A couple of months back, we reported that Selena Gomez had dropped a hefty some to have her house completely re-done to her tastes.

A fairylight-filled courtyard, chairs upholstered with the music to her favourite song, and even a white baby grand piano in her living room.

Now though, it seems like the singer has made like a property tycoon and "flipped" her first house – redecorating it to up the asking price.

Indeed, Selena purchased the house last year for €3.4million, and she's now looking for almost a million more, with an asking price of €4.3million.

Somehow we reckon she won't have much trouble selling this gaff, if the photos shared by Douglas Ellman Real Estate are anything to go by.

Just look at the snaps of the main living areas – even with most of the furniture gone – surely she took the piano and personalised chairs – it looks breathtaking:

 

 

But it's the outside that really has us swooning, complete with a swimming pool, huge dining table and even a pizza oven:

 

 

As soon as we win the Lotto, we're coming for this house.

Selena Gomez is certainly the lady of the moment!

Just days after Justin Bieber publicly serenaded her at a bar in LA, Selena, 23, was spotted with another major male pop star. 

And this time it was One Direction's Niall Horan. Yep, the Mullingar man reconnected with Selena after the AMAs and the duo went out for a cosy dinner with Selena's parents. 

Dinner with the parents? Very interesting! 

Selena, Niall and Mr and Mrs Gomez went to Malibu hotspot, Nobu, but Us Weekly reports that the Niall and Selena are just good friends. 

It was just three days before that the Good For You singer had a reunion with her ex Justin, 21. And they certainly had tongues wagging when pictures surfaced of them spending time together in Beverly Hills. 

But Niall and Justin aren't the only men Selena has been spending time with as she was also spotted two weeks ago having dinner with Gigi Hadid's BFF, Samuel Krost – and they looked particularly cosy. 

All we want to know is who will Selena choose, or will she choose any of them at all.

Old school Nickelodeon and Disney shows were the BEST. The stories were way better than they are these days and the former child stars were much more entertaining as well. 

And what better way to remember the good old days than taking a trip down memory lane on Snapchat?

We've spotted everyone from Disney's That's So Raven to that guy called Coconut Head on Nickelodeon's Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide on the photo-sharing app.

Many remember her as Alex from The Wizards of Waverly Place, but she has come on in leaps and bounds since then.

He joined Snapchat in April, and like many of us, it took a bit of time for him to figure it out.

The former That's So Raven star made many of us laugh back in the day, and her Snapchat lives up to her hilarious reputation.

We remember her as Sam from iCarly, even though she still stars in many Nickelodeon shows today.

The iCarly trio recently reunited for Nathan Kress' (Freddie's) wedding not too long ago and it's good to see the gang is still going strong.

Ah, good old Miley. Most of us first met Miley when she played Hannah Montana on the Disney Channel show.

But A LOT has changed since then… and you all know what we're talking about.

Hannah Montana's BFF on the show is still the fun-loving girl we used to know. And her snaps are quite hilarious too. 

 

7. Tia Mowry-Hardrict – Tiadmowry

Hands up who remembers Sister Sister?! It was one of those shows that went along with everyone's beloved Saved By The Bell.

Some remember Tia from Disney's Twitches, but we'll always remember her from the Nickelodeon twin teen show. 

 

8. Paul Butcher – PaulButcher

We were all devastated when Jamie-Lynn Spears had a baby and Zoey 101 was cancelled (what happened in the end?!). 

Zoey's little brother on the show, Dustin (Paul Butcher) is a Snapchat regular and has slayed the site by posting funny Adele/crying mash-ups. HERO. 

 

9. Nick Jonas – jicknonas

Ah, we love Nick! He starred in many Disney shows and movies such as Camp Rock, but we love him even more for what he's up to these days. 

 

10. Rob Pinkston – pinkypinkston

Remember Coconut Head from Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide? Yep, we'll say no more. 

 

11. Ashley Tisdale – ashleymtisdale

The Suite Life of Zack and Cody was one of our favourite shows and then Ashley played the ultimate glam girl, Sharpay, in High School Musical (and we all totally wanted to be her).

She regularly posts snaps with BFF and former HSM co-star Vanessa Hudgens. 

 

12. Josh Peck – joshuapeck

If you laughed as hard as we did when watching Drake and Josh, then you'll love Josh Peck's Snapchat… he's also quite the hottie now.

Selena Gomez absolutely slayed the AMAs with her latest single, Same Old Love, last night, but it seems that wasn't the only thing on the singer's mind. 

The 23-year-old rocked a sheer black sequined bodysuit and black cloak as she took to the stage, but as the song took hold she shrugged the cloak off and strutted her curves around with extreme confidence. 

And while every inch of Selena was captured on camera, fans would have loved to see Justin Bieber's reaction to her sexy dancing as the pair were seen out on a date in California over the weekend. 

Fans had even hoped the pair would walk the red carpet together, but Selena turned up solo instead. 

The on/off couple did look cosy on Friday night, which has everyone wondering, ARE they back together?! We kinda hope they are!

Don't get us wrong, we love Selena. She is a girl on form at the moment and is slaying everything she's doing, from her own TV shows to winning back Justin Beiber.

But one thing we didn't need to know about the star is her party trick. Her rather gross party trick, for that matter. 

In a video interview with Capital FM, Selena revealed that her party trick is the ability to spit gum straight up in the air and then catch it back in her mouth, which we don't find particularly appealing.

What is going on?

On-again, off-again (but we were almost certain definitely off-again) couple Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were spotted hanging out together in the bar of the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, on Friday.

A fan saw the pair and quickly posted two videos to Instagram showing Justin, 21, serenading Selena, 23, with the Temptations' classic, My Girl and his own single Sorry.  

"@JustinBieber singing my girl to @SelenaGomez….is this real? Pure magic," she captioned one video.

She then wrote, "When you're having a drink at an empty hotel bar and @JustinBieber appears out of nowhere and begins to sing on the piano #LOSINGMYS–––."

The duo is supposed to perform this weekend at the American Music Awards. So perhaps they were rehearsing?

Fans have now gone into absolute meltdown at the thoughts of the two stars reuniting, at least on stage. One excited Bieber fan wrote:

“I thought I was excited for AMAs already BUT NOW I am expecting Justin and Selena on the damn carpet TOGETHER we NEED carpet jelena to rise.”  

This should be a very interesting weekend indeed.

There ain't no party like a Taylor Swift party, am I right?! And if you're a member of the Tay Tay #squad, you can expect a very memorable birthday bash indeed.

That's what model Lily Aldridge received for her 30th birthday last night as Taylor welcomed the crew into her LA home to ring in the big 3-0. Fellow Bad Blood video stars Selena Gomez and Gigi Hadid were also invited to the celebration.

Gigi shared a few party pics on SnapChat which offered a glimpse into the low-key party. Taylor even gifted her guests with a VMA Moonman award with each of the guests names inscribed into the plaques.

And the outcome of this? A Bad Blood dance party with the Moonman, because it doesn't get much better than that, right?

Pop star Selena Gomez has been busy of late promoting her new music.

She also seems to be a certain someone that fellow musician Justin Bieber just cannot stop talking about. Despite their breakup almost three years ago, the famous eves are constantly questioned about their on-again off-again relationship. 

However, her ex-boyfriend looks like he could be the least of her worries as TMZ reports that Selena is selling her Calabasas mansion for a scary reason.

Selena has owed the house for less than two years, but just days after she moved into the luxe abode, an alleged stalker appeared at the property. 

He returned just a few days later and was arrested by local police.

TMZ reports that following his arrest, Selena had called 911 on three separate occasions as she felt unsafe and was wary of intruders. In June 2014, Che Cruz was arrested after entering the popstars property. 

He pled no contest to felony stalking and was ordered to complete 180 days at a mental health facility. 

The 23-year old singer has listed the California mansion for €4.1 million, it is the second home she has bought that was targeted by trespassers.

The singer is supposed to be spending much of 2016 on tour, so no doubt when she returns she will be in the market for a more secure property.

Selena Gomez recently revealed that she is enjoying life as a single lady these days, even though Justin Bieber has hinted (MANY times) that they might get back together.

But now another man has been thrown into the mix as Selena was spotted on a dinner date on Monday night.

Ms Gomez enjoyed the cosy dinner with Gigi Hadid's best friend, Samuel Krost at the high-end Cipriani restaurant in New York City. 

On arrival to the restaurant the pair were spotted holding hands and walking arm in arm.

The singer was even seen getting closer to her rumoured new flame half-way through the night as she made her way over to Samuel, took a seat on his lap and draped her arm over his shoulder. 

This news comes a day after Ellen Degeneres asked Justin Bieber if he hopes they will ever get back together.

"Maybe, I mean we have a lot of history together so I'm sure it could possibly happen."

"I think maybe once we figure ourselves out we might make an awesome duo… or, you know, she'll find someone else and I'll find someone else."

Unfortunately for the Biebs, it seems like Selena has found someone else and he will have to move on. 

Selena's romantic date followed the 2015 Glamour Women Of The Year Awards which took place in Carnegie Hall and recognised the individual achievements of such women as Reese Witherspoon, Victoria Beckham and Caitlyn Jenner.

Is this the relationship news that EVERYONE has been waiting for?

Justin Bieber has just revealed that he is still not over his ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez. 

According to an interview with Access Hollywood, the 21-year-old admitted that some of the material written on his new album, Purpose, is about his past love.

When Access Hollywood's Billy Bush asked Justin just how much of the album was about her, Justin replied, "A lot of it, dude." He then went on to explain that three songs on Purpose were written specifically for her. #Swoon.

He also said that he and Selena need some time to do some individual "soul-searching" so they can figure themselves out, but the singer didn't deny that they might get back together some day, noting that they still keep in touch.

"[She] is someone I love dearly. I'm never going to stop loving her. I'm never going to stop checking in on her. 

"I don't think if you end a relationship, you should end that, unless it was super toxic and you guys were hurting each other physically or mentally," he said.

"We always respected each other and we still respect each other."

Now, we don't know about you, but if Selena got back together with the Biebs, he just might tone down his crazy antics. Only time will tell.

Well, you can officially add Selena Gomez to Amy Schumer's long list of celebrity friends. 

This weekend, Selena presented the comedian with the Hollywood Comedy Award at the Hollywood Film Awards in Beverly Hills. 

"I talk about her obsessively," Selena admitted before she presented the award.

"I've tweeted her often. I try to impersonate her and it doesn't really work. I actually just met her so basically what I'm saying is I'm really happy that clearly Jennifer Lawrence wasn't able to do this tonight because I love you."

The Revival singer also praised Amy for being the first comedian "to speak to the women of my generation."

"Amy, you've inspired me to not take myself too seriously… You constantly made me feel like I'm a bad ass even though most of the time I'm not. You say things I wish I could say and you never ever make me feel bad about anything I do in my personal life."

But even after Selena's lovely words, when Ms Schumer took to the stage, she couldn't help but make a joke, "I didn't even ask Jen-Selena, you were my first choice."
