It's bikini season, and while we cannot wait to get away on a sun holiday, there is one tumultuous task which must be completed first – bikini shopping.

The struggle is very much real when it comes to tackling bikini shopping, as many high street stores don't seem to cater to women of all body types.

Whether slim or plus size, bikini shopping can be a bit of a tribulation, and one curvy model has taken to Instagram to share her experience with the swimwear struggle.

A post shared by SONNY TURNER (@sonnyturner___) on

British plus-size model Sonny Turner took to Instagram to share a carousal of snaps of herself in a high street bikini.

Captioning the body positive post, Sonny wrote:

'Changing rooms can be scary places. I am wearing the largest size from one of the most popular high street stores sells in bikinis which is 12-14.'

'High street store bikinis do not cater for women of my body type. Majority of online stores don't either.'

The model outlined her list of tips for designers and high street stores so that they can cater to women over a size 12 or 14: 'No one gets it so for any upcoming designers I got some tips for you.'

'Big breasts need underwire for support for a youthful lift, we need cup sizes that correlate to bra sizes and they need to go past DD, we need cups that actually cover more than our nipple.'

'We need cups that bring our boobs together so theres not a massive gap in-between them, we need straps that aren't so tight its as though our neck is about to snap off.'

'We need bikini bottoms that don't give is wedgies when we walk, we need string bikinis that don't expose our vagina lips, we need swimsuits that fit over our hips without dragging the neck of the costume down causing neck ache.'

'We deserve more choice in the selection for our body type that isn't just the generic black swimsuit with a kimono. Yes believe it or not , some of us actually want a thong bikini , the whole selection doesn't have to be highwaisted.'

'We're gonna need you to stop using models with fake boobs that aren't a real depiction of what the bra would look like on our real droopy ones. Its not fair that we cant walk wear cute swimwear just bc we are built differently.'

'We deserve to walk into a store and pay £10 for a nice bikini without breaking the bank and our body confidence – bottom line is: make clothes for all size & bodies.

Sonny, who is signed to Milk London, has previously posed for body positive brand Aerie, who have shunned photoshop.

She also often posts inspirational body-pos posts to her Instagram. Hopefully the high street will take heed of Sonny's snaps and consider updating their sizing, both big and small.

As Sonny said, 'make clothes for all sizes and bodies.'

Uploading to Instagram can take a little bit of time.

After securing the perfect picture, you then have to take the time to edit, and then finally make the difficult decision that has plagued millennials since the dawn of the Instagram age:

What filter to choose?

Scrolling tirelessly to find your favourite filter can be a bit of a bore, but for those of us who don't want to mess up a clean Insta theme, using the same filter is a necessity.

However, if you favour a filter that's hidden at the end of the Instagram assembly line you can spend a few extra seconds editing just getting to it.

Instagram plays host to a feature that allows you to move your favourite filters up close and personal, so you can tap on them straight away without having to scroll.

After moving the filter to the top of the list beside Normal, you won't ever have to scroll to search for it again.

The hack is pretty easy to execute.

Much like moving apps around your home screen on an iPhone, all you have to do is hold your finger down on a filter to lift it from the line.

Then, you can drag it into whatever position you see fit.

So you can even move a few of your favourites to the front of the line if you want all your most used filters close to hand.

We all have a few filters we definitely never use, like XX Pro, the least-popular luminous filter that has become the Instagram version of a social pariah.

If you particularly hate a filter, you can hide it from the line-up by dragging it up to the hide feature after lifting it from the assembly line.

So, you can completely tailor your filter line-up to suit your Instagram theme and save time in the editing suite.

Handy AF!

We've all been there.

You've taken ten (or twenty) near identical selfies, and you don't know whether to pick the one where your head is slightly tilted right or the one where your lips are slightly pouted.

The struggle is real.

But, we think we have just found the app of our dreams which chooses a selfie for you.

app, apple, application

EyeEm Selects will totally up your Instagram game by telling you which pictures you shouldn't post, and which ones you should.

The app uses image-recognition technology which takes its lead from professional photographers, meaning not only are your photos judged on composition and quality, but technical story too (which means keeping your captions fresh).

EyeEm Selects will also go through your existing camera roll and select old photos that you should be posting now.

The app is currently only available on Android, but an iOS version is on its way soon.

We're downloading it right now.

Third-wheeling is something we all have experience of, but few of us would happily embrace the third-wheel title with the same enthusiasm as one brave man named Mitch Jolliff.

And for that, we applaud him.

In a move which we're sure many couples will seek to mimic, Mitch agreed to appear in his best friend's engagement and wedding photos as the classic third wheel, and he nailed it.

It all started when Brittney Krysinger got engaged to Mitch's best friend Kody and asked Mitch if he would take part in a photo shoot which would sum up the trio's dynamic.

While initially reluctant, Mitch finally decided to get involved and took part in the couple's engagement and wedding photos which were captured by photographer Lindsey Berger.

"At first, I was not a big fan of it,” Mitch told Yahoo. “They actually had to persuade me quite a bit to take the pictures. I’m not a big picture taker."

Delighted that Mitch took part, Brittney said: "I think it’s so relatable. Everybody has that friend who third-wheels with you, who’s always there."

Sound familiar?

OK, so we have to admit that we're over the excitement surrounding the revival of the Gilmore Girls.

The lead up to the Netflix series was brilliant, and the four episodes were fun to watch.

However, the ending kinda confused everyone, because there were so many unanswered questions.

But, we got over it and moved on.

And so did most of the cast too, with Scott Patterson moving on to create his own coffee, and Alex Bledel becoming a stand-out star in The Handmaid's Tale.

But, it seems like the Gilmore Girl journey isn't over for one actress, as Lauren Graham has opened up about reviving it… again.

While speaking on the TV Line podcast, Lauren revealed that she wants to do a… wait for it… Christmas movie.

“To me, what would be a great next step – whenever it is, five years, ten years – would be a Christmas movie," she told the podcast hosts.

We're not entirely sure how we feel about this, but if it were to happen, we definitely want some answers (like, *spoiler alert* WHO is Rory's baby daddy?!).

With Alex signed up to be a series regular on the second season of The Handmaid's Tale, we'd say it might be a while until any Gilmore Girl talks spark back up again.

Much like Von Dutch hats, UGGs and Kelis's Milkshake, flip phones live on in our hearts and minds as an iconic piece of 00s culture.

The now seemingly ancient artefacts were the must-have gadget of the 00s era, with every celeb worth their salt rocking a snappy flip phone with their Juicy tracksuit.

Bonus points if it was bedazzled in crystals.

Last year, Motorola announced that they were bringing back an updated version of their beloved Razr phone, and now Samsung are following suit.

The Samsung Galaxy Folder 2 is here to make all our Simple Life dreams come true.

As you can expect, the phone has a sassy flip mechanism, comes in metallic pink and purple and has 16GB of internal memory and an 8MP main camera.

Paris Hilton would be proud.

As well as having all the throwback features, the phone will also be adapted to today's social media savvy age, with a 'social app key' that allows users to easily access their social media accounts through the touch of a button.

There will also be a a 5MP selfie camera.

Samsung has actually continued to sell their original flip phones since the 00s, but their only market was in South Korea.

The Folder 2 has been released in both Korean and Chinese markets, but no word yet on its European release date.

Fingers crossed it's coming up soon, because these beautiful bad boys would be the perfect respite from smart phone saturation.

When it comes to checking our breasts, the vast majority of us search for lumps, dimpling or changes in our nipples, but how many of us stop to consider the potential implications of a newly formed freckle?

Aware that countless women would likely overlook the appearance of a freckle, Rebecca Hockaday is determined to highlight the importance of considering freckle formation when checking your breasts.

Speaking to Today, Rebecca recalled thinking little of the newly-formed freckle, saying: "I thought, OK, a freckle on my chest. I’ve been out in the sun, no big deal."

However, when more freckles began to appear on her chest, Rebecca made the decision to seek the advice of a dermatologist. but remained confident the freckles were little to worry about and was understandably devastated to learn she had inflammatory breast cancer which had already spread to her lymph nodes.

"Honestly, I thought they were sun spots. I thought they were going to say 'just your skin ageing," she said. “Never in a million years did I think, OK, this is going to be cancer."

It's five years on from Rebecca's treatement which saw her undergo 16 weeks of chemotherapy, the removal of both her breasts and regular radiation treatment, but she is happily cancer-free.

Rebecca, who was 35 when she was diagnosed, understands how innocuous a freckle might seem to most women, and is determined to educate women on the subject.

"You just do not think that something (that looks) so innocent can turn out this way. I had no pain, I had no symptoms,” she said. If I can keep anybody else from going through what I went through, it would mean the world to me."

"I hope that myself or anybody else who has gone through this can educate and raise awareness because moms tend to put ourselves last and we really need to put ourselves first."

At this stage, we all know someone whose prized possession is the photo they took of themselves in front of Craggy Island's Parochial House, right?

And while they may be super proud of their windswept snap, it looks like they've been officially usurped if a recent upload by Scottish trad band, Ímar, is anything to go by.

The five-piece, which is comprised of members from Ireland, England, Scotland and the Isle of Man, took it upon themselves to go the extra mile when they rocked up to Father Ted's house in Co Clare.

Whipping out their instruments, the five lads gave a stellar rendition of the hit show's theme tune, and Facebook is. unsurprisingly, all over it.

With 72,000 Facebook views and counting, these lads have made our week.

Well, John and Edward certainly had a good time last night.

The twins, who are taking part on MTV's Single AF, had their first dates and they got on pretty well.

Dressed in matched white denim jackets (of course), the lads came face to face with their lady loves, who were carefully handpicked from a number of applicants.

For Edward, John picked a girl named Anastasia, with long flowing mermaid hair.

And it seemed she was pretty happy about the whole situation, telling Snapchat: "I feel really blessed that John picked me to go on a date with Edward out of everyone in London, that’s really cool.

“A kiss would be cool, I wouldn’t mind that,” she added.

And a kiss is exactly what she got at the end of the night.

John seemed pretty into her too, telling Snapchat during the date: “The date’s going so good, I’m so happy. I feel like there’s a connection.

"She’s so creative, she has a great look about her and a great vibe. I feel like everything’s going awesome.”

And what about Edward? Well, he got on pretty well too.

John picked a gal called Raffy for Edward to date, and she was a complete fan girl.

“I’ve had a crush on John since the X Factor so it’s pretty daunting for me but I’m excited.

"I’ve always liked him because he seems so confident, so funny and outgoing," she said before the date."

Edward locked lips with Raffy at the end of the night, making the dates successful for both twins.

Victoria state police deputy commissioner, Shane Patton, said that there were multiple complaints against the cardinal, but he didn't expand on the allegations.

The child abuse is thought to have happened throughout the 1970s.

It has been reported that the various issues have now been resolved, however burning has been suspended while separate investigations take place.

Dublin City councillors have voted to increase the level of online monitoring at the plant.

Eleven incinerator workers were hospitalised as a precaution after the incidents.
