistake.

Gigi's arm, which should be on best pal Kendall's waist, actually manages to stretch all the way over to Ashley Graham's waist, who is standing behind Kendall.

Twitter users also pointed out that the model on the far right, Vittoria Ceretti's arm seems unnaturally cut off.

The publication has also gotten some heat for choosing Gigi and Kendall for the shoot, which intends to represent diversity.

Gigi and Kendall are the two most heavily featured models in the industry at the moment, so their addition did not go down well with everyone online.

Others also felt that while the cover does show women of different backgrounds, there was not enough diversity among the models chosen.

"Vogue is 'democratising fashion' by not including a single woman darker than a paper bag in an 'inclusive' spread," tweeted one angry user.

Ashley Graham fans also felt that she was the "token" plus size model in the shoot, and that although she had been included, steps were taken to minimise her size.

Gigi's photoshopped arm stretching past Kendall to rest on Ashley's waist was called out by some who felt that it was an attempt to hide Ashley's stomach.

Other also pointed out that un like the other models in the image, Ashley's hand is resting on her leg, which some thought was an attempt to make her appear slimmer.

However Ashley herself called BS on this claim, commenting on one of her Instagram posts from the shoot to say: "I chose to pose like that. No one told me to do anything."

While Vogue is clearly making steps to promote diversity in it's pages, perhaps it will take some of the feedback on board for the next diversity issue.

If there’s one thing we know about the world of cosmetics, it’s that you ain’t never done learnin’.

Whether it’s picking up tips from a friend or honing in on hints courtesy of the experts, we’re suckers for anything that helps us improve our beauty routine.

And we’re definitely not the only ones.

Nadia Forde and her make-up artist, Kate O’Reilly, recently reflected on the time they’ve spent together on photo shoots, and it sounds like Nadia is just like us when it comes to admiring the tips and tricks of the trade.

“I still can’t do my eyes the shape you do them,” Nadia tells Kate. “I think I need to actually physically remove myself from my body so I can do them.”

Time to check out Nadia’s make-up bag essentials…

Here, at SHEmazing! we’re fond of a glass of bubbly. From soirees, to weddings, parties, and festivities – toasting the occasion with bubbles makes it all the more special.

However, there is no doubt that in terms of quality, what’s out there is a decidedly mixed bag.

No fizz; weird after-taste; lacking in flavour… we’ve ALL had a dodgy glass (or two) of prosecco or cava (and quite possibly lived to regret it afterwards).

And the stuff that’s actually nice tends to be crazy expensive.

Yes, our quest to source the perfect affordable bubbly continues apace… and now we may have found something that’s pretty close: it’s from Australia, it’s extra dry, it’s full of fizz… and it’s just delightful (we had to sample for research purposes, natch).

Enter McGuigan frizzante. In short, if you like prosecco – you are going to LOVE McGuigan frizzante.

McGuigan has also been named International Winemaker Of The Year a record-breaking four times (a world-first), so you know you’re getting a really quality bottle.

Better still, and while this frizzante is usually priced at a wholly-reasonable €15 in Supervalu and Centra stores nationwide, at the moment it’s on special offer for just €10, which is a pretty ah-maze-ing way to say “Oh hello there, Friday.”

Cheers!

You can also buy McGuigan frizzante online from winesoftheworld.ie in both a standard 750ml bottle size and a snipe (200ml).

Gardaí from Pearse Street Garda station are currently investigating the sexual assault of a woman in Dublin's Temple Bar earlier this week.

According to emerging reports, a woman was assaulted in Bedford Lane on Tuesday morning at approximately 1am.

The lane, which is often used as a shortcut between the quays and Temple Bar, has a negative reputation among local business owners, with many calling  for it to be gated.

Speaking to the press, one local said: "It should be gated, without a doubt. They wanted to do it a couple of years ago but unfortunately it didn’t happen."

"I live and work on that lane-way and it’s really not a good place to be," they added.

Commenting on the ongoing investigation, a spokesperson for the Gardaí said: "We are investigating an incident of sexual assault that occurred in Bedford Lane at 1am on February 7."

It has been established that no arrests have yet been made.

There is a major baby boom going on in celeb land right now, with the likes of Rosie Huntington-Whitely, Beyoncé and Whitney Port all announcing their pregnancies via Instagram in the last week.

Cheryl Cole is one mum-to-be who has remained tight lipped about her speculated pregnancy.

The rumour mill went into overdrive a few months back, as fans tried to guess whether the star was pregnant or not.

The pregnancy was only confirmed by some pretty telling photos of Cheryl and boyfriend Liam Payne, which emerged 10 weeks ago as the couple enjoyed an evening out in London.

However, both Cheryl and Liam have yet to confirm the pregnancy 100 percent.

Now it seems that Cheryl will be sharing her baby news in a huge exclusive campaign for L'Oreal.

“Cheryl’s bump will appear in the new L’Oreal campaign which is coming out in a few weeks," an inside source told The Sun.

“The bump is obvious and she is not trying to hide it any more. It is partially visible in the still images but even more so in an accompanying video which will be going out alongside it."

Some behind the scenes bump snaps of Cheryl were leaked on Instagram in the past few weeks.

Hair stylist Wendy Iles shared a video of Cheryl posing and adjusting a tight black dress, bump on show, at the end of January.

Peruvian fashion photographer Mariano Vivanco also shared some BTS snaps of a photo shoot with Cheryl on his Instagram story, which were quickly deleted.

All this secrecy makes us think Cheryl has something up her sleeve, and we can't wait to find out exactly what it is.

Every group of friends has that one mate who's a tad bit rude; or, then there comes that f*ckboy who doesn't treat you as well as he should be.

And your dog knows it.

Yep, new research has revealed that dogs can sense when someone is being rude to you, and acts accordingly because of it.

Scientists from Kyoto University conducted their research on 54 dogs and their owners. The owners were given a bottle and they had to pretend to struggle to open it while their dog was watching.

Then, an actor would come in and either help the owner open the bottle – or ignore them and walk out of the room.

After this, the owner and the actor offered the dog a treat, and you can probably guess what happened next… if the actor helped the owner, the dog would go to them for the treat, but if they hadn't helped, the dog would ignore them and take the treat from the other person.

All of the pet pooches were able to judge each individual based on observed behaviour.

So, that friend who stole your last chocolate biscuit, and that guy who slagged you off; they're probably both hated by your dog.

The research, which was published in Neuroscience & Biobehavioural Reviews, was actually an extension from the 2011 study which saw dogs be more open to people who gave food to the homeless.

See? Dogs are just the best.

As much as we know that they're no good for us, we definitely all have a penchant for fizzy drinks (or minerals if you're feeling fancy).

But incorporating them into our beauty routines has never been on our radar.

That was until we spotted one makeup artist over on the famous Huda Beauty Instagram utilising some fizzy drink bottles to create a killer cut crease.

A video posted by Huda Kattan (@hudabeauty) on

Makeup artists and beauty lovers keep coming up with more nifty and novelty ways to make makeup application that bit easier.

The cut crease eye shadow look can be tricky to pull off, but YouTuber Juliana Leme is tacking the trend.

Using the cap off a Coke bottle, the MUA uses its circular shape to guide her eye shadow brush to create the perfect crease.

Following the line of the bottle cap means that the cut crease will be symmetrical and even every time.

It's also a pretty nifty way to recycle old bottle caps if you're feeling eco-friendly.

We might just have to try out this novelty method for ourselves.

Belle and Lord Voldemort? Never…

The idea of those two characters falling in love is completely and utterly wrong… or so we all thought. But, YouTube channel PistolShrimps has created a new love story, and it's actually quite brilliant.

The clip replaces the Beast with the Dark Lord, and mixes scenes from Harry Potter with the upcoming remake of Beauty and the Beast.

However, it's kinda difficult to watch Belle (*cough* Hermione Granger) fall for Voldemort, after… you know, all they've been through together.

It's a magical twist, and a mash-up we didn't know we needed in our lives.

Katy Perry has been pretty busy touring and being loved up with Orlando Bloom for the past few years, and hasn't dropped even a hint of any new music.

Now we are getting our fix of the pop star's bubbly sound, as Katy has just released her first single in a very long time.

The singer just leaked her new track Chained to the Rhythm, and it's exactly what we expected from the gorgeous pop singer.

The song was co-written by Sia, and it's the bounciest summer song we've heard all year.

Aside from 2016's Rise which was penned for the Olympics, Katy hasn't released a new tune since her album Prism back in 2014.

The song also features a verse by Bob Marley's grandson, Skip.

The singer originally hinted that something big was coming by changing her social media profile pictures to a new snap of her with dramatic blonde locks, causing fans to speculate that new music was en route.

The singer also dropped headphones attached to sparkly disco balls at different US locations for adventurous fans to hear a snippet of the song ahead of time.

Will & Grace was one of those fluffy, heart-warm, easy-watching TV shows.

We loved the characters just as much as our own friends, and one man who hasn't changed a bit is Jack McFarland.

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, actor Sean Hayes spilled the beans about the beloved comedy.

After 11 years being off-air, the cast came back together last year, creating a campaign episode for the election, and that's what spurred the revival.

"NBC just thought, 'wow, this is actually working! Why don’t we do it again?', and we were all like, ‘Yeah!’ We had a great time together.

“We’re really excited to come back. I had so many friends over the years — so many, out of the woodwork, telling me: ‘When are you coming back to TV?!’”

“I thought this was a great opportunity to make all three of those people happy,” he joked. “But what’s fun is it’s the same crew and the same director, obviously the same cast, the same writers — everybody is the same. I’m very excited to see everybody.”

We can't wait!

Many people would kill to look like their favourite celebrity, and contour themselves into oblivion in an attempt to mimic a famous face.

With her short, choppy blonde bob, signature red lipstick and feline features, one Instagram star gets mistaken for a certain Bad Blood singer every day.

A photo posted by April (@april_gloria) on

April Gloria is a cosplay and gaming fanatic, but it's not just her intricate costume looks that have garnered her over 47,000 followers.

The cosplayer looks eerily similar to pop superstar Taylor Swift.

We dare even the biggest Swiftie to tell the difference.

The Kansas-based doppelganger even dresses like the 1989 singer, in floral playsuits, cosy knits and preppy threads, along with her own handmade garments.

She even has a beloved cat called Milo to rival Taylor's feline companion Meredith. We're officially seeing double.

A photo posted by April (@april_gloria) on

April shares her makeup tips and products on her Instagram, which help her enhance her already Taylor-esque features.

There have been quite a few Taylor lookalikes circling around the internet, like  Utah student Keitra Jane who was actually bullied and trolled for her resemblance to the star.

Would it be weird if Taylor made a girl squad with all her doppelgangers? Probably.
