Yesterday, Kendall Jenner's long-time stalker appeared in court to face his charges.

Shavaughn McKenzie followed the model up and in to her driveway last August before police intervened.

And Kendall recalled that story in court to testify against the man. She claims that she first discovered Shavaughn sitting in front of her driveway, and proceeded to drive around him. Then, after closing the gate, Kenny saw Mr McKenzie in her side mirror, where she began telling him to leave.

As he wouldn't exit her home, Kendall began to shout, at which point Shavaughn started to bang on her car windows.

"I’ve never been so scared in my life," she said, according to The Associated Press.

"I was crying, I was screaming, I was freaking out. I didn’t know what his intentions were. I was freaking out. I was frightened for sure.

"I never got out of my car," she continued. "I was terrified. I was literally traumatised. I started honking at him and I just wanted to make sure I saw wherever he went. He got out of the gate and I drove down the hill."

After driving around the block, Kendall called a friend for help, and the police soon arrived at the scene where Shavaughn was arrested for stalking and trespassing.

According to TMZ, the judge granted Kenny a 5-year restraining order, and Shavaughn must be 100 yards away from her at all times.

Britain’s Got Talent winner George Sampson is reportedly taking his mother to court to have her evicted from his house.

The dancer – who rose to fame on the popular talent show in 2008 when he was only 14 years old – used some of his £100,000 prize money to buy his first home.

He then purchased a second property four years later, which his mother Lesley moved into.

According to The Sun, sources close to the performer – who is now 23 – have claimed that George asked his mother to vacate the house earlier this year, but because she still hasn’t done so he is now involved in a High Court legal battle to have her evicted.

They said: “The first house George bought is in Lesley’s name – as he was underage when he bought it – and she collects the rent from that.”

“She has also been living in the second property.  But George has now decided he wants it back, and he asked her politely to leave this year.”

“Unfortunately, she doesn’t want to and they are now due in court to fight it out.”

The source told The Sun that the actor “never wanted to involve lawyers or make this business any messier than it needs to be” but claimed he has been forced to do so as “he wants…the house that is rightfully his”.

“He has a life in London now, and he also needs to support himself,” they said.

Back in May, George told the Loose Women panel that money issues had caused tension between he and his mother, but that he hoped their relationship would improve again with time.

Hailey Baldwin is reportedly being sued for plagiarising an author’s words on Instagram in the midst of Justin Bieber’s Insta row with Selena Gomez.

OK so we know that’s a lot of celebrity in one intro, but possibly prompted by that very public spat Hailey used the popular social media site to share a deep quote about human error which, as it turns out, wasn’t written by the model herself.

According to Page Six, the posted quote had actually been pulled from Say What’s Real – a book whose author was not impressed to see her words associated with the 19-year-old in articles about JB’s tiff with his ex.

A photo posted by Hailey Baldwin (@haileybaldwin) on

The image – which has since been deleted – included insights like: “We’ve all had our fair share of things we’ve done, both good and bad.  What makes the present so powerful is when we take complete responsibility for our actions, we allow ourselves self-growth.”

And: “The truth always comes to light, so it’s better just to own it.  We’re all guilty of things, but show people you have enough love and respect for yourself to be honest about it and learn from it.”

Now, writer Melissa Molomo has demanded that Hailey apologise for causing confusion about the work’s origins by failing to credit her in the post.

A letter sent by Molomo’s legal rep also states that by “stealing” the quote Stephen Baldwin’s daughter could be liable for up to $150,000 (around €134,000) worth of damages.

So ladies from now on when regramming inspirational quotes, be sure to acknowledge where those words really came from.

A mentally-ill young man stabbed new dad Dr Jeroen Ensink to death as he went to post baby cards announcing the birth.

His daughter, Fleur, had arrived into the world just 11 days before the tragedy.

The 41-year-old academic was renowned in his field and died metres from the front door of his London home on December 29 last year.

Femi Nandap, 23, had launched a random, vicious attack, repeatedly stabbing Dr Ensink.

Jeroen's wife, Nadja, was at home with their baby. She became concerned at his delay and went outside to see if she could see him. There, she found his body among Fleur's baby cards, which were strewn on the ground and splattered in blood.

Her husband was pronounced dead at the scene.

This morning at the Old Bailey, Nandap, of Woolwich, south-east London, admitted the manslaughter of Dr Ensink by reason of diminished responsibility. He appeared via video link from Broadmoor hospital.

The case has been adjourned until October 10 for sentencing.

Prosecutor Duncan Atkinson QC told the court: "There has been extensive psychiatric consideration in this case and the psychiatric opinion is clear, cogent and unanimous."

He added: "Given the defendant's history, the facts of the offence itself, the Crown take the view it is not in the public interest to pursue the murder allegation and that decision has been taken I'm consultation with the family of the deceased."

Less than three months before he killed Jeroen, who was originally from Holland, Nandap appeared in court accused of possessing a knife and assaulting a police officer.

It was alleged he had two kitchen knives with him in Edmonton on May 22, 2015 and that he assaulted PC Wellings on the same day.

Dr Ensink was a renowned water engineer and a dedicated humanitarian who was committed to improving access to water and sanitation in deprived countries.

Earlier this month hearts melted as Louis Tomlinson gave the world a glimpse of his life as a father by marking his first Father's Day with an adorable Instagram post.

And now it seems the young dad wants to spend even more time with 5-month-old Freddie as – according to TMZ – Louis is going to court seeking joint legal and physical custody of his son and to request that the baby spends time 50% of his time with each parent.

Sources revealed to TMZ that the One D star is unhappy with the current custody arrangement as he has only been allowed "inconsistent" access to Freddie recently.

He is reportedly paying his ex Briana Jungwirth around $15,000 a month in child support but should the pair go to court it will be up to a judge to decide whether or not that amount is appropriate

Louis is also renting a $1 million Calabasas home for baby Freddie to live in with his stylist mother.

The news comes after Louis and Briana were snapped exchanging Freddie in a hotel car park last month as rumours circulated that Briana had banned Louis from her house.

Given how cute Freddie is, we're not surprised his dad wants more time with him.

It doesn't look like easy days are ahead for Irish airline Ryanair and tech giant Google.

Ryanair announced that they are taking legal action against the Internet firm as well as their sister online travel website eDreams, accusing them of misleading customers to wrong prices and not offering the best deal.

“We’re launching legal proceedings in the Irish High Court with Google and eDreams,” airline boss Michael O’Leary said at a London press conference.

He also revealed that he and his company started legal proceedings yesterday.

Michael said Google was not providing correct Ryanair prices and also claimed that eDreams was making-up websites which included the word “Ryanair” to mislead its customers.

“It’s the deception we have a problem with, not the advertising,” said Mr O’Leary.

He may have been given a five year sentence following a sensational trial last year, but this evening convicted killer Oscar Pistorius has been permitted to pack up his belongings and leave his prison cell.

Spending just 11 months inside, he departed from the Pretoria Central Prison a day earlier than planned in order to thwart waiting media.

He has now made his way to his uncle's house, where he will spend time under house arrest.

The former Olympian killed his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp at his upmarket Pretoria home in February 2013. He was charged with murder but ultimately convicted of culpable homicide – which is largely akin to manslaughter.

Pistorius was due to be released two months ago, but international outcry at the brevity of his jail-time encouraged South African officials to intervene at the 11th hour.

Furthermore, with an appeal currently lodged with the Supreme Court, the 28-year-old will find out on November 3 if his sentence will be upgraded to that of murder – a conviction which would see him return to prison for at least 15 years.

Cape Town native Ms Steenkamp was 29 when her boyfriend shot her dead. He has always claimed he believed her to be an intruder.

A model and reality TV star, she also studied law at university and hoped to practise once she was called to the bar.

Her relatives have said they believe Pistorius is "getting off lightly" and that the time he served is "not enough for taking a life".

Back in 1997, Jennifer Lopez was on honeymoon with her first husband, Cuban waiter Ojani Noa.

During their time together, he shot ‘intimate footage,’ of his new wife – footage which the superstar, understandably, never wanted to see the light of day.

That’s not all, however – Mr Noa is said to have more than 11 hours of personal recordings from their year-long marriage.

Jen has spent much of the last six years (not to mention millions of dollars) legally fighting the release of these videos into the public domain.

But now Mr Noa’s legal representatives claim they have finally found a loophole.

“We are going to produce a DVD and also have a streaming release of the J.Lo home video footage,” Mr Noa’s business partner Ed Meyer stated this week.

“There is revealing video of her with a lack of clothing and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel footage from the honeymoon.”

He added: “The videos contain salacious material and are going to shock her fans.”

According to In Touch magazine, the master tape of all the footage is being held by a court, but Mr Meyer says he and plenty of others have copies anyway.

Almost ten years ago, Ms Lopez also sued her former husband to prevent him from publishing a book about their relationship.

And in 2007, a permanent court injunction was issued forbidding Ojani from “criticizing, denigrating, casting in a negative light or otherwise disparaging” Ms Lopez.

Taylor Swift and Lucky 13 potentially have a nasty court battle on their hands.

The founder of the fashion retailer claims that Ms Swift, 25, copied its trademark look onto a collection of cotton t-shirts sold by the singer.

Tay-Tay's lawyer tried to fight the hearing, saying that there is no way the singer could attend in person as it would impact on her massive 1989 world tour. They also claimed that Lucky 13 has been "harassing" her in recent months.

But the judge seems not to be on Taylor's side on this occassion: he ruled that the musician has no choice but to attend the hearing. She now has up to a week to confirm a convenient time.

The Californian judge explained: "Swift's schedule is not a basis for a protective order prohibiting her deposition testimony altogether. There is no evidence in the record to show that the plaintiffs have been inconsiderate of Swift's schedule.

"To the contrary, the record shows just the opposite. Nor does the evidence suggest that plaintiffs have sandbagged Swift's deposition to coincide with her world tour."

Well, we hope this all gets sorted soon!

Stunning supermodel-of-the-moment Gigi Hadid is due to appear in court to testify after it has been revealed that a stalker attempted to break into her Manhattan apartment. The man in question is also accused of attempt burglary.

Indeed, Marcell Porter allegedly attempted to access the model's apartment at least five times.

A spokeswomen for Gigi told Vogue Online that it was reported that Porter arrived at Ms Hadid's residential building on June 25 looking for the model and socialite and told a member of staff: "I'm paramilitary and I saved her life before.

"She wants to marry me and have my kids".

The stalker didn't appear in court this week as the first hearing took place. Doctors have found the man to be mentally unfit, meaning that if he is found guilty it's likely he would be sent to a secure facility rather than prison.

The model is currently working in Australia as part of her new role of brand ambassador for designer giant Guess.

A day after Mr Porter was arrested, Gigi put her New York apartment up for sale. We don't blame her after what a scare that must have been.
