Blac Chyna has sought legal action against Rob Kardashian in the form of a restraining order.

The model and mother-of-two is standing up against her ex-partner after he released nude images of her without consent.

Chyna has hired celebrity lawyer Lisa Bloom to seek revenge porn charges and to 'stand up for her rights as a woman.

The esteemed lawyer released a powerful statement regarding the issue to Twitter:

'I am very proud to represent Blac Chyna as she stands up for her rights as a woman and as a mother against her ex Rob Kardashian.'

'Mr Kardashian, you are now on notice: revenge porn is illegal.'

'Cyber bullying your ex is harassment.'

'Chyna ended your relationship months ago and she has the right to live as she chooses, work as she chooses, dress as she chooses, date who she chooses and be intimate with who she chooses.'

'Chyna and I both believe that this is an important women's rights issue, as too many women and girls have been slut shames by exs.'

'It stops now. Your attempts to shame and control her are hereby rejected.'

Back in 2011, Cards Against Humanity came crashing onto the party game scene and changed house parties forevermore.

The card game 'for horrible people' made it socially acceptable to release your darkest humour without having to feel too bad about it.

Since its original release, the game has seen a number of spin-off versions including the Harry Potter themed 'Cards Against Muggles.'

And while we're all for taking this pre-drink favourite to new heights, this latest rumour may be one step too far.

According to reports, the Cards Against Humanity Facebook page teased photos showing a Disney version of the game, which have since been deleted.

However, one Instagram user took to the site to share a screen grab of the alleged post, and honestly we can't decided if it's brilliant or hugely disturbing.

In what can only be described as a feat of food engineering, one innovative bakery in the US have created a combination of sweet treats that you never even knew you needed – until now.

Introducing the ice-cream donut.

The guys and gals over at B Sweet Bar in Los Angeles have blessed the world with their mouth-watering dessert know as the 'Halo'.

According to the shop's official Instagram account, the dish consists of "a scoop of your favourite #icecream heat-sealed inside our fresh glazed donut!!! Hot on the outside, cold on the inside and yummy allover!"

Customers can choose to fill the classic donut with a scoop of their favourite ice-cream, with options of vanilla, mint chocolate chip, cookies and cream, rocky road and chocolate malted crunch to choose from.

B Sweet is also famous for its rotating menu of over 40 different flavours of bread pudding, which honestly looks way more appealing than it sounds.

Alas, these beautiful creations are only available in LA right now, but fingers crossed the recipe will make it onto Irish shores sooner rather than later.

So, they say love can be found in the most unlikely of places.

Whether it's a chance encounter in a bar you were dragged to against your will, or an old friend you suddenly began to look at differently, romance can come crashing into your life when you least expect it.

And this is something one lucky couple know all too well.

This modern day fairytale began back in 2014 when Llia Apostolou took to Twitter in an attempt to find a date to bring to her sister's wedding.

In a bold move, Llia put out a call for any eligible bachelors who would be willing to attend a wedding with a complete stranger, and to her surprise, she got the response she was looking for.

Just minutes after the tweet was posted, Phil Gibson, a man completely unknown to Llia, offered himself for the role.

The pair then engaged in some back and forth flirtatious banter with Llia even saying, “See you at the alter” – and she wasn't lying.

Three years later, the couple actually did meet at the alter when they tied the knot at their own wedding.

What's more, Phil didn't actually attend Llia's sister's wedding, but the pair did meet up a week later after hitting it off on Twitter.

We're not crying, you are!

This years instalment has proved to be the most popular yet, with thousands of fans across the UK and Ireland tuning for their fix every night.

It's been almost five years since Kesha released her last album, Warrior,  but she's finally back with her most emotional record to date.

Since 2014, the singer has been involved in a very public legal battle with music producer, Dr. Luke, following allegations of sexual assault.

In August 2016, Kesha dropped the case saying, "this lawsuit [has been] so heavy on my once free spirit, and I can only pray to one day feel that happiness again”, however, Dr. Luke has since been dismissed by Sony Music.

Kesha's highly anticipated comeback album, Rainbow, was written during her court battle, which she admits was a dark time in her life.

Now writer and producer Ricky Reed, has said the new record is "gonna change the world".

He told People magazine: "Some of the most emotional experiences I’ve had in the studio have been with Kesha … I mean, the world is not ready for the music that she’s making right now. It’s heart-stopping; I think it’s gonna change the world."

"She’s channelled so many experiences into just some of the most honest and powerful songs that I’ve ever been a part of. I really think the world of her, and also, I can’t wait for the world to hear her sing the way she’s been singing in my studio – it really is a very, very special album. I’m just so honoured to be a part of it."

Speaking to Metro.co.uk during a special playback of her new tracks, the singer said: "I am so nervous, which I never get nervous, and I’ve never felt like I’ve ever written close to this in my life before. I’ve never been in touch with a huge part of who I am and who I’ve become."

"I am very very grateful for all of you for being supportive and being open to listening to my music. There was a very long, long long period of time when I wasn't sure if I’d be able to put music out again."

Rainbow is out August 11, but for now, you can check out the first single from the album, Praying, below.

Discussion surrounding the Hollywood pay gap hasn't been far from the headlines in recent years, with a vast number of actresses rightfully condemning the lack of equality between the genders in the entertainment industry.

However, it sounds like a number of male stars have made attempts to close the pay gap by taking paycuts in order to ensure equality between themselves and their female co-stars.

Weighing in on the discussion during a recent interview with Out magazine, Emma Stone revealed that a number of her male co-stars have called for a pay cut in order to match her salary.

"In my career so far, I’ve needed my male co-stars to take a pay cut so that I may have parity with them," she revealed. "And that’s something they do for me because they feel it’s what’s right and fair."

"That’s something that’s also not discussed, necessarily – that our getting equal pay is going to require people to selflessly say, ‘That’s what’s fair," she stressed.

Explaining the impact their gesture has on her career, she continued: "If my male co-star, who has a higher quote than me but believes we are equal, takes a pay cut so that I can match him, that changes my quote in the future and changes my life."

Without naming names, Emma paid tribute to the men she has starred alongside throughout her career, and explained that they were determined to right the industry's wrong where they could.

"And that’s really what I’ve been so grateful for with male co-stars – when I’ve been in a similar-size role in films, and it’s been multiple people who have been really incredible and said, ‘That’s what I want to do. That’s what’s fair and what’s right.'"

We're not naming any names either, but feel free to cast your mind over Emma's films to date…
