Calabasas

Despite what we see on Instagram, their apps and of course the last eleven seasons of KUWTK, there's still a lot of the sisters' personal lives that we're not privy to.

Take their homes, for example. While we often see the family hanging by Khloé's pool or eating in Kris' kitchen, it's rare that we get a proper widescreen glimpse at any of the rooms.

Until now. Just today, Architecural Digest published an inside look at both Khloé and Kourtney's recently redesigned Calabasas mansions, and they are both downright incredible.

Despite having very different styles – "Khloé’s place is glamorous, which suits her style. Mine is much more restrained and modern," says Kourt – the sisters went for the same interior designer, Martyn Lawrence Bullard.

So what does a recdecorated house look like if your budget is quite literally endless? Amazing, it turns out.

First up, here's a look at Kourtney's gaff…

That artwork/those abs:

Her stunning bathroom:

That GIGANTIC living room:

Penelope's room (complete with Hermés bedspread) and Reign's nursery:

"Both of the girls were ready for something fresh," Martyn tells the magazine, noting that Khloé's home was originally owned by Justin Bieber.

"Khloé’s house was a giant play palace built for a boisterous young man. We decided to give it some romance, bringing it back to its Mediterranean roots."

With all signs of Bieber-ness erased, Khloé's home is a decadent palace of femininity.

Can we take a moment for her shoe closet?

Not to mention that hella organised pantry, which we've seen some peeks at before:

Standard living room, draped in pure white wall hangings, y'know yourself:

Another sitting room for bigger groups:

Her bedroom:

And of course, the cinema screening room:

Can we just move in, please?

A couple of months back, we reported that Selena Gomez had dropped a hefty some to have her house completely re-done to her tastes.

A fairylight-filled courtyard, chairs upholstered with the music to her favourite song, and even a white baby grand piano in her living room.

Now though, it seems like the singer has made like a property tycoon and "flipped" her first house – redecorating it to up the asking price.

Indeed, Selena purchased the house last year for €3.4million, and she's now looking for almost a million more, with an asking price of €4.3million.

Somehow we reckon she won't have much trouble selling this gaff, if the photos shared by Douglas Ellman Real Estate are anything to go by.

Just look at the snaps of the main living areas – even with most of the furniture gone – surely she took the piano and personalised chairs – it looks breathtaking:

But it's the outside that really has us swooning, complete with a swimming pool, huge dining table and even a pizza oven:

As soon as we win the Lotto, we're coming for this house.

Sunday; late afternoon… you're feeling wholly 'lethargic'. Lying sprawled on the couch watching back-to-back episodes of Botched is all well and good, but there is also the small matter of food to consider.

Lethargic Sundays, after all, have 'calorie mega-splurge,' written all over them (and never mind that Thursday, Friday and Saturday were also 'treat' days).

Yes, the dilemma is not so much whether you will or won't order a take-away (that's a given) – and more whether said take-away will consist of chipper, pizza or Chinese.

And it seems that the rich and famous folk of this world are just like us too (sorta).

For it has now come to our attention that none other than teenager reality TV millionaire Kylie Jenner had a serious case of the munchies on Sunday – and that she evidently fancied Chinese.

But, perhaps unsurprisingly, when Ms Jenner does take-away – she does it with style.

In fact, the 18-year-old splashed a cool €4,500 (say what?) on her cravings: she had a chef from her favourite Beverly Hills eatery make the 45-minute journey to her Calabasas abode to whip up Chinese fare for her and her mates.

Philippe Chow is a favourite among celeby-types (including Oprah Winfrey, Bobby Brown, and the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner squad).

It offers a prawn starter for €17, while three vegetable spring rolls are a tenner. It's €60 for a whole red king crab in garlic and butter and surf and turf for two is offered at €100. Sides such as broccoli and mixed veg are €10.

So while the food isn't crazy expensive (in a Beverly Hills context anyway), the luxury of having your own chef whip up Philippe Chow snacks in the comfort of your own €2.2m home evidently costs a pretty penny.

Thank you @philippechowbeverlyhills for coming to the house tonight

Ms Jenner was on Instagram yesterday to thank the restaurant for coming out to see her, although some fans questioned whether it really was money well spent.

"Spending $5000 to have them come to your house instead of just goin there is ridiculous," one said, also warning: "She's gonna blow thru her money and then wish she had made better choices."

Last month, he sent the rumour-mill into overdrive.

Posting of snap which showed him looking seriously comfy at the home he once shared with Kourtney Kardashian and their three children, countless fans inferred that the duo were on the cusp of getting back together.

Not so, however.

Indeed, Scott Disick is very much NOT on the list at the gated Calabasas community in which Kourtney resides with Mason, five, Penelope, three, and Reign nine months.

Yes, TMZ snapped the 32-year-old reality TV star making his way into The Oaks residential complex in his eye-catching Rolls.

But instead of proceeding through as a resident, Mr Disick was forced to queue along with everyone else – subsequently showing ID to the guard on duty.

And if Kourtney doesn't give him nod by putting his name down in advance, then he simply doesn't get in.

TMZ has previously stated that shortly after their breakup, Ms Kardashian took her one-time partner of ten years off the register which had allowed him immediate entry with no questions asked.

And while that situation evidently hasn't changed, it could be that she's about to depart from The Oaks anyway.

In fact, just today it was reported that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is eager to move-on from the €9.4m mansion that the couple first acquired together in January 2014.

According to OK!, friends of the 36-year-old are delighted – they see her desire to find somewhere else to live as a clear signal that she has no intentions of reuniting with the businessman.

"Up until now, everyone thought Scott was going to slowly worm his way back into her life, but this is the first real sign she’s determined to get on with her life without him," an insider told the magazine.

He socialises with some of the most successful – not to mention richest – names from the worlds of reality TV and music.

But it seems that rapper Tyga is struggling to keep up with his A-lister lifestyle: he’s behind on his rent… yet again.

The 25-year-old boyfriend of Kylie Jenner – who incidentally just bought and paid-for her own swish €2.45m mansion – should cough up a cool €22,700 a month in rent to his landlord.

For that he gets his own house in the posh Los Angeles enclave of Calabasas, an area which the likes of Britney Spears, Selena Gomez, Will Smith, and Justin Bieber, not to mention pretty much the entire Kardashian-Jenner family, all call home.

However, according to TMZ, his landlord now says that Tyga owes him two months’ rent. And if the musician fails to pay in full by Saturday, an eviction order will be issued.

Tyga, real name Michael Stevenson, once lived in the same property with Blac Chyna, his former fiancée and the mother of his two-year-old son, King Cairo. And evidently she's still listed as a resident – because the model has been named as a defendant too.

Sadly, it’s not the first time Tyga has gotten into trouble with a landlord either.

Just last month, the father-of-one was ordered to pay €72,500 in back rent on another Calabasas home.

That property was a seven-bed worth €5.8m and TMZ further claimed that Tyga was in fact in arrears by some €112,500 – but that he was able to negotiate that figure down by €40,000.
