This day week music lovers will be making their way to Stradbally for the sold-out Electric Picnic.

And the already stellar line-up just got even better with the addition of two well known Irish bands. The Coronas and Keywest have both been added to the list for Ireland's biggest music and arts festival which takes place from September 4th-6th.

Keywest teased the news this morning on Twitter before confirming it in a retweet, while shortly after The Coronas also shared the news on social media.

Already announced are The Boomtown Rats and iconic Irish DJ Mark McCabe, best known for his song Maniac 2000.

Headline gigs for the festival include Sam Smith, Blur, Florence + The Machine and Tame Impala.

For those of you heading to the festival, there's even more good news, with some sunny weather on its way to Ireland. Our mini Indian summer is expected to last until the festival is over… hurrah!

Fran is tying the knot!

Congrats are in order for Love/Hate star Peter Coonan, who is reportedly engaged to his long-term girlfriend Kim O'Driscoll.

The couple have one child together, Beth, who was born last May. Preferring to keep his private life to himself, Peter took a full month to reveal his daughter's name to the media. And with that in mind, it's no surprise that Peter is keeping his cards close to his chest about his upcoming wedding.

Speaking shortly after Kim's pregnancy was announced last year, Peter said the couple were overjoyed to become parents together for the first time.

"Obviously we’re really delighted and have only just shared the news with family and close friends," he told the Irish Independent. “We’re just enjoying this special time and looking forward to the future.”

After finishing up on Love/Hate in late 2014, Peter starred in Get Up And Go alongside his former co-star Killian Scott. He'll also take to the stage at The Gate Theatre next month to perform in Arthur Miller's A View From The Bridge.

To keep his nerves at bay he's been channelling his late mother, an amateur actress who appeared in the same play decades ago.

"Everything connects back to my mother, which is weird," he told the Herald. "The script I've been working off is the one she used when she played the part of Beatrice. For a lot of the classic plays I've done, I've used my mum's old scripts, which have her highlighter all over it."

No doubt Peter's new fiancée will be in the front row cheering him on.

This newlywed couple have seriously raised the bar for wedding videos.

Robert and Teresa did not want a typical first dance at their wedding, so they planned to film a music video with their entire wedding party. The pair reportedly own a Ninja-themed sushi restaurant together, so already they're not exactly your typical couple.

At the end of their wedding reception, the newlyweds surprised their guests with a secret mission. Hidden within a manila envelope taped underneath the table was a piece of paper with a single task… to shoot a music video with all 250 guests.

Guests were briefed for a quick 10 minutes and put into position before the cameras and they some how managed to pull it all off in one take. With Frozen, Taylor Swift, Nicki Minaj, Silento and a whole host of other artists' music featuring, we have NO idea how the couple managed to get through it all without forgetting their lines.

This is definitely one of the best wedding videos we have ever seen:

In an interview with C Magazine Kim Kardashian has revealed how hard she took the criticism she received during her first pregnancy.

The reality star bore the brunt of a lot of unfair comments about her weight gain in her last pregnancy, even though most of those extra pounds were due to preeclampsia, a condition characterised by high blood pressure and fluid retention.

"Everyone would make fun of [me], not understanding that I had this condition," she says.

The 34-year-old said all of this was extremely hurtful during her last pregnancy and it affected how much she wanted to be photographed being out and about.

"Before I was always smiling, and so into being out and about. After I had the baby, I was like, these are the same people that made fun of me, and posted the stories that were so awful, calling me fat for something I couldn’t control. I don’t want to smile for them. I don’t want to be out."

Despite the hurtful comments, Kim was keen to conceive again, but conceiving a second time proved extremely tough. One complication in particular which made the process difficult was placenta accreta, a condition which required a few minor operations.

The mother of one, who is expecting her second child at the end of this year, said she went to great lengths in the hope of becoming pregnant for a second time but that it was an extremely long road.

"I would go to the doctor in Beverly Hills every day at five in the morning to get tested to see if I was ovulating. I was trying everything: I did acupuncture and got a nutritionist to eat healthier, thinking that was an issue."

Kim went on to say that constantly trying so hard to get pregnant may have ruined the excitement a bit saying: "It takes the fun out of it. I’m like, 'I’m ovulating, get home now!' He’d be like, 'Wait, I’m in the studio.'”

Kim then explained that she may have to go as far as having her uterus removed following the birth of her second child.

"Well, they think I’ll have placenta accreta again, so if the placenta grows a little bit deeper than it did last time, then they are prepared to have my uterus removed, which is a little scary for me. I think we’re just gonna go day by day, see how overwhelming it is, and see how the delivery goes."

Wishing her all the best.

There could be a new celeb couple on the cards!

It is rumoured that 50 Shades of Grey actress Dakota Johnson is secretly dating heart-throb Jake Gyllenhaal.

The pair were spotted looking cosy in an LA nightclub during the week, and kept looking at each other in a romantic way, a source told Hollywood Life

“Jake and Dakota were accompanied at their table by different people throughout the night — including the owner of the bar. They left the venue through separate exits, Johnson out the front and Gyllenhaal via the back door."

When they left, "“they kept glancing back at each other as if they were getting away with something," the insider added.

Jake, 34, and Dakota, 25, reportedly dated for a brief amount of time in 2011 so this could be a rekindled romance.

It was also reported that Dakota broke up with her boyfriend, Matthew Hitt not too long ago; so could Jake be the rebound guy?

Beyoncé may have fallen behind Kim in the Instagram followers stakes, but maybe that's because she's been saving all her best photos for her official website.

A quick look through Beyonce.com throws up loads of recent family holiday snaps, only a few of which have made it to Instagram.

Bey spent what looked like a glorious few days sailing around the East Coast shoreline with husband Jay-Z and daughter Blue Ivy, and the photo album, titled 'My Life,' offers a rare look into the lives of one of the music industry's most private couples.

The Queen B also blessed us with this no make-up selfie, showing her fresh-faced and totally #flawless.

Those lips!

Another favourite is this sweet (albeit blurry) snap of Beyonce and three-year-old Blue Ivy having a little cuddle on board, with the New York skyline in the background.

And here's Beyoncé looking downright amazing in her black-and-white snakeskin print one piece. If we had a booty like that, we'd be showing it off all the time too.

The notoriously private singer came under criticism this month for refusing to give an interview alongside her Vogue September issue cover shoot.

Every celeb who has graced the magazine's coveted cover has given some form of interview, most of them in-depth profiles with exclusive quotes. And while Beyoncé did indeed sit down with a reporter for her previous cover appearances in 2009 and 2013, she mysteriously refused to do so this time.

In fact a member of the singer's team recently revealed that Beyoncé had not answered a direct question to a journalist in more than a year, choosing to only do interviews via email.

Seems like she is content to let her pictures do the talking from now on…

Lunchtime was always a chore back in primary school, but if our dad had out this much effort into making our ham-and-cheese sangers looking pretty, we wouldn't have minded eating them so much.

Father-of-three Beau Coffron runs a website called Lunchbox Dad on which he posts pictures of the amazing creations he makes each morning for his kids to bring to school.

If you're interesting in making your own, Beau offers step-by-step guides for each creation – very sound indeed.

Beau has gained some serious popularity for his posts and has even featured on television several times as well as a host of other websites.

He takes inspiration from his kids' favourite TV shows and movies and the results are amazing.

This Minion lunch is probably one of our favourites… what a great way to get kids eating fruit:

A lot of his creations are Disney inspired, including this deadly Frozen lunch…

Beau also includes his own interests too, like this Star Wars inspired grub:

And HOW CUTE is this Finding Nemo lunch box? We actually can't deal…

We'll definitely be trying out a few of these!

First Ronan Keating, now Courteney Cox… Ed Sheeran could have a new career as a wedding singer in the pipeline.

The Thinking Out Loud hitmaker will reportedly perform at the wedding of Courteney and Snow Patrol rocker Johnny McDaid, at the couple's request.

Courtney, 51, revealed during the week that Ed will serenade her Johnny on their wedding day, which seems fitting considering Mr. Sheeran actually introduced the couple back in 2013.

“We are certainly grateful to Ed for introducing us,” she told The Sun.

“I can’t imagine him not playing something at the wedding. It’ll be a musical night.”

Oh to be a fly on the wall!

We've no doubt that it will be an extremely musical night as we're sure Johnny's Snow Patrol band mates will perform a song or two.

And Irish band Kodaline might even pop in for a sing-song after Johnny, 39, recently co-wrote their new song and Courteney directed their new music video.

As for the venue, the pair are likely  to marry on Irish soil in the lavish surroundings of Ashford Castle in Cong, Co. Mayo. Courtney was reportedly very taken with the venue when the couple visited earlier this year.

There is also going to be a special performance from Courteney's 11-year-old daughter Coco.

“She’s actually really, really talented,” Courteney said.

“Coco sang a song for the film I directed called Just Before I Go and she’s amazing."

It definitely sounds like it will be a night to remember… With Ed, Snow Patrol, Kodaline and probably half the cast of Friends attending the wedding, we think we need a one-stop train ticket to Mayo very soon.

Following on from John Giles and Eamon Dunphy's charming 'Free The Joy' ad for Cadbury's last year, former X Factor judge Louis Walsh has only gone and starred in his own version.

And it's totally off the wall. First up, who knew Louis danced like our dads?

Here are a few of the stranger moments from the ad, which debuted this morning…

1. Starting things off, we find out it's Day 5 of Louis Watch
Louis Watch? What are people watching, exactly?

2. So this is Louis' house? Who knew he lived in an art museum?
Very minimalist.

3. Ah, whisk dancing, our favourite evening pastime
Work it, Lou.

4. Oh. Wow. Those are some fly moves…
"I call this The Spacehopper"

5. After getting a MYSTERIOUS phone call, he turns to the camera and says "I'm back!"
The clock reads 7.55pm… either we're about to see Louis on The X Factor tomorrow night, or he's found someone to go out whisk dancing with. WHICH IS IT?

We all have our preferences in life, but it has been debated for many years as to what drink you should consume after a workout.

Water or sports drink?

When you work out you lose electrolytes, which are essential to ensure your body's cells are working properly.

Sports drinks can help replenish electrolytes (usually sodium, chloride and potassium) lost during intense exercise, and because they contain sugar, they also give you an energy boost to help you get through your workout. But that doesn't mean you have to gulp them down pre and post-workout.

So here we look at the facts; what is better for you, and which drink supports you more:

Water works

Proper hydration is the MOST important way to protect your body before, during and after exercise. You should drink plenty of water regularly as it's the best thing for your body.

Fitness guru, Jody Swimmer says, "Most people don't drink enough water, so when you go to the water fountain in the gym, take eight big gulps. Keep going to the water fountain and always bring your water bottle."

Sports drinks have calories

This is one downside to sports drinks. For everyone on a calorie-controlled diet, this is something to consider.

"Sports drinks typically have calories, and if you're trying to watch your calories, those can sneak up on you," Swimmer says.

In fact, sports or energy drinks have nearly the same amount of sugar and calories as a fizzy drinks or fruit juice. That can add up quickly if you down a couple of sports drinks throughout the day – especially if you drink them when not exercising.

Consider how hard you exercise

Jody also notes that most people don't need sports drinks because generally they don't work out hard enough to require them.

Only people who work out heavily – like weight-lifters or long distance runners – might benefit from sports drinks.

So in some ways, yes, sports drinks can benefit you greatly but if you only work out for an hour or two a day they are really not needed.

For moderate work-outs, avoid calories and just drink plenty of water to fuel your body.

We're so happy for Lucy Liu who welcomed her first child into the world last night.

The Charlie's Angels star posted a picture on Instagram announcing the birth of her first child, via surrogacy.

In the beautiful black and white snap, Lucy is seen holding her new baby, who she named Rockwell.

"Introducing the new little man in my life, my son Rockwell Lloyd Liu," she captioned the photo. "In love!"

Oh, so cute!

"I can confirm that Lucy Liu is the proud mother of Rockwell Lloyd Liu, brought into the world via gestational carrier," her rep told The Insider With Yahoo.

"Mom and baby are healthy and happy," the rep added.

Lucy isn't due back to hit TV show Sherlock until later this year so she will have plenty of time to spend with little Rockwell.

We just hope she keeps us updated with more IG snaps because we can't get over the cuteness!
