Ever think your life would be so much better without social media but can’t bring yourself to quit?

Well, your digital detox could be a massive waste of time – if it goes anything like Demi Lovato’s, that is.

Less than 24 hours after making a dramatic departure from social media, Demi Lovato is back on Twitter.

Last night the Cool for the Summer hitmaker tweeted “f**k this..I’m back b*****s.  And I’m coming back more honest than ever” followed by a string of emojis.

This time sticking to her statement, Demi posted again a few hours later: “I love my Lovatics so f*****g much.”

“I love my Lovatics too much to leave them over some lame ass haters..What was I thinking?!”

Welcome back, Demi!  Just please try and stay this time…

The highly anticipated Gilmore Girls reunion series is coming in only a few months, and we all have a million and one questions we'd like answered.

But the question that's coming from left, right and centre is: Who does Rory end up with?

Dean (Jared Padalecki), Jess (Milo Ventimiglia) and Logan (Matt Czuchry) have all confirmed that they're coming back for the revival, so honestly, it could be any one of them.

However, pulling the typical dad move, David Sutcliffe, who plays Rory's dad Chris, has spilled the beans and revealed which man she doesn't end up with.

*SPOLIERS AHEAD*

While on USA Today, David was asked which fictional boyfriend he thinks Rory should be with, and he replied with: "I'm not even sure where she's at, but I'm partial to, who's the first boyfriend?"

To which the presenter says, "Dean."

"Yes, Dean. I was going to say Jess, but I mean Dean. I know they're not going to end up together but, Rory and Dean seem like a good couple."

So, there you have it, ladies. She's NOT going to end up with Dean.

Now all bets are on for Jess and Logan (and we really can't choose).

Well, Kendall Jenner certainly put on a display while out shopping with BFFs Gigi Hadid and Hailey Baldwin.

The 20-year-old left little to the imagination as she wore a very sheer black top which exposed her boobs and her nipple piercing.

But the reality star didn't seem to mind as she was seen laughing and joking with Gigi and Hailey.

They all dressed very similar, wearing black and denim (which kinda made them look like a 90s girl band).

However, Hailey certainly wasn't bothered by her friend's outfit choice as she took to Snapchat to show her grabbing Kendall's boobs.

That's what BBFs are for, right?

As his estranged wife Cheryl is in a new relationship with One Direction's Liam Payne, it seems that Jean Bernard Versini is getting cosy with another celeb.

The restaurateur was spotted in the early hours of this morning leaving a London hot spot with Irish reality star Nicola Hughes.

The Made In Chelsea star tried her best to hide her face as the paparazzi snapped them leaving in the same car together.

Cheryl and Jean Bernard separated at the end of 2015, and many were surprised with how fast she moved on with Liam.

But now that Jean Bernard seems to have found a new love interest, we can only imagine they'll be moving on with a divorce soon.

Well, Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston danced the night away at Selena Gomez's concert last night.

The brand new couple had a date night and went along to the concert with Tay's BFF Abigail and her boyfriend, Matt – so it was a double date of sorts.

An insider told E! News: "Taylor invited Tom to go. Tom always wants to please Taylor and show her that her friends matter. Taylor likes that about Tom."

The US website is also claiming that Taylor, who recently split from Calvin Harris, thinks Tom might be "the one."

"Taylor was hesitant to get involved so quickly after Adam," the insider added, "but she she felt that Adam was not giving her what she wanted for sometime so she was ready to move on towards the tail end of their relationship anyway."

If you were one of the lucky people to go to see Rihanna in concert at the Aviva Stadium last night, then you might have seen the singer get a bit overwhelmed.

While singing Love the Way You Lie, the Irish audience chanted back the lyrics to her, and it seems like it was all just a bit too much.

Seconds later, she starts tearing up, and was so emotional that she wasn't able to continue singing!

US gossip website, TMZ are stunned by the sight, but we know Irish fans have a certain charm on people.

We'd have thought that being the Prince Of Wales brought with it certain perks of the job – namely jetting around in private aircraft.

But no siree, it seems that Wills Windsor also has to battle the likes of liquid restrictions, passport control, and carry-on luggage just like us peasants. 

He was in France yesterday to see England's 0-0 draw with Slovakia – and when it came his return journey to London he hopped on a standard British Airways plane.

Not only that, but Mr Cambridge also indulged in a spot of shut-eye once the aircraft took to the skies, promptly nodding off for much of the 1hour and 45minute journey.

Fellow passenger James, who was seated behind the British royal, remarked in conversation with Mail Online: "We were all tired after being put through a roller coaster of emotions so I don’t blame him for falling asleep."

James added: "He was clearly shattered after all the excitement from last night’s match."

Becoming an internet hit last week, the Duke will today be celebrating his 34th birthday with his family – his wife Kate, and their two gorgeous children Prince George, 3, and one-year-old Princess Charlotte.

Some women swear by the three date rule – but not Vogue Williams.

The model – who recently moved to the UK – told the Loose Women panel today that although she’s aware of the ‘rules of dating’, they just aren’t for her.

Using her former relationship with Westlife singer Brian McFadden as an example, Vogue admitted:  “Me and Brian did hanky panky on the first night we met and we ended up getting married.”

When the panel expressed interest in her comment, Vogue joked: “It worked out well for a while.”

But admitted she wouldn’t always sleep with someone on the first date as “it just depends on the situation”.

She said: “I wouldn’t be making a habit of it, obviously, because I wouldn’t be really like that.  I’m quite shy.”

When asked to address rumours surrounding her alleged romantic involvement with rapper Professor Green, Vogue said although she has a lot of mutual friends with the star, they are not an item.

The TV personality married singer Brian McFadden in 2012, a year after they first met.

Last year the pair separated and Vogue has admitted that while at first she found being single difficult, she’s now really enjoying her independence.

Last night had us all clinching to the edge of our seats as Jon Snow and Ramsay Bolton finally went head to head in one of the most epic TV battles we've ever seen.

Episode nine of every season of Game of Thrones is the most shocking, and last night's ep certainly didn't disappoint. It was HEART POUNDING.

And now there's behind-the-scene footage to see how the Battle of Winterfell actually went down.

To our surprise, it's not all CGI, and a lot of the stunt work is played by the actors themselves – including that insane scene where Jon Snow fights Ramsay and there's a million and one horses racing past him… Well, 80 horses, but still.

When we saw doughnut shops popping up all over the city with a million and one flavour variations, we knew it was just a matter of time before another snack food got an upgrade.

From Kale to avocado, modern living has made sure that nothing stays in its original form for too long.

And it looks like popcorn is next in line for a transformation as its set to be the next big trend when it comes to snack food.

Yes, just like chokers are ‘totally in’ right now so is the beloved movie snack – but not quite how we remember it.

The OG treat that, on a good day, our mams would have slipped into our lunch boxes earning us lunchtime bragging rights.

Consumed in high doses in cinemas across the country, the salted popcorn conjures up memories of scary movies and many a bad date.

Sweet

We knew trouble was a brewin’ when we started to see sweet flavoured popcorn on the shelves.

Did we trust it? Hell no.

Did we like it? YES we did.

Note: It was at this time that we knew we were in for a popcorn awakening.

Is it a crisp?

The next step was venturing into lands which had always been occupied by the trusty potato.

We’re talking cheese and onion and salt and vinegar.

Now while we didn’t wholeheartedly support this decision we never blame a guy for trying.
