Two and a Half Men star plans prenup with girlfriend
Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen has just got engaged to porn star Brett Rossi, but he admits that he will “absolutely be getting a prenup”.
The Anger Management actor has already gone through four divorces, most of which were messy, particularly his divorce from Brooke Mueller. With a net worth of about $125 million, it’s not really all that surprising that the 48-year-old wants to protect his fortune.
A source close to the star said: “Once his current FX Show, Anger Management, goes into syndication, he will be earning even more money. The prenup will be very generous for Brett, but Charlie has to protect his finances even though he doesn’t think the agreement will be needed, because he believes Brett is his soul mate.”
However, the 24-year-old must be feeling very special as according to an insider: “[Charlie]will be a little more generous with [her] in regards to the prenup, than he was with Brooke.”
They added: “[Charlie will] pay for Brett’s legal fees as they work out the details of the prenup. For him, this is only a formality. He doesn’t think Brett is after his money. This time, it’s different.”
Whoever said romance was dead obviously hadn’t met Charlie…

The BAFTA’s were held last night and the style from the night was either very good – or disatrous (we’re looking at you Lily Allen).

An Irish company that distributes local foods over to Ozzie has closed a major deal.
Eamon Eastwood’s Taste Ireland has signed a contract with Australian retail giants Coles to stock some of our favorite foods such as Tayto crisps, Barry’s Tea, and Club Orange in about 600 shops across Australia and New Zealand.
It’s unsurprising that he was able to close such a deal, since there was huge demand for last year’s limited edition Tayto Milk Chocolate bar down under.
Although 600 isn’t a huge number, it certainly is a good start and the very fact that we will be able to get Irish food abroad, is touching itself.
Who knows, today its Australia but tomorrow it could be the U.S – there’s nothing wrong with wishful thinking.

Mulberry shun catwalk show for a photocall with Cara
Cara Delevigne was announced as the new face of Mulberry last year and they took their AW’14 show as an opportunity to showcase their line of bags designed by the model.
The luxury company opted out of a catwalk show for London Fashion Week AW’14 due to not having yet appointed a new creative director since the shock departure of Emma Hill last year. Instead they did a photocall featuring Cara.
The photocall showed Cara on a wooden swingset in a woodland scene swinging and showing off the bags. She looks a little awkward if we are honest but the bags are beautiful.

We all walk every day, whether it’s to the car or to the bus at last some part of your daily activity involves walking. However, you might be doing it wrong without even noticing.
Here is how you should be walking:
Take shorter steps
When walking you should be taking short steps rather than long strides as they can lead to hyperextension of the knees which is when the knee joint is taken further than its normal range of motion. If you push your stride too far you risk your calf muscle having to push backward in order to push the body forward, which is not good.
Lean forwards
Most people think they walk with a slight hunch when in actual fact people tend to lean slightly backwards. We should be taking full advantage of gravity and engage core walking muscles.
Alternate your arms and legs
With each step you take your arms and legs should be working in opposition with your left arm moving just as far as your right leg.
It’s not hard to change the way you walk – it will eventually become natural.
